Ordered late, about one to two hours before close. Expectations were the grave but I was met with friendly staff, a very clean exterior and interior, and when I got my pizza, the toppings and sauce were delicious. Everything went right and came out tasty. I think I'll make this spot another visit for sure. It *is* a bit pricey, but I don't mind.

The delivery driver was awesome and followed the delivery instructions. My order was delivered before the expected delivery time, my food was fantastic for the first time in many years the pizza actually tasted good and fresh. It was worth the risk ... Pizza Hut's food is consistent. I hadn't ordered it in literally decades but the stuffed crust was exactly as I recalled. Good crust but greasy toppings. It's what you expect from the Hut. The mini cinnamon rolls were great. I ordered scheduled delivery and it arrived a few minutes early.

I ordered a large whole covered pepperoni and whole covered chicken pizza with light cheese on the Pizza Hut App - I should have checked it before leaving the store, but I didn’t. I obviously ended up with a light pepperoni, cheese pizza instead. I called to see if I could get a replacement, but the call took me to a call center and they had to transfer me over to the store front where no one was answering the phone (at 5:30pm). Bummer. I’m not going to go back and sit there and wait. Disappointed. There were chicken bits on there but the lack of pepperoni was a surprise.

Called to get a refund or at least got bring the problem to their attention, got hung up on twice when they said they would grab a manager.

This place has gone downhill. I ordered twice in the past month, and they forgot my drinks each time. The last time they just left my food outside in the cold claiming they hand delivered it. I called and they said they would bring the missing drink; I told them NO just give me credit. They didn't listen and brought over the WRONG drink. I called and the manager is nowhere to be found. They need to be accountable for using door dash.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed in order online at 4:15pm and scheduled the delivery to be at 5:45 pm. Clock hit 5:50 and no pizza so I checked the estimated delivery time and it had changed to 6:19pm-6:29 pm. I called the store and asked about it and they said that they had a lot of orders and would get it over ASAP and would comp our meal. Well, at 6:14 pm it said the pizza was delivered. No pizza. Called the store to inquire, the phone rang and rang until someone picked up and hung up. This happened two more times. Never ordering from this place again. If you've got kids that rely on a consistent dinner time, I would advise you don't either.

Pizza Hut has gone downhill. They changed their formula, and now, there is absolutely no flavor or taste to their pizza. Crust has changed, along with their sauce and ingredients. It is literally cardboard. This isn't this location'S fault. It's corporate. Frozen pizza even tastes better. I will NEVER eat their pizza again. At least they left the bread sticks as I remembered them. But, that's probably the next formula change, which will make this restaurant go out of business.

If you want a sausage pizza that’s undercooked that you could get food poisoning from this is the place for you!!!
