I left a pretty bad review of this place 2 years ago and I've tried it again recently a few times now and it appears they got rid of all the bad workers because staff are now much nicer and courteous. The food is still on point as it always has been but huge huge huge improvement on staff.

They have a young man that works there by the name of Chris, cheers up my day everyday I go in there! I could be having the most terrible day and walk in there and Chris just lights up the whole place! His people skills are 10 out of 10!! Chris thank u for cheering up a lil old lady! Pleasantly surprised at how good this meal was for late night drive thru! The line of cars was slow, so as I waited I checked reviews and all the negative reviews kind of set my expectations really low, but it's late and I needed something to eat for the long drive home. I had seen the ads for the new Spiderverse Whopper and decided to give it a try. It's basically just a Whopper with white cheese and a cool red bun with black sesame seeds. Tastes the same as a usual Whopper. This one had a little extra mayo, but was really quite good. Also, first time getting fries at a BK in a long time and these were very hot and fresh! Can't remember the last time I had hot fries at any drive thru. So I count myself lucky that I had a good experience when the reviews are mostly negative here. But I wanted to share my positive experience since people tend to only leave a review when something is wrong.

I've stopped at this Burger King multiple times. And I would give it a five star food's good staff is polite and friendly. My only complaint is the hours. Due to its location I feel that it should stay open later than it does

This location is okay but used to be better. Many times, the person taking your order will leave the counter & you have to keep saying "excuse me" over & over to get someone's attention.

I haven't been to this bk in prob a year. It used to be sketchy to say the least but the food was hot, service was polite and the food wasn't rancid. Fast food is fast food. What do you expect?... what I mean to say is... there is always gonna be bad apples in every job. I say job because bk isn't exactly a career. No offence to fast food cooks/ managers. But if you are a manager and let's things slide such all these complaints on this app.... mercy on you

Drive thru order. Other than getting the incorrect flavored sodas, service was great. The young man at the window was very nice and had manners which at a lot of places people just don't show manners.

I'm being very generous with my rating, because the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, we won't be back. First, my app code wouldn't work, so it cost more than I wanted to pay. We asked twice for the bacon to be well done, and it wasn't. The biscuits tasted old. They forgot to give us syrup with the French toast sticks. Restaurant was clean, but no napkins or ketchup in the dining area.

They have really turned it around lately. When I worked at BK when I was 15 this was the Italian chicken we made ourselves. I asked them to make it instead of the other chicken patty and it was excellent

Food is ALWAYS below standards. My sandwich was dry even with mayo and ketchup. Burger King is my favorite but if I keep eating at this location I will have to stop, seriously. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

I don't go to this burger king very often. I don't get very good service but still want to give it a chance every so often. Burgers are small. My food was not hot when I received it. I ordered from the app as well as from the window. I received the window food before my app food. Not very organized inside.

The Order taking as well as the Team Leader's actions toward me when realizing that my total was too high. Afterwards the atmosphere in the store changed they became very NASTY with me! They will never see me in there again!!

Food was good but service was slow, lobby area was dirty and had a hard time finding a clean table. Table we settled for was the cleanest we could find, had dried up ketchup on it. They need a little attention here from upper management!

I swear they made all their food smaller. Besides that, the order I got was incorrect. Fries were cold. Beverage cup had soda spilt on the side and wasn't cleaned up before handing it to me. Gift card machine didn't work for a good 5 minutes so there ended up being a line. Employees did not want to be working at all and were fairly rude. Would not recommend this location.

Just okay. The fries were very lightly salted. The onion rings were soggy and the bacon on my burger was under done. The person who greeted me over the speaker seemed very disengaged and little agitated to be there. It seemed weird to me because I placed my order through the app so there wasn't much of an exchange needed anyway. There's also a dead zone for internet service near the window which is a little creepy because of the unmowed field to the right.

I ordered my meal at the counter, and they still got it wrong. They weren't busy at the time. I ordered two Whoppers with no tomato and no onion and one all the way—an order of French fries and onion rings. I was in a hurry, so I didn't check my bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized the two Whoppers I bought ONLY had tomatoes and onions, no other veggies. The one I ordered all the way was fine, but then I only received my French fries, no onion rings. I have gone here numerous times, and several of those times, they have got my order correct, but there are times when they get it wrong.

I liked the videos playing in the background the food was ok fries weren't the best like McDonald's but not the worst. The bigger tasted weird in the middle kind of under cooked.

I came here for the impossible whopper and got my husband a double whopper. Fries were cold, not fresh. Buns cold, patties maybe warm. :( looked like a bunch of kids running the place.

I visited this Burger King location at about 9 on Friday the window attendant made me feel rushed and not too much welcome the food could have been better there was so much mayonnaise on the burger that I couldn't eat it threw it out the window the fries were good ordered two sweet teas and got to unsweet teas

Went threw drive threw ordered. Waited in line behind another car for 20 min. Couldn't wait any longer for fast food. When I left guy in front of me still waiting at window. Must have been there bathroom break, as a result I was late picking up my son. Great Job BK.

I always try to give benefit of the doubt. I was chatting with the person who took my order and wishing him a good night and hopes that people are nice him and he shut the window in my face lol ironic huh? I was the only customer in the DT. Figured I could get some fast food fast. Lol Then I waited for 15 minutes at the window with zero communication. Finally my food gets passed out, only it wasn’t my food and when I asked if the buffalo sauce was there he just looked at me like he had no clue what I was saying. Said Nevermind because I’ve waited so long already. Only I had to go inside because the food was not mine. Then asked them inside if I could get my money back because I couldn’t wait any longer. Instead of making it right they started yelling at the guy on window. I had to leave. The $10 is not worth it. Get it together. There are minimum 4 of you with no one inside or in DT I should not have to wait for fried food. Shame on me for thinking it would be convenient. Y’all got it all wrong. Service, speed, and accuracy is all lacking. Bad luck maybe.

Can't seem to get your order right, took for ever to get. Couldn't go in and eat. Have no idea why. Says dinning room stays open till 10:00pm. Get there at 8:15pm. Doors locked. Would recommend going somewhere else.

I typically give people and places the benefit of a doubt but this is the absolute worst fast-food restaurant I've ever been to. Here's why (reasons given on numerous occasions) 1. 2 for $6 and was charged full price but didn't catch it until after I paid and then was asked if I wanted the difference back, while the cashier gladly took the money thinking they got over on me. Which I talked to the manager the next day about it. 2. About 10:15 pm I went through the drive thru and was told all they had was chicken nuggets and fries. Really? 3. 10:50 p.m. (close at 11 p.m.) was told "sorry sir, we are closed. 4. Around 10:30 p.m. I was told they didn't have fries and all they had was hamburgers and nuggets. 5. 10:45 p.m. TONIGHT I was told, "sorry sir, our systems are down and there's nothing we can do, we're closed". This place comes up with more excuses not to serve customers than what it takes to make customers want to come back. There's been more occasions but these are the ones that have stuck out that pissed me off. If your hours end at 11p.m. does that mean the place closes down, lights out and we will make up excuses and hour prior to not serve customers? How about, fire that whole shift, learn how to run a business that falls within your posted SERVICE HOURS!!! seems to be kids running that place with no work ethic and self fortitude. Guess I'll be speaking to the manager again. Now I'll be driving further out of my way to go to another burger king.

ordered a lot of food, after being handed all my food at the drive thru (in one bag filled to the top with burgers & sides) I started pulling everything out to check that I got everything & burgers we're made to order. The little girl opened the window and told me to move because I was blocking the lane, I told her what I was doing etc & she proceeded to tell me to move again. after I explained to her I would be finished and gone already if she hadn't kept interrupting me she slammed the door. I told the manager & I'm sure nothing will be done so I/family/friends/co-workers won't be using that Burger King again. 2 stars because my food was hot, fresh & correct, bottom 2 burgers were smashed because of the weight.

Most times I have zero issues here, other times the person taking the order via drive through are lacking manners. Others have touched on the issue of flies, that is true. But the main thing that bugs me is that at times they strait up refuse to take your order at the drive through on multiple occasions. I was told to order inside. When I asked why I didn't get a reply. Also for some mysterious reason they ask you to pull forward in the drive through even though no one is behind you.. why???

Food was fresh and good however the drinks were out and the person behind the counter refused to refill them told us he was incapable of it and wouldn't get a manager in and he was the manager ....the tables were filthy ....he was very rude....the young lady in the back who made all the wonderful food was very embarrassed you could tell ....how terrible to ruin a good review with a bad attitude

The cheesy bacon tots are my favorite but half the time i get them they're like old and stale. I wish they would make sure they're fresh before selling them.

I just want to warn people that this location and im SURE others, are "accidently" leaving food out of your mobile order and refusing to credit you back your money. Instead they offer you a measly stupid coupon for the place that messed up your order. I keep hoping this place would get better but nope, worse, so so much worse. We will no longer go here as they steal our money and know exactly what they are doing. Disgusting!!!!

I only put 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. I've been here twice and both visits were awful. Barely warm food. 4 orders were all crammed into 1 bag. Nasty! Nasty! Nasty!

They took my order and left my food out. Then i get home and call. Miguel told me he would put me on a list to replace it. He leaves and the new manager denies it. Saying she does not have my name on no list. They lie, and stole my money and i am reporting them to bbb.

They only do one order at a time in the drive through. Be prepared to wait at the menu for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges you are even there.

They made me wait like 5 minutes on drive thru and the lady taking my order had no manners. I ordered 6 cheese burgers and they told me it was going to take like 15 minutes wait. It was not even busy at the time. I asked why 15? She said do you want the damn burgers or not . I got frustrated went inside to speak to a manager and it was the manager on drive thrue. Bad Customer srvice. And employees looked very unprofessionally dressed. Hickies, tattoos pants hanging down their butts. Not recommend until new managmanager changes

Drove through November 15 at 8:08 PM : Workers were not wearing masks or gloves. The guy at the window was only interested in talking to his coworkers about not being able to work because he was getting a haircut and shopping for clothes next week. He made no attempt to acknowledge our presence at the window or thank us for our purchase. We had to ask him repeatedly for catsup and a straw. The food was cold and not eatable- which was okay since we chose to throw it away due to the no gloves and no masks. This Burger King deserves negative 5 stars.

The place just ain't right it feels dirty when you walk in. I have been there twice and the food was cold both times. I haven't had a mustard whopper since i was in Schererville IN they have a good BK Lounge there great every time. My mustard whopper was cold like it had been sitting on the counter all morning the meat, lettuce, tomato (sliced so thin you could read the news paper through them) all the same temp.my wife's chicken sandwich was also cold and flavorless. I should have taken the order back but, one would think with all of the modern technology they have to make a hamburger they could do it right the first time?? I WON'T BE BACK!!!

My burger is always either wrong or lacking severely. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger spent like 8 bucks and I got 1 single slice of bacon. This particular burger comes with mayo I always order it with bbq sauce instead most of the time I get mayo anyway or ketchup or some other random ingredient that doesn't come on that burger or that I didn't say I wanted it's 1 o'clock in the afternoon all the sodas are coming out just water. I'm lucky I got the very last cup of sweet tea. Management needs a serious overhaul. You might get your food in a short amount of time but you're not going to "have it your way" at this burger king.

My chicken was rotten and could have made me sick. Do not eat here. I ordered the Cesar salad and it was clearly putrid. I could only find the 866 number online number so I called that to report it and make sure they stopped serving the bad chicken. I asked the customer service person if they could contact the store to alert them since I wasn't able to find the number. She said she could give me the number but couldn't call them. I was shocked that they would continue to serve food that was dangerous and could make people sick and that they expected a customer to call and warn their store about it! She gave me the number and I called only to find that the number was disconnected! She said a report was sent to the store but she didn't even know how long it took for them to get the information. I will never eat here again.

It use to be good here but now they just hire whoever just to make a check. There is no love in the food anymore. They don't realize people spend money for the quality just to get food that's always warm temp or workers that don't wanna work!!! Not coming here again!!

Was served a moldy wopper at this location. Was driving and didn’t notice till after first bite.

Just had one of the employees in the drive thru threaten to fight me while the manager with the purple hair stood right there and did nothing. I asked who her boss was or the franchise owner and she didn't know who anybody was. Then I asked for her name where she replied, " you don't need that" and handed me a blank receipt with the bk website and told me to "go to that". All the while, the chubby boy is running his mouth All this started because i made a mobile order and they locked their lobby doors very early and the door that is attached to the gas station didn't have any signs saying so. So the door was knocked on and lil chubby comes out with an attitude about going thru the drive thru only and "there's signs on the door" (even tho there wasn't any signs at the door i tried entering.... That kid is consistently rude and acts like people are bothering him for making him do work. The confidence he had talking to a customer like he was, knowing the manager was right behind him, is even more troubling. The food was cold and sandwiches were put together sloppy. I've been going to that location for a long while now and frequent the adjacent gas station so i see these people almost daily. Just shocked at how they would treat a repeat customer and pretty much kill that customer relationship.

The messed up my double patty and gave me a single. Then asked if I wanted another patty thrown on or if I wanted a fresh sandwich. I don't know if that's even allowed but I said i don't care just give me another patty. They threw it away and made me another burger with hardly any bacon, onions, or ketchup. We got the mozzarella sticks, they were all old and dried up one was so bad the cheese was solid and nasty. No mozzarella came with it. The chicken nuggets were way over done, almost not edible.

One of the employees is taking her break and screaming into her phone....facetime or something. So annoying. Update:. Extremely rude person working at the drive thru tonight. I've only experienced one nice person working here.

It was 10:22am i pulled into drive through to get breakfast from my favorite food place , in which i was denied. Shift manager told me their clock said 10:30 and was no longer serving breakfast. I then told her the time , she then laughed and said "well ma'am our clock is 10:30" even though i still seen the breakfast menu displayed on the speaker. I asked for her manager, she told me "she's going to say what i just said" with a smirk on her face. I asked for a district manager name and number because they are a franchise and she told me no to call the store phone for her manager , after speaking with her manager (general manager) she was very rude, everytime i spoke she cut me off just like her shift manager was doing. She denied me the survey number and website , and told me , i could not have her bosses name and number. I can see why all her employees are disrespectful, unapoligetic , rude, and unproffesional; they get it from their leader. I wont stop until this manner is handled !!!!!!!!!!!

I hate that they got rid of the original veggie burger here! As a vegetarian of 15 years I absolutely despise The Impossible Whopper. Tell me what vegetarian in this world misses the taste of blood...gross. I visited a couple times a week here to get my morning star veggie burger. I am very disappointed to say that they have lost my business.

Just seen worker preparing chicken nugget bags with NO gloves at all. 3 times! Obviously they aren't too strict about cleanliness. They wouldn't like people to touch their food as well why do that to others?

The staff is rude, the Icee machine is always 'down', they serve undercooked chicken & run credit cards before they realize they're out of what you've ordered. That, plus the absolute nightmare of a gas station it's attached to make it unwelcoming to say the least

I GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO GIVE SOMETHING! I tried this location one more time and it was horrible! 20 minutes to take order, at this time we are the second patrons. Then get order all wrong(once again) breakfast sandwich soggy!!! Just not worth going any more to me. JUST PLAIN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD.

Worst BK ever. Dirty, dank generally looks like something out of an apocalypse movie. It's a side room of a corner gas station. Food was extra dry, toppings were minimal, bread was dry (maybe expired) in general a bad experience. The Whopper was a wimp. I think it took concerted effort to be that bad. A good BK is Texas City, clean, and hot yummy food.

The food here is normally good, but their system was under maintenance or something. They could not process card. When I came back with cash, they tried to ring me up and it couldn't happen. So I had to go somewhere else to get food today.

The manager and staff did nothing but lolly-gag. They took forever preparing our food. My husband's burger was not cooked as he had specified. They were out of sauces. The food was warm. It took them almost ten minutes to fix a soda and a cup of water. They have definitely declined.

Did the drive thru this morning around 1030 a new guy employee it seem some kid he was nice. But he said my chip for the card wasn't scanning..some other worker with Christmas ball earrings female stepped in tried to help expect they scanned my card 3 times for $18 dollars for just 1 number#1 whopper medium. Just not sure why they are allowing this to happen. You are literally stealing from your customers!

Don't waste your time at this location. I went thru the drive thru and the rep told me to hold on but never came back. 5 minutes later I went inside and ordered. Got my receipt time stamped 4:32pm. I didn't get my food until 5:02pm. Cold burger and it took another 5 minutes to get my drinks. I normally don't complain about food service, but this was ridiculous.

Allowed me to make my online order at a store that was closed and under construction literally under construction.I don't know why they have it.Where you can do online orders.There wasted gas wasted time

To the two burger King associates that did not feel like doing their job tonight! Shook his head at us because we had to ask for napkins,straws and sauce when that should have been already given to us and the female mad cause she had to do her job and asking her other associate what we were saying like she was trying to fight us yea that was real professional smh we were just asking for the fries that were forgotten in our order BTW

When coming up to the menu / speaker we order 1 classic wrap and 1 spicy , large fry & a large frozen coke . The lady Oriana repeated our order so quickly and told us to pull up . Upon pulling up I this time repeated my order again and another worker said "ok" and grabbed my card and charged me . Before closing the window I corrected her because she only charged me for spicy when I said a classic as well TWICE NOW . She apologized and said she will tell the person (ORIANA) who rung it up that she didn't put it in and we would get it FREE . Moments later Oriana came to the window told us it wasn't going to be free and charged us again DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE. I don't mind paying for my food and I totally understand you're in a rush but DO NOT take it out on CUSTOMERS. HONOR WHAT YOU SAY .

Waited more than 30 minutes for a four piece chicken nugget. There are at least three people inside working. If Burger King knew what was good for their franchise they would close this place.

This is the worst place to get burgers. If I wanted a cheap-looking burger I would have gotten a kid's meal. McDonald's has better burgers than this place. People there like robots. No smiles, greeting, or offering of anything else. I know breakfast is better and only get that from now on when I'm craving BK.

Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever been too. They made my bacon king with only 1 hamburger patty when it comes with 2... my son only orders chicken nuggets from there because the last 3 times we have gone they didnt make his burger plain. It's a shame how many chances I've given them but that's the last straw if your smart you will also refuse to go to this BK. If I could give 0 starts I would.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been too. I was very disappointed in the way my order went down, I ordered 2 Woppers extra mayo and asked for my onion rings to be fresh. When I got home my order way all wrong and cold! When I called they said they would replace it. I got there and they were so rude to me and would not give me the managers name. I will NEVER return to this location even again!!!!!

Terrible service, employee named Anthony Bernal was very kind, funny and overall just a nice guy.

Drive thru visit. Got the 3 for $7 deal. Came up to $14. Told the attendant,he said ok. 2 minutes later he asked me if I wanted anything else. I replied that I wanted the price correct. He told me that I had to tell him from the start, even though it was there promotion. Ordered chicken sandwiches with extra mayo. Came with light mayo. Had them replace sandwiches. Came with less mayo. Showed manager he grunted and stared, so I asked for mayo packets, they'd gone rancid. I didn't know that was a thing. Threw out the food and went to McDonald's.

Good food when made fresh. *****Update 03/21/2024 at 7:09 pm ******* Wanted to get some food for the family and boy do I regret it. It is so disappointing in the amount of poor customer service my family was given in the two bags of food we got. First thing is a medium is not a large by any angle you look at. Too salty of fries and super cold with a little bit of warm fries on top. The burgers were thrown all in the bag. We get home and my hubby went to open his burger, someone had the nerve to take a bite of the sandwich (not one but two bites). I just got back to working and making a paycheck and wanted to splurge on my family but when I pay for a quick meal it needs to be hot and fresh and to perfection in appearance. You make think I am being mean or a Karen but if you want people to come to your business you gotta put out quality products and A star services. That entire crew even the manager hiding out in the back need job replacement, I mean I couldn't even call the store to warn them my husband was on his way up there, just kept ringing. If you don't like the job, don't work it. Rant over

The Mgr is great here and she's trying her best but the crew their sucks and it took us an hour to even get our mobile order. She was apologetic but this Burger King needs serious help. I know I surely will never go here again.

we went through the drive thru, and the dude thought we were tweaking, when we were in fact, NOT! we requested sweet and sour sauce, didn't get it!!! also ordered slushies and didn't give us straws. so we went inside to get straws and sweet and sour, all he gave us was straws and walked away!! so we waited for a minute until another employee came up and asked if we needed something we said yes we requested sweet and sour sauce, then all we heard from the other employee was "THEYRE GEEKED" we got out sweet and sour and left!

I have ordered once from here before and customer service is bad , I have had plenty of uber eats orders to pick up and EVERY time I come here the lady at drive thru always says someone else picked up. She is always I guess in a bad mood she sounds like she doesn't want to be here. Also came through drive thru before and 2 teenage boys jumped out drive thru window and were hoarsing around and jumped back in and person at drive thru said they were closed. Sorry to say this burger king location is the worst.. like who even manages or owns this place???

By far the worst experience at a Burger King. The Dickinson Burger King is the worst! Every time my husband and I go there we wait forever at least 30 minutes for the food and it’s usually always wrong even though we order on the app. For an example we door dashed my kids McDonald’s while at a different store and they still got it way faster than drive through at this Burger King. My husband’s burger was all wrong he got the Texas double which has mustard, jalapeño, bacon and mustard. He asked for NO mayo EXTRA pickles. He got a burger that had a ton of mayo no mustard and 3 pickles with nothing else no bacon no cheese nothing and it was cold! Not to mention we did the order online so it was just a matter of reading the order which clearly no one did! We will never go back to that Burger King again! The lady at the drive through was also rude. She spilled his soda on the cup and when I asked for napkins since she couldn’t wipe up the mess she made she seemed annoyed. Again we will never go back!

Waited in line for 25 minutes. When I got to the window a scruffy looking dirty looking guy took my money. I was thinking to myself that I probably didn't want to eat anything that he made. I did sit there another 10 minutes to get the burger I had paid for. When a girl open the window to hand me the bag the bottom was ripped open on the bottom so I had to hold onto the burger for it not to fall through. When doing so I felt something hard in the bag, it was the burger. I told the girl I didn't want the burger because the bun was hard. She looked at me and walked away. The scruffy guy came back and I explained to him that the bun was hard and he asked "what do you want me to do?" I asked him if he saw the problem and he had the audacity to tell me that the Burger was fine. I asked him to give me my money back and asked for the owners number. He told me he didn't have it. I did get my money back. He gave it to me and told me to have a nice day and close the window on me. I called to talk to the manager and it was the same guy named Josh that didn't care at the window. I again asked him for the owners number he again told me he didn't have it, told me again to have a nice day and hung up on me. This guy needs to find another job and it doesn't need to be in the public That was the worst customer service that I have had in a long time.

Asked for a Whopper with no mayo, got the burger and it had mayo on it, asked for them to correct it and they simply changed the top bun. Took it back again and they were extremely rude.

Young kids were standing around, no burgers on grill and no fries dropped. After 30+ minutes they brought me a bag of cold food! I refused it so they put it in the microwave and gave it back and said that's warm enough. I have to go back to get the $ out back on my card.

This is THE WORST Burger King I’ve ever been to. They do not make the bacon king even close to how it’s advertised. 10/10 hate this location.

Went in the other day to be ignored. There was only one customer in dine in and 3 dirty tables. I understand the drive thru was full. I was having problems at the kiosk as it was not displaying all of the offers it showed i had in the app on my phone. I was standing at the register and the girl that was standing @ waiting to bag to go food looked at me 3x's and ignored me. She can't say she didn't notice me because we locked eyes 2x. The manager even walked right by me. My husband finally asked "can we get some service" . The manager came back to the register at that point. I was already walking out the door. Downthe road to Wendys we went where I had no problem getting service.

The lady at the drive through that worked September 30th 2025, was horrible she got my order wrong 4 different times because she didn’t want to listen to us I got my card recharged 3 times and when she realized she messed up she took the food back and put her hands all over the food with no gloves. she was also yelling at all of the co workers because she messed up. She also kept catching attitude with me and my fiancé and made it seem like it was our fault she never apologized for anything instead of blaming anyone she could. Her coworker Anthony was the one who apologized for her actions and showed true customer service he made the atmosphere a lot better

I went there because my son wanted to try the new brisket hamburger they have. Well I didn't know they was remodeling. So we waited in the drive thru. Now the ppl was nice the lady asked if I wanted 2 cookies with my order i said yes. So when we got home no cookies. The sandwich my son got made him sick. I got a whopper it was gross and I can tell the mayo is different or old. I won't go back ever to that place .

I ordered a egnormouse burrito double sausage and got scammed. When I got home I opened the burrito to find instead of 2 sausage patties there was just one torn into 3 pieces and only 1 piece of cheese and 3 potatoe tots. I ordered double sausage and got totaly scammed. Check your order before leaving this place. I will never return to this location and i'm letting everyone I know to avoid it as well.

I guess it doesn’t matter what you order it will just be a surprise. LOL I ordered a triple meet burger with onion rings and a Coke. I also ordered a bacon king burger meal (cut the onions) with a sprite. I got a kids size burger with three meets and a regular whopper with onion 🤦🏽‍♂️ All I could do was laugh. I had to order and pay for another triple meet burger. Next time I go I’m just going to tell them just pick for me because I’m not going to get what I ordered. Hahahahahaaaaa

So I came here today because my son wanted the Wednesday whopper meal. 100% not worth $10 for small drink and onion rings. We waited 15 minutes for our food, it came out with 3 other orders. None of my food was fresh like it has been in the past. My burger was barely warm, extremely sloppy. The lettuce was gross. I usually love coming here. I prefer bk over McDonald's. The manager was cussing out employees and creating a hostile work environment. My friend ordered right after me and 20 minutes later still hadn't gotten her food. They completely skipped over her meal and handed out countless others. This location is becoming worse and worse. I hope they get REAL management in here and get this place turned around. At this point it's absolutely ridiculous. The counter guy was just launching food onto the counter not caring at all about people's orders. Do better burger king. Hire better people.

Went to the drive thru order 2 Dbl whoppers with cheese no pickles no onions, plain crispy chicken sandwich, six piece nuggets and three large fries total $35.75. I paid with my Visa Debit Card. When I got home the whoppers were single and no cheese..only got five nuggets..Drove back to Burger King and I asked for a refund. Gave my card to manger on duty..she went to the cash register in the drive thru and proceeded to swipe my card I don't know what she was doing but she kept swipping my card back and forth in the credit card machine then came back and advised she could not cancel the order because the card I gave her was not the card I used. I pulled up the banking app on my phone and showed her were the $35.75 was taken from my account and showed her it was tied to that card number. You can clearly see the last four digits of my Visa debit card that I used on the receipt. The manager on duty got on her cell phone and and proceeded to FaceTime someone. She then asked another employee that was sitting out in the dining room to come to the back. She gave him my card he walked to the counterI was at and told me that they could not cancel the charge and that the only thing they could do now was just remake my order I said no I want the charge cancelled off of my card. He walked away and came back again a couple minutes later and said that I would have to come back tomorrow to speak to the general manager. So I walked out of there with no refund and no food. Now I understand this is fast food I could have asked for my food to be remade and not request a refund however if you would have seen these Whoppers you would want your money back as well.

My hubs wanted to try the new tacos. We couldn't even finish 1 each. Jack in the box tacos are way better. Worst tacos ever. Dont get the tacos...

I've been out of town for two weeks I've been dying for a Burger King a number 6 all the way got home put a nice movie on fixing to eat my burger I don't post a picture of it anyways I tried to call them but like always and never answer their phones very disrespectful no cheese meets all tore up I can do better than this at home

I've been here twice. Both times they have messed up the orders. Fries are cold. Drinks are flat. Sweet tea taste like its made from stagnant water. I won't ever go back to this location.
