The most delicious Kolaches (many different flavors) and the chocolate donut holes are pretty tasty. They are so friendly here!

I would give a 50 star rating if I could, but sadly I can’t. Every time I’ve came it’s always so good, everyone is super nice and they’re so wholesome and sweet. The food is so much better too!

The best donuts in town!!!! They don't taste like a grease bomb. The old fashion donuts are amazing. Everyone very is friendly!!!! Only place I buy donuts

Delicious fritters, tasty kolaches, and my friend swears they have the very best bearclaws they ever had (so I'll try that next time.) Polite staff, always quick to wipe down tables as soon as a guest leaves. They have really cute little goldfish in an aquarium in the front now. It is so nice watching them swim around and make kissy faces while I enjoy my donut and coffee.

We got there at 4:58a and they opened right on time at 5a. Super fast service and accommodated our large order. Great coffee.

Best donuts in Amarillo. I was a DStop girl till I tried Rise and Shine. Blueberry frosted is my favorite! Apple fritters are also good.

High quality donut shop. Was recommended to me and now I recommend it to you. The keepers were pleasant, and some of the pricing was higher than I would expect, but that's because of the the portion sizes for the pastries dwarfed what you would typically see. Well worth your consideration.

I love that i can get lemon, cherry,raspberry,pudding filled etc. The cinnamon rolls are my favorite though the size of them alone makes me happy! The kids even agree that it taste better than donut stop. They are always friendly to us when we go in as well.

I grew up working in the family bakery (Cleburne, Tx) and know what GREAT donuts and sweet rolls are, and while I've only had their cinnamon rolls and apple fritters, they're BETTER than any I've ever had from anywhere, including those we made. Everyone there is especially kind, friendly, and generous. My husband has been blessed with some extra donut or roll the past few times visiting. I cannot say enough good things about Rise N Shine donuts! They really are the BEST in Amarillo, and beyond!

Nice, small donut shop. I got a burrito and red velvet donut. Mouth watering!! I liked the salsa that came with the burrito, unfortunately its not spicy but it taste good! The kolaches are massive, the donut holes are sweet and soft. Lastly I ordered a mocha latte, perfection in a cup ! I ordered for 4 of us and got quite a bit of food, only spent $27!

These donuts are really close to the ones I had in baton rouge,la but still not exact , best inhave found in Amarillo , surprise they had boudin rolls which is a south Louisiana delicency! But all in all they are the best in town and I have tried 7 donuts shops and this is the best by far! PS ask for the chocolate glaze donuts! Other wise they do not glaze their chocolate donutes!

Great place, staff is super friendly. Not a big fan of their egg kolaches but their regular sausage ones are very good. I love their donuts as well. I tried Kolaches from Benjamin’s the other day and was bummed I didn’t drive the extra couple miles to get to Rise and Shine but now I know better. I don’t know how people go to Donut Stop when this place exists.

This local doughnut shop is second to Krispy Kreme. However, since that store is two hours away one way, this will do nicely when I need glazed doughnuts. While the cherry fritter was only okay (go for the apple one instead), the glazed raspberry-filled one was nearly perfect. Be sure to go early in the day for the best selection.

Very friendly and tasty. And their doughnuts don't leave huge crumb messes which is good but also missing that authentic homemade taste the doughnut shop on Coulter gives you.

Food was good but expensive! We had breakfast & it cost us nearly $30 for the 5 of us, by comparison Donut Stop usually costs us $15-16 for a dozen donuts & milk. Granted my husband and daughter did get different items (2 kolaches for my husband and a breakfast croissant for my daughter) but the rest of us got donuts. Those 3 items shouldn't double our breakfast cost! I will say though that their bear claws & cinnamon rolls are MASSIVE! My 13 year old could only eat 1 bear claw when she can normally eat 3 donuts and be hungry again less than 2 hours later.

Doughnuts were fresh and tasty. My daughter had donut holes, my son had chocolate sprinkled donut my wife had a twist and I had a Bavarian cream filled donut. Had a bite of each and they were good. The staff was friendly it was very clean and they had a good variety donuts

Purchased dozen mix donuts @7.99. They were okay but not great. Bought 1/2 dozen kolaches...only they were NOT kolaches but rather pig in a blanket. Whole lot of bread baked around one little smoky sausage. Not worth 7.99 for 1/2 dozen. Will not be returning since a dozen long John's, apple fritters, etc would have cost me $15.99 a dozen! Cannot afford those donuts.

Got there at 11 and wouldn't make coffee for me. The selection was limited and sparce. The bearclaw was a disappointment. Gave us a free croissant because of the lack of communication. Nice people though to bad it is a bad business. There is a Donut Stop just next door.

TERRIBLE donuts, food, and service! I will not be able to spend another penny here. Donut Stop still has the best donut in any city, that I have had one in, especially Amarillo!

Pretty sure the kolache they gave me this morning was around when Christ roamed the earth. I don't even know how they still had one that old. Completely stale and inedible. Their other location is usually great. Lesson learned

This is a TERRIBLE Rise and Shine. The worst cinnamon rolls and cherry fritters possible. They come closer to being cookies rather than donuts. The blueberry donuts were subpar. The glazed were so pale they looked raw. This place has serious issues. Major disappointment. Don't waste your money here.
