These are the best fish tacos in Alhambra. No discussion! However, they're meat tacos on Thursday aren't as savory. If you can, avoid the Carne Asada tacos and go for el pastor on Thursday! Their lime-cilanteo flavored water is deeeelicous! 😋 Overall, great value for your money.

Long wait in line. Food took even longer to get. Don't expect a quick lunch if your limited on time I spent mine waiting for my food. Food was okay burrito was very greasy not worth the wait. Gave it a try due to the high reviews wasn't worth it.

Authentic little shack with a few tables outside for a quick sit down eat and go. Prices are comparably average around the SGV. I went on Thursday so they have a special promo for their meat tacos (asada, pastor, chicken and carnitas) buy one for $3.39 and get the second one for free. You must order by increments of 2,4,6,8....even numbers only for the special price. My go-to-order for any first time taco spot is always two asadas and two pastors. They were good sized street tacos filled with the meat, pico de gallo and their house salsa. They also have a side cart with grilled jalapeños, sliced red onions and limes for your liking. Both marinated meats were tasty and juicy. I would definitely come back again to try some other stuff on the menu. They have menudo and sushi as options as well.

Poor customer service. Tables and the floor are always dirty. There are no utensils or napkins. Don't know how often they come outside to clean. Just order to go. This place was great before.

My fish was barely cooked. The outside batter was as soft as a gooey donut, undercooked batter. When I peeled the batter off, I also noticed that there was barely any fish. Can you please cook it right, give me crispy fish and not soggy ones? There was soggy batter throughout all my fish tacos and even the parts that were not drenched in sauce. I also opened my to-go container within 5 minutes to start eating.

Let's start by saying the 2 stars are for the tostada with octopus and shrimp, the fish tacos were horrible the tortilla wasn't even cooked throughly reason why it got mushy and broke apart when i tried to grab the taco it broke apart, the fish itself was super greasy, the shrimp cocktail broth was extremely sweet, the fish ceviche was dark and tomato tasted and looked old. Over all I won't go back the employees are very unprofessional the cashiers take orders, charge and then go outside to drink whatever they have in a foam cup with one of the cooks. Luckily neither of them bagged or cooked my food since there was 1 more person inside cooking.

Kid-sized portions and so expensive, never returning. This restaurant lost its quality.

I had high hopes over the reviews so I recommended this place. The food was in very good. I got the carne asada fries and meat was very chewy and then there were some pieces that were very fatty. My sister got tacos birria the tacos were very salty

They got horrible service. I ordered 3 Tacos at 12:09. Dude behind me orders 4 campechanas and 7 tacos. They call dudes order at 12:26 still not having called mine. I go to see about my order n all they tell me is the cook chooses which orders to make n that they'll start working on my order. What kind of shit is that? Had to get my money back n go back to work without eating on lunch break.

Better check your order as soon as you get it everybody. Bought 14 fish tacos, just to get home and see there's only 10. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

Extremely Disappointed ☹️ Poor Service and Rude Staff 😔 I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I placed an order over the phone, and the receptionist who I later learned is named Crystal was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to repeat my order several times because she wasn’t paying attention or listening carefully. I was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes, but when someone went to pick it up, it wasn’t even close to ready. We ended up waiting more than 45 extra minutes. When we finally received the food, it was cold, the order was incorrect, and several items were missing including utensils, salsas, and the extras that are normally included. To make matters worse, we were overcharged. We were sent plates that cost $10, but were charged $15. When I called back to address the issue, Crystal was again extremely rude and dismissive. She told me to return the food if I wanted a refund which wasn’t possible since it was already delivered to my workers and I wasn’t nearby anymore. Instead of offering any kind of solution or apology, she said there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. As a local customer who has supported this business before, I’m very disappointed by how this was handled. Sadly, I won’t be returning after this experience.

My self and my wife had dinner from this tacos Ensenada. Wednesday night at 9pm. I'm still sick diarrhea and gases all night and all day and night yesterday an today Friday my wife is sick and my self are still sick. I'm going to er or urgent care to get checked out. I haven't call department of health yet or the store manager yet been sick all day yesterday I had a fever . The cashier or the cook who was cleaning the kitchen. I did not see the cook or her the cashier wash their hands or nor did she change her gloves. After touching the money and she was scratching her nose and parts of her face. They close at 9:30pm all the grills and fryers were cleaned and off duty when I got there at 9:pm. my wife had fish tacos and they were not fresh they had some old fish ready just in case they got an order late.i never saw or heard the fryers cooking the fish or my tacos de papa. My wife's fish taco was soggy and cold . My order looked like old tacos from the day before the tacos were cold. The rice was cold and the beans were cold also . I had the potatoes tacos my plate looked like trash we were hungry and we had to eat and after spending $35 on two meals. The worst customer service I have had. I felt like I was a burden to her when I was there to order and they had to take my order at 9pm and they close at 9:30 pm . Bad attitude rude and disrespectful I have pictures of my plate. I'm going to call management and report the situation . before someone else gets sick . I need help if someone can help thank you

I come here quite often and recently the quality of food has become bad. I think it’s because there’s less customers during weekdays and they’re giving away leftovers to cut down costs, but I’m here to support a small business I should not be treated as garbage can of your shop’s spoiled food. Also, I’ve had better quality tacos at the stand on the side of the road.
