I have both been thru the drive thru and stepped food inside the store. I wanted to start by saying the staff was super nice and very helpful. They are patient and always greet you. Inside the store the location is extremely clean, organized and has a great flow. There are plenty of chairs and tables and couches. The bathrooms were clean and full of supplies. All the menus had bright lights and it was very easy to read everything. The examples or display products looked fresh and well placed. The drinks were made quickly and correctly. Overall I would highly recommend this location and look forward to many more coffees in the future. Keep up the great work!

My boyfriend and I love coming to this location which is where we met. Service is good and I know the staff tries to accommodate everyone as fast as they can. Drinks and food are tasty and the facility is fairly clean.

It may be me but I'm just confused why they look as you as you pay. The tip screen comes up first... Shouldn't doing their job be a normal standard...that's paid by their employer? And shouldn't we get the product we pay for before even deciding if someone has gone above and beyond?

Every time I come here, it’s always something. Not the best Starbucks. The coffee seems to taste burned and the iced drinks are always too watery, the blended drinks are never good. The quality you think of is just not at this location. The staff is nice but not as knowledgeable as you would expect. But it is close and I no longer expect much - so I am not disappointed.

Angelique or Angela couldn’t see her name clearly. Drive service has no proper etiquette,people skills. Basically not nice .

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through line. Called told them that I was a nurse on break. Needed to hurry up and get back. They still took forever not happy with the service. I understand places are shortstaffed, but get some stuff in there

Really sad to have my first experience to go so unfortunate and unwelcoming. Definitely will not return! Placed my order for a Caramel Latte Bruelee and Gouda sandwich… After waiting more than 15 minutes in an empty Lobby someone finally asked the name on my order. Which had been sitting and no one ever called my name.

My frappe was tasteless and was poorly made. The worse frappe I’ve ever had! Also, passing a dripping cup out the window without feeling a need to wipe down the cup or at minimum including napkins so I can wipe down my own cup is not only a lack of customer service but also shows a lack of pride in your role. And why do I always have to ask for napkins with my order & in turn, the employees initially seem to be oblivious to the location of where napkins are stored. All in all, I paid for a product that I did not receive & the service has a lot of room for growth.

Employee named Lauren that works on drive through was rude and disrespectful if you don’t tip. She will snatch the tablet from you if you miss tip one day lol. why would I tip again to a rude and disrespectful person. She ruined this location for me and I’m never coming to this location again while she is there.

While most of the staff are usually kind and professional, one employee named Lauren treated me with extreme rudeness. During my visit, I was charged twice for my order, even after I showed proof that the first transaction had gone through. When I politely asked for a receipt, she refused to provide one and proceeded to raise her voice at me. This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be double-charged, denied a receipt, or spoken to disrespectfully. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service and courtesy. Unfortunately, this interaction has left me feeling frustrated and unwilling to return to this location again. If anyone sees a worker named Lauren please be aware of her charging your card twice.
