On Friday, I went to Italian Coffee Amozoc. Everything was delicious! I loved the place. Besides that, the staff—both the server and the cashier—were very friendly and always smiling. It's the first Italian coffee shop where I've been treated this way; they didn't take long to prepare my drinks, and they were absolutely delicious: they had a really, really rich flavor. Highly recommended. I've visited the one in Tepeaca and another one near 14th Street, close to Soriana, but that coffee tastes awful, like water. But today, since we came to Amozoc and stopped by, it was truly delicious. Congratulations to both the staff and the products; I was delighted! 🥰

It's good, but it could be better. I go there very often, and they almost never have savory items on the menu 😢 and they were out of powdered sugar, so I added whipped cream to my brownie. Plus, they no longer offer delivery!! 😢

Un servicio agradable con relación a lo que es la empresa. Anteriormente los chicos que atendían tenían ciertas fallas con el trato hacia el cliente, pero en últimos meses al mejorado estos detalles y la calidad en su atención es mucho mejor, por otra parte los productos que ofrecen son muy agradables.

On Sunday, I went to get a panini and it was awful. The turkey ham was burnt and tough, as was the bread. I've never had that happen to me in the mornings before, but this time the panini was horrible... and to top it all off, they took way too long to give it to me.

I've been to several Italian Coffee locations, and in most, the service is quick and efficient. Here at the one in Amozoc: 1. On Saturday, I went with my family, and the first thing I noticed was that everyone was on their cell phones; they didn't bring us menus or welcome us like at other Italian Coffee locations. 2. They don't display the desserts they offer. 3. They take too long to serve the drinks. 4. Their preparation area has glasses and cups, and everything is sometimes dirty. They really have a long way to go. Let's hope they change this situation, since the coffee is good, and we go there sometimes because it's nearby. But if it continues like this, I really won't want to go back. I'm not saying it's wrong to use cell phones, but they should attend to customers when they arrive and, likewise, wash their hands, because it's unhygienic to be constantly using their phones without washing them.

Cuando llegues al lugar y veas el menú o la carta, mejor pregunta que si tienen. La última ves que fui quería un frappé frío y me dijeron que solo tenían bebidas calientes, posterior a eso pedi un croissant de jamón y me dijeron que solo tenían lo que estaba en mostrador, no entiendo porque ponen la carta bebidas o alimentos que no tienen, definitivamente pésimo lugar para ir.

The taste of the drinks is absolutely horrible. The service is quite questionable. The most worrying thing is that they don't care if you're consuming your drink, as they start cleaning the windows with strong chemicals, which makes the already horrible drink even more intolerable. I know you shouldn't expect good service and food at Amozoc, but you shouldn't overdo it.

I'm not one to complain, to be honest, but this is really annoying. I've been to the Italian restaurant here in Amozoc several times now, and every time I've gone, the service has been terrible: 1) they're always sitting down; 2) their employees are on their cell phones; 3) they take forever to serve me; 4) I have to call out to them to get them to take my order, and even then, they look incredibly glum. One of them wears dark glasses and even sweatpants. That's why Starbucks is already beating them in that aspect—service and their uniforms look presentable. And my other complaint is that sometimes it's still 10 minutes to 9 and they tell me they're closed. That's happened to me two Saturdays: they sell me something, but without the whipped cream on top; or if I want something hot, they tell me they don't have it anymore because they've already washed the utensils; or if I want a ham croissant, they don't have it either because they've closed the kitchen. Honestly, it makes you not want to go back. I hope you improve your service or replace your staff. I used to leave tips many times, but because of your waiters, I haven't left anything lately.

Everything is very nice... the only problem is that there is a man with glasses and a robust build who takes pictures of the girls. I have seen him on several occasions when I have gone, he has even taken a picture of me... he has also taken pictures of the ladies at the counter... and the truth is this is unpleasant and it makes me not want to go back.

La últimas dos veces que consumí en este lugar a través del drivethrue la primera tuvimos que esperar media hora a qué nos dieran popote y la segunda nos dijeron que no tenían café para hacer un moka hasta dentro de una hora, es una cafetería y no hay lo principal que es el café 🤔

Hoy fui y el vaso estaba estrellado, cuando avisé lo que pasaba me dijeron que era el único vaso que tenían de vidrio y que lo que podían hacer era pasar el contenido a un vaso desechable por que ya lo había probado, les dije que no pensaba tomar un café qué tal vez tiene vidrios rotos y que deberían tirar el vaso si ya está roto a lo que contestaron que no lo harían por que era su única vaso.
