Everytime I've been here I've always been happy with the food and the service. It can get pretty crowded, so if possible try going early in the day. My most recent visit was with friends on a Sunday at noon. It wasn't too crowded, but started filling up shortly after we sat down. The food always arrives quickly. The dumplings are my favorite. Definitely try the pork and chive dumplings and the beef and carrot. 😋

Had many meals here and the place serves up consistently good food with fast service, great portions, and excellent prices. Their XLB, although they may not be authentic enough for the true enthusiasts, always come out piping hot, fresh and delicious. The open ended dumplings are some of the best anywhere and the beef noodle soups are filled with chewy hand-pulled noodles and plenty of beef.

Classic classic Austin Chinese food. Highly recommend this. The food is consistent. I love the noodles, the dumplings, and the soups all the same. And I get it as both take-out and dine-in. However I will warn you that the place can get quite busy so be aware that they might even run out of seats.

Loved every dish! + their chili oil is to die for! I could come back just for the chili oil alone. The cashier was incredibly sweet. There were four of us, and she helped us avoid over-ordering. Her customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the Austin area.

I got the Suan Tsai Spicy Beef Vermicelli, and they gave so much meat! The broth was flavorful with just the right level of spice, and the beef was super fatty and I loved it. The portion size was huge and perfect for a cozy comfort meal. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving something rich, spicy, and satisfying. I’ll be back to try their other noodle dishes for sure. Coming from vegas I was very impressed with this!

visited this place the last two Saturdays in a row. Everything was seriously great! I love their noodle soup. Number 28 is my favorite. Regular noodles which is thicker noodles are good too, but I recommend switching to rice noodles! The beef burrito is also a must-try!

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016, and this place never misses. The pig ears are a personal favorite—bursting with flavor and perfectly done. The scallion cake is a must-try: crispy, flaky, and addictive. I have to say i order pig ears whenever am here, has tried so many places no restaurant can compete to this. They’re also famous for their hand-pulled noodles. I remember chatting with the owner years ago—she told me they carefully select their wheat flour and make everything with heart, no added chemicals. You can truly taste the care in every bite.

The employees are kind and efficient! Helped recommend some delicious soup dumplings. We'd heard of this place and finally have it a go and we're happy we did. Noodles are home made and every cut of beef from the shank in the spicy beef noodle to the brisket to the thin sliced appetizer served with chili oil was incredible and cooked perfect. We'll be back many times and can't wait to try the beef scallion pancake burritos and pan fried dumplings. I recommend the beef slice with chili oil and scallion pancakes as appetizers as well as any soup dumplings!

Julie's Noodles truly impressed with their amazing chow mein—possibly the best noodles I've had in a while. Unlike typical takeout, they weren't overly greasy, and the flavor adhered perfectly to the noodles. The crab and pork soup dumplings were very flavorful with just the right amount of broth. The potato salad was interesting, though the potatoes were slightly undercooked and the dressing was too vinegary for my taste.

As a person who hasn’t had this style of cuisine, I may not be the best reviewer for authenticity but for flavor and taste I can say it was quite amazing. Me and my husband got the crab and pork dumplings, combination fried rice, and chicken stew soup. Everything was hot, flavorful, and came out in a timely manner. Though it’s a small place, it seems everyone gets the flow of the place and it does accommodate babies/families. Will be coming again!

Highly recommend the Shredded tofu salad. The sauce is so good I can’t describe it 😂. The beef burrito is delicious 😋. A lot of beef with crispy wrap. The lamb soup is also good 👍. The soup dumplings with lots of soup and the wrap doesn’t tear. The shrimp chow mien is just ok.

Service was friendly. You order at the counter, seat yourself and there is a station for water cups, ice, soup spoons, bowls and small plates. No forced gratuity options so that is nice of them considering it’s pretty much a self service. We got the scallion pancakes, chives and egg bun, vegetable rice noodles soup and chicken chowmein. The pancakes were the best item, with slight flavor and good chewy/crunchy texture. The chowmein and the buns barely had any flavor. The vegetable noodle soup was also quite bland but perhaps that is the usual flavor profile that I just wasn’t prepared for. Their chili oil is great, has flavor not just spice.

Came here based on ratings but found it to be overrated. Atmosphere is low and they ask for tips on minimal service at checkout. It’s pretty much an all service place.

So I had a very bad experience at the drive-through window, where they rung up my order incorrect when I went to explain to the lady that my order was not correct and that she had charged me for a drink when I asked for a strawberry pie another associate came to the window name Ben he was very slick At the tongue when I formed that he was not going to speak to me in that manner because I had corrected them. He became all right. All of this is on the cameras and side of the store the Internet on June 14, 2024 at 1:49 PM and I pray that MANAGER sees this and can reach back out to me. I’ve also left all of the information on you alls website. Once then, seeing that I pull out my phone to storage take pictures close the window and walk off. I went inside the store to take more food photos and he kept his back turned if I need to come up there to identify him I will. also he was handling people food, waiting no food glove on as you could clearly see in the picture

They forgot my peppers I paid for, my honey I asked for, and were out of a lot of sides. Today 07-14-22 the drive thru system was deliberately turned off! Lady said because they only had 2 people. Forgot pepper again and was given drink no straw. Peach cobbler was a biscuit with peaches on top! Turned into restaurant at day time and I left at night! On top of that chicken was disgusting!

I’ve been to this place a hand full of times. And it never fails every time I go here something is wrong or delayed. I’ve showed up at 11 am (working hours stated on their door) and they were closed. The lady told me they are closed because they overslept. Today I go thru the drive-thru and a lady tells me to hold. I literally waited 10 mins for her to take my order. I get to work and open my box to no fries, biscuit all torn up on the bottom and tiny pieces of chicken!!! This place has the worst service and I do not recommend anyone going here. This will be the last time I ever go to this place.
