Saw this really cute guy get excited about the bell yall have and after he ordered i watched like three people get their order before him and they were huge orders and all came in after him. I didnt get to see him ring the bell. Disappointed.

Waited inside for food after ordering from the kiosk. Saw the "if we did well ring the bell" sign with the bell under it. Was very excited and prepared to ring the bell. A bunch of people ordered after me (with bigger orders) and got theirs first. Waited for about 15 minutes and got my order with a medium sized Baja blast freeze (ordered a large), no hot sauces (I ordered 2), and a charge for an avocado salsa packet that I didn't even order and didn't even get. I finally got my food and was DEVASTATED as I walked past the bell. But I was too pissed off to ring it. Not cool taco bell. Also thank God they're getting rid of the AI drive through thingy. 😛

Don't order food from here. They dont make anything correctly. The quesadilla comes with sauce right? Wrong it comes dry even if you order extra of it. Not to mention there wasn't any of the extras I order. Then to top it all off they won't answer the phone. They let it ring til there's just a busy signal. If it were up to me I'd fire every last person in the store according to all the review I just read. Apparently this has been a problem for quite some time..... very disappointing that they have fallen this far.

Joselyn was rude and didnt seem like she cared enough for her job, I get things happen but when your rude about it thats not good customer service especially if we go there alot and spend money. She gave us our food and shut her drive thru window, not even have a good day or even gave us straws... where is good customer service anymore....

I ordered 6 sides of ground beef and they gave me a tablespoons worth of meat for each taco and said this was the correct serving size . This location can never get anything right with our order it's always something

I ordered a burrito grilled, steak, onions and sauce... got a sad tortilla and a pinch of steak. I ordered a quesadilla and it wasn’t grilled... paid almost $20 to come home and do it myself. Tried to call the restaurant and corp, one line was busy and the other said call back when we're open.

Horrible service! The cashier act like something wrong with her and she can’t talk. They gave us cheese sauce for the fries and it spilled all in the bag.

Update: 10-2025 Will this place ever improve?...... It's been over a year since I last ate here and it's even worse than it was before. All of our food was cold and they messed up the order, as usual... Everything I asked for light lettuce on, I got extra lettuce and little-to-nothing of the other fillings. This is typical for this location, but tonight, it was extraordinarily crappy. There's definitely a reason I only try this place once a year. And there's definitely a reason why the this location is particularly slower than every other fast food restaurant in the area. I literally don't know of anything that's a bigger waste of money than spending it here at this Taco Bell.!!! Update: 2-2024 Was the remodel supposed to improve this place? It definitely hasn't helped the poor service.! We've been waiting for 22 minutes for our food and there are 8 employees on the production line. There was also a couple that came in after our order was submitted and they got their food and finished eating it before we got ours.....Why?! 12-2023 The customer service here is absolutely TERRIBLE !!! And the quality of the food, 95 percent of the time, is equally terrible, a shown in the photos I've included. It would be nice if y'all would start hiring competent people!

Whoever is back there that made this tonight…get them out of there😭 every single Taco Bell I’ve ever been to has given me delicious filled tacos and THIS is what I pay for here? There’s enough meat in there for a single bite of taco in my boyfriend’s street tacos and thanks for the 6 damn potatoes in mine😐 I wish I could give 0 stars but alas I have to give you one to leave this review. Do better👍

Ordered steak garlic nacho fries and they gave me regular unseasoned fries with no steak or pico. Just cheese and ranch. They always mess up my order this was my last straw after a long day and looking forward to eating this lol 😭

This Taco Bell used to be one of the good ones, but our last visit was horrible. We order 2 Mexican pizzas and both were stale and had a nasty smell to it along with a bitter taste. The same happened with the crunch taco and nacho chips they were also stale, smelled bad and had a bitter taste. It is unacceptable to be selling stale/expired food items to your customers it is part of your job to be checking the quality of the food. The spicy potato soft taco is half empty with little to no sauce and 4 pieces of potato Also a helpful tip when there is a big order do not stuff everything into 1 bag divide it so items don’t get smushed down.

So disappointed in my recent visit to this location. Let me start by saying how much I love Taco Bell and this location was by far one of my favorites. Unfortunately, lately they’ve been slacking. Today I. Particular, I order the crunch wrap, NO TOMATOES EXTRA CHEESE. I got a skinny wrap with no meat!!! Wth and they added tomatoes which I hate. I was charged for the extra cheese, didn’t get that either. There was literally no meat in my food smh!!!!!! Please do better
