I eat here at least twice a week for lunch. They know what i want when I walk through the door. The staff is great.

I ordered ahead and walked over from Grady hospital to pickup the order. They didn't give me the double meat I paid $3 additional for. I think it was done on purpose. Some of these subway owners are very frugal. Even if you're paying full price, they still look to cut corners.

This restaurant is part of a franchise, but unfortunately, it employs some of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered behind a counter. It’s incredibly disrespectful to converse with coworkers in a language most customers don’t understand, especially when it’s paired with eye-rolling, pointing, snickering, and what feels like mocking behavior. If my business means so little to you, it’s clear where your priorities lie.When I place my order in English, why is it necessary to relay it in another language—especially when the person you’re speaking to is equally fluent in English? It comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. If rudeness is your brand, let me know! WE CAN LEAN INTO IT TOGETHER.And please don’t treat me like a burden because I want my sub made differently than the person before me. Listening to my order isn’t optional—it’s your job. With prices already sky-high and food quality not what it used to be, this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
Terrible experience. The woman working was extremely rude and constantly arguing with customers instead of providing good service. She was openly talking about another customer to her coworker right in front of me, which was very unprofessional. Wouldn’t give customer 3 water cups after he spend $100 but gave them to another person after they asked. My sandwich was made incorrectly. There was not enough meat, the sauces were not added the way I requested, and items were added that I did not ask for.When I asked her to remove paper that was left on my sandwich, she refused and argued with me instead of fixing it. Overall, the service was awful and the food quality was poor. On top of that, this location never answers the phone when you try to call. I do not recommend this Subway. Very disappointing experience.

Horrible experience. First off it smells musty which is no surprise since their health score is in the 80s 👎🏽 Service was incredibly slow and the two women working the front were extremely rude. I literally had to say good afternoon 4x just to be acknowledged and there was no one else in line. The young lady who rung me up barely said a word, kept forgetting my order, and watched me like a hawk as a went to get my chips and drink after paying. Almost as if she thought I outdo steal a $1 bag of chips. Never again
The Indian woman pictured has AirPods in and has a nasty attitude as if I was interrupting her AirPod conversation. I'm not a Karen and I don't leave reviews often. This speaks volumes. Her slick eye rolls didn't go unnoticed. I won't be back here again. She shouldn't either.
Do not eat at this place!! There was a roach in my tuna sub when asked for a refund they were very rude and didn’t want to refund me! They still refuse to be any kind of help with giving me my money back. They have poor customer services as well!!

I haven't even finished eating my food yet, it took 5 minutes and they were already kicking me out. I definitely didn't recommend it. Bad, very bad, I'll never come back. I think it was racial discrimination. So if you're thinking about eating, look somewhere else.

My child who is 10 had to go to the bathroom really bad and they refused to let him use it. The girl lied to me and said it was broken. Both bathrooms? If she would have said it was for customers only I would have been more than happy to purchase food or drink. I thought there was a law against refusing a bathroom for children and pregnant women.
The store is close but I ordered delivery because I can't leave my job to go get it. The app changed my delivery address, so I never received my order. I went through doordash to get a redelivery, which the store canceled because they said that they didn't receive payment. I called the store several times, all they kept telling me is that I need to go through doordash for a refund, doordash is telling me the store handles refunds since it was through the app. This store is a joke. Don't order here I beg you.
The crew in this location are the rudest! They voided my BOGO footlong order twice that you do online for a promo that is limited time. They only like walk up customers who are seemingly clueless to online deals, this isn't fare to me, I have 2 orders on hold on my card I didn't get. The male manager said they don't honor the BOGO offer, he is so nasty he should realize you can't treat customers so disrespectfully.
Do not I repeat do not order at this subway. I'm at the Children's hospital across the street so I placed an online order for pickup. I arrive 3 minutes before my order was ready. I was told my order was not ready when I arrived, of course I already knew that. As I patiently waited i was watching my order get made. The employee never changed his glove from making the sub before mines. Then he proceeded to go and touch the door. Not only did he touch the door he went over to the drink machine and opened it and took out a drink with the same gloves. He goes back to making my sandwich without changing his gloves. Furthermore he grabbed my cookies with those same dirty cross-contaminated gloves. It was no point of confronting him because there was already done. I just handed my food to a less fortunate person on the street

This by far has been the worse experience over a simple request! I made an online order via the mobile app. There isn’t an option to request your sandwich to be cut in 4’s so when I arrived to pick up my order, I asked the employee to do so. She looked at the receipt and told me it was too late. She grabbed a plastic knife and told me I could do it myself. I asked for them to cut it with a real knife as a plastic knife wouldn’t cut the same. They still refused and another employee approached the register! I asked for a manager and of course they claimed the manager wasn’t there. They then begin speaking in a different language. A gentleman came from the back & I asked if he was the manager, he said no. I requested a refund and once again they started speaking in another language. As I walked out the door they started yelling in a different language. This was a simple request as I never touched the food, the bag or anything. Customer service goes a long way and I refuse to pay for bad service.
