Not sure what's up with all the 1 stars... maybe avoid the night time crew? This location is literally the BEST everything is always fresh & correct! We drive passed 3 different TBs to come to this one...we're pretty far from this locating too. I'd say our order is pretty complicated too & it's always right! We stop by early afternoons not sure if that makes a difference in the customer service & food quality.
I can honestly say best taco bueno in Arlington! The food is always prepared well and the staff is so sweet!

We love this location! The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and they always get our order correct, even with modifications.
The 2 gentleman at lunch were very friendly. Quickly helped me at the counter. Order was served fast and was correct, also tasted great. My favorite Taco Bueno and I live in Oklahoma, down visiting my dad. Thank you again.
I have to say I visited surrounding Taco Buenos and this by far has been the cleanest. Usually you go in one and see the salsa bar a mess or food on the floor. None of that here. The workers were so nice and the food was so good. I regret not taking a picture of my food to upload. My food was not messy as far a when I bit into it, it was not at all falling everywhere. I will continue to go to this location !!!!

Usually good but not lately. Ordered a whole lotta box and the taco shells were stale and we're barely filled. Will try again as we understand issues facing restaurants.
Food was as expected. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, but the tables and area were overall messy. Pico was runny but good.

Salsa bar was already taken back asked for a large container of salsa and was told it would be a charge but yet I can get as many as the little containers as I want.

This location is bothersome. Four week's ago I stopped in prior to a cowboy game and asked for a Cowboy Taco to go along with a whole Lotta platter. I got home and saw they skimped out on giving me the "free" regular beef taco when the Cowboys play. Three weeks went by, I stopped in and asked for a Cowboy taco on Sunday right before the Cowboy game and thought it was good because I could feel the taco in the bag. Well, I got home and saw the girl who took the order then made the taco gave me the small party taco. I sent a message to taco bueno on their twitter/X account and got a reply saying the management would be notified. I drove back to the location the following day with party taco in hand and showed them what I was given. I asked the manager if anyone had notified them, he said no. They did give me the correct taco but I also burned 24 miles over two days going back and forth back and forth in the process. Lesson number one, always check and double check your orders before leaving here. They have good food, it'd just be super nice to not have a problem in the future.

I went in shortly after the restaurant opened and made a large order for 6 people. After ordering, I was informed the quesadilla machine had not been turned on and it would be a wait, which I agreed to. Once I got home with the food, it was not great and one of our muchacos had cinnamon on it.

I had one of the most concerning experiences I’ve ever had at this store, much less any store. My niece went in around 5:30 PM to place three separate orders (hers, my father’s, and mine). She was able to place the first two, but was ignored for quite a while before being allowed to place the third. She was also refused a receipt for one of the orders. I was on the phone with her the entire time and heard everything firsthand. The employee working the counter, later identified as Brianna, was repeatedly rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. My niece clearly said “regular queso” four different times, yet the employee kept questioning her as if she hadn’t spoken. While waiting, an older gentleman with diabetes told the employee he had been waiting over 30 minutes for his food and that his blood sugar was dropping. Instead of showing concern or urgency, she responded with attitude. When I came inside (I was in the car with my sleeping baby and 5 yr. old), my food was ready but extremely poorly made. Several burritos were thrown together so sloppily that most of the beans were smeared all over the wrappers instead of inside the food. One burrito even had a puncture through the wrapper and into the burrito itself, which was alarming. When I calmly pointed this out and asked for it to be remade without cheese, she looked at me like I was being absolutely ridiculous and I watched her add cheese anyway. When I questioned it, she became argumentative, threw the incorrect burrito into the trash aggressively, and then loudly announced she would no longer make my food at all when I pointed out that she should not be speaking to customers this way. She began raising her voice across the store, making comments like “Who do you think you are?” and “Are you in college?” It escalated to the point that another employee had to pull her aside. The manager on duty tried to "help" by offering a free cheesecake chimichanga that I declined and was given to me anyways, but by the time I got home, we discovered that two entire orders were missing, and the food we did receive was incorrect and tossed together in an unappetizing way. This wasn’t a simple mistake — it was a pattern of unprofessional behavior, poor food handling, and complete disregard for customers. I truly hope corporate addresses this, because no one should be treated this way, and no customer should receive food in this condition. This is honestly shortened quite a bit but some of the details are disgusting in the things said and the fact that the manager on duty thought a tiny "dessert" would make up for this employee's complete disregard for other people in general.
Asked if they had a value menu because the sign says try our new value menu the man says no then I order 2 tacos at $2.69 each when I could have gotten a value plate with two party tacos two bean burritos and a drink for $5.99. Make that make sense. This is the reason why I have not been to any taco bueno in over a year and will continue to drive by it everyday. The guy was a nice guy but anyone would be aggravated because they are given the wrong inform and paid double for less.
I ordered 2 street tacos and a burrito with onions I wanted the part burrito. They ended up selling3 street tacos the tortillas on them where all hard and hard to eat it was. Very disappointed with it but didn’t want to drive back to see about a refund. I wil not go back to this location. I love taco bueno usually. I didn’t get a party burrito and it didn’t have onions.
I found black short hair in my beans. I know it wasn't my own hair. That's gross after I wait a good 15 minutes for the guy in drive thru to help me.
This place has horrible customer service. My family ordered two tostadas, one with only beans and one with meat. They messed that up and it didn’t look like there was any meat in either one so I asked the girl at the counter to remake them both. Instead of just doing it, she looked at me like I was stupid and constantly repeated that “it’s just going to be the same thing.” I told her I know that but asked if she could just please make them again and one with more meat sauce on it. She went to whisper to who I assumed was her manager about what I said and came back to tell me “yeah, we’re not gonna make it again because they both have the sauce on them already.” I was never rude or disrespectful towards her but she needs to learn to fix her face and her attitude. It wouldn’t have killed her or tanked the business to just make it again like I asked. And if it was giving extra food out they were worried about, she could have taken them back because I was trying to give them back to her anyways.
Sat. 3/20/24 We arrived at 7:40, had our order in by 7:45. We didn't get our order until 8:15. There were two other patrons in the dining area. During our wait, there were two patrons come back in with complaints about their orders. One gentleman asked if they would check on his order. The employee he asked just went about his way, not even acknowledging the patron. Another patrons got mad enough, and he , give me back my money. There were only three workers, and one of them was just standing around. They used the excuse that they were waiting in the drive thru. We didn't see that many in the drive thru. The crunchy taco shells were stale. The chicken potato burritos were greasy and had too much sour cream on them. The taco burgers were lacking in meat, there was more lettuce than anything else. The dining room had more dirty tables than clean, but they had time to jus stand around. This used to be our favorite Taco Bueno, but I guess they have decided to follow suit with the others in the MetroPlex, which is a shame. I doubt that this will be the only complaint.
Worst place ever!! I love taco bueno but this experience made me NEVER wanna come back. Came at 12:30 for lunch and The girl at the window was the RUDEST person i have ever met in my life. Even spoke to the manager. And he basically said oh well . Then our entire order was wrong and we had a large order and it came out in less 3 minutes . You need new employees
This Taco Bueno is : NO BUENO !!! ordered 2 tosdatas , one with meat and 1 with beans instead of meat. When we get them, 1 had no meat at all with chili sauce the other had chili sauce that had tiny bits of meat in it , my daugter asked for them to remake them and no chili sauce on either of them and make sure they put meat on 1 . The lady was rude and said she would only remake 1 of them and wouldn't make the one that was supposed to have meat and she says the meat is in the chili sauce, please really, didn't tell us about the chili sauce when we ordered our food to start with. This place was very disappointing to say the least, atleast my Dr. PEPPER was good. 👎👎👎
2 guys at 9:30pm. I realize you close soon but you screwed up my entire order. Forgot the chimmies, made a hard taco instead of a muchaco and put sour cream on the big ol burrito when I said no sour cream. How hard is it to put LESS ingredients? I will never be returning to this location. Drug test your employees...
