DELICIOUS! A friend and I made it a mission to drive in from Amarillo just for this BBQ! Service was great, food excellent! Can’t wait to come back & try more!

Found this place on google maps. Possibly the best brisket I’ve ever had! Work getting off the freeway for! They said they have only been open a few months. Seriously with the trip, this place will get more popular so go now!

We got the 3 meat plate (Ribs, Brisket and Pulled Pork) with corn and beans. So awesome to have such a good local BBQ place. Great food. Super fast service and very clean.

The barbecue was fantastic The potato salad perfect the coleslaw was great. I hate to say this but it's better than woodshed in fort Worth and weekends in Plainview.

Okay, now... This place is in a bad area of town but WELL WORTH IT! The 45.00 plate makes about 3 meals. Sides are a bit lacking in sides to match the amount of meat on the plate but man... You won't leave hungry and you'll take some home! I also wish they had tea. They only offer glass bottle cokes, sprite in a plastic bottle and water bottles. It's fantastic food though. The sausage was cheese filled (below). The banana pudding is so fluffy and delicious. Everything is fresh and I'm so thankful they are back here in Amarillo. One of my favorite stops!

We got brisket, ribs, regular sausage, jalapeno/cheese sausage, green chile pinto beans, mac and cheese, and (not pictured) fried okra. The beans were phenomenal. The ribs had great flavor. Both sausages were good. The mac, brisket, and fried okra were solid. Enjoyed the regular and spicy bbq sauce. The staff was super friendly. Highly recommended BBQ if coming through the area.

Love this place. A new local favorite. My personal favorites so far are the Brisket Baked potato, the elote cup with brisket, and the catfish. Everything else is also really good. The owner checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and talked to us for a little while about his restaurant. 11 out of 10 would definitely recommend and we'll be stopping by again.

Made a quick stop for lunch on our roadtrip, and definitely would recommend. Great service and portion size — we got a 3 meat plate for 2 people and had some leftovers.

I travel a lot for work and I mean a lot I drove over 5,000 miles in a little over two weeks and worked in four different states and I’ve ate at a lot off bbq joints,I just got back from Memphis Tn and I go there yearly for the last 5 years months at a time and I’m telling you….Prissy’s is BY FAR some of the best bbq I’ve ever had every bit of it is good.Love that it’s on the blvd it’s like 5 mins from my house.Great Bbq,Great People,Great Service.

I eat a LOT of BBQ from all over TX as a (mostly) carnivore, and this place is in the top! Service was great, but BBQ was even better. Family of seven and grabbed the Tour of Texas, which has two pounds bbq and three sides plus bread. Price was excellent! We buy by the pound a lot, and this really seemed like more than two pounds 😅 We got the Turkey (outstanding), cheddar sausage (my fav), pork (super tender- my toothless baby ate it up), and sliced brisket (yummy bark). The kids picked okra, coleslaw, and potato salad for the sides. I tried a bite of each, and the slaw was very good. It was also served with about half a loaf of bread. The kids also picked up a banana pudding. I tried it, and instantly loved it 😅. We will be back. There's almost nowhere we can so stuffed for this price, and with something tasting so good.

Went when they were in Tulia and immediately had them cater our rehearsal dinner. They did a PHENOMENAL job and we keep going back! Hands down some of the best Barbecue in Amarillo, can't recommend them enough.

We kinda went late in the evening hoping they would still have some food left not realizing they closed in 45 minutes. So they had some pulled pork and some sausages left so we order half pound of pulled pork pork and a pound of sausage. And potato salad and fried okra. Everything was very tasteful pulled pork had plenty of flavor. We tried both hot and mild bbq sauce the hot had just the right kick to it but the mild had plenty of flavor to it. Both owners was very knowledgeable on their bbq food everything is home made from there sides to their dessert s to their homemade rub. I would recommend this bbq restaurant to anyone. Their prices are at a normal price food in general is expensive at any restaurant. Get there early because they do sell out.

Got some lunch to go and it was good! The brisket was a little dry for me BUT that was my fault for walking out without sauce. Wonderful flavors. Not a huge fan of the mac and cheese but definitely not bad! Absolutely in LOVE with the cat fish baskets, being from South Ms I've grown up on catfish and this is honestly some of the best catfish I've everrrrrrrrrrrr had!

Great food, good service, hard to find, poor signage (you cannot see it from the highway or the street), very similar atmosphere to other BBQ joints.

Our first time in was on a Friday afternoon (around 5pm) and pickins were slim. We planned a second trip from Amarillo another Friday, but this time we’d be there right as they opened (at 11am). We ordered the Tour of Texas, choosing sausage, sliced brisket, and pulled pork. The brisket was a favorite for both of us, but to our surprise nothing was hot. Everything was warm, at best. For being there right as they opened, you’d think everything would be piping hot - even after it’s rested. Sides were okay. I wished the corn was more like their elote (street corn) special. So far our gold standard has been Terry Black’s BBQ, but in a desolate place such as Tulia, Tx and The Panhandle in general, this place is good. Maybe third time’s the charm?

The food is delicious! And the staff is very friendly!! A bit too pricey for our personal income, but would definitely recommend if you can afford to visit 😋❤️

But I would have to say the service sucks and I hate that for the owner , my wife and I came to eat yesterday the two young girls in the front didn’t greet us to busy on their phones and when we walked up to the register still no communication maybe a minute passed she said what can I get for you but rude ! Anyways we order and got our food super fast that was my favorite part , then we went to go get bbq and jalapeños and onions but there’s was absolutely nothing on the table to get and it was super dirty !!!!!!! So we ate without the stuff we wanted that’s okay. Well we were looking for a table to eat on nobody is in the restaurant but us and all the tables were dirty I asked the girl can I can a rag so I can clean the table she just threw the rag in my hand , I’m not sure if I will ever be back I really want to the food is GREAT BUT THE SERVICE ISNT! I follow on fb and the owners attitude I’m just not sure if he knows what’s going with his staff , keep going buddy the food is awesome !
