YUM! Love this chicken coop. Got down the road, and they gave us double okra instead of 1 okra, 1 fries. Was so glad about this location we skipped Wichita Falls specifically to try this new location. Dang. - 1 star for lack of order accuracy. Staff was super friendly though-

The only reason this isn't a 5 STAR review is simply because there ice cream machine is NEVER functional. This is a brand new location and from day 2 it has not worked. Other than that, good food. See Picture.

Had the chicken tenders dinber. Crispy and fresh. Good selection of sides. The roll was hot and buttery. The macoroni super creamy. Not too bland. Not bad for the price. Got 4 tenders. Pretty fast service.

I usually love the food here and the service is usually fine, but tonight I came in to order through the drive thru, the lady was extremely rude. I get to the window and she welcomes me and asks me what I want I was silent for literally one second and she starts yelling through the speaker "HELLO what can I get for you" Mind you, I had literally been silent for a second and she already started yelling. Then while I'm ordering I had to repeat myself many times, and all I got was one thing. I was going to order something for my sister as well and she cut me off and told me total. I do love this place but I don't think it's right for employees to act this way. She was very short with me and had a lot of attitude. I've worked in the food industry so I can understand a little of attitude especially at 9 pm because the jobs are tiring, but she was just plain rude and lazy.

Usually a pretty good place to grab a quick lunch. Today I waited 30 minutes for a Chicken sandwich. Ordered it with no nasty pickles, as you can see they gave me extra. My sandwich was hot and fresh, the store was clean. Just might teach employees to read.

Im not really the one to write a review but tonight I had to.. to start off the service was terrible right off the bat, I think it was the manager to, just constantly giving attitude for no absolute reason. it was 8:54pm so we understood that the lobby was about close so we just told her we would order to go (politely). but after being fed up with her being snappy about our order we asked her if they were in a hurry to close and she said “yes we are” which is very unprofessional. before we walked away to leave we asked for her name which she just looked at us and walked away without saying anything. and to top it off when we got back home with our food we come to find out the chicken in our chicken sandwich was either uncooked or who knows what.. I’ll put a picture. we ended up going back to try and talk to someone but ended up talking to the same lady and treated us the same it was 9:45 and she said “we just sold the last plate and the registers are closed so you can come tomorrow” they close at 10pm.. I’ve noticed that the lady in the photo has had issues with customers before, and she can be quite rude.

I live near this Golden Chick and have gone there consistently since it opened. I had a punch card and they won’t honor it bc one of their employees were sheisty and handed out full cards. Find a better way bc you are pissing off your loyal customers. Then she forgot to give me back my debit card. Just a heads up if you think you can use your loyalty cards here.

This girl have the nerve to talk crap about my mom right in front of me to her coworker 😡😡😡😡 her coworker saw me all late and said she’s at the counter We were given our food at different times the woman got mad when asked for her name. She rolled her eyes and was Very rude her name was BRISLY, E now we are eating cold food and we can hear her out loud talking crap in front of other customers as well don’t even go here just go somewhere else to eat because the energy also was so toxic and there so hateful

placed online order at about 17:02pm for asap order. order summary said order would be ready at 17:15pm. i arrived at location at 17:13pm at drive through window. server gave me kid's drink & said they were still working on order, which was perfectly understandable since it was still before the time specified. she asked me to pull up while they worked on the order. i didn't see any other cars through drive thru & no other people going in or coming out while i waited. at 17:25, i went into the store. the staff seemed to be joking around & i said i was checking on my order. it was packed & sitting on a shelf. when i got home to eat, the strips were old, tough, dry & the worst chicken strips I've gotten from golden chick. the rolls were the same. green beans were inedible. used to love eating golden chick in other places but this one was just a miserable experience. also, it requires entirely too much effort to submit a review. there should be a link from an online order to do a review.

So apparently they ran out of bread for the sandwiches and didn’t tell us that until she was handing us our food she said she put extra rolls in which I thought was nice until I get home to this they charged me full price for half a sandwich and put the chicken on a roll def doesn’t taste the same
