Great homemade fresh pasta and ravioli. They make it every day and it seems to be a family operation the chef and main server were brothers. Lots of interesting sauces and pastas that you could combine and even take way for later. It’s pretty tiny so not a proper restaurant. But great for a quick lunch or take away pasta to make at home.

We tried the pasta workshop in Aosta about a year ago and found it to be a quiet and relaxing place. The first few dishes we tried were delicious. We've read that the place has likely closed or is under new management. We hope it maintains the same style and cuisine we've tried.

Strolling through the historic center of Aosta, we came across this small pasta shop and were immediately intrigued. In addition to producing and selling fresh pasta, they cook it fresh for lunch, allowing you to enjoy a quality dish right on the spot. The pasta is truly excellent, with a flavor and texture that only an artisanal pasta shop can offer. We were able to choose from a variety of pasta shapes and sauces, a pleasant experience that made us feel pampered. The service was fast and the staff extremely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place for a quick, delicious, and authentic lunch in the heart of Aosta. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this store! The pasta was perfectly cooked, owner was extremely hospitable, and it was the best hole in the wall we stumbled across. Lunch time is open for 12-2 pm only so time it well! Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

Lovely shop/bar with freshly made pasta. The owner is very friendly and took his time to explain everything to us. We ordered some pasta and choose to eat it inside. It was very flavorfull and delicious. You can also buy the fresh pasta to cook at home. We really loved this place! As a tourist you have to go and try it. The pasta is simply so much better then the pasta we eat at home.

Buonissimo! Serving up delicious pasta and antipasti in a very quaint atmosphere. We pass through Aoste every summer and enjoy the friendly service and fresh pasta cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a spot to enjoy delicious pasta and a convicial moment, be sure to check out l'officina della pasta. Recommendation, drop in as you're passing by on your visit of the piedestrian zone to assure you have a table when you're ready to sit down and enjoy this unique and delicious experience. Space is limited (ideal for parties of 6 or less), and it's worth the wait if you need to circle back, typically within 20 or 30 minutes. They will hold a table for you and you won't regret it!

We walked in by chance, I admit... My wife asked if there was lunch available, and a very kind gentleman (one of the two partners) promptly told us he'd have two seats for us at the small table right in the window. Fantastic! Let me start by saying... the place is tiny, with about ten seats, but believe me... it's an added bonus! When the time came, we sat down, and I started with some cacio e pepe pasta, my wife a local specialty... a real treat for me, since I eat a lot... the portions were generous!!! Finally!!! After that, we ordered another first course, but this time it was piping hot from the oven! In short... the staff was extremely kind and attentive to the customer's needs, the place was beautiful, and the food was heavenly!!! Highly recommended!!!
