I would bring my family back to this restaurant. Food, Staff and environment is awesome lots of space.
Yesterday we went to this place and I must have had like 4 plates. When I picked the um cooked oysters and they were very, very good. My wife and my kids happy. Sushi and the Chinese food.I also have the Bob ribs with barbecue. Now those were the bomb. All definitely come back when I get my Is patrick. My younger kid You love the marshmallows with chocolate. That desserts and end the variety of fruit. My wife loves this place. I'll definitely come back
Who does not like a good buffet!!!! Eat till you drop. No MSG or any artificial flavouring, the food is fresh and sooo good. I always go for the meats and veggies that way I don't get filled up and bloated 😉😉😉, then I can eat more LOL . The staff are super nice and eager to assist. The place is huge, clean and just such a vibe! Can't complain, good for kids, a nice family thingy, after church on Sundays, celebrations and what have you. I have been to the one along Cherry, Long Beach. It is right by the road so you can't miss it. It is worth every penny. They open as from 11:00 am till I think 9:00pm so super convenient for everyone. Go eat and enjoy!! When you get addicted, don't come looking for me 🤣🤣🤣
I was there as a member of a party. We had taken up an entire section of the building. I was really impressed by the selection and the variety. There was so much to choose from! And everything was good. I look forward to coming back.
Generally food is really good especially according to other all you can eat options around here. Mongolian BBQ and nice size Sushi and Roll buffet. Also lots of other food too. Salad bar is relatively small. Waitresses are fast and nice. But don't go this place close to closing hour. They start to clean everything with bleach and smell was awful
The most I like and outstanding comparing with other restaurants is their “no MSG” recipes. It’s true and the foods are still great and delicious. Another thing I like is that they have a Cantonese recipe: fish skin! Authentic and yummy! You probably can’t find this in other restaurants! Price is very reasonable for a seafood buffet and tips are included. I definitely recommend this place and will visit again!
The food here is great, but I ate the sushi from here and it gave me a stomach ache, but other than that the food was delicious and the employees were great
What an excellent experience, so excellent I’m here waiting to make more room for some more, I want to eat it all! Curry chicken, to sushi and even the fries !!! They remind me of ol reillys 😘🤌🏼 I got their crab legs too! Bombbbb jeje I gave it all to myself today. Best solo date, from many & all because of the food. The humans for my first few plates, lol , would just stare but the amazing team can’t do much for me there.
We went during the week. It was clean, food selection was awesome. My normally picky eater kid actually ate the food. Staff was awesome as well. We did lunch.
20171122_WED-SAMSUNG_2206|2242PT This place is cavernous. The food were really savory. There are also custom orders, that a chef could cook while the customers are waiting, or could come back. Seems like they also have bar. We got lucky to find it with SPECIAL offer [$9.99] STARTING 20171120 till sometime next year. [some kind of ANNIVERSARY] In fact after just discovering the place, Yesterday, we came back today...The special offer is too good to pass. My friend, already recommend them to his children...
First time here, I liked the local vibes. Enjoyed the food but some combinations of food were a little off. Oyster with ketchup? Not sure.. Will definitely come back around.
Large selection of Asian dishes, soups, desserts, Mongolian barbecue made to order. You will find something you like for sure. Sushi is not top notch but okay for the price. Will be coming back. It is a giant place somewhat dated. Go for the food, not decor. Offers a senior discount too.
First time and I really enjoy their stir fry bar? You get to choose your protein (Beef, chicken, shrimp, fish, and egg) and veggies. The way its seasoned and flavored is delicious. The buffet items were also tasty. I really wanted to try their pizza, it looked so appetizing, but I was always too late to get a slice... maybe next time 😉... My only critique would be towards their desserts... they were lacking in variety and freshness/flavor. Aside from that I would definitely go again.
A decent selection of sushi for a buffet. Very fresh and good serving sizes. A nice variety of Chinese steam table entrees. Also had American foods like prime rib, sliced ham, pizza, ribs, wings etc. Teppanyaki stand was nice, cooked up while you wait. Salad bar with seafood salads as well. On reasonable dessert bar. Crab legs were an extra fee, $8.00/lb. I ordered a pound. Service was OK. Worth going to.
My first time at Hokkaido Seafood buffet and I’ll be back. The staff was friendly and diligent at clearing our plates, topping off our drinks and providing extra napkins. There were tons of choices from sushi, Chinese, Mongolian, Cajun, etc. There’s a 4 or 5 tier chocolate fountain in the dessert section.
Unfortunately didn't take any pictures of the food. Met up with friends who I hadn't seen in a few years so we spent the evening eating and chit 5. \n\nThe sushi I had all except the one with Wasab…
Our family celebrated our August birthdays here & really enjoyed it. The restaurant was clean, food presentation was beautiful, our food was delicious, & the staff was friendly & prompt.

This place has so much good food. Sushi, every Chinese food choice, shrimp cocktail.. My only complaint would be that it is very hard not to eat too much.
I could not ask for more. The prize is reasonable and plenty of delicious food to choose from. We’re regular customers and we appreciate the friendly and helpful staffs.
I could not ask for more. The prize is reasonable and plenty of delicious food to choose from. We’re regular customers and we appreciate the friendly and helpful staffs.
The food was good, several options but I will say it's heavier on chicken than other proteins. Aside from that my family enjoyed it
Old place but flavors remain the same as 20 yrs ago!!! Beer is always super cold, and the Seafood is great!! We find it a nice value option!!
Food was good but at the time when I arrived and served myself there where limited amounts and selection. On the second round everything was full and look great. They get 5☆ for tuna and salmon. Plus I'm still confused about the price as it was posted $17.99 but was Charge $23+ with water drink not dinner price. Will go back with family and friends next time
Generic buffet food, a lil bit of everything. everything tasted good
I had a wonderful time the food I ate was good. I had three plates my self. Good selection. Always hot.
Food was good hot and fresh, Hibachi has very great; make your plate and they grill it up for you. Good selection of Chinese/American food. Not to expensive about $25 with a drink.
we came before lunch rush , Food wasn’t that fresh and it was cold, still a great atmosphere
I've been coming here to Hokkaido for several years. It's a good place. Solid place for a buffet style restaurant. Depending on when you come, some of the food trays look like they have been out for some time. And that is something I've seen at all buffets, so I don't hold that against them. BUT (and that's a big but), there is so much variety you can still load up your plates and not have the same thing twice. They have a great Mongolian bbq station and a good sushi station. Their carving station is good when its out. There chinese food and their fruit section is good too. The staff is courteous. They do get busy during the rush, but any of them will be glad to help if you flag them down. I've come here many times over the years with friends and family, and they like it too. Come around their peak times when their trays are being rotated out for the best experience possible.
Everyone was super nice and the food was good! The women's restroom was broken in weird ways. I would go again, for sure.
the food was good. but ice cream so bad
Good variety of food options including sushi, Chinese, seafood, meats, cold dishes, and Mongolian grill. Lots of seating in the restaurant with televison displays available. Weekend dinner price is $18.99. Soda/coffee is an additional $1.99. Lots of parking in their private lot. The dishes can be quite oily and the main dining area feels a bit dark in my opinion.
What a discovery. Possibly the biggest buffet I've ever been to after years of being away from the buffet game. My friend and I came upon it by chance and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. As the name Hokkaido (northernmost island of Japan) suggested, the buffet claims it serves "Japanese, Chinese and American cuisine" and man they weren't kidding. From freshly cooked noodles and meats on a griddle to freshly made sushi plus a ton of other dishes and desserts one can find a whole smorgasbord that represent California's eclectic mix. The selection is impressive. I must say the food was tasty and fresh. Maybe the fact that the joint was hopping contributed to the food constantly being refilled/replaced. If I ever need to go down to Long Beach, I will stop by again. The space is huge, so a large party can easily be accomodated. The price around $20 (weekend rate?) a head isn't bad considering how much freedom you have to choose your own dining destiny.
Price for the food is great. You get access to a ton of dessert, teppanyaki and excellent chicken/beef dishes. However I had to spit out the salmon nigiri as it was sour and they only put out one plate of salmon sashimi the whole night. The pizza, spam musubi, and eel is always dry too. So worth checking out if you're after some hot food. But the environment is atrocious. Everything is dimly lit with a sickly light, there's insects everywhere and the service is atrocious (but hey! you don't have to tip cause they threw in a 10% service fee!) So it's very much a case of you get what you pay for. I for one was satisfied in getting lots of grilled fish, tender beef and marinated chicken. But God knows I'm not bringing my girlfriend back after she threw up.
First Experience at these Asian Buffet Restaurant!! My Auntie Alit and uncle Fred brought us here at this Asian buffet restaurant, known for its diverse selection of dishes. The buffet was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant dining environment. While it may not be an upscale establishment, the food is both affordable and of good quality, making it a worthwhile choice for those seeking variety and value.
The food is pretty good, I don't eat much so I rarely go to buffets at my age, mid/late 50s. Treated my friend, who got a senior discount of $1.00. Paid almost $42.00 , water, no drinks. Like I said, what I had was good, an egg roll, 1 dumpling, 1 broccoli, small bite of soy chicken, small bite of beef broccoli, 1 piece of fried plantain, 2 tablespoons of fried rice, 1 small pinch of the noodles, 1 shrimp in sauce, 2 fried shrimps and in the end I got some fruit & a piece of jello. . The chocolate fountain looked good, they had ice cream cones, but I didn't partake. 🫤 I was full, over ate. Three stars for the service after we were sat, the staff was everywhere and no where close to us to refill our water. After a few minutes, went to their station to ask for more water. I guess because you prepay a 10٪ tip upfront, their effort is low. Me myself I do 18-20%, so I guess a saved a few bucks. But they have a sign that they welcome extra tips, but it wasn't earned honestly. The place was maybe 45% full at noon, on a Tuesday, so it wasn't too busy.
This is the second year that we bring my dad for his birthday. Definitely great fresh food nice environment. Plenty of shrimps of all kinds, barbecue, orange chicken, fried chicken fries, four types of soups, variety of salad, seafood salad, fruit salad, chocolate fountain, a chef, ready to prepare your chow mein with fresh ingredients. You pick up your own give them to him he’ll cook it for you also a great variety of desserts sushi. You will definitely enjoy. all the great variety prices are moderate environment is pretty calm. It’s right off the exit of Cherry off the 405 Freeway Cross St. is spring, right by cherry and spring here in the city of Long Beach food for all ages I would say
Outside looks incredibly sketchy. The vibes inside arent horrible. They take tap to pay. Got in, got my drink and checked out what they had to offer. Regular chinese food fare, they have someone …
If you're over 50 then you can related to this - typical 80s buffet style that has everything (or majority) dishes from America, Chinese, and sushi. Walked in, I felt I'm going back to the past for…
Been here a few times in the past year and every time I come here it keeps going downhill. I came here yesterday for lunch and a red flag for me is when they seem to make up their own dishes that miss the mark completely. Their sushi quality has been declining as well. I don't think they hired a sushi chef that really gives a damn. The rolls are sloppily made and they even put freaking lettuce in one of them. Only thing that really sticks out are the hot meat dishes covered in their sauce like the pepper beef and teriyaki chicken. Everything else there's nothing really worth going back for which got me disappointed in this spot lately.
I will only give true ratings. The food was good but not much flavor for different options of self-serve and stir-fried cooking. Most items were greasy. I didn't like how it was racially segregated seating. One side all Asain the other side everyone else. It made me feel uncomfortable. There was an extra cost of $12.50 for crab legs. After paying for a drink, our waiter asked us to pay for the drink again because I requested a refill for my adult disabled child who could not speak for himself. This is when I shut down my focus on the dinner event and left. SMH. Great place for Asains. Good parking outside. Inside the look is great. Restroom had no tissue or paper towels. I will not return.
The best thing I tried was the chocolate from the fountain. I was impressed at the variety of food from enchiladas, tacos, sushi, Chinese food etc. There was a $13 add on for 1lb of snow crab legs. The sushi was great quality, eel, rainbow rolls, tuna and salmon. But like I said there was nothing that I tried that was super bomb. There service was good, but this place was just ok. I can't say anything negative about it, bit nothing super positive either.
The food at the buffet was really good. However, the restaurant itself was very dirty as they hadn't picked up trash and food off the floors. The women's bathroom was disgustingly dirty as it looked like no one checks them to make sure they are maintained. Also, I didn't like that they add an automatic 10% surcharge to your bill and their senior citizen discount applies for 65 and older. You can see by the picture they crossed it off as I am sure the standard citizen is 55. They definitely overcharge.
Before the pandemic, my family and I used to come here almost often. We stopped going until just recently and while the service has otherwise remained the same, it feels like it's fallen off a little. The food quality is par for the course. Sushi was left out for an unknown period of time. The sausage link was gone and nobody restocked it. The grill and freshly cooked meat was as I remembered it. Albeit inconsistent, as one cook would ask how we'd like the meat and the other would simply cook it without saying a word to us. We also tried the shumai but that left a lot to be desired and we never finished it. I'd describe the visit as remarkably mid, average to any other buffet in town. Don't come in expecting all the stops to be pulled and incredible service. You're looking at average at best. It's seen better days, that's for sure.
This place is fine. My main problem is that they play the radio, so you’re forced to listen to radio ads while eating in the big 2025. Also I think they included tip in our bill without telling us? So that wasn’t cool either
The hostess is really nice but the staff serving folks are rude. I have been there multiple time where I see them watch people and talk to them each other and cackle. I’m not one for causing a scene but I can’t help but hat I seen as a manager/ corporate officer with 20 years experience it just sucks for people with hard earned money spend it on service that is lower than sub par ($2 tip at most)
Heard about this place for decades so finally took the family here for Sunday early dinner. It’s right next to 405 freeway and has own parking lot and plenty of parking. Upon enter, I felt like 80s style & smell of Asian buffet, and that is what I got. Big, airy (filled with oily fried foods), bright and clean. Prices are very reasonable and decent for the foods. The seating areas are in the middle surrounded by the buffet, or on both corners of the room. Good customer service by the host/cashier & servers. All are nice and friendly (that is the reason I gave this place a 3). Foods wise, there is a noodle (stirred fried) section then mixed of American & Asian then Chinese section, then sushi section. They do have crabs, muscles, clams, fishes, and a lot of fried dishes. It’s great to look at but taste wise, for me, tasteless or something just not right. Sushi, just too dried for me. But for the prices, you can’t really argue much and since they’ve been there for decades…they must do something right. The price doesn’t not including drink, you have to purchase separately, still very reasonable price. Overall it was an experience with good services.
This buffet offers pretty good steamed oysters and scallops at a decent price. I like that they add a 10% service charge and doesn't require tipping on top of that. The seafood was pretty decent, most of the food was fresh, but we did have some corn that was a little old. I didn't try the sushi because I didn't want to risk getting a stomache. The bathroom sinks were barely working and this place looks like it hasn't been painted since the 90s.
Came here for my father in laws bday. The food from the buffet was alright, the Pepsi tasted like it had too much syrup, the vanilla ice cream did not taste very good, but the Chocolate ice was very good. My father in ordered the rock crab and waited a while for it to come out. He had to go to speak with the manager to get it come out quicker. My uncle in law gave the crab legs 6 out of 10 and my father in law gave them a 7 out 10 rating. In conclusion, I gave this place 3 stars. It was alright.

Building is very old...restroom was not very clean. Food was ok. Probably won't come back...crab legs were good. Maybe because we came around 730-8pm. All the food was old and had dried out.
This place have taken a real downfall. What used to be an awesome place to gather is now just below average
This place has gone down in the past few years. The quality of food has suffered tremendously. There were no crab legs visible, despite all advertisement and posters all over the restaurant. None of the sushi was edible, looked bad and tasted bad. Ribs were terrible, stuffed clams were awful, shrimp overcooked, it was nasty. My first plate was left with tiny bites of everything. I went back and had corn only. Somehow they managed not to screw that up. Next time I pass by on 405 I’m going to break the speed limit so I won’t be reminded how nasty this place was. My god. 30 bucks, with 10% service charge…I don’t know why.
$13.99 for weekday lunch. 10% gratuity automatically added. You pay before entry. Come with low expectations. Okay food, but horrible environmental conditions. Some “warm” entrees were cold. Freshly cooked hibachi/teppanyaki was good. I liked their shrimp ceviche and edamame. Staff only cleared plates and refilled drinks at the end of our meal. Environment was gross. Table extremely sticky. Husband said the men’s restroom had only half functioning toilets, toilet paper all over, and there was a puddle on the floor upon entry. When you looked through the back kitchen (since there was no door), there were puddles of water there, too. Saw some screws/nails in the parking lot that I had to discard for safety concerns for vehicle tires and those wearing thin soled shoes. SMH.
First off this place is over priced and the staff sucks they were extremely rude. One of the servers threw the crab crackers on the table after my husband asked for some then another one of the service shooed me away like a fly when I said excuse me. The actual only thing I liked about the experience was the fact that I was with my husband spending time with him, and the person that was doing the Mongolian style BBQ. That was actually good. Everything else was kind of cold or underly seasoned and weirdly flavored. It just wasn't my cup of tea.
Food was good but wow. $15 for this little container for takeout buffet? I had to squeeze as much as I could into this thing. I’m from the east coast and they give you an actual takeout foam container. This is ridiculous. They even have the foam containers I’m talking about. When I asked to use those they said it’s for employees only and take out for “cake”? I think the price is to high. And you don’t get a drink to go with this $15???
The food was either very sweet or very salty. The staff were friendly though. Please note that I find many food to be over seasoned, so some people might find their food normal.
Luke warm food and cold within 2min at your table... Not worth $21 spent! Just go eat somewhere else... Trust me. Service was stoic and unwelcoming... I shouldve went to McDonald's.
The price does not match the service. The hostess does not even look at you does not feet you does not even says thank you evethough she is charging you 1 to 200$ dollars. The waitress are not friendly they get lost don't come to ask if you need anything and when they do come and you say yes they are not friendly at all. Terrible service I will not be bringing my family back over price for the kind of service you get. I believe that when you pay that kind of money you want to feel welcomed and treated with respect and inness I spent over two hundred dollars and felt like I was being a bother to the hostess as well as the waitress. Food is good but horrible service.
If you wanna spend 61$ for dinner then this place is for you! Cold food ? Yes , wet corn that haven’t been changed all day! I personally don’t think food should be left out for a long time if it’s not eaten, and if it is; it should be heated .
Te toman foto y te quedan viendo aunque acabes de llegar, para el precio es lo más incómodo del mundo una comida ahí, no lo vale, no vayan!
Not the dining experience it used to be. staff is ok but the quality of eats have declined and the venue its self is in worse shape. Hope that you don't need the restrooms bc they're gross.

I will never go to this restaurant ever again !!! I used to love this place, but it has gone so downhill in my opinion. The sushi rice was so dry the the food just lacked great flavor. So I went to see the person at the front desk just to let them know that their food was not very good and she said I don’t care. I go so you don’t care if I’m gonna leave you a one star yelp review she says I don’t care and I was being very nice. I’m trying to be helpful. There are so many wonderful places to eat in the area. This is not one of them anymore.
Used to be a 5 star place where my family would go every once in a while. We will probably never go again because the service only gets worse and the cost only goes UP. They see they’re losing business so they lower it again but the food quality downgrades to combat that. Now they also charge gratuity which is really sad that the servers have their tip predetermined, I usually tip at LEAST 20% anywhere i go so forcing the tip on the bill doesn’t only hurt the staff it is also kinda silly since it’s a buffet where you get up and get your own crap. This place is officially a “stay away” location, do not recommend to anyone and will never be coming back.
No service and was charged a 10% service fee. Lady did not clean the table off. Food very average for the price.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. After eating at this restaurant, I suffered from severe food poisoning. That same night, I experienced intense diarrhea, and by the third day, I had a high fever and felt completely drained. I even had to see a doctor. The seafood — including the sashimi, sushi, and crawfish — did not seem fresh at all. I strongly suspect bacterial or viral contamination due to poor food safety standards. What’s even more concerning is that many families bring their children here to eat, which is extremely risky given the potential health hazards. I absolutely do not recommend this place. If you value your health, stay away.
THE OWNERS should listen to their customers and make NECESSARY changes!!! I gave this place a shot despite seeing a few negative reviews… PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE !To start off my husband and I were seated , nice hostess , nice server ( lunchtime today ) I started with Sushi mind you this is a (SEAFOOD BUFFET) I sat down to eat and noticed a fowl rotten smell when I attempted to eat a salmon roll , I have been fishing all my life everyone knows if the fish is slimy or smells sour it’s gone bad … I skipped the salmon and went for the spicy tuna roll instead , the fish was dry and warm indicating it had been sitting out for a lengthy period of time . NOT GOOD ! I skipped sushi all together after that and decided to give the other dishes a try ..It seemed that every dish I tried was COLD including ( Chicken Curry , green beans , salmon ( so overcooked ) , fried rice ! .. You need to swap your food out more often or get NEW HEAT LAMPS entirely because that is unacceptable and disappointing for your customers ! We don’t mind paying $50 for 2 people to eat when the food is EDIBLE!
Such a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. There was this particular pair of servers that kept pointing and staring down our table (we were there for a max of 2 hours). Every time they walked past us they would look at us with a scowl or an unwarranted disgusted face, then regroup and start gossiping while obnoxiously laughing. They did all this while ignoring other guests who needed refills and their plates taken away. We sat in the corner but they still went out of their way to make our experience unpleasant. The female server had her phone out while taking our plate away, which I assume was to take a picture. Anytime the male service stood against the wall, he would glance at my daughter to the point that she was so disturbed she had to change her seat. I am shocked and sad to have been treated this way; never have I ever been treated so horribly at a buffet. Also, they automatically add a 10% tip (typically I would leave 20% after the meal) to your bill when you walk in, so you would expect acceptable service, but that was not the case. If the service wasn’t bad enough, the food is also below average. They don’t keep the food warm so by the time it gets on your plate, its already cold. Lost my appetite within the first plate and left with a stomach ache—there’s definitely also some sanitary concerns. An absolute waste of money and time. Will never recommend or come here again.
Got bad food poisoning. Had to go to the er within 14 hours of eating. Bad symptoms of abdominal pain, nausea, chills, and I threw up multiple times. Service was quick and no frills but the food… save your stomach.
Mediocre food and less than desirable taste. May 23, 2025 - yes, most reviews are accurate, this place is not worth the time nor the money. You pay for buffet and a 10% service charge before sitting on table. They ensure you pay so if you don't like it, which is guaranteed. Don't bother, go someplace. $43 for two people is not worth it.
They wouldn’t even listen to me and the food was so dry
Warning, do not go here! You will be very disappointed. The food is mediocre but even a regular Chinese buffet for less would've been better. They advertise "seafood buffet" but it's really not. We read the reviews before going and thought it wouldn't be that bad, but it was THAT BAD. It's true, they do give you one ticker per person for the Lobster. We thought, okay, one lobster is enough anyways since we will just eat crablegs... Well, there weren't any crablegs. And the lobster was so tiny and overcooked it was just rubbery at that point. It would've been maybe 2 stars if there were fried shrimp and decent sushi, but there weren't any shrimp and the sushi was so old and did not look appetizing so we skipped it. Overall, would not recommend to go here. Just skip this place and go somewhere else, plenty of other places to choose from.
You can get fresh food from the guy making it on the grill everything else tasted too salty and dated like it had been sitting there or from days my kids and I all got a tummy ache after really disappointed if your not picky they have variety but the quality and taste not the bes
Never going back. We ask to change tables, and for the very first time that we have been here the check to see if my son was eligible for the child discount. In the 6 times we have eaten at their restaurant we have paid full price for him then all of the sudden they want to measure him. Um why? Because they have never followed their own pricing for children. Then I noticed something after requesting a refill of my tea and lemonade... yeah they spit in my drink because I called them out and asked for a table change from a 4 person booth to a table for 5. I did my best to take pictures of the gross spit in my drink. Never ever going back...
This place has really gone done hill in the past 3 years, the food is sub par.
Went here for dinner recently after not having been back for 3 years, let me tell you, Hokkaido is not worth eating at anymore. Food is terrible, they charge 10% on top of your bill, charge money for crab legs, dead cold sushi, miniature crawfish…F grade.
This is the 3rd time I have been here.. 1st time had a good experience. Second time, not do good. Third time was terrible. Worst buffet I have been to. 96.00 for 3 adults, because I added crab legs to 2 of the orders. When we got there there wasn't a good variety at all. Why we had to pay extra for the crab legs, I don't understand. The food was cold. Never will return here again. Workers were nice, but the food was not good at all.
First time for me and my family. Not good customer service cashier lady needs more practice on people skills. Buffet food NOT so fresh and hot. Too expensive for warm foods and not so tasty either. We was very disappointed n will NEVER return again. Paradise Buffet still #1
Worst buffet experience I've ever had! Just left I am pregnant and sadly left hungry as well. I had 1 plate at the hibachi since the buffet line was not stocked with food. Our server never showed up except to walk us in. I had to walk to the cashier for salt and she said I had to ask a server but none were around. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE buffet experience I regret walking in there. I work hard for my money and if I'm going to a restaurant to pay $50 for 2 people 2 drinks I think I deserve to get what I payed for. And I think the main reason why servers don't care is since they charge the tip at the door. Don't waste your money here there are better buffets.
Soooo disappointed!!! It was 75 on my daughter's bday . There is no crab, very small selection of food, and almost everything was terrible quality and taste. The lobster seen below had green stuff in it 🤢 and everything was sooo oily. They are clearly not getting quality food. This is NOT a seafood buffet this is a sub par Asian buffet.I tried to speak with manager about false advertising about crab and they blamed Google🙄. Save your money DO NOT GO HERE.
The food was cold and couldn't taste anything. Marshmallow with chocolate it was cold. We went here from seeing reviews and everyone was lying about the food. Never going back
Place is nasty they don't have lobster it says they do but they don't offer it smells bad horrible service food is really greasy not worth the diarrhea after u eat there
The food was ok. The customer service wasn’t that good she sounded unprofessional. I want to use the restroom. One of the workers was in there that was also using the restroom, but he has rubber gloves on wash his hands with them, dried them and walked out and never changed them out.
I usually don’t complain about food and service but this place is wack. Starting for the shitty attitude of the host also the over priced buffet they said is 17.99 but oh surprise. After the taxes and TIP that they charge you with out telling you. For one person ordering just water you bill come out around 22 usd. I’m not gonna lie save that money and go to any other Chinese food. The food is lack in flavor and the salmon did taste like shit. Probably was bad before they cook it. I swear is a waste of money coming to this place.
Extremely disappointed with this buffet. The food was cold, dry, and way overcooked. The meat was tough like rubber, and the fish tasted far from fresh. Many of the dishes looked like they had been sitting out for a long time. The ice cream was basically just frozen sugar water — no creaminess, no real flavor. Even the beer tasted strange, almost watered down or low quality. On top of that, there was an unpleasant smell inside the restaurant, which made the whole experience worse. For $30–40 per person, I expected much better. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend.
Me and my family came at 3. Pm and wait for fresh food for 4 hours service was nice but we had to keep asking for fresh food to be put out I taste the food that’s already out was good but old and I compare it to the fresh prepare they rush it bc we keep asking they should’ve kept the fresh food in rotation for the new customers instead the customers asking for fresh and y’all go bck and rush to fix it jus for it not to be good plus it was 85 DOLLARS SHOULDVE ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK WAITED MORE THAN ATEE SADDD!!! And TRASH preparation 😠
Decided to visit this location to enjoy dinner in nice rainy evening, upon entering I was not greeted, so I had to start the conversation which was a bit off for me. I came during Dinner for the $22.99 charge and ended up being charged $34, I was told it was for tip ahead of time, and other processing fees. Food was ok, not concitent but it is to be expectedmfrom a buffet, what was the most bothering to me was that not ONCE did a waiter approach my table, refill my drinks, or collected my plates. What is the point of charging tips ahead of time if there will be no server service. Overall for the price, quality, and experience, I will not be returning to this location. Also beware of where you park, they allowed homeless vehicles to park in their lot and heard screams shouting and arguments along with drug use in the parking location where this homeless folks were parked, not sure why management allows it in private property.
