We were in the area for an event so we decide to grab some food before going to the event at 1PM. We collectively decided to go here. There was a bit of a wait but not long at all and well worth it. First, they make their own flavored iced tea. We ordered peach iced tea which was delicious. They do charge for refills on that so my suggestion is if you're going to have more than one cup .... just order the gallon and share around. Next, the food... everything was AMAZING!!! They serve breakfast and lunch all day so there are a ton of options. The loaded fries is a meal but we got it to share around the table. The fried pickles are sweet fried pickles instead of dill and they were so good. As far as the atmosphere .... loved it! All of the staff we interacted with were outstanding! They were super polite, friendly, helpful and attentive. We went on a Sunday morning around 1130AM or so and they were playing gospel music which seemed super appropriate for a Sunday morning. Overall, loved it!

This was our third time here. The food, the atmosphere and service was top tier. We love this restaurant and we love the fact it’s Black Owned. That’s a plus. Our serve was LaDarius. His hospitality made the experience 10x better than the food itself. We went during the week around 10/11 AM and there was no wait. I can see why it’s popping during the weekend. My family was visiting from Florida and they loved it too!

We had another amazing experience at our favorite restaurant, thanks to our incredible waitress Stephanie. She always goes above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and she makes us feel like family every time we walk in. The food? Unmatched. The red velvet waffles and chicken with that signature crack seasoning are absolutely addictive — perfectly seasoned, crispy, and full of flavor in every bite. And the shrimp and grits? Hands down the best we’ve ever had. Creamy, seasoned just right, and cooked to perfection. If you’re looking for great service, amazing food, and a place that never misses, ask for Stephanie. She’ll take care of you. Our go-to spot forever!

The Breakfast Brothers = breakfast done RIGHT. Ordered the chicken & red velvet waffles—so moist, crispy, and perfect they didn’t even need syrup. The chicken? Crunchy perfection. And those cornbread patties?? I’d come back just for those. Hubby got the meat lovers omelet—super flavorful, perfectly toasted toast, and that black coffee was smooth like it knew what it was doing. Janyia was super sweet! 10/10. Come hungry. Leave happy. 😄🍳🧇

Dre was an awesome and amazing server! The food was delicious as usual. He was very personable. We talked about where he is from, Arkansas, and etc. We laughed and just had a great time. Absolutely phenomenal experience! This Black-owned business truly delivers on everything! Fantastic, flavorful food, a welcoming and warm atmosphere, and great music that sets the perfect vibe. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. I’m from Houma, Louisiana, and let me tell you… the catfish was fried to absolute perfection! Crispy, seasoned just right, and it instantly reminded me of back home. That kind of heart-warming, home-style cooking is hard to find, and they nailed it. Where do I start, my first time visiting this location and we ordered the catfish & pancakes, French toast & chicken with a side of greens. The fish was cooked to perfection and whoever prepared the greens demonstrated exceptional culinary skill. I would highly recommend the food here, despite living an hour away, and I will return to visit. The fried ribs have received rave reviews, and my experience did not disappoint. The customer service was exemplary.

The wait time is a little longer than told but we made it work. The food and service definitely made up for the wait. For our first time in Texas, we definitely would come back for more. Our server KeKe was a pleasure to have. Very attentive and communicative about our meal process. We got the Red Velvet Tacos, Pancake Breakfast, and the Biscuts with Cajun gravy. The picture of the biscuits might not do it justice, but It was good. The biscuits were fluffy and tacos were crispy but not hard

We were greeted with a huge smile and a very heart felt welcome. The greeter was very knowledgeable about the food and the restaurant (because I had googled it before my trip to Dallas so I had questions) and spoke so well that I thought she was the owner. I ordered catfish and grits, gravy on the side, with watermelon lemonade. I asked for the gravy on the side to make sure I have the right amount on my grits for my liking. The catfish was crispy on the outside, flakey on the inside, and well seasoned. My bowl of grits were creamy and topped with cheese and paired very well with the gravy. This was a deliciosly huge amount of food for me and greatly appreciated. Big thanks to Teaira for taking good care of us.

Design concept inside and out is cute. Love the Black art. It was a warm and inviting atmosphere. Server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was soulful and well seasoned. I had the shrimp/chicken hibachi-next time I’ll add veggies. My daughter had the catfish and Mom n love had wings and waffles. We will definitely dine again when in Dallas area.

My son and I came while we were killing time waiting for his car to be fixed and had to wait a little bit. But it was well worth the wait! The staff were busy, but still polite and attentive. The atmosphere is quaint and fits the diner feel that you expect. It's a small place with plenty of people waiting to be seated or picking up their online order and I can taste why. The pancakes were the best I've had and the sausage was like my grandma made it. The coffee was hot and strong! Large portions and lots of delicious options you won't find at other diners. Definitely give Breakfast Bros a try! I forgot that the phone eats first and only have the best for last pancakes I'm about to finish chowing!

This was my first visit on an early Sunday morning. The location is tucked in a small retail center. I thought that we had beat the Sunday crowd, but after going in we found the wait was 45 minutes. Understandably so because the space is quite small on the inside. After the wait, we were seated. Unfortunately, it was right by the door. It was a cold day and the door makes a really loud thud when closing. Truth be told, the service and food made up for it. We started off with loaded fries. The fries were most definitely frozen. The toppings were fresh. My daughter asked for ranch which came in a packet, which didn't taste the best. For my entree, I had the pancake combo. The pancakes were DELICIOUS, fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. My eggs were cooked to perfection. My daughter had the French toast combo. She absolutely loved it, and my boo had the pork chops. While I think that they looked like they were cooked in old grease, he loved them. I have to mention that they offer alkaline water by the Breakfast Brothers that I enjoyed. This place is a gem. Quaint, good music, great service and excellent food.

My husband and I visited this location for brunch, with a friend. Upon arrival, we were put on the waitlist and were told the wait would be 35-45 minutes. After an hour of waiting, we came inside to check the status and were told they were waiting for 2 tables to get up. After an hour and a half, we received a text that our table was ready. We ordered food and drinks and again waited for an hour before our waitress came to tell us that our order was never put in. She asked how we wanted to proceed. Because we had already been here for over 2.5 hours, we decided to go ahead and re-order our food. The food came out and was delicious, however the customer service was terrible. We were not offered any type of remorse or resolve for the bad service. Not once were we asked for a drink re-fill. While the food was good, it was not worth the service we received here.
