Food is good but they take advantage on Uber eats orders They put small portions, not like when you go to eat at a restaurant. rice and chowmain It was a correct portion but the meats seem to have only leftovers

This is the first location that wouldn't make a fresh order of Kung pao chicken WITHOUT the peanuts due to my peanut allergy. The server said we have other options without nuts 🙄😒 I seriously can't imagine I am the first to ask for this request and with SO many people who have peanut allergies you would think they would accommodate. Customer lost.....

Never coming back..not only are the portions small, the staff is very rude specially the lady cashier! Not trained well on service. I complaint to their feedback but I doubt they actually care. You won't see me again!!

Don’t bother preordering when they first open. I ordered just after 11 am. App said food would be ready by 1115. I spent 30 minutes waiting while other preordered food was done and given to customers. I only get a 30 min lunch and it was spent waiting on my food when the food should have been ready at the time they said it would.

Panda Express on Milliken and fourth I come here maybe three times a month and every time I come here I see the portion size I pay the same amount as everybody else and I get less than everybody else Who are not African-American? I always order the bigger plate. I get the half-and-half rice and chow mein, fried rice and chow mein instead of giving me two spoons of rice they give me one and one spoon of chow mein one spoon of everything when I see the other skin color they serve them two spoons and maybe three spoons. So I figured it out. It is the color of my skin no matter how much money I spend is the color of my skin here at this panda express on Milliken 4th in Rancho Cucamonga. I asked the manager I said why is it that you’re giving the bigger portion size to those people and not me He says that is our portion size. I said well I didn’t get The same portion amount as you gave that Customer, whom was Hispanic he says ma’am I’m not going to be able to give you the same amount as I give them.we can’t do that. I’m Putting them on blast t if I was you all in your black as I am African-American I will watch The portion size here at panda express in Rancho Cucamonga on Milliken and fourth Street if you’re not a light skin color you will not get the same amount of potion as the other races. They do highly discriminate at this express. I’ve complained on management prior to this Visit. they are rude to me. I’m so nice and it just doesn’t make any sense. I’m going to find out how to contact corporate Panda express in Rancho Cucamonga on fourth and Milliken

Had gotten sick after eating here and called to request a refund, the manager Stephanie was extremely rude and told me something along the lines of "How would I know it was food poisoning if it takes 72 hours to happen?". Not sure if she knows, but you can get food poisoning symptoms 30 minutes into eating contaminated food. I have reached out to customer service for help and have yet to hear back, I've never had any issues with this location but now I will NEVER go back.

Ordered 2 3-entrees meals and egg rolls. Only came with one order complete, the other was missing two entrees. The 1 entree that made it in the 3 entree was broccoli beef. Apparently, broccoli beef doesn't use beef in the recipe anymore, just broccoli. You didn't have chopsticks. You just put it in the bag. So my 3 entre was broccoli and half rice and half noodles. Thank goodness I was really hungry and added the egg rolls, otherwise my 3 entree broccoli and rice may not have filled me up.

Ordered their new beyond orange chicken and they told me it was extra so yeah sure I was some with it and the portion was pitiful so I asked if I could possible get a bit kore since I’m paying extra anyway and they said this was a normal portion and the rest would be extra. & here is the “standard” portion for this “extra” item Update: it’s the day after and now I’m sick from this. It’s the only thing I ate since I’ve been fasting since. Never coming back

I usually never leave negative reviews ever but I am extremely upset about the fact that there was a large peice of plastic in my food. Right as I was about to take my first bite I noticed the cabbage was actually part of a plastic bag. This is disgusting and very unsanitary. I hope nobody else has to experience this. Edit: I called and they offered to replace my order. Thank you

Horrible. Just picked up my lunch from here. I ordered the steak and Shrimp. I got 2 pieces of steak and 1 piece of shrimp and the rest is potatoes. Smart idea for Panda to add potato to this side dish because then you can’t tell how many shrimp you get. Disappointing. And then they charge more for the surf and turf!
