We had the pleasure of working with Tara during the craziest buyer’s market & on top of that we were first time home buyers. I was an anxious mess the entire time & Tara was ALWAYS there to make me feel better. She came to mostly every open house we went to & trust me, there was a lot of them! If she couldn’t make it, I was able to send her photos of the important things for her to see & help guide us along. After we got an accepted offer there were a couple challenges to get through. Tara put my mind at ease & made me feel confident the entire time. She gave us recommendations as to mortgage lenders (Jessica Hoxie of Movement Mortgage is also amazing) home inspectors, attorneys, etc. Because they’re constantly in touch with each other, everyone stays in the loop without the added stress of having to reach out to everyone with updates.
