On Sunday, February 14th, 2026, I went through the drive-thru between 430 to 545 PM. The cashier took my order correctly, a heavy-set, sweet lady, but there was a problem at the second window. I specifically ordered two plain ice cream sundaes plus other items. I purchase this order every Sunday for my speech impairment patient that i take care of every weekend, and have never had an issue at this Mcdnls until today. The employee at the drive-thru second window named Emma, she handed me two cones, and I politely said that I had ordered sundaes in a cup. Emma immediately became upset, spoke to another employee, and then got a cup. Instead of handling the cones gently, she roughly turned them upside down, smashing the ice cream into the cup in a disrespectful manner. She said: " here are your sundaes" As a caretaker for a patient with autism and speech impediment i am his voice, and I know that my patient will not eat food presented in such an unappealing way. I informed Emma that those were not sundaes but cones. In response, she screamed at me, asking, "AND HOW DO YOU WANT IT?" I repeated that I wanted sundaes, not cones, and then she slammed the drive-thru window shut while making rude faces. At that point, I was concerned that this employee might do something inappropriate to the food that i still was waiting for. Emma finally gave me the rest of the order, but it was incomplete. I always strive to be respectful to everyone, but I cannot tolerate disrespect when it comes to my patient’s food. Emma threw the spoons at me in a rude manner seams as she wanted to get rid of me to continue a conversation with another male employee. Emma's behavior does not reflect the standards of this Mcdls employees have been kind and respectful in the past. Where is management when situations like this happend? Management was there, they just dont care. I wonder if they would appreciate having their food served in such a disrespectful and vulgar manner. Perhaps they do, but I am being paid to take care of an incapacitated person. I will bring home the food he wanted and present it in the most respectful way possible.

It was really busy everyone was running around had no idea what was going on taking orders out took over 30 minutes I used my mobile app. They couldn't get with the program I saw for my self nobody acted like they never worked a day at McDonald's it was the day after Christmas drive through was really busy

Tonight’s visit was the absolute worst! The food was terrible! The fries and the Big Mac that I got were ice cold! The cheeseburger I got had a stale bun! The bottom was rock hard! Also you NEVER have milkshakes! The line about the machine being broken is getting old. My husband said his food was lukewarm at best. I wasted $30- on this garbage! Also why did we have to wait in the parking spot for the drive thru if all you were gonna do was bring us cold stale food? Never again!

Their phone isn’t working. They had me pull over to this area. I’ve watched over 20+ people go through the drive-through even curbside pick up. All get their orders. Ain’t nothing fast about the shift crew or shift manager working at 3: 30 p.m.

my dad went to get a dessert from here for my siblings , and from what my brother told me the customer service was awful . they just went to get 3 icecream cones and were having trouble with the mic outside in the drive thru (it was hard to hear) . my brother witnessed how the girl that attended them (african american) threw the change at my dad and said “oop” and closed the window. i am not the ine to leave bad reviews but this really did piss me off . this happened 6/22/25 around 12pm

I'm really not sure why you think this is appealing. If the grill is dirty clean it before you serve someone food. I didn't have time to come back that's the purpose of "fast food" or I would have and it probably would not have been nice. Please train your employees food prep etiquette. Or you can pay me to come in to do it. This McDonald's have so many bad reviews why in h-ll are they still open.

We all know that you don’t come to McDonald’s because of the food. Came here cause that had a play area. They said the area was closed due to a leak. From what I gather, there was a leak that came through the door last night and made a puddle of water. Seem to be cleaned up and everything was dry. I believe they just closed down because an extra room clean. Maybe I miss something but there’s no apparent reason to have that room clean but laziness on the staff.

Ordered a hot and spicy and sprite while it wasn’t busy I was the only car in the drive thru. I got a chicken nuggets box with just a hot and spicy patty inside. $1.99 for a hot and spicy patty only the buns and toppings are separate.

Just left drive thru headed for 12 hr shift and I ordered cheeseburger no onion. I got to work and have a hamburger with onion. They weren't even busy when I came thru drive thru. Label on burger even states no onion. Ridiculous.

Absolutely incompetent people working at this place. How hard is it to NOT put something on a sandwich?!? Every time you people can't read or just don't want to read. If I could give it negative stars I would. Even when you call and tell them they try to say you didn't say that or you didn't order it that way even when you have a grill slip that says it. You expect 15.00 an hour I expect you to read and comprehend what comes down your line. I've worked at a McDonald's and it is not that difficult people. Learn to do your jobs!!!!
