This isn't our first time at Nativo; in fact, we go regularly, and we always leave delighted. The quality-price ratio is excellent, and the burgers are truly delicious, made with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. They also have vegan options, which are just as carefully crafted and flavorful as the rest of the menu. We want to give a special mention to José Miguel, our usual waiter: he's incredibly friendly, attentive, and always gives us great recommendations. It's a pleasure to experience such friendly and professional service. A highly recommended spot that we'll definitely be returning to.

A very pleasant place to have a drink; the terrace is large and the interior is nicely decorated. The food is great for sharing; I especially liked the croquettes, with a delicious béchamel sauce and a sweet pepper sauce that made them even more flavorful.

Un sitio con un ambiente cálido y bien cuidado, ubicado a pocos metros de la plaza de Colmenarejo. A destacar la pulcritud con la que está decorado con unos espacio preciosos. La comida está igualmente muy bien trabajada, con un servicio atento y rápido. Pedimos varios platos de la carta y personalmente me decanto por las bravas como plato que no te puedes ir sin probar, con una salsa con un ligero picor condimentada con buena mano. La carne estaba en su punto y para los amantes de la lasaña tienen que probar la de Boletus. Recomiendo ir a probarlo.

El olor a leña te hace sentarte en este sitio con bastante encanto y muy buena comida. El servicio algo lento, pero educado. Muy buen sitio para comer en familia a un precio bastante razonable. Volveremos

A restaurant specializing in meats and other grilled products. They have both a dining room and a terrace. The downside to the terrace is that if it's sunny, they don't have umbrellas for all the tables, and you'll be left feeling like a crab. It was quite full. The waiters were quite efficient and quick, but there were a lot of people and they were overwhelmed. In the end, you had to get up to get any attention, whether to order food or to add a dish or drink, which makes the experience less enjoyable. So, you have to be patient and take it easy. Although there's a lot next door where you can park, it fills up quite quickly. The most striking thing is that it has a Mercadona store next door, so it's the perfect excuse to go shopping afterward. The starters were acceptable, the aesthetics and execution good, although there were only a few croquettes on such a large plate. The meat was very good. The desserts didn't catch my attention; some were homemade, others weren't (I don't recommend the latter). Good value for money, but it's best to book when the weather is nice to ensure an umbrella if you're on the terrace. Inside, there was plenty of space between tables and a good temperature.

The truth is, the food was quite tasty, although the portions were a bit small. The good thing is that the prices aren't outrageous, so that's not a problem. The worst part was the management of the place itself, as it was packed and there were barely three people to cover the main dining room plus all the outdoor space. The result: more than half an hour between courses, angry people at almost every table, cold food in many cases… what could have been a wonderful experience in a nice place with a good atmosphere turned into a logistical disaster that made many of us who were there never want to return.

Decepciona. La calidad de su comida ha bajado y mucho. Parecen mini hamburguesas sin sabor. El equipo de camareros lo intentan pero sin orden, sin criterio. Hacia más de tres meses que no regresaba, y me han vuelto a decepcionar. Por favor, debéis mejorar mucho en todo. Queremos dar oportunidad a los negocios de nuestra pueblo y hay que demostrar.

Cold (if they put you outside in the "tent") and noisy, the traffic is non stop. The food nothing to write home about. There are better places to eat.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! We've been a regular customer for years and have had good reviews for years, but we won't be returning. We made a reservation for 2:30 PM. We appreciated that our son's meal arrived an hour later (pork tenderloin and croquettes). An hour later, they brought my wife's meal (churrasco steak). She finished her plate, and after two hours, at 4:30 PM, we asked for the bill… After hearing many complaints about the delay, we had to leave without receiving my order, which was as simple as pork secreto with potatoes… It's a shame that a place with such a good location has this kind of service. In a small town, they won't take long to pay for this kind of behavior!

The food is delicious. But the service is appalling. The staff is very disorganized. The food arrives cold, and you can easily wait more than 30 minutes between courses. Diners finish eating, and other customers at the same table still haven't received their plates. We paid and left, exhausted from waiting. They need to review their customer service procedures, or this restaurant will end up closing.

Horrible, 1 hour and 15 minutes until our food was delivered. If I hadn't been with elderly people, I'd have left. The burgers aren't worth it; the meat isn't bad, but the rest of the ingredients are extremely cheap and sparse. This is the second time this has happened to us. We had given it a second chance, but it was even worse. I don't recommend it at all. Ah! The waiter's excuse is worthy of note: he said it's how long it takes to cook over charcoal. Telling people from the mountains how long it takes to cook over charcoal! This is what happens when you hire unprofessional staff. Besides not knowing how, they think you're stupid. I'm posting the photo from last time so you can see what they call double cheese.

Sadly I won't return. Broken door for over 2 months. New waiters every month. And somehow they managed to make bad nachos. A pity, it was nice in the first 2 years.

Bad service. T-bone steak way too crudo, way too salty, just no bueno 🥩 As we got in, the server wanted to put us in the tent beside a big party, that is so unprofessional. We were dressed for a date, very elegant. So stupid to put us beside a 12 people group that we’re having loud conversations and making noise. Not thinking about the customer. And the drinks are very little compared to what we had before. I do not recommend!
