Food is always fresh! I have come to this location for years and this is my favorite one. The restaurant is clean, staff is pleasant and the wait is reasonable.

Dining in is SO much better. The food was great, and the shake was even better. The staff is friendly and they kept it very clean. I will definitely be back to the Arlington location.

I got a milkshake, was great. Overall the service was fine, just felt a bit rushed. But it was ready upon paying way drive thru. I didn’t go in so I don’t know what the indoor atmosphere was like. But the shake was so good! Didn’t buy any food except milkshake. Also, the straws are amazing!

We love going here as our "Always Happy Date". We made a deal many years ago to never go to Steak 'n Shake if we were upset. With many of them closed throughout DFW, we were happy to find one while we were out on a date.

It was our first time trying ever. The burgers are good but very skinny. I was glad I ordered a double. The fries are good but extremely skinny. I thought Whataburger had annoying skinny fries!

In store- kiosk order only, no person for customer service... the cooks cook, the shake person calls out on the microphone for shakes... the soda machine is there for you to operate, sometimes only after finding out that you need to scan your receipt in order to activate it... the carry out/dine-in person calls out on the mic for those orders... and they all stay behind the counter, depending on the day or time, overworked & unconcerned unless you wait at the mic to catch one of them for a question or assistance. The food is decent and somewhat overpriced.

My boyfriend and I decided to eat in. The food was awesome, but the tables were dirty, and nobody cleaned them between customers. It's Covid-19 still... clean the tables!!!!

We were not impressed with this location. Three of our orders were wrong and they didn't fix it and weren't very nice about it, one of our meals didn't come out with the other food because they forgot , fries were stale, bathrooms were gross, the ketchup pump barely works, employees were not very helpful, we felt like for the money (because there are so many extra charges) it was totally not worth it. Also, what's with places asking for a tip but not actually providing service (other than cooking the food)?

Trash and have the ratings they do for a reason. I ordered delivery and they forgot both shakes and a whole order of fries. Pay $30 for food to get not even the entire order. Then I try to get a refund and of course I have to go through Uber for their mess up to not be given my money back. Will never order from here AGAIN.
