We recently used Honey Baked Ham to cater a lunch box event for 130 people, and the experience was truly exceptional. We ordered the ham, turkey, and veggie boxes, which also included chips and a cookie, and the feedback from our entire group was overwhelmingly positive. Every item tasted incredibly fresh, and the quality of the famous Honey Baked Ham and turkey was outstanding. It was a crowd-pleaser, providing a satisfying and well-rounded meal perfect for a large group. A major highlight was the delivery service. The staff were wonderfully nice and courteous, and crucially, all the food arrived exactly on time. For an event with a tight timeline, this punctuality was a huge relief and a definite plus. From the delicious, fresh food to the professional and timely service, Honey Baked Ham made catering simple and successful. We highly recommend them for reliable and tasty catering!
Operation Tandem Turkey was a success this year! The Honey Baked Ham Company achieved perfection with the Sweet & Savory Smoked Turkey Breasts. Everything went smoothly, I skipped the line by pre-ordering and paying online for in-store pickup. I arrived the day before Thanksgiving at 10:30am and parking was available. I had my QR code ready to be scanned when I walked in. They were well staffed, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The total for two turkey breasts was $90.00. There was a reasonable line for walk-in orders but they had plenty of Hams, Turkeys, and sides in stock. A huge thank you and shout out to the staff working hard to provide exceptional quality and service to everyone! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
When you have pleasant and professional staff with over 20 years at this location. You get a great tasting sandwich. They cater for office parties, family meals or holidays. They deliver one meal or one hundred sandwiches. The atmosphere and seating area is always clean. You can come in and sit down to a nice meal.
Stopped by for ham bones and some lunch. Soups turn out fantastic when using their ham bones. I'm looking forward to enjoying the slow cooking smell all day. The soup and sandwich we ordered we're delicious.

Devonte was very helpful in placing an online order for November 25, 2025.
Thank you Christina for the amazing customer service with caring heart! There are a few honey baked Ham companies around NOVA area, and I will go out of my area to this location for phenomenal customer service. While all the Honey Baked Ham with quality food, this location stands out more because its service! Long story short, I got off late from work and realized that I still need to get a ham for my office potluck next day. With all the last moment stress plus the crazy NOVA traffic, I thought I would fail my ham mission. Christina’s welcome and caring customer service over the phone and in-person was top of notch! Thank you again for your wonderful support! It will be many more visit to Fairfax location for my future holidays and parties!
Their sandwiches are so good. Agreed that the front end folks sometimes don't quite get it right, but the manager, Timothy is so understanding and ready to make things right if that happens. I hope you give them a chance because I would hate to see them go away.
The smoked Turkey breast to me is better than the ham ( though both are so yummy ) always such kind, helpful employees. Went 2 days before Christmas, the store was mad crazy, but everyone was very helpful & kind!! Thank you for your service!!!☆☆☆☆☆
Friendly helpful staff and always the best ham to make any occasion special. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours. You can't always see what's available in store in their website. For Easter according to the website, I could no longer longer ham. I assumed they were sold out at the local store. I decided to call the store directly and we were able to get our Easter Ham even though it showed sold out online.
I placed an order online for a ham and turkey, not realizing the turkey was frozen — and I needed it that same day. Gabriella was incredibly kind and even checked with her manager to see if I could return it and swap for one of the cooked, sliced turkeys they had packaged. They made it happen, and Gabriella truly saved our Friendsgiving. Thank you!!
This is really not a restaurant. The store sells Honey baked HAMS. WHOLE HAMS or ham bones that have enough sliced ham on them for a couple or 5.5 more sandwiches, ham and egg breakfast. Then into a pot of dried beans for ham and bean soup. I believe they may even make a sandwich for sale

Great service. Store was clean and the cashier was quickly able to find our prepaid order and give it to us. Store was empty and had COVID protocols in place which made it feel very safe. My only issue was upon opening the turkey it looked like a very small portion. I weighed it and was correct, even with the plate and wrap it was only 7oz, quite a bit less than the package itself stated. The ham was the correct amount (we got both). I’m not sure what happened here. I might be more concerned if I were ordering a larger ham that I wasn’t getting what I paid for, but obviously with this small amount I’m not too concerned. The turkey, ham, Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and rolls were all delicious. At 24.99 it was an affordable family meal that everyone enjoyed. I would definitely return.

I purchased a ham bone for my split soup and it was worth the money. Great taste and purchase. What wasn't worth the money was the chicken salad. Awful, watery, and bland not like their other VA location. Rum cakes are on point always a winner.

Love the food, but every time I order online from this location and head in to pick it up, they say they never saw the order and they’ll start it now. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead… at least the staff are friendly.

Meat is good, but the cashier there do not understand directions. Repeated that I do not want cheese on my sandwich and she was sure of it, later find out that it has full cheese on it when I got home. Later I need to pick up 2 ham for 30 people, she already wrote down 'code 3 & quarter ham' on a card last time I came. She picks a half and doesn't even know whether I want turkey or ham. Switches everything around when I have to explain what I want to her again, by that time the receipt was all wrong.
Tonight was the first time I’ve been in here and probably the last. I had pre ordered a ham for thanksgiving and went to pick it up and the customer service was horrible. The woman helping me get the ham obviously hated her job and had horrible customer service etiquette. I asked her to repeat a question she had asked and she yelled it at me. She was extremely dismissive as well and skipped over the last bits of the transaction to start with another customer. It’s was a minute long experience that made an impression. The place was pretty empty too so there was no need to try and rush off the way she did. The only good thing about this place was the other cashier who took the time to help me out at the end. But overall I walked wondering why I even spent money at the place. But I guess now I know where not to get my Christmas ham.

Best Bait and Switch I’ve ever seen. TL;DR: DO NOT TRUST THE ONLINE RESERVATION FOR HONEYBAKED STORE #8503. They will cheat you, even if you call. I was excited about having a Honeybaked ham for Thanksgiving, especially this year- the first turkey day without my Uncle, who looked forward to it every Thanksgiving and passed in September. So, thinking ahead to make sure I got what I needed, I reserved a quarter ham via their website on Sunday. I didn’t get an e-mail in response, so I called the store on Tuesday night to confirm that my order had been received. The woman that answered the phone immediately began trying to up-sell me, asking about how many people we had, what sides we’d be having, all of what you’d expect from a box store at the holidays- okay, no harm, no foul there, but I was a bit pressed for time, so I finally said “Ma’am, I’m just trying to make sure I’m on the list for my quarter ham tomorrow.” I was told that the list printed every morning, and if I’d registered online, she was sure my name would be on it and everything would be fine, but I really ought to think about increasing my order if there were more than a couple of adults, because that quarter ham didn’t feed but two people. I thanked her for her time and hung up. Wednesday arrived, and I left work early to make sure I got there in time. The place was already packed with a line out the door, but I told myself that I’d reserved ahead and called, and that doing my part would pay off. As I got closer to the door, I noticed armed security moving back and forth between the counter and the door. That struck me as really odd, given that it was 1145AM on a Wednesday in Falls Church, but you never could be too cautious. As I progressed through the line, I noticed that the guard was spending more and more time up front, and less controlling the crowd. Strange, but again, can’t be too careful, and I called ahead, so it was fine, right? I got to the counter, said “Hello, I’m Kirk, and I registered online Sunday for a quarter ham that I’m here to pick up.” The woman working the register barely looked up and said “We ain’t got no quarters. You want a half?” No, I wanted what I reserved. I tried again. “No, I called last night to make sure that-“ “We. Ain’t. Got. No. Quarters. You want a half or not?” I looked over my shoulder, and the security guard was watching this play out, and I realized why they were spending so much time up front. Now, I’m not just arguing with a person running a register, but an armed guard, as well. That, plus the time investment of waiting in line for 35 minutes, plus having other shopping and errands ahead of me left me with really no choice…so I nodded, and a half ham was tossed on the counter in front of me, then unwrapped (though in retrospect, if they’re willing to bait and switch like they did, I’m relieved to make sure it was actually ham under the wrapper!) I’ll never shop here again. instead of the online quote of $35-50, I walked out of there with $67 in ham I neither needed nor asked for. Needless to say, I’ll be calling corporate. UPDATED Review: they e-mailed me saying they had quarter hams in the store at the time I was cheated and offered a $100 gift card to compensate me for it. I asked for a refund of $67.45 instead, which they provided. Don't trust this location!

Hyshanna had the worst customer service she is loud, unhelpful and has an attitude when asked questions about the food. Zero stars!
As a standard business model- it is the understanding if you order online ahead of time, the order will be prepared that morning and you either have a pick up time or will be notified to pick up your order. It was my experience this morning that this location of honey baked ham does not run that way. I placed an order 3 days prior and arrived to to store to be told it’s first come first serve and ordering ahead does not hold any items. Multiple customers in the store at the time we’re having the same shocked reaction. Why place an order ahead of time than? And if this is the case why not make that transparent to your customers. If that wasn’t bad enough- the company made it clear they taking this unprecedented time during the pandemic seriously and had a security guard at the door making sure social distancing was occurring. However the manager was wearing a mask only over the bottom half of her mouth. I informed her, that I am a health care professional, I need to let her know that not covering her nose as well as her mouth is not protecting her or her customers (you would think as the manager of the store she would like to set the correct example). I was told that she needs to breath so she’ll wear her mask however. The manager continued to be rude, and walked away refusing to talk to me or give me her name. I am a nurse, and as of three days ago(when I placed this order) I was told on my next shift, Sunday-Easter- I was being called to be an ICU nurse in the COVID unit. This dinner will be my last dinner with my family until the pandemic is over. It would be upsetting under any circumstance but this makes this worse. Pandemic or not treating your customers in such a poor manor is unacceptable. This location will never get my business again. I will be talking to corporate. EDIT: After writing about my In-store experience on the store website the General manger of the store contacted me very quickly. The women who had identified herself as the manager during my visit was not the manager. The general manager was very kind and handled the situation very well. Her kind approach to this matter will be why I’d go back to the store.
I spent $230 on turkey and ham with stuffing and two sides ….all the side were delivered frozen , the ham was 1.2 frozen and the turkey was ice cold ….how am I suppose to have an office party with all frozen food …..Never again
