This place is a lovely excuse to eat pizza. The setting is lively, and pleasant. I love their cauliflower pizza crust! It's crunchy like thin crust pizza, but totally guilt free for me. No worries about bloating or weight gain. Gluten free! The other pizza crust was good as well. We enjoyed the lettuce wraps very much. They give a good amount of filling. It's very tasty as well. Good for birthdays. They have a club for that.

Service is outstanding super friendly, good tasting food, recommend the margarita pizza. The cauliflower crust is delicious as well.

I've always had great memories at CPK, so when I saw their lunch special advertised online, I just had to give it a go. It had been quite a while since I last visited, reminiscing about the good times shared with friends over pizza and endless conversations. So, I went for the half soup half salad deal, which was a steal at $8.99. I went with the BBQ chicken salad and tortilla soup combo, and boy, was it delicious! The flavors were on point, with the salad bursting with freshness and zingy barbecue sauce, and the soup giving me that cozy & slight spicy kick. Even though the person at the front said that things were taking longer we still had great service. California Pizza Kitchen remains a fantastic spot for a tasty meal and a good time, just like I remembered. There are a few outdoor seating if that's what you prefer.

If you’re in the mall and you don’t feel like to go to mall’s food court, you may give a try to this place. Not too noisy nor crowded. Foods are not the best but pretty okay. I had Chicken Tequila Fettuccine. Pasta needs to be cooked a bit more in my opinion. And I also had Strawberry Lime Margarita which is pretty refreshing.

I am a CPK customer for many years! I asked the Receptionist for a bigger table. She gives me a bad attitude and throws the menus on the table. Good thing is I have had a good experience previously for many years so I did not leave. I hope the manager can improve the service like it used to be before.

The portions are way too small. I don't eat much, yet I got hungry a few hours after finishing their Chicken Piccata. Tasty, but not a filling meal.

Me and the family had a good experience here. Was able to find a seat quite fast. Keep note that if you do have a stroller you most likely have to park it in a stroller area. The server we had was very nice and patient. The place has a good amount of tables. Food We went with one of our favorites; the bbq chicken salad full, and one of my kids favorites the bbq chicken pizza. Feel like these are a must for each time we come by. We decided this time to try the shrimp zucchini pastas as well as one of the corn appetizers. I was seated pretty fast but after we got seated we saw a huge line of people waiting. Quite nice having a CPK in a big mall like this one. Until next time!

Heard great things about this place so decided to swing by for pickup on a weekday afternoon. The restaurant is located inside the Santa Anita shops and there’s plenty of parking for the mall nearby. Lots of seating, very friendly and helpful staff. I tried their popular BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza came out quickly but the crust seemed a little chewy/undercooked. BBQ sauce had good flavor, cilantro on top was refreshing and worked well with the pizza. Chicken was somewhat dry. Was a bit pricey for what you get but would stop by and give it another try. If you’re looking for a quick pick me up CPK is a solid choice.

Always enjoy my visits to California pizza kitchen, staff was so warm, friendly and attentive, gave us recommendations and helped us decide on the dishes. Food was pretty good as usual, the new mushroom pasta dish was a hit, and the steak was cooked just as ordered.

Our pizza was served late, half fluffy, half burnt , and part of it seemed defeated, Uhrr, I mean deflated . Ordered a carne asada and the California club pizza. Not enough meat or flavor for the carne asada pizza and the avocado that was served in the club pizza was not the best. The avocado had signs of damage and age instead of showing a healthy green, I guess CPK doesn’t care of the ingredients they serve on there dishes. The restaurant is half opened towards the indoor part of the mall; second floor. We got sat near the restrooms ( personally I don't think any restaurant should have tables near the restrooms, especially when there is no full wall built to separate the sitting section. One good thing is that we did feel part of the breeze from the A.C . I thought it was going to be just as hot as it was in the waiting area. Our waiter was friendly and even the manager came to our table to apologize for the delay. The pizza served was just not the best and made the experience of eating here worse. The establishment itself is kept clean though. Below on the pictures provided, I tried showing the best part of the pizzas.

My visit to this California Pizza Kitchen location was disappointing in ways that no established chain should allow. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the restaurant was operating far below the standards its name suggests. The service was the first major concern. Staff appeared overwhelmed, inattentive, and uncoordinated, creating long waits for even the simplest requests. Rather than offering hospitality, the experience felt rushed and disorganized, as though efficiency had replaced care entirely. The dining environment did little to compensate. The space lacked the cleanliness and upkeep expected from a national brand. A restaurant’s atmosphere should invite guests to settle in; instead, this one made it difficult to overlook the visible signs of neglect. The food, unfortunately, continued the downward trend. Dishes arrived lacking freshness, balance, and the signature flavors that once defined the chain. What should have been reliable comfort food felt uninspired and hastily prepared, with none of the attention to detail that elevates a casual meal into something memorable. Taken together — the weak service, the poorly maintained environment, and the underwhelming food — the experience fell far below expectations. This location has significant work to do before it can deliver the quality associated with its name. As it stands, I cannot recommend it, and I will not be returning.

I don’t really write reviews but I am really disappointed.. I tried to go here with my husband and 2 kids today for my birthday. the host sat us in the corner. We waited for a long time and not a single server came by to greet us. We were already ready to order because we pretty much read every thing off the menu since we had that much time. My kids were getting cranky, they were thirsty but no one even acknowledged we were there. We tried to make eye contact with some of the employees but everyone pretended they didn’t see us. We watched the servers go check on all other tables except ours. At this point, with hungry kids and no service at all, we ended up leaving because we were already pissed off. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. We went to Cheesecake Factory in the same mall, and we were seated and served right away.
