My 80 year old mother LOVES P. F. Chang's!!! My husband and I take her every chance we get (Glebe Road location) and they NEVER disappoint! Today was no exception! Thank you to the hostess for graciously taking our drink order while we waited for our server, Cody to become available. Cody was very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. There was a tiny snafu in the kitchen, but Cody was quick to resolve the situation. Overall, our dining experience was top-notch. Cody was pleasant, personable and definitely displayed a passion for their job. Thank you Cody for your service and hopefully we'll appear in your section again in the near future!
I had a truly enjoyable experience. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional, with staff who were both friendly and highly professional. I HIGHLY recommend it!!
Pretty cool place. Food is okay, but service is beyond great. Environment feels clean, the host was really nice. The bartender was a kind man and asked great questions.
Delicious food and gorgeous aesthetics! Warm hospitality and a wonderful experience. The new management ran by Deanna General is a nice change of pace. With a name like General, she’s a natural born leader!
I went in with my honey on 1/24, and it was absolutely fantastic!!! Our server, Enko, made good drinks and made awesome recommendations. The Chilean sea bass was delicious, as was everything else we had. I look forward to going back!
Love the sweet and sour chicken. Excellent bar service in the DC airport.
I really enjoyed my dinner outing. Here the staff was very professional, the food was amazing, and the service was top tier. Highly recommended place to dine.
Absolutely an amazing experience. This was my first time coming to P.F Changs and my server Bill was phenomenal. The service he provided is absolutely made my husband and I returning customers. Not to mention the food was great! I’m sure there are other great servers but if you get Bill sit back, relax and enjoy the experience because you won’t be disappointed!
The food was excellent! Deanna was our server. She was very attentive to us and made us feel welcomed. We’ll be back.
Went here for Father's Day with my wife and kids and the food was great. Our server Bill was very attentive and helpful. Great service.
Really enjoyed my dining experience! Food and staff were great! Definitely will be back again! Really enjoyed the sesame chicken!
AC was down so it was really hot, but the service made me look past that. Our server was lovely and accommodating. She made sure we had plenty of water, and even brought my son some ice cream after the meal. 5 star service.
Absolutely delicious succulent meals. The Mongolian beef was done perfectly, and the sauces just add more to the flavoring that it already has. Would 100% recommend a friend or family member to eat here.
Chiija was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her smile, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my experience unforgettable. She’s a true gem and a shining example of what amazing service looks like. I hope P.F. Chang’s knows how lucky they are to have her on the team!
We love the food we like so much the service and the people work here is so friendly Five Stars
I think this might be my favorite location. Parking is not easy, but the service and the quality of the food has been great. I had Kung Pao beef and white rice. It was perfect. The waiter had to deal with 7 of us and got the order right. Our glasses were never empty and he checked on us just enough.
Nicely decorated for Christmas even after the holiday had passed. Tasteful trees every few feet adding to the ambience with soft white lights. Food was excellent as usual. Service was also wonderful. Wasn't crowded at all. Wait staff moved around silently and brought out orders quickly. Hard to find the entrance from the back street as the sign wasn't lit up and no street parking but was a more than pleasant trip.
I stopped in Easter Sunday for an early dinner. It was very quiet, the staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. If you have dietary restrictions, the menu is clearly marked. I have a gluten allergy, so this makes ordering very simple. I normally do take out from Dupont Circle for dinner, so I was surprised to see some GF options on the lunch menu. Normally, there is a uncharge for GF, or the GF options are not available for lunch specials, not here. If I'm ever back in the area I definitely would go back.
This is my favorite place. We got changs spicy chicken with fried rice, sesame chicken with fried rice, kids chicken fried rice, kids lo mein and kids honey chicken. The kids lo mein was so small. My drink which was a mai tai was the only one that took forever to come. The kids had strawberry lemonade and regular lemonade which was really good. Total came to $78.
Evelyn is the best server there, her service is impeccable and we will be back!
I dont eat meat and they had So many options for me for lunch. The food was amazing, my waitress was amazing, incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I went two days in a row with my family while staying at the hotel nearby and both experiences were great! Can't wait to visit this va location again!!!!
Evelyn was our server and she was an absolute delight! The food was delicious and the service was amazing!
10 out of 10 as usual! From mass and we eat here whenever we are in the area and we are never disappointed! The gluten free options are great and they work with you to ensure your food safety. The manager Ricci was so incredibly amazing! So personable and made us feel right at home as soon as we sat down. Chija was also very personable and helped us in finding the perfect gluten free dish for my mom who has celiacs. If you haven’t dined here then you don’t know what you’re missing! We can’t wait to come back!
Honestly, best experience I've had in a restaurant in forever! My server, Ciela, was very welcoming! She explained through her recommendations of the drinks, and food. She gave me a vividly wide perspective of what to expect and what to order based on my likes in food! If possible, Id get her as your server, especially if you're not accustomed to the this restaurant yet! She was very honest and kind, so im sure you all will gave the same experience just as I did! To add on, the food was delightful. Full of flavor and many options to choose from! I highly recommend this restaurant!
There were three of us. We got as appetizers the lettuce wrap (everyone loved it), egg rolls, tempura beans (just like my mother-in-law made them) and wonton soup. The soup was a meal itself. We had beef and broccoli, teriyaki beef and shrimp. We finished with the chocolate souffle. Check the photos out for the atmosphere. Finally our server was excellent. Personable and friendly. It is worth a visit.
I had such a fantastic experience at P.F. Chang's thanks to our server, Rachael Robinson. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had a great meal. She greeted us with a big smile, explained the menu thoughtfully, and offered great recommendations that turned out to be some of the best dishes we ordered. What really stood out was how attentive she was without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always refilled before we even had to ask, and she checked in at just the right moments to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. Rachael’s positive attitude, Witt and professionalism made the entire dinner feel special. Service like that is rare, and she absolutely elevated our visit. If you’re dining here, definitely hope you get Rachael as your server, she mentioned she is a hostess too, you’ll be in excellent hands!
Our server was Evelyn and she did an AMAZING job! Her hospitality was spot on. She was quick to check on us and made sure we were completely satisfied with our visit. If you go to this PF Changs location you should definitely ask for her as your server, she’s the best! We will be asking for her the next time we come in! :)
We had dinner here and had a great experience! Food was delicious and service was great! Our server’s name was Evelyn and she provided amazing service. We will definitely be back and asking for her!
The server we had used his hands to get my wife mint for her drink and then my drink wasn't made all the way to the order. Some other groups left a the staff was taking too long to take their orders as it seemed they were on their lunch breaks which means they were working with limited time. Then the other staff started to come out she these groups had left. Which shows they lost it in some money that could've went differently had those staff members been out there servicing them. But overall the good was delicious 😋 as normal.
Rachael was a great hostess! She sat us in a timely manner, recommended great dishes, and had an overall great attitude! Drinks were also delicious! Would dine again. 10/10
Evelyn was an amazing server—super attentive, friendly, and professional. The service was excellent overall, and the food was delicious too. Definitely a great experience.
Our waiter Jessy is the nicest human being you can meet. He is very welcoming and values customers. He is a Gem to this place! Good service and good food. Thank you Jessy. =)
Had an absolutely amazing experience at P.F. Chang’s in Arlington, VA! The food was fresh and flavorful, but the real highlight of the night was the exceptional service. Elliot, our server, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who truly enjoys what they do, and Elliot’s positive energy and professionalism made our night even more special. Shout out to the whole team for creating such a welcoming and warm vibe. We’ll definitely be back!
My experience was amazing. I dined at the bar and the bartender was great I wish I could remember her name. Drink tasted amazing. The manager (Deanna) came by and spoke with us. Such a down to earth young lady and she knows her stuff. The food was great. Will definitely be back.
I came here with family for my birthday and I throughly enjoyed myself. The food was very delectable. I was able to sample everyone's food and enjoyed everything. The food was great and dessert was flavorful as well. During the time in which I went it was on a Saturday. There were very little people in there because it was around 11am or noon. There was plenty of selections on the menu to choose from that looked mouthwatering. The food that everyone from my party ordered was beyond appetizing. I intend to go back.
PF Chang is one of my favorite restaurants due to the quality of their food, service, and atmosphere. It is always a quiet environment where you can carry on good conversations with friends or family. Kaitlyn was our server, and she was spot on for checking to see if anything was needed. She had a very good personality, which made the experience even better.
Amazing P.F. Chang’s Chinese Restaurant! ❤️Healthy, fresh, delicious, perfectly cooked Chinese cuisine served in satisfyingly generous portions. My delivery order came sealed for safety and was served in a very high quality container that traveled well. P.F. Chang’s staff is so thoughtful, they truly care about their guests. They’ve won a loyal customer in me, my Ginger chicken with broccoli and brown rice was absolute perfection! The sauce it was cooked in with the green onions was very tasty. :) Thanks and hope to see you again soon!
I had PF CHANG'S to cater my mother 90th birthday party today and I seriously couldn't be more happier. From the time I placed my order I talked to Riccy and Joshua and the went above and beyond for my mom party. The guy that delivered the food was spectacular and the food was awesome. I will continue to have them cater for me. They made my family so happy.
We had a fantastic dining experience at this location. Atmosphere was great. Pretty quiet for an early dinner on a Friday night. The service was great. Everyone there were friendly and accommodating. And the food was fantastic, as always. Lettuce wrap is definitely a must have. The veggies in their main entree were fresh and delicious. Meat was tender and very tasty. I’m never disappointed dining at P.F. Chang’s.
Great atmosphere! We came it abot 3:15 and were the only guest there for a while. The food was delicious and we didn't wait long. Our waitress Julia was very attentive. Overall great experience. My daughter ordered the orange chicken with noodle, the rest of us ordered combination lo mein. Very tasty. Julia even made my daughter a personalized birthday drink. Shirly temple with a sugar stick
Wow the PF Chang’s in Ballston is the best! The food was so delicious and cooked perfectly. The lettuce wrap is a must when you go here. What made this experience really good was our server Alexander. He is a nice and funny guy! He showed great hospitality and made sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend coming here because of him and the food!!
Ordered delivery from this location. Was delivered on time by Door Dash. Great tasting Handmade Shrimp Dumplings (6) and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Well protected by plastic containers and even a wonderful looking bag. Great food but when you add delivery charge, estimared fees (?), and tip it amounts to almost half my grocery bill. The food was wonderful, a five out of five, but even without all those add ons it would cost over 28 dollars. And, to be honest, that is still a little high. Glade I tried them out, maybe in the future will dine-in, but no more delivery.

This is located in a good spot in ballston Arlington area. They have a good menu selection and provide curbside pickup. The food is a bit too pricy so I only go here with a gift card or on the very rare occasion for takeout. You can definitely get more bang for your buck elsewhere. However, they pro ide allergy menu items which is quite large considering other restaurants. I have never had any wines here so I cannot speak of them. But I will update this if I do.
Food is bland and not spicy, even the spiciest options are sweet. Good portions, fresh ingredients. The ambience is good, lots of tables, but AC was barely on.
I love coming to PF Chang’s, we came a little later in the night 30 min before closing (which is probably our fault) the food was not that fresh. Every other time we come, the food is perfect 👌.
Food was delicious. Our waiter was nice and friendly. It could've been a bit cooler in the restaurant, it was warm.
I'm surprised they are still open. It's always empty..food was good. They have some good offers. I wish the regular menu was so pricey.. $$26 for Mongolian Beef is crazy
Nice place and great service. The food was... tasty. Drinks (specialty) were good on the first round. Everyone agreed that the second round tasted like colored sugar. Cold dark "ambiance" at seating and restroom felt like the Arctic Circle in winter. I prefer warm and cozy in winter but I was a guest, not a host so I kept mum.
Good location and $14.99 lunch specials were good. Orange chicken 🐔 and beef broccoli was tasty but not served hot. As food was very delayed getting to us. Server was very slow and the restaurant was empty also. Soup was room temperature also. I think due to service this was not such a good experience. Will not recommend to others, many other restaurants in the area.
Went to dine in with my family over the weekend. Overall ambience and service was great. Food wise, it was mixed. While I liked my food, my wife's dish had room for improvement. Also, the place is a little on the costlier side. Was about $120 for two adults and a kid.
My Amazing daughter wanted some PF Chang’s, so we decided to go to the location in Arlington, Va. We just left Pentagon City Mall and we were hungry after hours of shopping. I must say they didn’t disappoint on a rainy Thursday. The food was Good and the portion sizes are large which Is Always a Plus. The Service was Good overall even though at times our server was missing and more interested in the larger party that sat next to us. Besides that he was Friendly and still took care of all our dining needs when he was available. We will Definitely return to this location whenever we are in the area.
We came here for the new happy hour deal from 3-7pm which was great! $5 apps and drinks. We also got a ton of entrees and all of us liked them especially the fried rice, lol mein, and lettuce wraps. The service was very slow though and they forgot one of our entrees and mixed up a couple things on the checks. Otherwise a good experience

I've been wanting to try p f chang for a very long time I was not impressed the food Was nothing to scream about our waiter seems very nice but His clothes were filthy On top of the food wasn't that great Looking at someone serving my food cloths being that dirt Was really. Disgusting When charging those prices. You expect better better food and service.
We were in the area at lunchtime on a weekday and were actually looking for a different place to eat when we walked past this PF Changs and since we were in a hurry, we stopped in here for lunch. We waited a while up front before someone came to seat us. Once seated we ordered and the food came out relatively quickly and was hot and freshly made. Flavors were just OK, but nothing special. I used to really like this chain, but anymore it’s just not what it used to be and so much of the menu consists of the same old stuff you get from basic Chinese American joints, but yet there’s so many more items that are not fried and are more authentic and flavorful they can add.
I recently had dinner at P.F. Chang's in Arlington, and it was a bit of a mixed experience for me. I tried their new Spicy Orange Chicken, and while the flavor was decent, it wasn’t anything special. The sweet and spicy citrus chili sauce had a nice balance, but the chicken was lightly battered and lacked the crunch I was hoping for. The fresh orange slices were a nice touch, but overall, the dish didn’t really stand out. The Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps were pretty good, though! I’ve had them before, and they’re definitely one of the restaurant’s signature items for a reason. The new Sesame Special Sauce added a bit of a twist, and it was a solid addition. The wraps were flavorful and fun to eat, but I didn’t notice a huge difference with the new sauce compared to the original. I also ordered the Fried Rice, which was fine but nothing extraordinary. It was wok-tossed with the usual ingredients—egg, carrots, bean sprouts, and green onions—but it lacked that extra punch of flavor I was hoping for. It was more of a standard side dish than a memorable part of the meal, just kind of there to fill the plate. Overall, it was an okay meal, but nothing really wowed me. The service was decent, and the atmosphere was nice, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more. I might go back to try other dishes, but I wasn’t overly impressed this time around.
Service was above average, very engaging. The half order chicken lettuce wrap was ok. The order was not as flavorful as normal and almost room temperature. Just the right size though.
Everything is too sweet...definitely not authentic Chinese food. Waiter didn't ask for dietary restrictions.
PF Chang's offers a great dining atmosphere with a stylish and comfortable ambiance that sets the perfect mood for a night out. The service is attentive and friendly, with staff ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. The food, while good, doesn't always match the high expectations set by the ambiance and service. Some dishes shine with bold flavors, but others can feel a bit average for the price point. Overall, PF Chang's excels in creating an inviting space with great service, but the food could use a bit more consistency to match the overall experience.
So we went out to have a dine-in lunch after a lengthy break and were looking forward to the whole restaurant dining experience. I have eaten at the DC branch of PF Chang so was looking forward to an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately that was not in cards. 🥲 The restaurant was almost empty (even though we went at around 1pm). I did see quite a few take out bags so I am guessing their main business is still from clients ordering takeout. We were given a table and waited almost 10 minutes and were actually getting ready to leave when a waiter strolled over. He showed us a bar code on a wine menu card on the table that needed to be scanned to get their online menu. We asked for water (seriously, no water so far) and he nodded and strolled away. Of course he did not come back, leaving us to wallow in our thirst! So, 20 minutes in, with no food and water, being parched and famished by now, we quickly made our menu selections. We decided on two dishes. Mapo tofu and Chang’s lettuce wraps (lettuce stuffed with tofu pieces). We waited and waited and waited and signaled and gestured and finally the waiter strolled over, having completely neglected our request for water. Being fairly steamed by now (pun intended) I asked for our water, which he gave. What he did not give was a semblance of an apology. Anyway, we ordered and were prepared for another long wait. The food however came apparently quickly (not really but frankly he had us trained pretty well now). So I have been eating Mapo tofu for over 20 years now and also cook it at home so I was quite certain that what was served was no way Mapo tofu. It was basically braised, firm tofu served on a bed of broccoli. Mapo tofu is super soft, silken tofu prepared with fermented black beans, Doubanjiang (chilli bean paste), Sichuan peppers and spring onions. My conversation with the waiter went as follows Me: We ordered Mapo tofu Waiter: Yes Me: This is not Mapo tofu Waiter: Yes it is Me: Are you sure? Waiter: Yes Me: I am pretty sure that this is not Mapo tofu Waiter: Yes it is Feeling like we are in a rut and more than famished by now I accepted defeat and ate my “mapo” tofu. The dish was sweet and not very satisfying to my palate, though the sheer number of broccoli florets were somewhat filling. Well I am not sure if PF Chang runs a franchise (because the food and service at their DC branch is much better) or this is post COVID or I got a bad waiter. But I for one am not willing to go back and verify. ——- Update 8/24/2021 ——- Someone from PF Chang promptly contacted me and took the details of the incident. I am quite impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction and quite convinced that this experience is an one off. They also sent me a sincere apology note. Nicely done! Based on that, I have changed my rating to 3-stars. Am also looking forward to my next visit 😀

Online ordered 3 servings of the Mongolian Beef in the entree size for 26$, 2 with fried rice for an additional 4$ charge. The portions were small (what I would consider lunch size) and the beef was like eating dry shoe leather. The fried rice was cooked nicely but had almost no taste. I didn't order extra sauce because I assumed that there would be some sauce in the dish and there wasn't. Just over 100$ for 3 entrees with tax. I won't be going back.
I had very high expectations, but was very disappointed with all but the waiter for our party!!! Food portion/plate size in no way reflects the high pricing of the meals...The best two things from that day were the "Sweet Tea" & the take home plastic containers!
Food was just ok. Service would have been better if our server understood us. The restaurant was filthy, tired looking and run down. Very disappointing.
Went for early dinner on Apr 14th. Got wonton soup and pepper steak. Soup size ridicously small for $7 had 2 wontons, 3 slices of mushrooms 3 tiny shrimp and bunch of tiny chicken cubes which are horrendous in flavor texture and even hard to chew. The pepper steak quality was down the tubes. Bad steak and not fresh at all nor tender. Veggies tasted sour speciially the onion. I can assure it was about to expire or about to rot that onion. They also over did the pepper was way strong condimented i guess to disguis the bad steak and onion. The general appearance of the plate was nowhere close to one time from last year where i had order same dish. On that ocassion steak was butterly lean soft, tender and quality. I am not returning. Check was $37 without drink and that same week i got siick from stomach. Too much coincidence
The waiter was horrible. The manager tended to our needs and the waiter's other customers as well. The food was good once we got it.
May be much better on regular service days, but Valentine’s day service was very troubled. We came in with a reservation for two, and there was an obvious back-and-forth between the hosts about where to seat us, before they settled putting us in a 6 person booth. No one came to take our order or get us drinks for 18 minutes (clearly no one was alerted we were in their section to be served) and so we had to flag down their manager, who, while he was quick to help us, also wasn’t apologetic about the delay. A family of 6 also sat at the booth next to us, and I let the manager know after about 15 minutes of them sitting there that they, too, hadn’t been attended to yet. All the while, 10+ people were gathered at the front waiting to be seated. Part of the problem is that so many 4+ person tables were taken up by couples (such as ourselves), so they had run out of seating despite the fact many people at the front had reservations and were waiting. When food finally did come, I really enjoyed mine (the honey chicken) but my girlfriend did not enjoy her sweet and sour tofu (of which was neither sweet nor sour, and instead just a bland sauce). We had to, again, flag down waiters to get us our checks, retrieve our cards, and hand us back the checks. It was unfortunate because we had been seated at 6:20 and hadn’t been served until 7:15, and had to eat our food in a hurry in time to leave for our 7:40 movie showing. Only one person apologized to us for the inconvenience the whole night.

Not sure who was cooking. The rice was flavorless and the chicken was cold and not spicy as I ordered it. Also portions are not worth the money. Will not eat here again I should have known it being a Chain Restaurant the food would be the same as I had in Connecticut at the West Farms Mall.
Went for lunch with a few co-workers, and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The restaurant had just a few tables occupied, but it took over 20 minutes to get even our water. Appetizers came out 20 minutes later but there was no silverware. I asked for my Chicken with extra sauce, and hot sauce on the side, but when the food finally arrived - it was just their normal entree. The hot sauce came after I had finished eating! Co-worker asked for fried noodles for the Hot and sour soup, and the server said it is extra money. What? Even the Mom n'Pop Chinese place near my home gives complimentary noodles as topping. On top of the BAD service, they added 20% gratuity. I will never go back!
We went there for a birthday lunch and though the food was absolutely delicious, the service was not. Our waitress had a huge attitude. She told us they don’t do the sparkler with champagne bottle although the hostess in the phone said they did. Then when it was time to order the birthday dessert, they brought it out. We felt lied to. The waitress didn’t even say we would get another waitress at the end. The last waitress we had was way more pleasant and which we had her as our waitress. Service was a disappointment.
It’s incredible how they keep leaving this signal after a towing car took mine from their front door, not fair I had to pay for the towing because it supposes that we can park but the police says that, that place is a private space. They only said, yes everyday the towing company takes car from here. We have to be careful 😤 and yes be careful when you go there, don’t park in that place
- food was not good at this location. Ordered honey chicken and after taking a few bites realized it was orange chicken. The chicken seems like it was sitting out for a bit as it was mostly hard dried pieces, to be honest it tasted like the frozen stuff of theirs you can buy in the store but at an upcharge price. The lo mein was old and dried as well with very little flavor. - service was horrible, the girl acted like she didn't care about anything and didn't check up on or even give a refill on my drink. My standard $15-$20 tip I give to normal restaurants i visit, quickly went way down below 20% as she didn't care so I didn't care to be nice either. It's 2025 stop judging people by their appearance! - place was clean and organized. - plenty of parking in the area but it does fill up quickly depending on the time and day you go. - prices are normal for the area but over priced for the quality of food you get. - overall won't be back here at this location.
Save your money and time! It’s not worth it! I called to place an order for orange chicken got all the way home and the chicken tasted old the sauce was watery. Highly disappointed I will not be returning!!! I called to speak with the manager waited an hour for them to just get back on the phone and ask me for my number and said the manger will give me a call back because he had to leave because he had an emergency. So you mean to tell me it's nobody else working who can get on the phone and speak with customers since the manager is unavailable.
Went on date night, Arrived around 830pm , was greeted by hostess, they sit us by leaking roof, and floor is soping wet, then server takes no exaggeration 5 minutes to come to table, acts like he's doesn't want to be there. We order simple drinks water and iced tea. Waters come out then we place our appetizer order, appetizer s come out we ask for the iced tea, server does everything but brings us the iced tea, greets other table, now our water glasses our empty, no employees are around, water from roof is leaking so badly that it's draining towards our feet and table, no one seems to care, when mentioned about this to a PF Chang's employee that walks by. We are now like 22 min in and no water no iced tea no service. We walk up to the front and the gentleman in a suit it didn't seem to phase him about the condition s along with the poor service. Very disappointing for what was supposed to be a fun evening. We ended up going to Dirt a new restaurant in Ballston. Go try great service and atmosphere.
The dang airport PF changes is better than this place. I ordered to go and they gave me 1/4 of an order of Honey chicken for 23.69 and jammed it with a rice in a dang 6 oz container. Please SAVE your money. Order from another Chinese spot. Literally robbed me.
Several months ago I gave this venue a five star review, but it has gone downhill abruptly just like the stock market. The company-wide happy hour menu has been changed to higher prices and fewer hours, I guess because it was seen as an easy way to squeeze more money out of guests. I hosted an event at the Ballston location and arrived to a hot room with no a/c. Another cost savings??? While the food is still the same, one of my guests who wanted to order food at the bar was completely ignored even though there were not many people standing right then and there. Overall, it was a dreadful evening of my guests giving me an earful about how much they were not happy with the place. Never again!
