Wow there was a huge line of cars, but it didn't take as long as we thought...n the chicken was certainly freshly made. The person taking our order did a great job n gave us exactly what we ordered. Thanks KFC!!!

Bathroom was huge and clean. Staff very friendly, service fast and hot! Loved the openess of the grill and cook area, no hiding here. Great oldies music and fun quaint area to dine in. Just wish there were more sides.

Ordered crispy & original bucket with sandwiches. The chicken was cold & soggy like it was in the bucket for too long. The sandwiches were good, crispy and warm. A bit sloopy. The way they put it together and expensive, but better then the bucket. Im a 🍗 lover, so I still eat. May God continue to Bless this company, it's employees & customers, in Jesus name amen.

Service is fantastic. Nice Staff. Not that stuffed in the place. Great for a quick meal. The service is incredible, they took my order so fast. Then in 2-5 minutes had it ready for me to eat or leave.

Their food is generally excellent, but they have gotten kind of stingy with the sauce as of late. We keep having to go ask for more after going through the drive-thru.

KFC has always had great food. Their fries are superior compared to other fast food restaurants/ hamburger places. The chicken nuggets are superior and the chicken is superior. Prices are a little steep for my pocket. So eating here is very rare. I bought my girlfriend a meal she is half the size of me and it cost 12 something. Me and my son that are both big went and ate at Panda and shared the plate for the same price and had twice as much food. So the chicken is great and everything I love their coleslaw. It is the best in the world. KFC is superior to all other places but like I say I can't afford it right now. If I could afford it I would eat there often.

Great food, atmosphere, and service! Literally, my only complaint is their pricing for the amount of food being given out. $13 for a meal that didn't even fill me up (4 tenders, small side dishes, and a biscuit).

The food is good, but they lack getting the order right. Twice now I've gotten home and found out they forgot to put the biscuits in the bag witch goes with the meal that was ordered. It's not like I got extras that they forgot.

Cashier was very rude. And she never said please or thank you. Was perfectly nice and pleasant with the hispanic customer who she started waiting on before she was even finished with me. Am not a happy girl.

When calling to ask a question , was treated rudely. I was hung up on once and called again to ask question and woman who answered was really rude. Skipped buying lunch there today.

Im not sure what's going on, or I don't know if anyone else has noticed, their chicken looks extremely funny, and has a strangetaste to it, I had bought a leg and brest from this location for a relative and not even a minute after they finished they were in and out of the restroom. Most likely food poison. I feel like they reuse old oil to fry the chicken or reuse old chicken. For anyone reading this review, make sure to check your food before you take off and call them on it as well.

I went through the drive through then I got home and found a piece of glass in the kfc fries. I keptt the shard i also asked if anything broke in the kitchen but they denied it. My bag was sealed and given to me. There is no reason the glass came from my car it was vacuumed so From this point on I will check carefully. Before Ii leave the drive through..

It has good food and happy looking crew but they for got my moms order or some thing because they brought us a 5 dollar fill up (grilled breast) instead of the pot pie one at least it was fast and she got something

I don't understand how you can place a mobile order for pickup for a specific time, and have the app tell you your order is ready only for the workers to prioritize drive thru orders and use your order to fulfill those instead of having your pre-ordered meal ready? Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a new order to be placed. Is this a owner and operator policy or does it fall on the workers? Not okay and totally disrespectful of the time of those who order ahead and the whole point of advance mobile ordering.

Nice employees are the nicest thing I can say. I called and let them know our dissatisfaction. The original chicken tasted old, the skin was not edible and the thighs were full of little bones.

Ordered a family meal online get there they were out of Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and fries! Had to refund a big part of my family meal! How do you eat kfc with no sides... I needed the cold coleslaw with my hot greasy chicken.

Customer Service is at an all time low at this location where Lanese and her co-worker are employed with such nasty attitudes. Go to another location if possible as Atwater location prices are higher and quality is lower. Go to "G" Street location in Merced, if you can. They need more training in customer service or please stay home if you don't want the job. Thanks.

This place allows trucks to deliver so the can stay open during this covid ordeal but has there doors locked and wont let drivers order on foot in the drive through. All these businesses that are doing this, need to realize that if it weren't for us truck drivers, they would be unemployed. Re-evaluate your business decisions

Service is exallent.. Very clean. Need more improvement in the process of the fried food. I love the hot wings.. But its been 3 times i get the 10 piece wings. And they are completely dry.. No chicken meat just fried breading.. Its very frustrating. I recommend for all kfc to put more efforts in having the chicken fresh
