Scott and Ariel are the best!!!! They were the only ones working (besides the one delivery driver) and they had 100+ pizza orders to get out in crazy fast timing. Still amazing personalities, still chipper, still great pizza. Domino’s corporate I hope you see this and give them a raise for excellence, customer satisfaction, and work ethic. We need more Scotts and Ariels in this world ❤️

Every time I've ordered from this Domino's it's gone wrong. They are the epitome of why people no longer want to order from chains. Most recently, they said they delivered my pizza yet I never got it, and when I called the store it took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone because I had to keep calling back because they would hang up the call without even taking it in the first place. Other times they've sent me random toppings that didn't even match what I asked for. Franchises like this are the ones that only serve to damage the parent company brand.

The crust was strangely dry, it didn't taste like there was any sauce on 90% of it, the crust was rolled out way too thin, and both pizzas barely had any cheese on them. Barely tasted like pizza- more like dusty, dry flat bread :( :( :(

Ordered at 6:39, order ready at 7:15, delivered at 8:30. Something needs to change. No knock? Let's just leave the pizza on the door mat and crumple up the receipt. I even tipped the guy for this service. I live 5 minutes away and the pizzas were cold! Forget this place go-to Double Daves.

Ordered from here tonight, and both pizzas I ordered were so gross that I ended up throwing them away, which is saying a lot because I looove pizza and was really hungry. The crust was strangely dry, it didn't taste like there was any sauce on 90% of it, the crust was rolled out way too thin, and both pizzas barely had any cheese on them. TERRIBLE. Go to literally any other pizza spot. Delivered to the wrong address in a completely different neighborhood- (could see it on the delivery tracker.) Called to get a refund and the phone rang, AI picked up, then phone rang, repeat etc. Drove to the store to get a refund/remade, Delivery driver 'Stephen" was there and said "oh yeah I took that to the Ranch" no apology or anything. Realized the phone was ringing and no one was picking it up despite the store not being busy. Asked for the order to be remade and paid for it (after getting refunded original order) and they informed us they were out of chicken. The worst customer service I've had in a while.

The location is wrong and on the opposite side of Austin. They wouldn't refund me. Will not be going back to Dominoes. They blame Google Maps as a scapegoat. Go fix it. Google has better customer support than these people and that's saying something.

Don't order from this dominos. Each time I've ordered, delivery takes 2 hours and I live 2 miles away... try to give them benefit of the doubt but I start to doubt after the 3rd two hour delivery. Food comes in extra crispy. Like how can that be when Mark is doing quality check for 45min?

Update 5/21/2023. Tried an online order of loaded tots. Live 2 mins from store. Took an hour to be delivered and was cold and tasted horrible. Never will I order from any domino's again. Fail. Place was a mess, delivery driver walking around without a mask, guy making the pizzas wore his mask on his chin while making pizzas. Pizza was great, however.
