I stopped at this location every time I drive from Southern California up to Central California. I get Dunkin often and from various locations and this is hands down one of the best ones in terms of how they make their coffee. It always comes out consistently good and what I am expecting from my drink which I cannot say about my local Dunkins. There's always maybe three people working but they nail it every time.
We love to stop at this Dunkin as we travel back and forth across the state. Everyone is always so nice. Unlike most other Dunkins, they haven't watered down the matcha. They make the best matcha drinks here. It's our favorite Dunkin in the California, Nevada and Arizona area. We highly recommend stopping at this Dunkin if your on the north side of the Grapevine.

I kinda love this random Duncan in the Hampton Inn parking lot on the far side of the Tejon Pass. I used to pass it up to stop further up the freeway on the way to SF, but I now realize this is the last gasp of real civilization till you get to the outskirts of the Bay Area. The mad max esque Starbucks of the five do not count. There's also good cell reception here and a spacious bathroom in the shared building (with Jamba and a cheese steak chain). Honestly if there is ever the time for a sugary Duncan drink it is the next four hours of driving heading north.
I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this Dunkin' Donuts, especially the delicious bagel bites and donut holes. The drinks, including the white chocolate bark and the unique pink velvet macchiato, were amazing. However, I have some concerns about the service at this location. During our visit, the cashier, Megan (82938), displayed a rather rude attitude. When my wife and sister-in-law inquired about the pink velvet drink, Megan responded with a demeaning tone that implied, "yes, obviously." Additionally, when they asked for zero-calorie sweetener, the response was a dismissive "whatever is over there." It's important to consider that we may not know the cashier's situation, but treating customers with respect is crucial. Wishing the best for Dunkin' Donuts overall.

The girl helping me was great! Amazing attitude, very helpful. The coffee was good, and the doughnut was so so. Overall, I would visit again, perhaps try a different donut. Coffee was better than at Starbucks

Have stopped several times on road trips. Coffee is great but women's restrooms are always closed for "cleaning"
The cashier was nice, so I’ll give it a 3. However, the people there are clearly not trained properly. I work at dunkin and know the process. They didn’t make my drink correctly at all, didn’t add an extra shot (that I paid for), and gave the wrong lid for the type of drink I got. It’s honestly just sad

We stopped here for Donuts and a Banana Split. We were informed they DID NOT have any donuts left...and after reading the reviews it seems this is a regular thing at this location..so be mindful that if you really want donuts you should call and check ahead. Also we didn't stop here late..it was about 3pm..no reason to be out of donuts that early. As for the Banana Split we were told they don't make them at that location..which was odd. So we eneded up getting the Baskin Version of a Frappe and it was OK.

Fairly new Dunkin’ Baskin-Robbins combo store. Small store so only a small amount of ice cream flavors and on top of that one whole side of the dipping cabinets was empty. Then when my spouse ordered a cone, the guy kept the same gloves on that he grabbed are money with and then didn’t even have a sleeve to cover the cone. So gross. Poor customer service - this owner needs to train his staff.

Went through the drive through, was told that the system is down and I would have to walk in. I parked, unbuckled the kids and walked them in only to find out they have no donuts. They should have said that when they told me to walk in. It was a huge waste of my time. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this location. There are 4 restaurants in this building and all of them had a long line, but Dunkin was empty. They are losing a lot of customers. I know that I won’t be back. It is not worth your time. Got nice cake pops from the nearby Starbucks!!!
We will never go here again lol this is our first time and it’ll probably be our last. The cashier who was taking our order was very rude about what was left and then brought out some busted doughnuts. I was about to take them back in but wasn’t worth it. Plus they’re out of sprinkles lmao. I wish I would of just found somewhere else honestly

Came to this Dunkin Donuts on my way home to Fresno. Super excited because we don’t have one but the service was not the best. Employees had attitude and were impatient when I was looking at the menu because I had no idea what to get. The donut and coffee were amazing though!
$2.20 additional payment required for oatmilk is insane. Then my hot latte is cold. Cmon. Oatmilk isn’t an upgrade. It’s a requirement. The pricing is one thing. If you’re gonna gouge me for this, at least make my item well. Ridiculous.
Sat in front of speaker for 5 min nobody said anything so we said hello still no answer wait a few more minutes still no response so we drove out of line and yes there was a line over to Starbucks. We were not the only ones who drove out of line over to Starbucks. A simple be right with you would have been nice
Had my happy butt waiting in the drive thru just for them to tell me there’s no EXPRESSO?! How do you not have expresso ???
Worker Jimena was missing for 10 mins just for her to come back and turn us away stating they are closing , closing time is at 7pm and it was not 7pm . Staff needs to hire people who want to work and do their come
Nov 16th Arrived at 6am when they opened and the woman working was so unenthusiastic it was depressing. Don't get an early morning job if you don't like mornings. She said she had just turned the ovens on, so she couldn't make any food. Imagine showing up late for work at a food store, making it so customers can't order off the menu AND also having a bad attitude. That's a lot to impose on the public. I'll never come back to this place again.
**DO NOT COME TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS** I regret to inform you that I strongly advise against visiting this particular Dunkin Donuts establishment. My experiences here have consistently been disappointing, due to the presence of highly incompetent workers. Today, I encountered yet another issue with their drive thru, resulting in the inability to place an order from my vehicle. As a result, I had no choice but to seek an alternative option across the street at Starbucks. To my utmost satisfaction, I experienced no complications there. It truly saddens me that Dunkin Donuts seems to struggle in hiring competent and efficient employees.
Let me just say this…. Starbucks doesn’t charge a dollar for a cup of clean purified ice water but this place will charge you for their nasty tap water that taste like it came from a sewage container. The service and food were lacking as well. Went in with high expectations but should have gone across the street for much better service and food.
I came in with my gf ten minutes ago and had already placed a food order. While waiting, I asked for the price of milk. After being told the price, I paused for a few seconds to decide. There was no line and no rush. The cashier then said, “Do you want it or no?” in an annoyed tone. We had already ordered food and were just deciding whether to add something else, so the response felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. It made the experience uncomfortable for no reason. She’s needs to fix her attitude and learn customer service. The other cashier was nicer, probably because she heard her coworker being rudely dismissive.

Purchase a small cup of ice cream with a sprinkles coat almost $7 in which they charge me $2 additional for just sprinkles only while other places only charge $1. Very expensive. Think before you wanna get ice cream from here.
