I took my brother there with the family of 6 people on his birthday I can’t believe the amazing service they provided us with from Joey the manager to the hostesses and of course our waiter Louis I couldn’t have made this day special than the treatment we recieved from them I was so afraid of everything not going perfect but to my surprise it went perfect the food was great recieved it quick and hot on a busy Saturday evening thanks for making it special for my baby brother see you guys soon keep up the great work and Managment

I ordered a blue cheese Filet mignon with mushrooms. The sides I got were brussel sprouts and a baked potato. The meat was cooked perfectly and the blue cheese with mushrooms added some nice flavor. I honestly hate brussel sprouts but these were cooked well and had alot of flavor. Overall, my dining experience at black Angus was a very good one.

Good service and the food is good as well. There is inconsistent cooking with the steaks though. Ordered two steaks medium and one came out medium rare (siding rare) and they could also be seared a little more as well. Overall a good place.

This was my first time here. I had a wonderful time. The food was great and the service was amazing :) our waitress was Joan and she was amazing, on top of everything, and knowledgeable about the menu. If you come here you should ask for Joan .

Dined here this evening with my fiancé, and had such a wonderful meal. Our server Galdino was definitely a major highlight of our experience. He was so tentative, kind and made sure we were well taken care of as well. The food came out within a very good amount of time and all of it was great. Couldn’t ask for a better dine in experience.

My international colleague and I came here to celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday. It was her first time trying turkey. The food was excellent for the occasion, as was the service. The menu was limited for Thanksgiving, yet it was perfect for a Thanksgiving meal. I would recommend coming for Thanksgiving with friends and loved ones.

We got the campfire when we came with our family. Appetizers to the dessert was delivered in perfect timing! Plates came one after another. Service was great, fast response. Definitely gets you full!

Lovely time. Delicious steaks and appetizers. Sat in a booth in the bar vs dining room. Bartender and Bar server were pretty receptive.

My salmon was amazing, first time I have ordered it. They have the best Wedge Salad along with the best tasting blue cheese dressing. We came for an early lunch and noticed our server was also bar backing. She was so busy with very little help. This is the second location where we have been that this has happened. Felt for her.

Our waiter was great. Ribeye is delicious. And the zucchini fried is the best appetizer imo.

Their 2 dinners for $69 (a few more bucks for better cuts) was definitely worth it! A shared appetizer, 2 steaks, 2 sides each, and a shared big dessert. Came here on august 8th for my mothers bday with friends and family. We all enjoyed our dinner. I ordered the top sirlon with 2 lobster tails, fries, and mash potatoes. Everything was cooked great and the food was very savory and delicious. Good family outing with the fam bam. HBD MOM. LOVE YOU ❤️

Today we went here to celebrate my husbands bday and i gotta say everything was great from the drinks and appetizers to the dessert! The service was amazing i feel bad i didn’t catch our server’s name but he was amazing and fast and just so nice and friendly you could tell he enjoys his job! The pomegranate margarita and Caesar salad are so good! These were our desserts free cookie with ice cream for bday and we also got the chocolate fudge cake which was so good!

Everything was top notch! Everyone was friendly food was exceptional and absolutely loved our server. Ordered the 8oz primerib, I couldn't decide on the fired grilled shrimp or the twin lobster tails to go with it. Then our server told us the lobster tails were on special that day so I got both.Excellent! I will definitely order this plate again whether the lobster is on special or not! Well worth ordering both seafood items to go with the steak or primerib. Their side salad was a pleasant surprise, not the traditional boring iceberg lettuce, but made with fresh mixed greens, tomatoes and croutons, I had the ranch dressing which was one of the best I've tasted.

Very impressed by this place. We had a little wait for two of us but you can tell this place is having a hard time finding workers like everywhere else. After we were sat, the waitress was very helpful and our food came out very hot and delicious. We both got filet's and my son and I enjoyed them. Everyone was very friendly and they were doing their best with the small staff they had. I'll definitely be back if we are in the area.

If you want a good steak it's best made at home. They way you like it. Looked at the difference between homemade vs. Eating out. They have fake grill marks, and if you look closely no sear on steak.

Just wanted to say that having our Galentine’s celebration at Black Angus in Ontario the day before Valentine’s Day was absolutely the best customer service experience! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect the lighting, the ambiance, and the overall setting made it such a special night. I hadn’t been there in 28 years, and I’m so glad we came back! Our waitress was amazing attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. The manager, Joe, was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only thing I wish was still there is the dance area and music we were ready to dance! 💃🏽 That would have made the night even more fun. My carnivore sissy and my friends had such a wonderful time. Thank you for an awesome experience — we will definitely be back! 🖤🥩

My family and I, a party of 13, went to Black Angus for dinner to have our Secret Santa gift exchange and to celebrate my nephew's 40th birthday. From the moment I called to make our reservation and throughout our dinner, we had the best and most amazing customer service I've experienced in a long time. Staff was very attentive and even the manager, Adrian came by to see how the service was. They helped make our special dinner an wonderful experience. Black Angus Ontario will now be our spot for our family get togethers and special dinners. Thank you Adrian and staff for making our evening so much more special.

My family of four went to Black Angus for Thanksgiving dinner. It was our first time going out for Thanksgiving. We will be back! The turkey dinner was out of this world! White meat and dark meat with a sage dressing that was delicious. The side dishes were fantastic...those that came with the meal. The salad we ordered was super fresh and delicious. Special shout out to the staff. They were swamped! It was SO busy. Yet everyone was polite, friendly, and truly dedicated to providing a great dining experience. Thank you, to all of you, for making our Thanksgiving so wonderful! We are thankful for you!

It was my husband's birthday, and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating after we had a horrible experience waiting an hour to be seated at Texas Roadhouse, only to be told they were closing the Texas Roadhouse down due to an IT issue. It was not crowded at this Black Angus location, which made it so much nicer for my husband who cannot stand too crowded places. The hostess and our waitress were excellent. Our waitress gave us a discount because she saw I was a teacher because of my debit card and a free dessert for my husband's birthday. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The Campfire Feast is a really good deal. Portions for that deal are so large that we couldn't even finish dessert. (We did upgrade with the extra charge for the Wagon Wheel Sampler and Prime Rib, though.) We also enjoyed the red wine flight, so we could see which would pair well with our steaks.

I came before my flight back home, it popped up as a suggestion when I was looking for a place to have dinner near the airport. Really glad I came, the service was phenomenal! My waiter (I forgot his name, this was a few weeks ago 😞) was not overly attentive but very proactive on everything from offering to bring me a fresh Pepsi to go when I asked for a cup for my unfinished drink, to bringing a cup of ice when I said I like my pop a little watered down. I got the $39.99 dinner special which was an appetizer, main course and dessert. This is a is really affordable full meal considering you also get bread and butter. I didn’t finish everything but got to enjoy it then next day for lunch when I was back home. The menu is pretty extensive, there’s something for everyone even vegans and vegetarians. It’s in a great location for travelers and office workers; it’s near the airport (less than 10 minutes away), surrounded by hotels and office buildings. I was happy I was able to get a comfy booth on a Friday night. The parking lot was full but the spacious restaurant had immediate seating. A yummy way to end my visit to the Inland Empire 🍊

I had the chance to finally check out this steakhouse. I ordered the dinner for one set. It turned out to be plenty of food that left me very satisfied. The service was great. My server, Luis B., was very helpful. He helped with recommendations for entrees and sides. He was respectful and patient. He knew when to come by and advance to the next course. The food came out quickly. As a bonus, the complimentary bread came out nice and warm. Overall, a pleasant experience I wouldn't mind coming back to.

Excellent, attentive, friendly service. The prime ribs and ribeye were cooked to the perfect medium rare, and the sides were amazing. We ordered a 24oz and 2 x 16oz prime ribs, and 1 x 16oz ribeye. I would say the lobster tails were just ok and maybe slightly overcooked, but still decent. I haven't been to a Black Angus in about 2 decades and wasn't expecting it to be as good as it surprisingly was. Will return to this location.

The restaurant is tucked away and hard to see from the main street. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant was clean and the hostess was friendly. The decor has been updated. We were so pleased we picked Black Angus for our dinner. We arrived at 7pm and unfortunately the wait for a table was 1.5 hours. Thankfully we asked about sitting at the bar and it was open seating. There were not many seats taken, so we easily found a comfortable high top table. Our server, Megan, was quick to welcome us and delivered our drinks right away. We placed our order with appetizer, salad, entrees and dessert. Each course was brought out in a perfectly timed manner. The bread was served warm and the appetizer came out quickly. The items on the sampler platter were hot and the cold items were chilled. The side salad was served crisp and fresh. The steaks were brought out cooked just right. The potatoes were piping hot. Megan, our server constantly filled our beverages and she checked on us many times. We highly recommend this location!

Service was Awesome. Food was great. My only problem was with the Frozen salad and the Filet Mignon not being up to par.

I ordered the Surf and Turf meal which was delicious, the warm bread they serve before your meal was very good. The Cherry Pepsi had the perfect amount of sweetness and carbonation. The only complaint I have is that it took about a good 45 minutes to get our meal, the server came by a few times to let us know that our food was coming but not sure what the reason was for the lengthy wait.

Good place for a steak on the go. Just order your cut and enjoy. Ask for a shot of Tequila with your blueberry lemonade and you won't regret it. Such a cosy place and ambiance is good and not busy at least for weekdays and good servers ! I order salad but they said me that there is no olive oil ! Because the reason is they are steak house ! To be honest the most weird answer I ve ever heart and she said me “ we don t use olive oil and not need it “ but with salad if you sell ! You need olive oil for salad ! Any way except this steak 🥩 was good and price is ok for one person with soft drink ! And plates with steak and side which are on same plate too small ! They might have bigger plates to easy cut and eat !

The chicken may have been over cooked because it was dry. The waiter kindly took it back and replaced it. I'll order something different next time. We had never been here before so we came here around 12pm on a Saturday and there was ample seating. There may have been 10 people inside including the two of us which might have been the first red flag. Waiter was very nice and attentive. But the food was not good. Ordered the dinner for two for $69. My fiancé and I decided to get chicken tenders as the appetizer and they weren't all that great. Almost looked a little burnt. Then we got our ribeyes and ordered it medium and medium rare and got a well done steak. The sides were good. The desert cookie was good, but was really the only thing that was. In the end, we spent $100 bucks to find out this place wasn't good and won't be returning.

I'm was going to make this dry but, the asparagus was HUGE and dry. The meat was too charred, but tasted nice. Lobster was under weight. The taste was alright. Pilaf was alright. Like the stars say food was rough people were awesome.

Top Sirloin was aged but with very little flavor. Prices are decent. Huge location to accommodate large parties. Outback has slightly better Sirloin.

We got a Campfire Feast meal. The steaks were horrible. They were not seared at all, the color on top and bottom was a grey, no sear or any griddle marks, just a pale Grey color. The steaks also tasted bland and basically had no flavor, or juice. Normally Black Angus has tasty steaks, and they are grilled on a hot surface that sears the meat. The potato skins, and rest if the meal was good. Our cocktails were tasty too. I hope the cook starts turning up the heat when cooking steaks, so our next order is tasty and we do not leave over 1/2 of an expensive steak to be tossed. The restaurant was clean, and our server had a good attitude.

Met family that was visiting from out of town here. They were able to seat a group of 8 of us quickly, lots of empty tables, maybe only 3 tables seated at the time, but minimal staff so we were happy they could accommodate us on short notice. Good options as there is something for all tastes (chicken, shrimp, salad, etc. not just steak). With that said, service was spotty. Never got waters, had to ask for boxes a couple times, steak temperatures were all off except for the one person who ordered a filet. I asked for my ribeye rare as I assumed this would be the case (it is not lost on me that these are trying times for restaurants with high staff turnover... If it came rare great! If it came medium rare, also great). When it arrived it was light pink/brown or medium well/well throughout 75% with only the thickest tiny remaining portion looking medium rare (pictured). I get it, thinner steak, but still you are a "steakhouse" so I would hope that would be done mostly correctly. But oh well, seasoning was good at least. Luckily it was also a ribeye so the marbling kind of helped save it. Sides were good and cocktails were good though (and trust me at extended family meals that's really the important part!), and staff was friendly. Just looked like they could use a few more people and maybe a little more kitchen training.

Great place to go to. For happy hour. Although, the food isn't as good as other Black Angus resturants. The Steaks are kind of tough. The rest is ok. Just go for Happy Hour. 3.5☆-5

We ordered the campfire feast dinner for two priced at $69. You share an appetizer, you get your own dinner plate and a shared dessert. We chose the Brussels sprouts as our appetizer. I didn’t care for the blue cheese on it. I didn’t like the honey on it either. I won’t order that again. Garden salad is decent. It had a mixed leaf lettuce blend. It had plenty of croutons and shredded carrots. 2 grape tomatoes. I would order that again. We both ordered the 12 oz ribeye medium rare. My stake came out to me Medium. I was disappointed. I have a policy to never complain and send my food back. You never know what people are going to do to your food when you send it back. I’m not willing to risk it. The stake was not seasoned well. It was bland. The potato mash was good but not great. Broccoli was fine. Over all I would say my meal was just ok. Do I think it’s worth $69 for the 2 of us? If you’re a foodie like me, no. I wouldn’t come back based on what was presented to me. Bland, overcooked and underwhelming. It was just mediocre. I can do a better job at home.

Tge wagon wheel sampler was terrible! The shrimp cocktail had old wilted smelly lettuce, potato skins tasted old, chicken fingers had an odd taste. Advised our waitress who did take the sampler back and the manager we assumed came out and gave us some half-baked excuse why tge food was served like it was. Our entrees were good. However, if that is how their kitchen sets out food to be served, they have a really big problem. Health Dept needs to be notified. Not sure we will returning anytime soon.

The food is amazing. The service was below par. I don't mind if it is taking longer than normal to get food or drinks out but communication is key and that was sorely missing.

This is my second time and unfortunately experience wasn't the best: We were a company of two, in. Saturday, when I arrive the hostess told me 45 minutes of wait. It was around 3.30 pm and there were more people waiting for for their table. I always ask for tables in the bar but i received the same answer, 45 minutes, so I decide to go and grab a drink in the bar while waiting and discovered the was 11 booth just two with people, 13 high tables in the bar area just one occupied. A waitress was walking with an order and asked her what about so many room and the waiting time, she answered me was the only server at that time and told me I could use one of the tables in the bar. I guess covid19 has those restaurants short of employees so not enough help, be prepared, you must wait. Rubi our waitress was amazing, gentle, always naturally smiling and efficient, bring our drinks and starter (we got an online coupon special of two dinner with everything, regular price of 69.99 for $49.95, good deal) so I add a drink, bread was warm and delicious, then the artichokes deep, we order as we're steak lovers, a new York steak with two sides. I fell disappointed again because most wasn't good for the full price you would pay, more than $30 for the entire, without the starter, drink and dessert, so without this coupon the bill would easily go beyond $100 for two people. 30 minutes later, more server were starting their shifts and they let waiting people.come and sit, we would be after them. The dessert was delicious and abundant, enough for two. Conclusion: Disappointed again, too expensive, for me taste wasn't good. When we're leaving, 45 minutes later, received a text message my table was ready...what a bummer! Ruby our waitress was the best of the night, without her gentle, courteous and efficient service we would had left.... Just to finish, we have a said in Spanish, translating it would say, in taste and colors preferences,, there's nothing written", so it was my taste, I don't know about yours.....

The services were good but I felt so embarrassed that I forgot credit card. Had to get all out change together, didn't have enough for the tip only give $5:00 but won't go back because it was to expensive $92:00 dollars for both of us that's that we got the 2 for $69 wow we won't be going there anytime soon, dennys here we go .

Service was great, but food was below average. I should have known better but needed a quick place to eat that was walking distance from where I was staying. I won't be back.

For a steak house, they sure mix up on the way food is cooked. I asked for medium well, instead I got a medium rare filet mignon. Their Spinach and Artichoke Dip was not great, the Strawberry Lemonade was not bad. I did not know my broccoli was going to come with a giant stump, otherwise I'd not have gotten it. Their au gratin potatoes are not great. I do not recommend this steak house, go to another one if possible... at least maybe at another location, your steak will be cooked how you ask for it.

I went for mothers day and I was really disappointed with the food, receptionist, and table seating. Food: I ordered a strawberry lemonade with mint and didn't care for the mint flavor and the strawberries weren't as fresh, after I had a starter of steak soup and it tasted like Chucky can soup and there was hardly any meat to it. After the main course came a 18oz steak with asgaragus. The steak ordered was medium rare and it did came out as I ordered but the outside of the steak was too burt from the grill and charcoally also the asparagus was burnt as well and dry. Receptionist: booked our reservation a day in advance and still no seat ready. Table seating: the tables are really small for the big plates and people, had to adjust everything just for a drink. Tonight we dined at Black Angus and what a disappointment it was. Our server was friendly (kind of) but extremely oversat. We had to keep waving him down for more water, sauces, etc. We had to ask multiple times for basic things such as ketchup and steak sauce. The biggest disappointment came at the end of the meal. They apparently no longer have the chocolate cake (which was our favorite) even though it’s still listed on the menu. The worst part of our visit was when we tried to order the VIP market steak assortment (uncooked steaks to go to cook at home). We waited over 20 minutes and finally, when I flagged down the manager, was told the kitchen was very busy and it would take longer. We cancelled the steaks and asked for the check. It did save us over $130 but was so frustrating that they had no intention of providing it but let us wait for nothing. This was our first visit at this location and we will definitely not be going back. Poor customer service from our server and the manager. So sad

It’s been awhile since we’ve been here due to a diet program I was on. We always get the campfire dinner with the same appetizer but I guess there’s an extra fee now for the one we picked which I discovered on our receipt. It would have been a common courtesy for the waitress to bring that to our attention when ordering. The steak was stuff and the bread was dry. Not very pleased for the money we spent to have this experience. I don’t think we will be going here again.

We had high hopes for this steakhouse, but unfortunately, the service overshadowed the meal. The food itself was okay—nothing exceptional, but enjoyable enough for a casual night out. The real issue was the service. We waited an unreasonably long time to get our drinks refilled, and there was an apparent lack of attentiveness throughout the evening. My Fiancée took me there for my birthday. It was my first time at the Rancho Cucamonga location. We ordered the Campfire Feast Dinner for Two with the Wagon Wheel Sampler as the appetizer. We decided to be seated for dinner in the bar area because it was almost empty. Worst decision ever. With all the open seats the waitress decided to seat us right next the the cash register checkout area. Although there were other waitresses waiting other tables...the bartender was our server. With that said the service was slow the food was not appealing at all and horrible because the entrees were burnt and crispy. We ordered steak, shrimp, bbq chicken and ribs everything was burnt except the shrimp and the Wagon Wheel Appetizer wasn't tasty at all and they served it to us in a baking pan. Horrible experience will not be returning!

I purchased a new York strip. The steak itself was completely unseasoned which is honestly gross. I expect at least some salt when I pay over 30$ for a slice of meat. The sides were good. I had mashed potatoes which were seasoned and tasted good. Also the garden salad with house dressing which was nice with very tasty croutons. But for a steak house to have the worst part of the meal be the steak, very disappointing. The servers were very kind and quick. The restaurant itself was empty and felt sterile.

Horrible!! Never again. I chose Black Angus for my birthday and that was a big mistake. Our server was rude and didn’t seem to want to come to our table even though there were only 4 other parties in restaurant at the time. Bread wasn’t brought out for the whole table. A guest from our party asked for more bread and server told him no and never brought any other bread. Asparagus was burnt to a crisp when they were supposed to be grilled. Ordered a salad, which always comes before food comes with the entree. Potato skins were dried out. It was just a horrible experience. Will not be going back to this location.

Was excited and soooo impressed with the Ontario Black Angus on our first visit on Monday... Jessica provided excellent service, the food and drinks were DELICIOUS, the young man who seated us and conversed with us was a sweetheart and it we had an EXCEPTIONAL overall experience. The bartender amped up my mixed berry mojito by adding blueberries to the drink and topping it off with a blackberry! We COULDN'T WAIT to return to Ontario Black Angus! Unfortunately, we SHOULD have waited. We returned two days later on Wednesday and now I doubt we will EVER return to that location again. Food AND service SUCKED, even the berry mojito was bland and sub-par and the lone slice of lime on top exhibited a true lack of creativity or motivation on the bartender's part. My porterhouse pork chop was supposed to be MEDIUM RARE but it arrived medium well on one end and well done on the other... to the point where the meat was beyond browned on one end. I brought a matter of uncleanliness to the attention of management involving the filthy appetizer plates that were sitting stacked on the table when were seated and it/I were pretty much dismissed as if it was no big deal. In fact, the lady manager said "Clearly there is exvess 'residue' on the plates." REALLY? No, Lady, tjat was DIRT and CRUD. After all was said and done no comp or discount was offered for my entree despite it being beyond overcooked and my having to wait for a new entree to be prepared. Anger makes me want to say that everyone who was on duty Wednesday and had ANYTHING to do with our table should clock out and never return. I'd informed the server at the beginning of our daymare that I had a coupon - I always tip based on the original, pre-discounted amount - but for some reason Amy apparently felt she'd done us a favor by ringing it up as a coupon. Go figure! I took pictures but if I post them the restaurant will immediately know who I am and I do not want any acts of retribution directed toward me or my family via our food should we EVER decide to return. In the meantime I guess I'll be looking for another Black Angus. You know what? Forget it, I'm posting the pics. THEY didn't care, now neither do I. I always end up spending at least $150 (two adults, one child) when we dine at Black Angus and even with the "coupon" Wednesday's $131.76 felt like a slap in the face and swift kick in the rear! Oh, and when Amy returned with my change she specifically stated she was giving me change for $132... she rounded up! The filthy plates, overcooked appetizer, my overcooked porterhouse pork chop, "watered down" mojito and lame service made for not just a wasted hour's drive to get there and 45 minute drive to get home but just a.bad experience altogether. So very diappointed.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Black Angus. I ordered the 8oz sirloin, which cost $25, and expected at least decent quality for that price. Instead, the portion was noticeably smaller than 8oz (I use a food scale regularly, so I can tell), and it tasted bland with no real seasoning. It might have been 8oz before cooking, but definitely not after. For my two “premium” sides, I chose grilled asparagus and Brussels sprouts. Both were prepared incorrectly. The asparagus still had the tough, inedible bottom inch attached—chewing it felt like brushing my teeth with wood fibers. The Brussels sprouts were undercooked, making them unpleasantly crunchy instead of tender. For a $36 meal, this was unacceptable. On top of that, the service was terrible. Our waitress was visibly irritated the entire time, slamming down plates and bottles and being generally passive-aggressive. She was inattentive, and it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive after ordering, which made the experience even worse. This dinner was for my husband’s sister, and I wanted it to be a nice evening. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting quality food or service.

i came into this establishment on thanksgiving with my family and we were disrespected by the manager and staff. the hostess was discriminatory against my grandma’s disability and did not want to accommodate to us with a table. the hostess also said we have to leave by a certain time making us uncomfortable like we weren’t welcome. we raised our concerns to the manager and he did not apologize for his staff disrespecting us and stomped away without resolving the situation we simply wanted an apology for the mistreatment. we will not be coming back to this establishment.

They were slow on getting us our orders, almost an hour wait for the food, the steak was overcooked, and the quality overall was nowhere near the price theyre asking. Our waitress was nice, but she frequently forgot our requests for condiments and other things like straws and such. The establishment felt really hot inside, like there was a lack of ventilation so it made it really uncomfortable to dine here. Very Disappointed, will not be coming back here again.

Avoid. Poor service at times and food quality can be highly inconsistent including missing items, or shorting item quality on orders. Literally recieved a macaroni and cheese with noodles so soft you could push them through cheese cloth and cheese so weak we thought it was butter water. Burgers with no sauce or requested items. Way too many mistakes for the price.

This is the message I sent to Black Angus Ontario on 11/23/25 and 11/24/25 both with no response. So here I am. This was the absolute worse experience I have honestly ever had with the main course meals that we so desired this day. It was a Sunday with all of twenty people in the entire restaurant. So by know means was it a rush. Also the young lady who was our server was also the bartender. She had one of the four orders wrong. We waited and waited for the correct order. Boxed up food for the dogs and then she brought the correct order. Smh She is a sweet young lady very pleasant thats where the two stars came from. I regret not taking pics and I regret not complaining to the manager. This was far worse then words can express! And $200 plus. Smh Message sent *** I/We have enjoyed Black Angus for many years. I live in Los Angeles now and my children stay in Rancho. I invited them to have lunch today before one of them leaves out on duty this upcoming week. It was a total of four adults. One of the appetizers was great! While the other one was cold and not tasty. The rib eye steak tasted like it was boiled with no flavor it was horrible. The prime rib "end cut" had no flavor. Terrible experience spent nearly $400 for a birthday dinner and it was a total of 8 of us, 4 of us got food poisoning throwing up and diarrhea for days. We ate dinner Sunday night 11/9/25. Manager Albert was supposed to call today for refund options but I didn’t get a call back. I had to call back and the other manager on duty answered, he couldn’t give me an answer and offered to give me less than the 4 dinners I spent on. Investigation is apparently going on but managers can’t tell me whether the investigation will give me my refund or not. Manager Albert mentioned a refund for the meals was an option and now I’m getting the run around for a gift card or meal comps. Why would anyone want to go back to a place that made them Ill? 2 of the other people were my kids who were in pain suffering from stomach cramps dehydration, diarrhea and vomiting. I really am hoping they do the right thing and comp me the full refund of the 4 dinners which is $175.98. Because I upgraded on steak and the sampler with the wagon wheel. I am barely starting to feel better today and so are my kids and husband. We had to go to the doctor because we just wouldn’t get better and couldn’t hold anything down. Rated food 1 because of what happened to us. Service was 3 because the host almost forgot our desert had I not mentioned it, other than that his service was as expected. Atmosphere was 1 because restrooms were not clean there was trash all over the ladies restroom and it was not sanitary, which I only found out after we ate as we were leaving because I had to use the restroom at that point! Again, I hope the manager Albert does the right thing.
