This place was very yummy and a small owned business which I love because usually food taste more authentic. Staff was friendly and the place has a couple of tables available to dine in if you’d like. Food portions are great and so full of flavor. I had the kung pao chicken with shrimp, so good, the only thing I would change is the peanuts, it would have been a 10/10 if peanuts had been cooked with all the food rather then just placing cold peanuts on top but not bad. Egg rolls are also very good and sesame chicken was amazing.

My first time at this restaurant. Called in order of beef broccoli (okay), shrimp tempura (fried HARD and tasteless) and wings (hard). Twenty four dollars wasted and still hungry.

Chicken was chewy kinda slimy like not done in Chicken and broccoli. Usually pretty good, but when I had to point out Chicken wasn't cooked, didn't even taste like chicken, been coming here for a while ,but that did it for me. Note, they did re cook meat should've remade whole order. Picked out meat and cooked it longer put back in that did it.

Food changes not good anymore. I use to eat here every Friday. For over a year I’m not sure if there’s a new cook but the shrimp fried rice taste fishy & we are no longer a fan after a few orders now unsuccessful. Bring the cook back from 2024. Looking for a new restaurant

I have supported Panda Delight for years, which makes this even more upsetting. When I recently placed an order, the employee who took my payment was rude and made an inappropriate comment implying I couldn’t afford the food (older man). That alone was unacceptable. On top of that, he entered my card information incorrectly. Because of the way I was treated, I went to the restaurant in person and asked the owner to cancel the order. She refused, saying they have a “new system” and that I would need to dispute the charge with my bank. Instead of correcting the mistake on their end, she pushed the responsibility onto me. I declined the food and filed a dispute with my bank. The restaurant denied the claim, and I lost $$. After years of being a customer, this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. If something goes wrong with your payment, do not expect them to take responsibility. Based on how this was handled, I cannot recommend doing business here. Also over the years the quality of the food is overcooked, smaller portions, or less sauce on the meat. It just depends on the day. Sometimes it’s a 3 and sometimes a 2.

Won’t be back. I can’t stand corner cutting but happily requiring and accepting full payment. I ordered beef lo mein, got home and had a container with minimal lo mein and huge scoops of plain (no veggies) fried rice that was hard and not fresh. I called to ask why I had received mostly rice when I had ordered lo mein. I was told that you don’t get a full container of lo mein and are given the rice “free”. I did not want rice at all! Then to give me a ridiculous rationale and try to sell it to me as an incentive…PLEASE. Skip this place.

Just a warning to others. The food is good and worth the hype but about 3 weeks ago my family and I dined in the establishment, service was good and quick. As we were sitting we noticed a live roach, let staff know, and immediately packed up and left making no big deal about it but I lost my appetite. As stated earlier the food is good so I wanted to try them again and I ordered take out last night and noticed hair in my food. If they worked on sanitation it would be 5 stars but if you’re ok with these types of things try them out but two different occurrences is too many for me.

All for chopsticks! Seriously! Let me elaborate... I went to Panda Delight because I heard it was good food and if the food is good the service cant be too far behind, or so you would assume.... I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice as it was a lunch special. As i waited another lady came in and received her order and asked for chopsticks. Without hesitation, she was handed two. They call out my order and if go to get it and requested chopsticks. The lady looks at me in confusion and says," We put a fork in there for you." (Please do not make a assumption that you know what kind of utensil I use! You do not know my ethnicity much less what my customs are. I don't make assumptions about anyone especially a business owner!) You would think it would have ended there. Most people would rectify the situation and just give up the chopsticks.. This was not the case. She continued to look at me and I let her know that I did not ask for a fork. I wanted the chopsticks. She looked at me and said angrily that they did not have chopsticks only forks and looked around as if to search and let me know to look that they didn't have any. (PLEASE DO NOT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE! I WILL DIME YOU OUT!) I kindly reminded her that she just gave the lady before me two pairs of chopsticks. She then continued to patronize me and pretend like she didn't understand English and leaned over to her "Hispanic" cashier and ask what I said.... Now I was pretty upset because while I am of Hispanic descent, I do not have an accent. The cashier told her that she just gave the other lady two chopsticks and she looked at me and said," oh, you don't want the fork." She gets the fork she just placed in the bag then inspects it as if I had gotten it dirty! Lady, I didn't even touch it! I felt racially profiled! For being an Asian and the world is against you at this moment, you would think she would have some humility! I would say I am never going back but I really do want to keep going back to remind her that her actions are not ok and she should be embarrassed everytime she sees me!
