Awesome pizza slice lunch, w/ a Caesar Salad and drink, ALL FOR $8.99! And the Caesar Salad dressing is wonderful! I had a pepperoni pizza, and Allan ordered the Hawaiian Pizza with Canadian bacon & pineapple. He loved it, as the ham pieces were generously big & plentiful. He thought it was GREAT! The self-serve soda drinks are the brand Stubborn, with the BEST Rootbeer I've ever tasted. No high fructose corn syrup or sweetener additives. Normally, I don't drink sodas, b/c if I do, I'm awake until 3 in the morning. So it was a real treat for me to actually have a soft drink with my pizza! Customer service was excellent, and the dining room was super clean. Everything about New York Pizza & Pints on Stacy at the Allen Outlets was perfection. We'll definitely be back!

An amazing Pizza store! I love how their pizza taste. Very fresh, cheesy, and delicious!!! It’s completely different from chained store pizzas and frozen pizzas. Despite the fact that the store is so busy, my order came out very fast and accurate. The owner is very attentive, and helpful. Price is reasonable compared to the quality. Plenty of seats inside. There is also a bar where u can sit and chit chat with your friends. Highly recommend!

In true New York Pizza fashion, New York Pizza & Pints delivers in providing memorable delicious NY style pizza. So very yummy 😋. The pizza sizes are 14 inches or 24 inches. I was able to do a half and half pizza for my guest. I was impressed by taste, fresh ingredients, and thinly made fresh dough. 5 star pizza experience for sure. I'll be back soon. Thank you for great food, good service, and a good dine-In atmosphere. It's appreciated.

I'm not a huge pizza person but I thought their pizza was amazing! The single slices are HUGE. They are a great deal for the price! The crust is super thin and both crispy and soft.

Just passing by and fell in love with this place. Pizza slices are huge. Ny style. Very delicious. Rest of menu looks amazing. Tried the hot dog, but it is not true ny style..more Chicago style, but still delicious. Bread on the dog was amazing. We love it, going to come back to try the gyro and meatball and so on Friendly staff and atmosphere. Chef aka the owner very humble and nice person. Very friendly and suggested good option for food.

The pizza here is 10/10 incredible! Probably best pizza in Collin County. Only negative is you will pay for that pizza, not the cheapest pizza. Expect about 28 for a regular size pizza and over 40 for a large pizza. You don't get quantity though.

Excellent pizza and the dude working was flying solo. Running the register, making the pizzas and serving up the fruits of his labor. Dude was on point! He can sure sling some delicious pies.

Fantastic crust with an amazing crunch you can only get in the east coast typically. That alone carried the pie hard! The sauce was kinda lame and cheese just forgetful, so maybe extra sauce would have been the move. Looks like they had lots of TV and beer options on tap. Service was chill. I might consider coming back if I am shopping around in the mall!

Came to dine in after taking a break from shopping at the Allen outlets. I immediately noticed the dirty floors, however the establishment is nice. We ordered with ease. The only complete disappointment was being informed of no refills. The chef special included to slices of pizza that came out hot and cheesy, the salad was horrible! Bae seemed to still have an appetite afterwards 🙃

So did an online order that was supposed to be for the Frisco location but mistakenly did it for Allen based on the address I guess. Pizza was COLD when I say cold, I literally had to put it back in the oven to at least get the cheese to melt. The delivery service they used placed my pizza on the ground, no knock, no hand it to me, on the ground. I paid $70 for 24” pie and having it cold on delivery tells me it could not have been placed in a warming bag, and for it to be placed outside my door on the ground was unacceptable. Never again. This is all before I bit into the cold pizza. COLD

The atmosphere and service was amazing. But something was terribly off with the taste of the pizza. I couldn’t get through one slice of pepperoni pizza. I’m not sure if the dough was bad or if the cheese was old… but today was my first time trying this spot and I will not be back

Terrible experience all round, I would not recommend. I have been going here off and on for almost ten years and never had an experience like this. I arrived at 11, just as they opened for the day. After quickly reviewing the menu for what I want, I order 2 slices of pepperoni pizza for $6 each according to the menu. When I go to pay the bill with my card, it seems rather high for 2 slices and a soda at $20. I pay and get the receipt noticing the 2 slices came to $15.52, $7.76 per slice (weird price btw). When I enquire, I was told that the video menu board is wrong and the correct price is in the computer. Further, someone is coming soon to update the board. I’m in no mood to argue other than to say that it’s a bit slimey, getting nothing in return other than a curt head nod as he walks away. To make matters worse, I then notice a special for $8.99 on a side chalk board (who knows if this price is correct or not) for a slice, salad and soda. Had I known that, I would have opted for that. You’d think that is enough, but it gets much worse, cuz the food wasn’t good and the food is everything, right? After a few mins, the 2 slices come out. Clearly this was from last nite. You can see in the pic that he did a lame job of trying to cover up the old, refrigerated cheese with a bit of new cheese. And he had only warmed it enough to melt the cheese and not warm it thru. The slice was luke warm at best with a soggy crust. Not a pleasant eat at all. I finished that slice and brought the other slice home hoping I can salvage my over-priced slice in my own oven. I don’t think it’s an unreasonable expectation to get freshly cooked pizza when they have just opened for the day. Needless to say, I will no longer eat at this place. Terrible customer service, prices AND food. No redeeming quality worth my money.

😠 detail a severely negative experience at New York Pizza at Stacy Plaza, Allen, Texas 1. Restaurant Experience Food Quality: The food was subpar and did not meet basic expectations for a pizza restaurant. Customer Service: The staff exhibited an unacceptable level of rudeness and unprofessionalism toward me as a customer. 2. Parking and Towing Incident Upon leaving the restaurant, I discovered my vehicle, which was legally parked in the Stacy Plaza parking lot, had been towed. When I immediately approached the New York Pizza staff for assistance, I was met with extreme indifference: I requested the restaurant contact the towing company, but the staff stated, "it is non of their business and it is your problem." I then asked for the contact information for the Stacy Plaza property manager. The staff flatly denied having the information, which felt like a deliberate attempt to obstruct me from resolving the situation. 3. Financial Burden and Resolution I eventually located my vehicle at the storage facility. Despite presenting my restaurant receipt as proof of shopping at the plaza, the third-party towing company refused to release the car without a payment of $415.00. After considerable effort, time, and independent research to locate the property manager and plaza owner, it became clear that there was no interest from any party in assisting me. I was advised by a Police Officer that my only immediate recourse was to pay the fee and pursue legal action later. This entire incident resulted in a significant financial loss of $415.00 and many hours of unnecessary stress and hassle. Conclusion The combination of poor food, exceptionally rude staff, and the highly questionable and predatory towing situation linked to the plaza makes this a location I will never visit again. I strongly caution others about the risks associated with parking and dining at New York Pizza in Stacy Plaza.

Asked for vegetarian pizza as we dont eat meat and the manager/owner was the rudest person here. Hummus pita is something one should never order here. It lacks salt. Double check your pizza as they would be ignorant enough to keep up with your choices. In my vegetarian pizza I had pepperoni and the manager was unapologetic about it. After seeing that we would review is when he came to say sorry. I would not recommend anyone to come here as your choice is not respected and have not even seen anyone being this rude and neglectful. Despite his mistake we were told that we wont give you a refund, if you want you can have another slice. Who would want it. One of the terrible places to eat at.
