One of the best Burger King I’ve been . The service and the workers are great. I recommend this place 100%

I had the best experience with someone taking my order in my entire life. The lady taking my order was Teresa she was the most polite non rude person ever l. From the tone of her voice and patience while taking my order to the smile on her face when I paid. I believe Burger King needs to recognize this employee and compensate her she is an asset to that establishment and she just gained burger king a new customer all because of the way she did her job. Way to go Teresa ( whom I believe is a Manager) you really set the bar for all other drive through workers for sure

We come here pretty much every Tuesday and eat in. Lisa and Theresa are always here and they are both so kind and amazing to us. We haven’t had one bad time here and we’ve been coming for months. Food is always on time, the place is clean, and we always have a great time. One of my favorite places to come to !

We've been moving all day, in darn near 100° weather. And we were finally wrapping up and it was quite late. We were headed to our hotel while we wait for oncor to figure their lives out regarding our meter. And we stopped here because we were famished. Teresa was so sweet and understanding. We've always had a good experience with this burger King. And last night was no exception.

The manager, she's the greatest! Always friendly. We went at 10pm so everything was made fresh.. Best French Fries I ever had there! Chicken nuggets are always freshly made by request and are delicious! Light and crispy outside, hot and moist on the inside. The Whoppers were sensational! Veggies and mayo makes it Sooo Good! (did have to add salt to ours) Check your Wednesday flyers in the mail for money saving Coupons!

Started out good almost got bad. The manager was so polite in correcting my order i also was able to let my frustration go. I wanted a refund ! I asked for no Onions no mayonnaise and Yep They did. Thank you Ms. manager. That was how you do customer service. I was pleased with the fresh fries. Thank you.

I was door dashing Sunday night and had several orders from here. Everytime I went to pick up an order Zach greeted me and was so friendly. The last order of the night was a large one so it was still being prepared when I got there however I was early as I was waiting I was watching the crew and you could tell they were all new except Zach however the patience he had with them was the best I have seen in a very long time .I received my order and told him we were going to be back to eat after we were done for the night and when we got there he was just as nice as could be and talked to us like we were life long friends customer service like his you don't see very often in the food industry that's for sure. So today I went back to tell the manager I believe her name was Teresa how much I enjoyed my experience with her crew last night especially with Zach and she also was very nice and told me she was glad to hear it that Sunday was a hard night he was short handed and were super busy..so Zach if you see this just know you're a rock star and Burger King is lucky to have you!! I come here very often and the staff is always very kind and quick as can be. Got into some trouble with a strange man lurking and the staff waited with me until he left and helped me big time! Highly recommend this BK if you’re on the road looking for something tasty & quick! 😋

Experience at this particular Burger King, Alvarado Texas, was excellent. Lobby was open. Staffing was adequate. The 2 chicken sandwiches and small fries, purchased for $5 and tax with a readily available coupon, was a good value. For once, I left a fast food establishment feeling full and that I hadn't spent too much money.

Every time I go to the drive through, I get greeted with a smile and warm hello. I get my order fresh and correct every single time. We have been to so many Burger King’s but this one is by far the best. We drive twenty minutes to get here and will continue to because the food is always fresh and are order correct. We may have to wait a few minutes but honestly we don’t mind at all because we’d rather have fresh food every time. The ladies are so nice too :)

I recently got the name of one of the managers I usually come across when I go. Her name is Teresa and she is a phenomenal manager and always makes sure I get fresh food. Which is always extremely appreciated when I’m getting dinner after I get off work.

Our recent visit to the Burger King in Alvarado, TX had made up for hit or miss service and quality at locations across Central/North Texas for years. We were pulled in based on the current Addams Family promotion. Our drive- through order was placed at the transition from breakfast to lunch and included 6 meals, individual sandwiches (with special requests) and desserts. The order was taken quickly and verified accurately. To allow efficient service to other customers, we were asked to pull to a waiting spot while the last items were prepared. As we pulled forward, I realized I forgot to order an item and stepped into the lobby to complete that order. The staff immediately recognized me (from the passenger seat) and were prompt to ask how they could help resolve any issues. I explained the error was mine, but they worked quickly to add the missed item to our order and allow it to be completed at the same time. What should be a standard expectation in food service but is too often not the case our order was exactly as ordered. Hope, Krystle and team provided outstanding customer service that we haven't seen at BK in years - regardless of Corporate or Franchise ownership. Thank you!

The night guy Zach was absolutely amazing!!! Ms Hope on day shift was sweet as could be!!! Not from around here but can't wait to come back!!! The really care about their customers!!! I didn't leave any stars for atmosphere because we didn't go in...although I'm sure it is amazing!!!

Came back to back because their impossible whopper was really good. I feel it tastes like their old whopper had tasted many years ago until it lost its great flavor. The diner is actually open and the manager was super and made sure we got our order just right.

My daughter and I visited this location on a Saturday morning, the people were very sweet. This had to the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. We will now always visit when passing through.

Went inside and ordered. Was greeted with a refreshing employee, Hope Gregory. A good “welcome to Burger King” and a smile that reached her eyes. She seemed to truly enjoy her job. My family loves Burger King 👑. We are a pretty busy family so on nights we decide on a burger this is our go to. Not to mention Hope Gregory Is Always so sweet with a smile on her face.

We arrived in the afternoon. They went from having an empty lobby to busier than average, and as the customers increased in number, Teresa and Hope kept their cool and demonstrated why this is a gold standard for Burger King hospitality. Our food was fresh and hot, and given to us with a smile. Whenever we stop at QT and are ready for lunch, we will definitely be coming back.

I usually end up here after work (6am-7am-ish) and the staff is always able to brighten my day even in the slightest. Always has good energy and uplifting things to say and the food is actually made very very well. Would suggest

I usually never go to Burger King but anytime I’m out in this area I make sure to stop at this specific Burger King- literally the only one I eat at because they ALWAYS prepare the food fresh and Miss Teresa on the drive through is amazing! She is always smiling and enthusiastic and you can tell she really cares over all- just a great location!!

If you're passing by the area and you find yourself hungry, you can come here knowing that the staff is professional and hospitable in the dining room is the cleanest I've seen at a Burger King. For those who are driving on an empty stomach, I recommend stopping at QT for fuel before coming over for dinner or lunch.

Dave took my order and was professional, friendly, and attentive. I ordered the Impossible Whopper combo, and while he offered add-ons like cheese or bacon (which made me smile given the meat-free choice), it showed great attention to detail and customer care. The team was welcoming throughout the visit and even recommended cookies, which I’m very glad I tried. Kristal made them, and they were phenomenal. The Impossible Whopper was fresh, and the fries were hot and well prepared. What truly set this experience apart was when Dave handed me my order and offered a prayer. It was unexpected, thoughtful, and genuinely uplifting. I left feeling both satisfied and encouraged. Excellent food, outstanding service, and an amazing team. Highly recommend this location.

This is absolutely the best Burger King I have ever been to since the 80s or 90s. Any time I am anywhere close to this particular Burger King I have to stop to get at least a Double Cheeseburger. They are fresh and hot every time. The staff is always great and they have an attention to detail you just don’t see in fast food restaurants anymore. I would recommend this place to anyone and do every chance I get.

I have been to the Alvarado, TX location several times recently and have been pleasantly surprised. In an age where it seems that customer service has dropped off, the staff, and especially the Manager seem to truly appreciate your business and are very accommodating of requests. Yes, it is Burger King. Yes, it is fast food. No, I don't eat fast food all of the time. But when I am traveling through Alvarado, Texas, this location has great service, reasonable food and a clean atmosphere to make your travels just a little more pleasant.

The food was okay not great the service was pretty good but it's so much nicer if the person would just LISTEN, and stop trying to rush me!

The food was good, but I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and my onion rings to be cooked hard, and neither was done.

A good Whopper for us both. $13.00 + for JUST TWO BURGERS! This is total nonsense, driven by the avarice of those who want to become billionaires overnight! Forget this fast-food dining. I'm done with them.

I was excited about this place when it first opened. The food was good at the time, but I noticed a difference in the food quality and taste. I'll be surprised if this place remains open for another three years. The whopper just isn't the same grilled seared beef patty I once knew.

Food was great, place was clean, only problem atmosphere wise was some low ice? That's not why im creating this review. The service here, questionable. A man named Michael was in front taking orders, he kept telling everyone how slammed they got all the sudden. Sorry it got busy, but not every customer coming in needs to immediately feel like they're inconveniencing you because they would like to order. He had an issue with the people before us to, everything I watched him handle and the way he spoke to my grandparents and I was entirely unprofessional. Not entirely rude, but someone needs to teach him to have manners with the customers he takes. Another man, Tanner, on the other hand was sweet as can be! Every question asked to him was answered entirely different. He kept a smile, he was sweet to my grandmother when she asked him for something. Props to him. Apparently my grandparents have seen him before, hes been sweet and kind, checks in on them, everytime! :)

The biscuit was hard,the hash browns weren't crunchy so overall wasn't too impressed . Never really cared for burger king,hadn't ate at one in probably 3 to 4 yrs. Now I see why,it's like everytime I go to one I'm not satisfied.

Never busy when we go. Food is average for a BK but their soda is not mixed right. Every time I go. I spoke to one guy and he said he knows but they have it mixed to a setting using less syrup to save a few cents I guess and it tastes bad. If you aren't drinking soda it's a non issue but the DP tastes like crap. Its usually not very clean in the dining area with trash and sticky floors but it is what it is I guess.

Barely anyone there and not a single other person in the drive thru line. Made me "pull around" Why do restaurants do this when their customers hate it, it takes longer and it's usually against corporate rules?

Well faith was super sweet lady at window was sweet. We got a double whopper meal double cheeseburger chicken fries mozzarella fries 2 drinks . Dining room. Was clean. Outside was clean. But when double whopper didn't have jalapeños on it went to ask to get some. Michael decides he wants basically accuse me of lying that they were on there. He said I put 4 on there thats what I put on every burger. So husband takes his burger up there and shows him so he said they must have fell off. Uh no you didn't put them on there . I dont understand it is not coming out of employees pocket we were charged for them. Just put them on the sandwich Jeez. Mozzarella fries was nasty like redropped in fryer. The double cheeseburger chicken fries and reg fry was hot and fresh.

I showed up first in line and they told me to go wait by the front for 3 breakfast croissants. They handed food to everyone else who was behind and got me last saying they lost my order. This is not the first time this place has done this to me. Never coming back

7 out of 8 cheese sticks had no cheese in them, the jalapeno bites only half had anything in breading, the fish sandwich was so hard it was like chewing a hockey puck and left a nasty after taste. Overall nasty food. This burger king used to be real good when they opened but now its like they don't care.

You do not rule on the weekends! Went here on a Sunday to get lunch, ordered the Texas whopper without jalapeños and a Hershey pie from the freezer. Was told by the cashier that the on duty manager would not let her get my pie from the freezer and when I started eating my burger, bit into a jalapeño. Had to take the rest of them off my burger. Guess I'm going to McDonald's next time... not to mention they don't carry diet coke. Coke Zero is NOT the same thing

Went to the store in Alvarado and ordered a whopper meal with bacon. Paid $11.03 and got back to work and realized the burger did not have the bacon and the fries were cold. Do we really have to inspect our food before we leave the restaurant? I tried calling them and the phone would not ring. Atwater a minute or so, I got a busy signal. I'm really disappointed

We haven't even received our food and the rating is one star. Extremely long wait at the drive thru Improper rude greeting at the mic and worse at the window. Automatically said we would get our drinks and be parked. Didn't give us all our drinks but wanted to argue that she had the receipt. We pulled around to park. Young Man standing in the parking lot with drinks they could have given us at the window. Now we have been waiting for over 24 min with no food. So I don't expect this will get any better. So I'm rating it 1 star. How hard is it to take the order, repeat the order, ask if we need anything else, cook it and give it to us. We did get all our items but haven't checked. We were just ready to go.

The Lake Worth and Grandview locations are amazing... But this is the WORST customer service. The older guy that works the evening shift is rude and should NOT be in that role. The food was fine (that they actually had available), but the service was beyond terrible!

I understand having a bad day but speaking to me AND her employees the way she did was NOT okay and made me not want to return. She also kept trying to force more food on me after I said no thank you, this isn’t the first time.
