We had to wait a bit to be seating just bc there was no one in the front. I think it was a low staff day bc only the same 2 girls were taking orders all around the restaurant and also seating people down. It was clean in our area of table. The corona we order was very hot it was pretty chilly out side waiter said it just depends on Bartender on their temperatures on glass bottle beers but still don’t matter the weather outside a beer should always be ready And very cold served. The waiter did offer a cold glass but what’s the point if order a glass bottle not draft. So there for i only got 1 beer if it was served nice and cold I would’ve order a few more. The food was good hot and nice. The Tv volume was way too loud.

First time that I've been here at this location with such a bad experience. The first 3 beer i tried to order they didn't have, mind you they are listed on the menu and the qr code provided in the table. Tried ordering onion ring with my order and was told they didn't have onion rings. I felt sorry for our waiter Osiel he was great but was taking it on the chin for his company. They did comp me tater tots so I'll give them that even though i had to ask. We watched 2 sets of customers walk out after waiting to be seated as the sign upfront requests, because no one was upfront to seat them. Manager on at the time didn't seem concerned and they were under staffed. Disappointing visit for sure..

When you order food you BELIEVE you are going to receive good quality food. Why the employees of BWW think giving me celery sticks on the verge of going bad, is beyond me. I can only imagine the quality of the rest of the meal. I would have complained but I looked at my meal when I was back at work. It's upsetting to pay for something you can't eat. Check the quality of your items before serving.(they look worse in person)

The bartender tried to kill me. Ok, not kill me but make me very sick. I used to work at a bar so I know this one. Serve them a glass the has the with residual sanitizer tablet. My self and two others went in. Ordered 3 glasses of beer. Tasted off. But bartender you can tell was a little annoyed due to closing time quickly approaching. 20 minutes. Got some nachos. I shared with the other two. Got another beer. Only finish half. That one tasted off as well. Got home, almost across the street. I'm 40 yrs old. Been sick a time or two in my life. But never had I not made it to the toilet before throwing up.. my body couldn't get rid of it fast enough. I hope something like that doesn't happen to our bartender. The one that served us. I thought it was just an isolated insident but after talking to the other two I was with. They also fell ill. All we had all night. Nachos and the glass of beer. Here's to you bartender! 2nd bad review of a restaurant out of 1000. Keep that in mind before attending this place

We got here at 7:10, we asked to be seated in a booth, they got it cleaned and we sat down. Waited 20 minutes and I didn’t know who was our waiter. My wife and I were hungry so I had to order our food online. Someone came and asked us if we’re already been served, which I responded no and said she would get someone. Well, nothing, finally this waitress came after 35 minutes later. I told here I had to place my food online, she gave an attitude and ordered drinks. We finally ate at around 7:50. So, be prepared to come to this facility and maybe not get served. Worst customer service.

Food Was great the two young ladies who helped us service was not so great. Walked in was not greeted and waited 6 mins to be sat then waited another 5 for our server. The server walked over took our order, had an attitude the entire time did not crack a single smile and acted as if we were an inconvenience. Then we waited 15 minutes for our check. The other young lady said she would bring silverware and i sat and waited then had to go look for her myself. Absolutely horible experience! After being sat down by the host, I had waited about 10 minutes just to been seen by a waiter. After receiving our drinks, we had ordered our entrees and had to wait over an hour just to not receive our food. This was not just a me thing because i had noticed other tables waiting longer than us to receive things such as drinks or to even be seen by a waiter. If you are looking for a fast experience or are very hungry, DO NOT come here unless you want to wait an hour long just to get barely seen. The service here is unacceptable and very disappointing. I think the company can do way better than this.

We’ve been coming here every Friday for years, but since the new year, it’s been a letdown. They’ve lost all their wait staff since the start of 2026—usually a red flag for poor management. The food quality has also taken a hit. The boneless wings are either overcooked or just crust with no meat. Plus, the beer taps have been acting up more than once. We’ve been here at least three times a month for over three years, but we won’t be returning.

Horrible wait time, I waited 10 minutes just to be seen and had to wait an hour just to not receive my food. I also noticed other tables around us who had to wait for longer just for drinks. This is unacceptable and below my expectations. This place needs to do better with their service.

Run! Order was placed online at 8:17 am for pickup at 1:30 pm’s when we got to pick up food, we were told nonchalantly “they don’t know when order will be ready for pick up” No reason, no resolution, no apologies. We asked for a manager and were told “manager is busy” Is this how you conduct a business?? Terrible customer service, horrible staff and professionalism. Why would you have online ordering if you “don’t know when you will fulfill order” I’m appalled at the response and apathy. Do not go here and believe all the other reviews, this place is truly as bad as bad can be!

My wife and I went there around 5pm. The place was not crowded in the least. We waited a good 6 minutes before we were seated. We were seated and given menus. No one came to greet us and take our orders. After about another 6 minutes, I set a timer for 3 minutes and told my wife if no one comes over, we are leaving. After about a minute, a family is seated and waited on immediately, complete with drinks. We got up and spoke to the person that seated us and told him that no one came over to take our orders. I kindly told him that I am taking my business elsewhere. If this business doesn't care about my time, they sure are not getting my money! I will not be going back there and will not recommend my friends to go there either.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Our waitress was awful, received zero refills, the order was wrong, and the food was mediocre and cold. The waitress had a very nasty attitude to us towards the end when we were getting frustrated at how long it took to get our check. (We had to ask multiple employees, multiple times for the check) The waitress threw the receipt and my card at me. I was getting ready to sign when I realized the receipt was for $100.93 which seemed kind of high. I found a manager to ask if I could see the itemized check and sure enough, it was for $70.50. I went back to the bar and asked the waitress what happened, she snatched the receipt out of my hands, crumpled it up, saying it was for the extra ranches. How could ranches be $30? The manager ended up refunding the extra amount that was charged, without any explanation. This location needs some serious training on customer service. The waitress should be fired for trying to steal from a customer.

Food was fine but the wait staff assumed I was suspicious without warrant (likely because my daughter can be awkward because of her social anxiety) and started asking my kid if she was okay and if I'm the person she was supposed to be with from behind my back. She literally was mouthing the words from the drink station and asked her to go to the bathroom where she asked her in person. Immediately lost my appetite when I realized what was happening. Kind of feel insulted. Don't plan to ever eat here again, and would definitely say that if your a dad with a kid who has mild social anxiety that you avoid this place entirely. Anything could have been wrong with my daughter but to assume and jump to the conclusion Im the cause of its pretty sexist.

We have tried to give this restaurant grace as we know it can be hard to find people who actually want to work and we like the wings. Out of the last 5 times we have tried to eat there we have only had one decent experience. Twice we were seated waited 20 minutes and left because no one ever came to take our drink order. The third time was great food was good service was good we thought they figured it out. The fourth time we got drinks and that was it the server never came back to take our food order, other tables around were served anytime we asked a server for help they said they would get ours and no one ever showed. This last time I ordered 6 wings to go they were supposed to be ready at 6:20 we didn't get them until 6:40 which granted isn't a huge deal but my husband had gotten food from somewhere else for himself and it got cold because of the extra wait from this restaurant. When we got home the wings super small.

Me and my boyfriend went to Buffalo Wild Wings the other night. We spent $40 on a 6 piece and a burger . Just for them to forget my boyfriend fries. On top of that when we did get the fries they were hard as rocks and ice cold. So hurt because my boyfriend tipped even though the cashier had an attitude. I finally get home to ice cold wings and what looks like they slapped the sauce on top of the wings and sent it out. Awful service awful food. I would never go back!

Come here if you don’t mind waitresses slamming your drinks down on the table and rarely coming by to see if you need anything. We ate as a party of 10, and the disdain was apparent from the moment we sat down. I’ve never felt more unwelcome at a restaurant. Our group meets once a month at a casual restaurant and orders mixed drinks, no one ordered a single mixed drink as the staff didn’t even have time or enough give a damn to ask us anything besides our initial drink order and our food. I had to ask for a refill and the drinks were slapped down on the table with a flick of her wrist like we were annoying her by being there. One of our group members was pissed that her food was cold and refused to eat her food. Waitress never came back by for 20 minutes. Our entire group agreed we would never return. It was a self fulfilling prophecy for the waitress.

Moved to the area not too long ago. This was my second visit and will be my last to this restaurant. Just as before, no one works take out and the one person working acted as if she was too busy assisting customers…. when there was only two people there in the restaurant. Nothing special about the wings no matter which ones you order, fries are sub par. From what the only server told me, they don’t provide utensils for takeout order, only for in-house diners. This place has seen better days, poor food and service.

Edit: I reached out to Buffalo Wild Wings corporate and was told the location manager would contact me and issue a refund. They never reached out or refunded me. One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. To start, the waitress was uninterested in helping us and was rude. She glared at us, barely served the table, and didn't give any refills for my friend. When I bit into a wing it had a FEATHER in it. When I voiced a complaint about the cheese steak not having enough cheese, she told me it would be 60 cents. I opened the sandwich to show it had no cheese on one half and she rolled her eyes and walked away. All tables around us were messy and not cleaned whatsoever. The bathrooms were also disgusting. The food was very overpriced. I absolutely will not be back here.

Top 10 worst experiences at a Buffalo wild wing. Now maybe it's because it was an hour before closing but that doesn't matter to me because your hours of operation is your hours of operation. So I go in and instantly smell mop water. Not the good kind either lol. Stood at the front for 3min and did not get seated. So I went to the bar , The bartender would probably be the only reason I would go back here. He was quick and attentive to my order and even let me know about the specials without me asking. I order my food and proceeded to wait 30 min for it. I get home which is 3min away and ALL OF MY FOOD IS ICE COLD. The only wings that were somewhat fresh was the lemon pepper. The fries were old and cold as well. I Tipped the bartender still, but I would never ever go back here. I didn't go to the bathroom and I'm glad I didn't. Might have been just as nasty as the rugs. 3/10 might recommend.
