I popped on as my bus was 28 minutes away. They’d run out of lemonade and the cherry foam syrup for their Cherry Chai Latte and the raspberry syrup. It was a hot day, but as a non coffee drinker I tried what was suggested by the absolutely fabulous Dene. Rosie took my order and was also wonderful and kept my toddler occupied while I chose our cake slices. I picked lemon and pumpkin. Which were fresh and was asked if I’d like them heated. Jerry was cleaning quietly and had a smile on his face which is a rarity on some of the Starbies I’ve been to. Even without the alternatives I’d have it was a pleasant visit. I will definitely be back. Service was fast and exactly what I ordered. They even offered a cup of water for my little one. They announced closure within half an hour. Opposite the Tenament Buildings. Busy, but they move quickly and professionally.

I think that this Starbucks location is a bit underrated. The staff here are friendly and courteous. They greeted you when you entered the door and the gentleman took my order with a shiny smile. For that, it's a 5 star. The seating area is spacious and decent. I was thinking of going to another location because of the rating I saw, but I am glad that I came. The whole experience deserves at least a 4 star!

This store simply does not have enough staff to keep up with the amount of customers placing orders. Twice I've ordered ahead and both times I've had to wait an inordinate amount of time just for a coffee to go box! If your order is taking awhile don't be afraid to speak up because the staff WILL forget about your order

The staff sometimes do not seem like they want to be friendly and they treat you like a naughty child if you need to add something to your drink. They act cold and hostile. Is that the way Starbucks staff are supposed to treat their customers?

No issue with the coffee/food but the service is pretty bad. Juli served me on the register and was just pretty rude/disinterested/seemed irritated to be there.

The coffee was terrible—overly bitter and drowned in syrup. I definitely wouldn’t pay $8 for something that tastes like that again. The restroom was unusable, and I couldn’t even wash my hands before attempting to drink this so-called “coffee.” Tools

The coffee was terrible. It was a bitter substance with a lot of syrup - if I wanted to drink cat urine, I wouldn't have paid $8 for it! There is a toilet here, but it didn't work (why?) You can't even wash your hands before drinking this disgusting “coffee”

Super busy and noisy and the guy at the counter Julio like a bouncer and a manager and every time I got up to go to bathroom they would take all my drink and everything and throw it away almost like they want me to leave. I had to meet a few customers there I spent like four hours there And they would do that every time I go to the bathroom, but everyone else I did not see them do that too when they went to the bathroom throw away the drink sort of like them telling me they did not welcome me there the first time I felt that also every time I ordered a drink and I asked for three stevia, they will tell me to get it myself. It’s the first time I ever experience that in a Starbucks that they wouldn’t mix it in for me or shake it in for me made me very uncomfortable and also Julio would just stand at the register and look at me for hours on !!! taking orders is not that nice and place super dirty and bathroom like bomb went off in it!!

I do not like this Starbucks. They had me wait 20 minutes to tell me they were out of my food, and the they said do you want a bagel, and i said yes. I waited 10 more minutes and it didn’t come and i had to go back to school. Very annoying. They are not giving a refund. don’t go here in a rush. Plus they had over 10 staff and none of them could make food? Lazy and rude staff.

This is a message to the manager. I come in about 1-2 times a week and order a grande nitro, that's the largest nitro you can order. I want the nitro on ice so ask for a side of ice in a venti cup. Half of your employees provide a venti, half do not stating your policy to only give tall ice cups. I think they are misapplying your rule and that when someone orders a drink that costs $7, they should get it in the cup that they want. Please clarify for either myself or for your employees. Thank you.

Place was not only dirty but understaffed and they were slackin. Friend tried to use stars to buy certain drinks and because they were all sweets she refused to allow him to use the Stars to buy a croissant frappuccino and ice mocha like being that they're all considered desserts she instead had him order and made him take two teas. the three guests on this review one doesn't drink tea so they I think ,without a manager overstep their bounds.. Next visit : two simple small coffees. The manager Dylan, not only called THE CUSTOMERS were wrong ( ME AND FRIEND WHOM ORDER IN A DETAILED FASHION). THEN Manager yelled at cashier. Poor guy
