I love Chatime! Love it! This location is no exception. If you want a recommendation, get a coconut milk tea with pearls and popping bobs (no extra sugar). It's delicious! A bubble tea from Chatime everyday would make each day a better one.

I had a large taro milk tea with 30% sugar and pearls. Tasted good, pretty standard taro drink. Was fastly made which was awesome.

This location has always been my favorite Niko Niko in Minnesota. Consistently has the most amazing staff and the most perfectly flavored Green Jasmine Milk Tea. Additionally huge shoutout to Amelia for making my day she was so sweet~

I only went there twice but it was way to good not write a review the first time I got dragonfruit tea with strawberry popping boba the second time I got pasionfruit tea also with strawberry popping boba it was tasty,refreshing,and I completely recommend it😊😊

My sisters and I came here, they have a wide variety of options. I had the summer punch tea, 1/2 sweet, with brown sugar boba. It was so good! If I lived in the area I would be here all the time!

This location is the one that I visit most consistently with my wife. They consistently have good service, even when there's a longer line. The drinks made are also consistent in taste each time we've visited. They offer a variety of snacks from Asia. For seating, there are a few tables and chairs right outside the shop. It's a good location to grab a drink if you're visiting Southdale Center or are looking for something out of the ordinary to drink.

Most of the staff members are great. However owner wouldn’t own up to issues like cups that were 80% full. Milk tea is okay and you can taste that certain teas are watered down. Glad better milk tea places opened up in the southwest metro. Positive is the seasonal caramel apple milk tea is pretty good.

I loved Chatime and had hoped that Niko Niko would be the same, but unfortunately it isn’t. Their only options for sweetness levels are 100%, 50%, 25%, and 0%. I ordered 50% and it wasn’t sweet enough, but 100% would be too sweet. At Chatime I would get 80% and it was perfect - I wish there was at least a 75% option. I was also disappointed to see that these drinks came with ice as it makes the drink watery and hard to get the remaining boba out of the bottom. This also means you get less drink. Chatime came without ice, and the drink was chilled. Overall I’m pretty disappointed in the change and am going to find another boba spot from now on.

It’s the worst boba tea (and coffee) I’ve ever tried and I gave it a few tries. And what’s the problem not to put the ice in my cup if I ask so? How does it have any sense they can’t not to put the ice if I order a coffee?? It doesn’t have any sense literally. And one time I literally felt sick after some coffee drink I got there. And it’s not only this location. It’s every niko niko. Just bad. And for the coffee feels I just got some dirty water from washed coffee cups, delicious.

Somehow, every time I ordered from this location the drinks do not taste as good as other locations. I’m a regular and loyal customer of Chatime . I usually come to the ones in woodbury & mall America. They are good but not Southdale location. Every time, its not good here!!. New customers please do not try this location, it will be a bad representation of Chatime.
