We went as a larger group, 10 people, and all of the staff was amazing. If you are into cocktails, I recommend the ATL. The food was also very very yummy. I had the chicken and waffles and it was amazing, the waffles were crisp and the chicken was very tasty. Everyone in the party enjoyed what they chose. Great place!!
Was a great dine in had a nice server and they accommodate as well
Girls trip to ATL for the Aquarium and dinner. Britney was amazing . She made some fresh strawberry lemonade for our Caroline. We had wings and she suggested the best way for the money. Wings Nachos and Fried Pickles were all so so good. Will will be back
Ordered via DoorDash. The ghost pepper burger more than lives up to its description, it’s a real scorcher slathered in sauce so have yourself some water. The burger is good sized and topped with a slab of fried cheese that doesn’t add much nor does it tamp down the heat. The cucumber salad was delicious but arrived room temperature. Maybe it’s my personal preference to have it cold, but whatever. It helped cool the heat a little.
Imani was our server this nite. She was very attentive and new the menu. We had just come from a musical and my mother & father were in town. It was getting late and we were hungry. Never been to this H Grill before. Atmosphere was poppin and we had fun. Mom loved the artichoke dip. Food was good. This was pretty food lol.
This place made my day. I had a rough trip due to medical reasons and was walking and ended up at Hudson and my Lord. I want one in Philly!!! Bre was amazing and was such a delight to meet and speak with. Met a cool cat named Tremelle and man, feeling this SEC vibe and had some of the best food I’ve had out in decades. I already have planned a trip back. Hudson Grille Midtown does many things right. Food, booze, service and sports!!! Stop by. Tell them Philly Bob sent ya!!!!
Great food and excellent service, even during busy college football games and UFC PPVs. The atmosphere stays lively without feeling chaotic. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for good eats and a fun place to watch events.
Cool experience. Had a good work and wanted to work my food off and I feel like it was a good experience. They were doing some work behind the bar so I didn’t expect to be greeted right away which wasn’t a problem at all. Perry was great, very sweet, professional and a good bartender. The salad was amazing though. Fresh ingredients and the house made ranch is always a plus.
We travel for work and stayed nearby. We ate here on 3 different occasions with and without coworkers. Every visit was amazing! The service was great! Kenyatta was our server on all 3 occasions and she did amazing! She had great suggestions and a beautiful smile! Even on our last day with a party of 12 she did a great job! The chef came out once we got our food to make sure everything was good! We definitely appreciated him touching the table! Food was delicious! Lots of flavor with great portions! Wings are a bit crispy and small but have lots of flavor! Different soups everyday. Lots of screens for sports! Great drink menu. We are from Texas and loved the vibe! Outdoor seating available. We walked but, there is parking. We will definitely be back during our next visit. Good job ATL!
The burger was awesome.. fries were great! Had a great experience! They did charge an unexpected amount at the front door for entry..
This location had some great tasting tacos, Spanish dip and chips, and mozzarella sticks. We went on $3 tacos night and they did not disappoint. Tacos tasted fresh, chicken was crispy and tasted delicious. Service was great. I will be returning for them tacos. I forgot to take pictures of all of the food. I was ready to eat. I don’t believe there’s free parking, but a parking lot behind the restaurant. Highly recommend this location.
We went here for Garcia and Tank fight. It was of course packed and there was a $5 cover but there were plenty of TVs and the staff did their best with the number of people in attendance. The food was really good. I would def come back.
I had an amazing dining experience at Hudson Grille! If you're a fan of Chicago Dogs, this is the place to be. The Chicago Dogs here are absolutely phenomenal – perfectly seasoned and topped with all the traditional fixings. Each bite was bursting with flavor and brought back memories of my trips to Chicago. The sweet potato fries were the perfect complement to the Chicago Dogs. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. They were so good, I couldn't stop eating them! The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal. I highly recommend Hudson Grille to anyone craving an authentic Chicago Dog experience paired with delicious sweet potato fries. This place is a gem, and I can't wait to come back for more!
Update: 07/14/25 - Tonight I returned to Atlanta and visited my favorite place. Had the Makers Mark Burger. It was good. I will say it’s time for the booths to be replaced. Not very comfortable. 2023- I came here despite the reviews and was pleasantly surprised. They have Happy Hour Monday-Friday with 50% off Starters. On Monday’s it’s $4 off Burger Night and it was delicious. I also recommend the Buffalo Chicken Empanadas.
The interior of this restaurant is very comfortable and nice. Clean bathrooms. There is a bar downstairs and upstairs and there are plenty of TVs. Went to watch the fight here. Prices are reasonable. The burger was really good and the sweet potato fries with marshmallow dipping sauce was amazing. Food came quickly, so great job for the kitchen staff. They have a huge variety of food. I love the open kitchen layout so you can see the kitchen. The hostess was friendly and sat us quickly, but our server, she wasn’t very attentive or friendly.
Had a large group show up and sit outside for drinks and dinner. The wait staff was very efficient with service and easily divided up everyone's tabs.
I didn't get the name of the lady taking care of us, but she was very nice and professional. Took the time to explain the menu. Food was great and the margarita, was real deal, not pure sugar like other places. In general,I recommend this joint and next in Atlanta, I'll be there.
I had a couple of beers, my friend had wings and the garlic spinach. It was all very good. They're was an enthusiastic crowd watching the football game which made for a amazing atmosphere. We sat outside and because it was a nice day, the vibe was perfect. Seeyall again soon.
Had an amazing time at this sports bar! The food was absolutely delicious — everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The ambiance was lively and energetic, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the game with friends while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. A special shoutout to our server, Sid, who truly made the experience even better. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. His positive attitude and great service definitely stood out. Great food, great vibes, and great service — highly recommend this place! 🍻🏈
My server was amazing Santana was patient and knowledgeable very kind and she was on the roll. Big ups to the bar my drink wasn’t overpowered with the taste of liquor and burger was delicious. The manager MiMi came by with the sweetest personality and made sure we was taking care of. I had a great time with my son.
Three of us ate here Wednesday evening 12/17/25 prior to going to the ATL Symphony Hall. The server was prompt and attentive and the food was very good and reasonably priced. We ere pushed for time due to crazy heavy traffic but the kitchen was kickin it. We had Philly chese steaks and burgers with fries (better fries than most places). Parking was in the rear - $10 with no time limit.
Hudson Grille is always a great time. The atmosphere is fun, the service is consistently solid, and the food never disappoints. Whether it’s catching a game, grabbing drinks with friends, or just stopping in for a quick bite, it always hits the spot. Definitely one of those places you can count on every time. Highly recommend.
We were trying to visit another bar but the wait time was too long. Thankfully, we stumbled upon this spot. There was no wait time when we arrived. Once we were seated, our servers came out immediately and took our orders. The menu here is very extensive. I knew what I wanted, but I asked our server, Li, some suggestions and went with what she suggested, the Kingston Peach and the Korean BBQ Philly. The Korean BBQ Philly was PHENOMENAL! OMG, it was sooooo delicious. It's a bit spicy, so if you don't like spicy, then this isn't the sandwich for you. And the Sweet potatoes fries were equally delicious. I wanted to get back by here before I left to try some other items, to no avail. I'd definitely recommend this spot.
Nice place! Good burger. Went back and had their lunch special because my co-workers love the 10 wings for $10.99, dine in only.
Very friendly staff and lots of TV. They didn’t play the sound of the game though. Wings were small but good sauce.
The Food - Unfortunately, the choices here are nothing to write home about with zeal. I found the dishes to be left wanting. The waffles were insanely sweet, the chicken bland (albeit wonderfully crispy), and the chicken in the stir fry dish was rubbery…consistent with reheated pieces. The service - Our waiter was highly attentive. He constantly checked on us with a genuine care. He was great considering it was a fight night crowd on deck. The Atmosphere - Typical sports bar, but it can get kind of tight near the bar when the crowds hit. Sometimes, they’ll even try to stand right in front of you. Outside of large crowds, it’s a cool place to kick back with friends or family to watch a few games. Oh…the drinks were A1. I love a heavy handed bartender 😂
Hudson Grille is a great restaurant if you want to catch a game or get a quick bite. If you like pickles, and even if you don’t, get the fried pickles. You will thank me later. They are delicious!! I ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was a bit overcooked but the fries were nice and crispy. They came with a sauce that was way too sweet for me. I would just stick to ketchup. A solid restaurant with great food. The service was decent as well.
This was a late night after a show drop in, and what a perfect place for it! Seriously great atmosphere, fun lots of sports and TV's all around lol. We weren't expecting greatness and the food wasn't the best thing I've ever had but it was still really good. They even had Gluten free options which was really exciting! The service was outstanding and out server informed us at the end that it was her very first shift! Hands down she is going places!
Food: • Tortia is what I got. They were sparce on the chicken which was less than half of the actual torta. The fillings were good, nice tomatoe, bacon, mayo but was only given 1 slice of avocado on my sandwich which states in the menu that it comes with avacados. • Chicken in torta was dry so if you order make sure you got something to drink. • Portion of side is smaller than normal. Kinda looks like 1 giant hand grabbed some fries and put in in a container and that's the side. Same with the side salad. Server: • Server G****** H took about ~11minutes to come to us for the first so I asked hostess who sits everyone down & even she was surprised that our Waiter wasn't there. • Our waiter served another couple who walked in 7 minutes after us each time. • She hardly checked on us but waited hand and foot on the second couple. • She watched as we gave her the tip option and all. Like wow, the only other place where waiters watch you put in a tip and wait is Tacos and tequilas on Ponce. • Didn't even give us silverware so I had to find some, also bc she never came to us. Atmosphere: • Chill vibe today. Can get crazy on game days. • Bathroom are real nice with a TV and not many gaps in the stalls. Cost: • It was a cost. Definitely costy for the lack of food like the half chicken for the sandwich and 1 slice of avocado. Final thoughts. • Good place to eat. • Would come again. • Be watchful of your food, like less of there being something. • Make sure your Waiter is good, they literally make or break the vibe there.
Great food. We really loved dining outside on their patio overlooking Peachtree Street in the heart of Midtown.
Have ordered from Hudson Grille a few times. How I would describe it is a very reliable option - you know what you're going to get from it when you order from there. However, it's not to the same degree of food quality like Vortex or some of the other higher-priced options in Midtown. You get great value for your food at a place it's typically pretty easy to get a table, and for that it's a solid option.
Taco Tuesday was great! The server Jordan was very attentive. Our team was very satisfied with the food and service. I also wants to give a big shout out to Aiesha. She has been a server of ours on several occasions and is always the best. Great staff at this location.
Clearly marked vegan and alcohol free options. I visited after the pride parade. The service was excellent and friendly. There is indoor, patio, and upstairs seating. Vegan options include a “gringo taco”, chips and salsa/guacamole, and a vegan Philly. I had the Philly and it was very dry with minimal vegan cheese, but the bread was fresh and the ‘meat’ was cooked well. They also had a variety of THC seltzers.
I have several reasons for my 3 stars: 1. It was a $5 per person cover charge 2. It was soooooo hot inside before our food arrived we changed our table to an outside seating area which costed us $5 more 3. Our waiter was high high high not against it just be professional 4. Food was delicious however I must say took over 20 mins to arrive 5. The wings in the picture arrived just how you see them in the pic, unknowingly if this is the set up
Okay so on Sept 4 I ordered 2 of the chicken teriyaki bowls through Ubereats but did the pick up option when I tell you my food was so good! It made me want to come again to get it so today September 8 ordered the 2 chicken teriyaki bowls again through Ubereats pick up option my rice was so mushy it’s not good at all not the same quality that I received the first time I am not sure what happened but it’s greatly disappointing I was bragging on this dish. Below are pics posted from the 1st visit
I decided to visit this restaurant after it was recommended by a guest who came into my workplace. When I arrived, I was seated right away, and my waiter immediately introduced himself. He also brought me the heftiest Arnold Palmer I’ve ever seen, and it was really good. I ordered the wings, which came with celery and blue cheese dip. The blue cheese dip was great, but the wings themselves were a bit disappointing. They were fried well, but the sauce felt like it was just sitting on top instead of being absorbed into the meat. After the first bite, the flavor quickly became bland, which was surprising because I love wings and have tried them from many different places. Usually, wings are seasoned before being tossed in sauce so the flavor carries through, but that wasn’t the case here. Aside from the wings, the overall experience was positive. The atmosphere was nice, the service was good, and I really enjoyed the Arnold Palmer. I just wish the wings had matched the rest of the experience.
Atmosphere was good. Great energy and camaraderie. The food was pretty bad. Ordered ribs and mac and cheese. Below average and I’m not even a picky eater. Was a busy Sunday so I’ll give the waiters a break for how long things took.
I really wanted to have a good time because I was here to celebrate my husbands promotion but I was so disappointed. We waited 35 minutes at the table before a server came and this is on a Wednesday. My husband ask the host several times for a server before one came, just to tell us they were short staffed and someone else would come. There were no crayons for my daughter, we had to ask three times for the bottle of wine we requested, and the food took another 30 minutes to come to the table. Once the food came we noticed everything was cold, my three year old daughters fish was undercooked, and we had to send our wings back due to the temperature. The presentation for the food was not bad at all but we had to wait yet another 30 minutes for the wings to be remade. Our server was really sweet and I know she tried her best but the experience was absolutely terrible. We spent $100 altogether and wwsted over two hours there dealing with this experience.
I was really looking forward to eating here after driving from an almost an hour away and paying $10 to park. The herb chicken was completely bland and did not taste fresh. It tasted like hospital cafeteria food. The chicken was completely flavorless. Our server was great, but the food was underwhelming and left a bad taste in my mouth.
The loaded nachos and sides were definitely worth trying. However, I found the burgers a bit underwhelming as they lacked the flavor and juiciness I usually look for. If you're finding a good, satisfying burger in town, I’d personally recommend checking out The Vortex besides them instead. (Just a personal opinion, not a promo!)
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THE FOOD IS BLAND AND NOT ALL THAT GOOD. i warned you!!! Loved the atmosphere. Our server was nice. My hubby and I tried alot of stuff and out of all of them, the cheese and chicken fries were the best. The wings were crunchy and good tho but fried a lil hard. They were average size and not fat or big. The ribs i would NOT recommend. The sauce tastes like ketchup mixed with some watered down off brand sauce. It was nasty. The ribs are boiled and put in the oven. We thought they were Grilled. The fries were regular fries but hot and good. The mac and cheese tasted like it came from the box but they added extra cheese. DO NOT GET THE SIDE SALAD for it was just lettuce and cheese. The drinks were a fair size but i hated that they DIDN'T TELL US THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET A 20% GRATUITY. Better be glad our server was nice or else we would've raised hell. Our ticket was around $125 for all that bad food. Oh they do have a bar and with sooooo much on the menu, it took us forever to order.
We as a family tried to go son a Friday night around 630pm. We were told there was a short wait but they were getting through it quickly. An hour later they told us the same thing so we left. Saturday as this restaurant was close to our hotel we tried again; we arrived at the hostess stand and were told again there was a short wait but getting through it quickly. This was about 315pm. At around 5pm we were sat with our party of 7(4adults and 3 kids). It took 15-20 min at least for a server to come to our table to say he’ll be back to get our order. Also-it did not seem that busy as the open tables around the restaurant. Then another 15-20 min goes by to come and get our drink order. Then another 30 min goes by to get our food order. From start to finish this was one of the worst restaurants for service I have ever been to. We witnessed 5-6 different parties sit down then leave after a while for not being served. I spoke to some “regulars” there and they said this is fairly normal for this establishment. Buyer beware! No one was rude, but you’re definitely not a priority here. I’m surprised this place is still open.
Sat down and was not given water or menus until asking. Ordered food for a table of 4 and waited an hour and a half for food. Wasn't given utensils. Got up myself and asked staff for utensils. Was given plastic forks. Asked for sweet tea, waited 20 minutes, waitor returned and said I should get something else because they havent brewed tea. Wings were not cooked through. Overall, poor experience.
I've been to two other Hudson Grilles in the ATL area. This is my third. This was hands down the worst experience of the bunch. When we walked in the door, we weren't greeted. There were three workers seated at the back and they were having a nice conversation apparently. Eventually one woman looked up and yelled "party?" In our direction. Three times. Ok. We're not off to good start. The same woman realized we didn't know what she was talking about and decided to walk up to greet us. As she seated us this is what she said: "we're at shift change, you'll have to wait until we have a server for you.". Still not starting well. Thankfully, a server came over to assist, although he REALLY treated us like we were interupting whatever he had going on. We're seated. We look at the menu. My menunwas so filthy that I thought I was going to get a staph infection just from touching it. Wednesday is whiskey flight day. I asked the server about the whiskey flight. He had no idea what I was talking about when it was literally on the front of the menu. He went to ask the bartender for info. He couldn't easily explain it. So I ordered something simple. Food ordered. Despite not being very personable, the server was very attentive. While waiting for our food the loud mouthed bartender grew very passionate about every sport in the book. He dropped four Fbombs and a couple other curse words in a five minute span... In front of my daughter. Not cool. (We were sitting in a booth across from the bar & he was very loud). I also went to the bathroom to wash my hands after touching the menu. The bathroom... Let's not go there. Now. The good: The food at every Hudson Grille has been fantastic. This was no exception. The food is spectacular. Overall... Not a great visit. Do better.
Service was okay. Food on the other hand needs work. We had two burgers. I had the Makers Mark burger. Both burgers were very dry. They also tasted like chemicals had been added. I ask the server how they were prepared. Flame grill or flat top. The barbecue sauce was unnoticeable it had a lite coating. As I’m eating my bite , I feel like this meat maybe bad and they are trying to use it up. We both had horrible stomach issues later in the night, and still this morning. The cocktails were basic. The flavor was hard to take with the cheap rail liquors. I should have requested top shelf. We both agreed never again. This place will be off the list of places to dine. The bbq by itself tastes like hot sauce and ketchup mix in a cup.
We live in the neighborhood and this is a spot we go to and pick up from often. Unfortunately, I tried something new today and it was unexpectedly spicy to the point where I couldn’t eat it. Nowhere in the description was it described as spicy. When we told the server, he literally laughed in our faces about it and said he probably couldn’t do anything about it but he would see. I’ve never had a server react that way. It came across as very rude and condescending. He ends up just bringing a cup of the same sauce that’s literally what’s making it spicy and says try that - Doesn’t offer any other solution. Charges us full price for it. He then proceeds to very obviously ignore us the entire rest of the time we were there. We really loved this place and we go so often so I’m really disappointed about this experience and it’s left a bad taste in my mouth. Server had dark hair and a beard.
Do NOT park in the lot behind Hudson Grille Midtown. The parking lot owner, Anthony/"Tony" is very unethical. He charged me $150 per month to park in the lot and then closed the lot mid-August 2025 to replace a grease trap near the entrance. He did not inform me he was going to be doing construction, did not pro-rate the $150 I'd paid for the month when the lot closed for the last half of the month, and TRAPPED MY CAR IN THE LOT FOR THREE DAYS. The construction began without warning parkers first and entirely blocked the entrance/exit. It began during a workday when I was parked in the lot and I came out from work to find my car completely blocked in and no construction workers anywhere to ask how to get my car out. It ended up being blocked in for three days and Anthony could not have cared less. He initially apologized and said he'd reimburse me for my expenses and would make sure I could get my car out ASAP, but he did not respond to subsequent texts or calls and did nothing to get my car out. DO NOT PARK HERE! As for the food - it's traditional American fare. It's not particularly good and the service is slow. I've eaten at the restaurant twice and haven't enjoyed either meal, although the prices were reasonable. Due to the slow service, I would not recommend eating here for lunch on a work day. And I would NEVER park in their lot again, even if they paid me!
The server was great, the wings were terrible. Texture wise and taste. It’s a no exchange policy as well, so even if you don’t like them… tough luck. I didn’t even want my money back, I just wanted something that tastes good.
We walked in in a great mood! Went straight to the worker by the sign that says wait to be seated, man with his name tag said “uhm I don’t work here girl” Like okay? Pretty sure you do since you were still standing in the exact same spot when we left. Figured out to go through the doors & really bothered the hostess by asking to be seated for TWO people lol. We waited a while for her to come back, got seated & 20 minutes later we left without being checked on once. I saw other patrons literally circling the restaurant for what seemed like the only server on duty to get their bills so they could leave. It was wild. If you’re a sports bar on a Sunday during football season, staff yourself as such. The hostess saw us coming & approached MUCH faster this time to tell us with to have a good night! Despite knowing we clearly had not been served. Awesome attitude- not. I’d definitely check on folks I saw go in & out the door in 20 after asking for a table. Also, the random men you have standing around with name tags that “don’t work there” act like they’ve never seen lesbians before, WILD.
YOU CAN NOT USE GIFT CARDS ONLINE UNLESS YOU LEAVE NO TIP. THEIR ONLINE PLATFORM WILL NOT ACCEPT TIP PAYMENT WHEN USING ONLY A GIFT CARD AND THE SITE WILL NOT LET YOU ADD ANOTHER CARD TO HELP PAY FOR THE TIPS (DESPITE TELLING YOU THAT YOU NEED TO). THE ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO FIX THIS. OTHERWISE YOU JUST SCAMMED A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR GIFT CARD MONEY. --- EDIT: replying to Hudson Grille 1/18/26 This response doesn’t address my problems, unfortunately. The problem is that you cannot leave a tip while using your gift card (that you provided in-store) to make a complete online order. You also can't use an additional credit card to leave a tip if you’re using a gift card to make an order online, as the site won't let you add an additional credit card. I know I don’t NEED to tip, but I feel too uncomfortable to NOT tip. Are you saying we shouldn’t be tipping employees? I have no idea if you can leave a tip in the store using a gift card, but the employees did not know how to add a tip when I picked up the food and tried to tip them using money from the gift card so it didn't seem to matter. I would like to leave a tip so employees don’t spit in my food, etc. If I can’t leave a tip before the food is made, I feel too uncomfortable to make a purchase. So now I have to pay out of pocket for the tip and call ahead to let them know because they don’t know how to add the tip using the gift card. I already loaded money onto the card to cover these costs, but now I’m having to spend even more money on top of what I already sank into the gift cards? So the entire purpose of the gift card is defeated. And it says on the card that whatever you can't spend from the card you cannot get back. This is a great scam because it guarantees that people will be forced to spend even more on top of what they already sank into the gift card and likely not be able to even spend all the money loaded on the cards to begin with. I will reach out to Hudson Grille at their provided email address and edit this post with any updates.
