The staff is absolutely amazing, to the point our table made a comment on how friendly they are. I accidentally didn’t hit the reserve button but still showed up for our reservation for six. They were still able to seat us in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!
I love The Grey Dog for the vibes, good food, and friendly service. I love the maximalist decor so much and how fun the staff is. I’ve seen them dancing a few times and it seems like a great place to work. I’ve been here a few times with my friend but decided this time to bring my boyfriend since we were in the area. At first, we missed it! We walked right past it for a good five minutes, which was a bit embarrassing since I’ve been here before. Nonetheless, we found it, and we made it in time for happy hour! The GD margarita is so tasty for those who enjoy things a bit on the sour side. We tried their Buffalo wings and they were soooo good. Our Burger and chicken sandwich for our meals were great. The timing on everything was perfect- one, two, three and everything came out good. I’ll keep going back and trying more of their menu.
Cute laid back place to grab some drinks with friends and hang a bit. Friendly staff & superb drinks. Will visit again.
This place is perfect. The drink! The ambience! The service! Carl is so charming and attentive- we just adore him. & don’t even get me started on the expresso martinis you’ll never want to leave fr
I’ve been a regular at Grey Dog for the past few years and the food has always been great! Fresh ingredients and great servings at reasonable prices. I came for an early breakfast and had the BEST bartender, Morgan. They served me up an excellent Espresso Martini (yes at 9am) while being attentive and kind. Grey Dog is a SoHo favourite!
Carl was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing. He took amazing care of us and made us feel so welcome for our first time eating here! 10/10 recommend, food is amazing and the vibe is so fun.
Amazing food, great service. Quantities are on the big side, I went with my wife, had the Phillychesstake and the pancakes, and we had to ask them to put it to take away, we couldn't finish about half the food.
Jairo is the best bartender in NYC and all the staff is so friendly!! Dont think twice you, you will have fun here!
AMAZING happy hour!! Such delicious margs, mules and bar bites for incredible prices — especially considering the location! Staff were so lovely, especially our server Lainey and manager Carl!! Such a great atmosphere too, perfect outdoor seating for an early evening bite and drink! Couldn’t recommend more. Best happy hour I’ve found in the city!
The Grey Dog has become such a special restaurant and space for community for me! The restaurant’s staff are so professional and treat everyone with kindness. I highly recommend that everyone in the city goes to The Grey Dog!
Service was quick during a very busy time. We got a warm welcome which is rare these days. Our server Koby knew the menu well so he could help us choose from what we had a taste for. Food was tasty, filling and Carl was soooooo nice to us. Seemed attentive with everyone around us as well. 10/10 recommend
Always a wait here but always worth it. The food is really great and the service is chill and friendly. Just a nice place for brunch, really hip vibes and unique decor.
Hey New Yorker or tourist around the area , come check this nice place with an amazing breakfast selection and more then amazing hospitality. The waiters ( mike is amazing) were so amazing and understanding which u can’t find that around Times Square. The food was so fresh and tasty . U can also enjoy the bar after your breakfast or in the afternoon.
The ambient inside give you old fashioned way, it’s like you eating in the barn which is great for vibe that you can’t have often in the city. I don’t know exactly what style but it’s nice. Sorry if I’m wrong. Staff was friendly, food is nice! My favorites are buttermilk fried chicken and Brussels sprouts. i came here often so I highly recommended.
I came here for a Saturday brunch. We were a little worried about seating since we were a group of 10 but luckily they were able to see us immediately. I would recommend calling to see if they have a line or not as it can get pretty busy. I am in love with the aesthetic and the vibe of the restaurant, definitely an experience to have while you’re in Soho. I had the grey dog breakfast which included French toast potato fries eggs and avocado and it was incredible! Would highly recommend checking out.
Food was great, service was so welcoming and fun which added to the whole vibe. 10/10 recommend. I’ll def Be back. Carl the manager was sooo sweet
Grey dog is where you go when you want something that tastes familiar but elevated. The grilled cheese dippers and tomato soup (with a side of bacon)are perfect on a chilly/rainy day. You can’t go wrong with the classic grey dog breakfast. The pancakes with banana are fluffy and the perfect amount of sweet. Their bacon is thick cut and crunchy which I love. It can get a bit busy but the longest i’ve ever had to wait for 2 was about 10 minutes. Overall, really good breakfast that just feels like a hug… cant go wrong 🥰
Delicious drinks and very tasty food. We absolutely loved the Grilled Cheese Dippers, the tomato soup was fantastic. Definitely worth stopping in and grabbing a spot!
I was pleasantly surprised at this place for brunch. Seemed like more of a pub but the omelette was great. Omelette with sausage, mozzarella and caramelized onions alongside their sweet potato fries and the toast was a lot better than I expected. Orange juice was good Was a bit cramped for space inside but well decorated
We were very pleased with our food here. I got the Grey Dog breakfast with French toast and bacon. It was delicious. We also got the chicken sandwich which was a little overcooked but was seasoned well so still delicious. Our party of three was seated immediately and our waiter was pleasant. The only issue is that there is only one toilet for the whole place.
Beautiful vibes all around! The waiting is not too bad. The workers are extremely friendly and accommodating. Pros: Attentive staff, good music, Fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice. Has a cute display of fresh baked breads and cookies. The chicken sandwich was delicious! Cons: Only 1 restroom stall in the middle of the restaurant. The lines can be long and slow. Not the worst thing in the world but still notable. Sweet potato fries a bit soggy and oily but still tasty. Overall this is a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy some classic food for the summer.
Last week, I ate here and, contrary to a past experience of mine at this location, I really enjoyed it! I got the kale caesar salad and tomato soup; starting with the former, the salad tasted extremely flavorful, and the chickpeas were a great touch as well. Likewise, I loved the tomato soup. I definitely recommend coming here for anyone in the area!
Omg! This was sooo good! Starting from the decor, when we sat, we didn’t know which direction to look, because there were so many little cute details (like for example tiki umbrellas or those tables with maps on them). Food - amazing! Berry mocktail - amazing! I loved the whole experience and definitely I’ll be back to check out more 🙂
A friend and I came here not too long ago to try it out since we were in the area and it looked cool and we were not disappointed. It is a nice little restaurant and The food was excellent. The service was phenomenal, and our server was awesome and was very kind. Will be back again! Highly recommend!!
Things I love: Prime Location: Situated in the heart of Manhattan, Grey Dog is conveniently accessible for both locals and visitors. Popular Among Locals and Visitors: Its popularity is evident from the bustling atmosphere and multiple locations spread across the city. Generous Portions: Grey Dog offers consistently delicious food with generous portion sizes, ensuring diners leave satisfied. Seating: The restaurant provides ample indoor and outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot for gatherings with friends. Things to keep in mind: Peak Hour Challenges: Snagging a table during peak hours can be challenging, if you prefer walking into a restaurant without reservations for a leisurely brunch experience then this place isn’t for you. Bathroom Queues: With only a single bathroom, customers need to exercise patience during busy hours, as lengthy queues can occur.
Was walking down the streets of SOHO and bumped into this Bar and Restaurant. It has great ambiance and catchy decors. The staff was good. Very quick and kind. Best part is the food. Loved their cocktails. Sandwich/Burger were amazing. Excellent place to hangout. Would love to visit again.
This was a nice little surprise! Great breakfast and friendly service in a cozy little restaurant. Bacon was thick and done just right, the onions added to the home fries was great the coffee was robust and piping hot! My girlfriend got a hot cocoa and the little paw print of cinnamon was a great little touch that had us missing our cinnamon colored boy. Would recommend to anyone!!
A relaxing spot for breakfast in Soho. There are street parking in front and in the area though may be hard to find during peak time. Food was standard good and what you would expect from a decent breakfast spot. Friendly staffs and food came out quick. We were able to be in and out in under an hour from seating to paying our bill.
If brunch were a religion, Grey Dog in SoHo would be the cathedral — and I’d be showing up early in my Sunday best. We sat at the bar (as always, the only way to do it) and were immediately welcomed like long-lost friends by the kind of staff that actually wants to be there — and it shows. Let’s talk drinks: I started with an espresso martini that could quite literally raise the dead — smooth, strong, and dangerously sippable. Followed it up with their spicy Bloody Mary, which slapped me awake in the best possible way. Spicy, tangy, and perfectly balanced. A+ cocktail game. Food? Don’t even get me started… okay, too late: I had the avocado toast, but switched the poached egg for scrambled (because I’m a rebel like that) and added a side of bacon that deserves its own award. Thick, crispy, salty — bacon dreams are made of this. Every bite was a love letter to my taste buds. My girl went with the breakfast croissant sandwich with eggs and bacon, and I swear I saw her soul leave her body in bliss. Flaky, buttery croissant + perfectly cooked eggs + that same legendary bacon = chef’s kiss. The vibe? Cool without trying too hard. Laid back but buzzing. It’s the kind of spot where creatives sip lattes next to hungover legends chasing redemption with brunch. The soundtrack, the service, the ambiance — everything was just right. Grey Dog, you’ve done it again. Don’t ever change.
Stopped by to grab a quick drink and ended up staying because the vibes were just too good! We ordered spritzes and espresso martinis, sat outside, and had the best time. The service was not only prompt but so friendly. The ambience was perfect and Carl took it to the next level! He made sure to check in on us frequently and it felt like we knew him forever. We love it here!!!
Manny was so attentive and welcoming. The entire staff was awesome as well. Food and service was top tier, will definitely be returning and recommending this adorable place to friends. If you’re in the soho area looking for good brunch this is the place to come. Thank you also to Carl you were so sweet!
Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was so super cute! We had the buttermilk chicken sandwich with sweet potato fires, the omelette and the grey dog breakfast. The pancakes, eggs, everything was super good!
Holly was such an amazing server to me and my friends!! Always go to grey dog during brunch hours but I have to go more during dinner! Def recommended coming here everything is amazing!!
Great place to go - my hamburger 🍔 was delicious, all fresh ingredients, served the way I liked with French fries 🍟 even lettuce was fantastically crispy. Timing was good too - didn't have to wait long to get my dinner plate and beer I enjoyed during happy hour for better price as well - will be back soon for sure - great place, great service and interesting interior - overall great experience for me
We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed our experience at the bar. The drink gave me the buzz I was looking for and the Club was a thique as one would hope. The bacon slathered the lateral function and melted under my crunch... and I am crunchy. I was feeling the vibe and the decor while the bathroom really took care of me. Highly recommend for solo or groups!
I love this place. The food is amazing, savory and very good quality for a great price. The portions are great too! Our Hostess / server Jamie gave impeccable service along with the rest of the staff. Definitely coming back as soon as possible :) Also the vibes and energy of the place is really warming and comfortable. Must try
This place is outstanding. A perfectly pleasant and high-energy atmosphere. That screams Bohemian. I loved this place and the food is amazing. The drinks are awesome. It is absolutely the place to go. It made 6 more worth a trip, and Kayla, the manager, was an outstanding people leader. Her team was efficient and professional service-oriented. And in her direction was in comp you control of their surroundings. I never felt more welcome in a place.
I had been to the USQ location before but wasn’t too crazy about the food but I’ve been to this location 5x in the last 4 weeks and it’s completely changed my mind about grey dog. The tomato soup and grilled cheese + fried chicken Mac and cheese is to die for. I’m not a big mimosa fan but they use fresh squeezed OJ and now my girls and I always get a bottle of the cava and we do an OJ and a side of the peach juice to make Bellinis it’s delicious 🤤 Besides that the service is what brings us backkkkk. Dionisia the host remembered me and my friend after our first visit and always gets us a table super fast which is so thoughtful, there are other brunch spots we love as regulars but the hour plus wait makes us leave :( Jen is also the best bartender she always gets us a round before we go to our table so we get the vibes started. And the manager (not sure of his name soooo sorry think it starts with a C) but the young white guy with the hat, there has never been a time where he DIDNT check in on us. One time I got an avocado toast that I didn’t love which was the same issue with the last location. And he immediately switched it out and got me a new one in under 2 minutes and it blew my mind. It was because he came to check in on us. After working at one of the top brunch spots in NYC for 5 years, I really appreciate the food and service it’s 1000/10 I will always make this my first stop on a Sunday ❤️
Was here a few days ago, different location than I anticipated. 🤔 The Union Square location is where I frequent. Again I state enough. Great atmosphere and service. ✨ Morgan (she tended the bar) took extreme care of me and my best friend. 💯 Will come back to this location. 🤩 #Location #Atmosphere #Service #Care #Return
We came across the bar when looking for a drink. We sat at the bar & the service was amazing. The lady who worked behind the bar was great, friendly, professional & attentive. We then went back the next evening & she remembered our drinks. We had some food that was amazing also. Highly recommend. It gets busy so book if you can. Great menu for food & drinks. Nice atmosphere also.
We stopped in after shopping with a 12 year old and 18 year old with gluten sensitivities. Between the two of them they ordered the Mexican Bowl (“so fire”) and chicken wings. I had the grill cheese dipper with tomato soup which was top notch and has sat rent free in my head since then. My husband had the club with sourdough bread which he says was fantastic. It was all big portions of food and we left very happy.
I love the Mulberry Street location! The servers are consistently pleasant and efficient/ helpful if you are feeling indecisive. The decor is kitschy which adds to the relaxed vibe. My favorite breakfast is the french toast. I could drink the orange raspberry maple syrup straight, it's that good. For later in the day the brussel sprouts are delicious-crispy and savory. Their cheese burgers are outstanding. If you prefer cocktails they have a great selection as are the draft beer and wine options. It is also a fun neighborhod to visit.
Order the Grey Dog Breakfast along with the Fried Chicken and Johnny Cakes. This spot is a cozy brunch spot. Everything came it hot, fresh and delicious. The servers are very attentive and kind. My favorite part of the Grey Dog breakfast was the eggs, I requested for scrambled and they were made to perfection. The pancakes are definitely made from scratch and the maple syrup was a beautiful touch to the meal. I just wish by the tables were a bit wider, felt a bit compact seating wise.
This place really inmpressed me. I had the Grey Dog Breakfast plate which was $20, high quality and more food than I could finish. The staff are attractive and friendly. the restaurant is well laid out. It makes me glad that a place like this can still exist in a neighborhood as expensive as Soho.
The brunch here was really delicious, and the vibes inside were exactly what we were looking for. We had some nice fluffy and thick pancakes, and a great omelette. The home fries were a bit different, as they closely resembled very small steak fries. Great prices for the neighborhood, and for 11AM brunch every table was full.
Called in on off chance of getting a table for 4 on a Saturday morning, totally expecting it to be fully booked as it looked like a really cool place and right in the heart of Soho, but they got us in. The food was amazing. The brunch menu just mouth watering, SO many options. I opted for fried chicken and pancakes with whipped lemony ricotta, my son and husband both had a full breakfast with bacon and eggs and pancakes and avocado, daughter had the French toast. We loved it so much we booked to go back tmrw for our last day before heading to JFK. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
Grey Dog is a fantastic spot! I loved the cozy decoration and the welcoming atmosphere. We came during the last 30 minutes of brunch, and the food was still excellent. The pancake and fried chicken were crispy and delicious, and the breakfast bowl with French toast is a must-try. Plus, they have a happy hour starting at 4 PM, making it an even better place to hang out. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing customer service, and great food! Loved the decor and atmosphere too. Would recommend the omelette! Def will return
Just excellent. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Quality food. Highly recommendable for breakfast or brunch
Had a very good breakfast here. Chicken and waffles were great and the other options tasty too. Not clear they had a board with more items than the menu which we only found after our meal. Very good coffee with unlimited refills. Nice spot, can get busy and a little pricey but very good (4.5)
The food was AMAZING! Great prices as well . When you go make sure to ask for Jamie ! She was really sweet and attentive !
Great atmosphere and friendly accommodating, service. The drip coffee is good, and I'd be back for a cup and a hang out. Home fries were tasty too. The egg sandwich was decent, but nothing special, and $3 for a strip of bacon on it seems a bit tiddly, but maybe just come and enjoy the space and friendly staff.
Although the food was good, the prices were a bit expensive. It was a good amount of food and not too bad, but it wasn't great, just good. I would probably come back, but not that often because of the prices. The staff also always seems preoccupied and attempts to rush you out the door, which I understand but can feel unpleasant.
Fun, relaxed atmosphere with staff who clearly enjoy their work and tasty, well made food. I enjoyed an iced chai, side salad, and chicken and waffles for a late Monday brunch and spent about $24, would be easy to spend more or less and there are happy hour deals later on in the afternoon.
Great breakfast/brunch pick! The Grey Dog is a laid back American style diner/cafe in Nolita. Food was well proportioned and super tasty. We had pancakes with strawberry and banana with warm maple syrup and the bacon and eggs with french toast and home fries. Service was OK, no menus provided even though available and the menu no so easy to read from the board. One toilet was also almost always occupied.
cute little bar with a pretty good happy hour! i think it was 3-5 some apps, select beers, wines and cocktails. the grilled chz dippers were whatever, bread was kind of dry. however the fried artichoke was absolutely amazing i could have had another order just to myself! definitely order this. we finished our meal and we’re still drinking and we felt a bit rushed but staff, there were plenty of open tables and we kept ordering drinks. it had a michigan inspired aesthetic that was cool and the reason we checked this place out!
Sunday lunch and the place was packed. We had reservations and sat in the back. The space was cozy and fun. Our group of seven really enjoyed the upbeat playlist. Our server was attentive, patient and friendly. The group seemed to enjoy their food. I can only comment on my burger and sweet potato fries. It was fine but nothing memorable. The patty was on the smaller than most size. I’ll try something else next time.
Really nice venue. Atmosphere and service are a 5, food was a 3. The pancakes and syrup were really average (Grey Dog Breakfast). The sausage was pretty good. Their home fries are a nice way to shake up your usual fry order. They’re small, crispy cube fries that crunch with every bite. The House Burger was a bit of a letdown. The lettuce was soggy, patties slid out the back, and the bacon was thick and fatty. Some of their other menu items looked enticing and might be better.
I loved the uniqueness of this place! The service was great, everyone was very kind & welcoming. As for the food, I had the Grey Dog's Breakfast & the French Toast did not meet my expectations. I was disappointed. Other than that, everything else tasted great. My sister had the Chorizo Hash & loved it. I did try it and it was delicious, I definitely recommend that one. I do plan on returning & trying some other plates!
The apple cider mimosa is DELICIOUS!!! I love brunch foods, so I am very biased with bow much I enjoy this place. I went to the Grey Dog - Union Square last summer. The Nolita location did not disappoint. Make sure to get a reservation. This place gets crowded. Almost every other table ordered the Mexican Breakfast Bowl (not pictured).
Went for dinner but wish I came for breakfast. The service was great & the vibe is nice and cozy but the food was okay.

The food is just alright. I ordered the grey dog breakfast with French toast and I liked the orange syrup that came with them, eggs were done great, but I can tell the potatoes were from a frozen bag. I did get an iced latte here and it tasted great. Out server was also very polite, but when the restaurant got busy for breakfast it was hard to wave them down for coffee refills for the table.
Winter Bear and I came here for a catch up lunch. The restaurant had both indoor and outdoor dining available. It was snowing and raining during our visit so, we opted to sit indoors. They took our temperature and asked us for our names. Everyone who worked at the restaurant was wearing a mask. I ordered a lemonade ($4.75) which was tasty. Personally, I would have preferred it a bit sweeter and a Coke ($3). WB ordered a Sauvignon Blanc for $12 and noted it was a small pour. We had a plate of nachos to share and it was tasty but, the meat was disappointing. ($17) The chicken was cold and cut in huge chunks. The chicken was dry and a had a strong poultry taste like it wasn't fresh. We ordered the Grilled Cheese Poppers ($14) which was a grilled cheese sandwich accompanied by a small container of tomato soup. The tomato soup was delicious and definitely the winner of all the things we ate. The soup was soul - satisfying and it paired perfectly with the grilled cheese. The Four Cheese Mac and Cheese ($15) was disappointing. It lacked any nuanced flavor. The black pepper was overwhelming and it was really the only thing you could taste. The Fried Chicken Sandwich ($14.50) was tasty but, the breast was smaller than the bun. So, there were bites where all I ate was bread and filling. It also looked like someone cut the breast in half to check if it was done. (I do this when I am frying or reheating at home.) I liked that the dish came with a heap of fries. Most of the food items were okay but, they looked like they were hastily prepared by the taste and presentation. We didn't get a chance to ask for any dessert or pastries because a bill was just dropped on our table. The service was okay. They were friendly but, more often than not you had to flag them down for something. They were persistent though when it came to ordering and dropping off the check. Otherwise, they hung out in the back and talked among themselves. They prefer credit card or exact change only. They do have happy hour specials for nachos and drinks. This place is definitely a college hangout as we were the oldest people there by a decade or two. I am not sure if we would visit here again as nothing was noteworthy to warrant another visit.
We stopped into The Grey Dog for lunch because our first lunch spot had too long of a wait and it was close by. Unfortunately, I wish we had traveled a bit further to find another restaurant because we left The Grey Dog disappointed. We ordered the fried tofu appetizer, crispy rice bowl with tofu, and the fried chicken sandwich with greens. The fried tofu dish wasn’t bad. It came with a creamy cilantro sauce and balsamic vinegar. I didn’t think the balsamic vinegar paired well with the tofu but was happy with the cilantro sauce. The fried chicken sandwich wasn’t bad but also wasn’t anything to write home about. The best thing on the plate was the fries, and I didn’t even ask for them. I asked for greens and they had mixed up my order, but I give them a pass because our server offered to bring out a complementary plate of greens which I politely declined. The crispy rice bowl was not good at all. There didn’t seem to be much cohesion of the dish since none of the ingredients seemed to go well together. I particularly found the giant slop of cherry tomatoes unappetizing. Overall, I was fairly disappointed in our visit to The Grey Dog. In a city like Manhattan I expected long-standing restaurants to be worth their salt but quickly realized mediocre establishments exist everywhere. The only consolation of The Grey Dog was that their portions sizes were quite generous.
We got a bit unlucky and the day we went it was down pouring really badly. And unfortunately the only seats available were on the patio so the seating arrangements were not fun, or comfortable. The chairs were also wet but this is out of the restaurant's reach. The food was decent! Not amazing and not bad, it was not a bad experience, but I wouldn't go again because it did not really give me that wow factor that I look for to return.
Picture is the Egg & Cheese Croissant. Which.. wasn't great. Eggs were under seasoned, and I'm pretty sure this is the butter croissant from CostCo. I felt that I could make a better version of this at home for a quarter of the price. Service was great, and I was able to ask a waiter for the check. They had a machine to pay on right there with GooglePay. However, there was a couple servers watching me as I left as if I had dine and dashed.
it was nice. super cute. got french toast and yes a few parts were undercooked but other than that it was good. nice thick bread and crispy on the outside. the maple butter tasted a little freezer burnt and was a tiny amount. the berry sauce was mostly just a thin sugar syrup with barely any berry. the mint was just a garnish. so yeah it was good but probably won't be back just because it was just good, not great.
I went for a quick easy lunch - but once I got there, it was freezing cold in the restaurant. I first asked if the host could seat me in the warmest spot, which seemed to confuse them. So I decided to order my soup for takeout and was made to wait for over 20 minutes in the aforementioned freezing cold restaurant. No explanation was given so I asked - "any idea where the soup I ordered is? It's been about 15 minutes." I was THEN told that there was a back up because of "so many takeout orders". Then I overheard more workers discussing that they weren't making more of the soup I ordered - mine was the last. I had to approach them to even be addressed on what was going on. Nearly 30 minutes wasted in a heatless restaurant - I would've loved more communication from the staff there and am super disappointed that this was my first experience there.
Incredible margarita happy hour but the server took our table mid convo about my friends dead grandmother and it was rather distasteful. He then grabbed her phone to start clearing our table. Weird. Great happy hour deals though. The female server was lovely. At least he was polite in saying “I hate to do this to you”
I came to this place with my husband on Sunday around 2:40 PM. They were still serving brunch and lunch, but about five minutes after we sat down, the staff took our menus and told us they were switching to the dinner menu — even though there was still about an hour and a half left of dinner service. I tried to order the salmon, but it was unavailable. My husband tried to order an espresso martini, which was also unavailable. The wait for the restroom was around 15 minutes, but, don’t worry , the food will take no less than 25 minutes to arrive.

Never even got to order, nothing but a run around to even get to a seat - what's the point of having a reservation if not going to honor it !
Honestly the food had no flavor and it took them 50 minutes to make me an unseasoned cold burger with cold fries. I think they made it and my waitress just never went to check if it was ready and it was cold. I was hungry so I tried to eat it but I couldn’t enjoy it. I saw that the customer next to me cancel her order because they took so long. I thought she was being grumpy but I realize now that it’s a common situation at this place. It’s unfortunate
Only giving 1 star for how nice our server was. We first started off with the garlic shrimp which was NOT cleaned so the black poop line was there. Had to let our server know. We then ordered the disco tater tots but never got it. When we got our food, I was supposed to get a chicken salad melt but instead they gave me a turkey apple sandwich that had bacon in it. I don’t eat pork so this was truly a let down. I lost all my appetite. I HATTTEEE sending back food but it was such an unpleasant experience here. The server was super nice tho!
Genuinely horrible service. As soon as we walked in, they told us that we could sit outside if the table didn’t show because they have “5 minute” grace period. However, the group did now show and they still did not seat us. Then, our server sat at the bar and ate sandwich while scrolling on her phone. They did not check in on our table, did not ask if we needed anything else in terms of food or drinks, and then pointed and laughed when they saw we were evidently upset. The happy hour was only until 6:30 and because of that, we barely could order what we wanted. Overall, incredibly disappointing and upsetting to have such a poor experience.
