If ur a teen and plan to go to Taco Bell after school, i really and I mean REALLY don’t recommend you guys to come here. I’m not a Karen, but the service was very bad. I mean the workers were screaming at us for getting tissues and threatened to call the cops when we were packing up to leave. We payed for our food and we were respectful in the store while eating and talking, it’s just whenever we got tissues the workers got so mad at us.

Are their food and have had food poisoning the WHOLE day…threw up twice it’s so bad, and the worst part? Their weird staff….i kissed my girlfriend and one of their staff members said take it outside? All cause of one kiss? And he kept coming back, to make sure we weren’t kissing when we were just having a conversation…that’s not weird? I’m sorry but I guess if you have a girlfriend then you guys aren’t welcomed here or something…HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A PAYING COSTUMERRR

Well, at least they keep the place clean. You should know, though - this is one of the worst locations for food quality I've experienced. Tiny portions, bready-burritos, and bare crunchwraps galore. Do yourself a favor and visit the taco truck across the street instead!

I ordered a delivery meal, once I received it the second I opened all of my items of my meal that I had ordered everything reeked and tasted like cigarettes, as if somebody had smoked a singular pack and breathed on it on every single item I took one bite out of a soft taco and it tasted exactly like a cigarette everything reeked of it. It was absolutely disgusting. I could not eat anything else in my meal it was so disgusting and so disturbing. I don’t care if you smoke cigarettes on your break I don’t care if you smoke them when you’re off wash your hands wear gloves and take better care of your food while you are servicing it out to people is absolutely disgusting that you would serve food going out like that. And yes I did report this through the customer service website and wrote a formal complaint because this is absolutely disgusting

Absolutely terrible presentation and incompetent staff, entire order was made wrong, tacos/burritos were thrown in bag not fully wrapped, drinks were only half filled, most items were not in tortilla/shell which were stale to top it all off.

ordered on seamless and received someone else’s food instead. I went on doordash after I got a refund and ordered through them. My original order was made correctly and I know that because that’s the order they gave the doordash driver even though I placed a new order. The food sat around for over an hour and was cold because of it. All I wanted was something quick and simple and I’ve now been annoyed by this whole thing for almost 2 hours.

Ordered an extra stuff burrito with the app. Extra meats, beans and veggies etc, They tried to stuff it inside a normal sized burrito wrapper. It's impossible to fit everything in this way. Any other taco bell I have ordered from has made the same order without a problem. It basically comes out about the size of a chipotle or Moe's burrito. The manager on duty told me everything was in it. Like I said it's impossible. Staff was confused and slightly rude. Tried to reach out with the app and never heard back after two attempts. So that's why I leave the review today. They should be doing the right thing and not giving me only a fraction of what I paid for.

Food was cold upon delivery. Taco shells were not cooked. Items were forgotten. The power bowl had 2 black beans in it and was all lettuce and 3 pieces of chicken. Unless you are high, drunk or coming from the club, do not eat here

I visited this location twice today....yes...twice....and both times i was extremely disappointed. The early crew (around 11am) did not seem to have any care in giving me my order. They closed it out on the screen but just let the bag sit there and started talking amongst each other. I had to say, "Is that my food?" The midnight crew....another group of winners. I figured this would be one of my new favorite spots but after the employees don't seem to know which end is up, and more importantly the food is absolutely terrible. It looks like it was made by an infant. The meat was barely in the taco shell for both adventures. The only item that was good all around was the cheese roll up. Boy that'd be really bad but I'm not going to risk letting them disappoint me again. Better off going to the Taco Bell on northern boulevard.
