Claiming to be authentic Napolitano pizza is a high-stakes game... Reality is that the pizza is very good, and flavor, presentation, freshness all on point too. Is it truly Napolitano though - not quite, but that's OK! Setting is great, ambience perfect, relaxed vibe, nice service. You'll have a great time.
OMG order order the square pizza it's amazing super delicious love it love it, well 2nd visit Does not disappoint this is such a great spot you can tell the locals come here. if you're in East Austin and you need a salad or or slice it's where you come. They don't have the Detroit style square pizza anymore but the menu is absolutely delicious or to love supreme or a white pizza you'll go home happy.
Came in on a Saturday night for date night . Such a cute little place ! The staff were all very attentive although it’s not a full service restaurant (you order food and drinks at the bar and it’s brought to your table, no waiter). We ordered the love supreme square pie and it definitely did it disappoint! Can’t wait to come back and try other pies
EDIT!: Editing my review because LS reached out and gave me a gift card to try another pizza on them, and it was great! Think I just initially got one that was not perfectly cooked. Kudos to them for fast response time and taking care of it. New fan for sure. Pizza was delicious BOTH times. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Such great flavor, fr, but the dough/bottom of the pizza we ordered and picked up last night was so soft/undercooked/saturated that you genuinely couldn’t pick it up or it would flop down and all the toppings slid right off (see photo). Made such a mess. We had to eat it on a plate with forks. (But I swear it did taste good!) Hoping it was an anomaly because this place is close to us. May try again some time…
We had the 13" pepperoni pizza and added mushrooms since it's my favorite. It was delicious. I usually don't eat the crust but this one was too good to pass up. The restaurant itself was very nice, modern, and clean. Choose to eat in the nice and shaded outside patio or well spaced inside dining room. The staff were kind and well attentive. I will be back to try other menu items that intrigued me.
Really lovely date spot inside, seems more lively on the patio. Ended up buying a shirt because it is SO soft. The Squash Pizza was divine (white pizza with pistachios, hot honey, squash - I added the leftover arugula from my salad, you're seeing a picture of that/my leftovers here. So delicious). Really enjoyed myself. Will definitely be back. Thanks yall!
So glad to finally check out Love Supreme! The interior is beautiful. Good selection of beer, wine, and draft or frozen cocktails. The cauliflower, garlic bread, and Love Supreme pizza were all really tasty. The crust on the round pie was delightfully crispy, and a side of ranch for your crust is a must.
My first time at Love Supreme was really great. Made a reservation and was seated right away. The restaurant is spacious with covered outdoor seating. It took a little while to get our food but it was really good. I ordered veggie supreme and white mushroom pizza with some drinks. the veggie didn’t feel too heavy. Most of the menu options are vegetarian. Overall I would come back!
I parked in the wrong spot and ended up eating at LSP. Best mistake I ever made. Broccoli and sauce were worth the trip alone. I don't eat pizza but decided to try their gluten-free vegetarian pizza. Hold up!! I just had the best pizza I've ever tasted. Hard crisp crust and loaded with veggies that had a meeting and decided to make history.
Excellent place for a casual pizza dinner. Plenty of parking. Family and pet friendly. Outdoor area is great. Most people sit outdoors. Pizza is tasty and their drink selection is decent. Prices are reasonable and staff was courteous. Very clean and the atmosphere is just perfect. I would definitely be back.
Everything was just top notch. From the moment we showed up, the staff was very friendly. Made sure to tell us how the ordering system worked (ordering at the bar). The food was great. We ordered the Burrata, meatballs, and the Honey Sambal Wings (AMAZING!). We then split some pizzas and beers. Great design and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Loved this place!!! It was very moody and had a lively energy. The design team did a great job, as did the management with setting the lighting. Sat at the bar and got great service. Started off with the Cesar salad!!! So delicious. The way each piece of lettuce was perfectly coated with the Parmesan and the right amount of anchovy flavor!!!!! This was paired with the most buttery croutons I have tasted at a pizza restaurant. The pizza itself was so delicious!! I forgot to take pictures of it because of how hungry I was! But we had the meat lovers and it was “okurrttttttttt” to say the least. One thing I would recommend would be a bigger tv at the bar. Still great tho🙏
The service is A+ and Maggie is the bomb. She literally waited for the whole restaurant and had a smile on her face. The Environment is a Vibe itself. I'm a music lover and the music is very soothing and family appropriate. I would come here with family, friends, and co-workers to meet up. The staff front the front counter to the dough flipper all were busy and in their own zone and were also doing their job. Teamwork makes The Dream Works.
UPDATE: Been by a few times since and out side of the square pizzas going away, still great service, vibe and flavor. I spent some time inside for once (outside is just so great, but it was overcast and kind of stormy) and had a great time sitting at the bar--very swanky for a pizza place. My bartender, Joel, was amazing--recommendations on drinks and a pizza were spot-on...he knows his craft and exudes enthusiasm in sharing that pasion about mixology and pizza. The white sauce mushroom pizza--I added sausage--was rediculous...it cam out just wafting pheromones at me before it even settled at my chest at the bar. Whoa! Just incredible flavor and I always appreciate the crust here...a little chew without that crispy flatbread thing I despise elsewhere. I wolfed down a lime Mommenpop spritz in about 2 min. (too fast for a pic) and followed with a Supreme Sangria that was more amaro than anything else--very unusual, but pleasant. I finished with the Letti me love you, which stole the show--a very nice take on a negroni that other people should start replicating. Great atmosphere, stellar service, and tasty food with well-made drinks to support it all. 5 stars. ___________________ Gets crowded fast, but my wife and I stopped by 5 min. before opening, so no issues with lines and service. Great patio, and we had really good drinks. Our 2 Aussies were welcome, so this place is dog friendly. The staff was friendly, smiles everywhere, and we'll be back to try more items for sure--I hear good things about the mushroom pizza, and we want to try the squared Detroit-style pan pizza after our great pepporoni basil try. My wife was surprised by their salad--really excellent--beets are great here! 4-5 stars without a doubt...we'll firm up the next visit.
LOVE was the best !! Had a great time eating some yummy pizza, we got the pistachio white sauce pizza (my absolute favorite pizza and I've had a lot in my lifetime), the meat lovers, and Special Honey Sambal Chicken Pizza... they were all phenomenal. The service was excellent, pizza came out fresh, fast and DELICIOUS! Will def be back! Thank yall for a great night !! Wish I got a better pic but we got too excited and dug into it right away!
Loved it. It's in a very trendy East Side location and I'm kind of old and boring so I was expecting a hipster overload and to be ignored like is the case with some of the places in East Austin. Wasn't the case at all. It was quite stylish with great design but was pretty great and was not the snobbish twee hipster experience you sometimes get on the East Side. Very friendly staff. Ordered the Sunday-only special of square pizza slices Both excellent. Lots of flavor. Both clearly freshly made. The sausage one has very tasty sausage and bit of a sweet but not overly sweet topping of some sort The pepperoni has fresh mozzarella and was quite a step above what you often get. Two slices are probably the right amount for most people. Had the wings as well. Generously sized and piping hot. Excellent food, nice bright clean space, and very friendly staff. Will definitely come again
I'm definitely coming back here next time I'm in Austin! You'll love the atmosphere here with a huge outdoor patio, amazing staff, and delicious food. I was in town for the No Longer Virtual Summit and met up here with some of our group to kick off the event. We had a large group on top of an already busy Superbowl Sunday, yet the staff took amazing care of everyone. Friendly, knowledgeable, and super attentive. Zach was our guy! The cocktails were delicious as well as the selection of local beers on tap. Every bite of food was spot on. We shared a Margherita pizza, arugula salad, and the sweet potato bites. Then added some of the wings they had on the special menu for the game. Delicious! Bring your family, meet friends here, or grab pizzas to go. You won't be disappointed. P.S. Sorry, no food pics because it looked so good I couldn't wait to dig in!
Loved our experience here! Great seating and service. Love the vibe and atmosphere. You get seated by the staff and when you're ready to order, the waiter will take your drink orders and you order your food at the counter where the kiosk is. They will take your order and put it in. Great pizza! We also got some salads and the meatball appetizer. All really good! No complaints!
Needless to say, we have been coming here for a few years. Recently started making it a weekly Dad/ daughter day every wednesday. The staff have always been accommodating and relaxed with my daughters use of the space as a quasi playground lol. We always try to get in at opening as it’s less crowded so kiddo can run around. Thank you for the stickers and pizza dough to play with!!! She was ecstatic today :)
Stop looking, this is where you should eat. I’m a major pizza lover and this was the second best pizza I’ve ever had (only behind a pizza place in Europe). We got the salami pizza and added roasted garlic and it was amazing. We were only in town for 24 hours for my best friends funeral and they offered us complimentary dessert without even knowing why we were there which helped lift the mood. The tiramisu was also amazing! We had some cocktails, no surprise they were also good. Shoutout to Adam the manager for making our one night in austin great!
Finally got to try this place, as it’s been on my list of pizza places. There seems to be plenty of parking around the building. You can go indoors or eat outdoors. In this heat, we chose the indoors. Both spaces are really cute. You grab a menu, order at the bar and then grab your seats. They are smaller pizzas 13” for less than $20 unless you add additional toppings. With some of the set toppings you can do half/half. We chose to do meat lovers and Love Supreme. Next time, I would just get the Love Supreme. The kale and watermelon radish with the other toppings were just so good! There is a great beer, wine and cocktail selection with knowledgeable staff. The manager was walking about, chatting us up, enjoyed the history and suggestions from him. We went on a Monday during a holiday weekend and it wasn’t packed at all. Try the pistachio cannoli because it’s just the perfect bite and ending to lovely pizza joint.
The food was good, there were multiple dishes that we bought for our table and all of them are solid. Perhaps it was my preference, but none of them just blew me away, but worth the money and certainly enough to recommend to others. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They let us stay pretty late because we were talking around the table. I was very impressed by how detailed their cleaning regiment was when they were closing. Gave me a lot of confidence that the food was made in a clean environment.
This place is so good. I've had it like 3-4 times now and their pizzas are some of the best in the city. They recently had a pistachio pizza special that is among the best bites of food I've had in Austin. The service is good, the atmosphere is relaxed yet upscale for a fast casual spot. Excellent addition to the neighborhood. I won't dock them a star but their cocktail program could do with some improvement.
Good meal here. Came in later at night, service was solid. Our food was great. Payed around 60 for 2 pizzas and an appetizer. I would return for a date night or taking out a friend who’s never been.
I ordered delivery and had their Detroit Style pizza special and tiramisu. The service was super friendly, attentive, and the food was outstanding. The Detroit pizza slices were better than what you could get in Detroit! Light fluffy dough with fresh high quality toppings. The pizza sauce was perfectly tart. And the tiramisu was among the best in Austin. Not sweet at all and light and airy. Great spot.
I don't know how to explain these chicken wings on a review. All I can say, is run, don't walk. The pizza is equally delicious. I've already been back for a second visit. Samba wings, and garlic wings , i don't think i've ever tasted wings this good. 20 out of 10. Both times I have been therebthe service andbstagg has been super friendly. Great place. Great for a meet with the girls or a date night. Its a cool spot in Austin!
We stopped here after working the Austin rodeo for 3 days and it was amazing. The food was excellent and was just what we needed after a long weekend. Even better than the food was the service. Everyone was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The manager checked in on us and was extremely nice. It started pouring rain and when I went to my get my truck to pull up for my wife, two employees came out to check on her and see if she needed a bag to protect from the rain. Their customer service truly shined.
I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while, and I finally did last night! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a super friendly and knowledgeable staff member (I’m terrible with names, but he deserves a shoutout!). He walked me through the menu, helped me figure out exactly what kind of pizza I was craving, and his service was top-notch. I came in around 8 PM on 07/18 and placed a takeout order under the name Ali C., in case that helps identify who helped me! I did order a few things, and while I initially thought it was a bit pricey (college student budget here), one bite made it clear that it was worth every penny. Even my boyfriend—who is extremely picky—said it’s now his favorite pizza spot in Austin, and I completely agree! The wings were still crispy and packed with flavor by the time I got home, and you can really tell the owner and kitchen put thought and care into every detail—even the dressing was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back! If you’re driving by, do yourself a favor and give this place a try.
We had a great time an both pizza and wings were delightful. Would definitely come again.
Nice and knowledgeable staff, they have some GREAT GLUTEN FREE PIZZA that I can trust to safely feed my babies without any allergies during or after the fact,GREAT PIZZARIA...
Place was cool and very chill. We ordered 4 pizzas and wings. I got the honey sambal pizza which was amazing. Talk about fun pizza but I like funky concoctions. Others were the meat lovers, cheese and cacio e pepe which all were good. Buffalo wings were twangy a nice lemony twang. Delicious choice made by me (mom) 😉
This is quite literally one of the best pizza spots around here! We specifically will drive out of our way from Georgetown just to get a pizza from here. The Pistachio Pesto is to die for and the fried cheese is a nice addition!
Love Supreme is a gem! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. The Pistachio Pesto and Mushroom pizzas are to die for...seriously delicious! Love the entire vibe of the place, and that it's both kid and dog friendly. It has a great outdoor space that is a must for Austin! Thanks for a great first experience. See y'all soon 😊
Este restaurante pizzería me tiene enamorada ❤️
Las mejores pizzas. Ve y prueba
Las bebidas son lo mejor
Love Supreme Pizza Bar in East Austin is a total winner! We brought a very large group (over a dozen of us) for lunch, and the staff was incredibly accommodating from the moment we walked in. They handled our big party with ease—great communication, quick seating on the spacious patio, and no hassle at all despite the crowd. The pizza was absolutely amazing—crispy, flavorful Neapolitan-style pies that hit all the right spots. We tried a variety, and every single one was a hit. The wings we ordered were seriously spicy (which caught a few of us off guard!), but the heat lovers in the group absolutely loved them and kept going back for more. Paired with their house-made ranch, they were perfect. Drinks were another standout—everyone raved about their craft cocktails, local beers, and refreshing options. The whole table was happy and satisfied. We’ll definitely be going back next time we’re in Austin, and I highly recommend it for groups, casual lunches, or just killer pizza and vibes. East Austin gem!
I always leave here feeling so happy and full! Aaron was AMAZING. Super friendly, attentive, funny and added to our experience! Love Supreme is such a solid spot in general, I feel so lucky to have it in the neighborhood. There’s never really a wait, the staff is always accommodating of dietary restrictions and the pizza is divine. The crust, sauce and toppings shine individually!
Got a salad, it was a nice variety of textures and was pre-dressed but not too much dressing. Also got the garlic pizza, salami pizza , and Love Supreme pizza. The garlic has whole cloves of roasted garlic, so be wary if you're not into that. The salami was awesome, with a bit of a spicy kick. The Love Supreme was delightful and also had a bit of a spice, but not crazy. Cocktails and mocktails are well balanced! Will be back
Amazing food and vibes. We shared wings, salad and pizza. The bar staff is friendly and quick. I had the most amazing mocktail that they suggested and wow, I would go back just for that. The indoor diner area is really cozy and the outdoor covered seating area is great for parties or events, both areas have their own bar. Random bonus but I loved the cute holiday decor too!
A go to spot for happy hour prices! Relaxing vibes and offers multiple settings based on your mood. Outdoor patio fun, indoor low lighting chill or great bar service and selection. The food is amazing, meatballs have an old Italian feel. White pizzas are best in Austin.
The atmosphere is incredible. The drinks are amazing. The food is to die for. I visited this place while was down seeing my sister for Thanksgiving and I am so glad we checked this place out. They have amazing vegetarian and gluten free options. The service was amazing, and the vibes did not disappoint. If you are in the area, this is the place to check out!
Exceptional service that elevated the entire evening. Jose brought a refined, mellow elegance to the experience — impeccably composed, attentive, and effortlessly upscale in a way that transformed what's essentially a pizza place into something truly special, almost like a vintage Italian resort but in the best way. From the moment we were seated, his awareness was remarkable. He immediately noticed that the group seated right next to us was quite loud and kindly asked if we'd prefer somewhere quieter, then moved us to a much better spot. His demeanor was extremely courteous, and his check-ins were perfectly timed — everything felt smooth and seamless. His menu recommendations were spot-on; every dish he suggested was absolutely delicious. The food was modern, creative, and beautifully executed. The drinks were equally impressive, thoughtfully crafted and perfectly balanced. Jose's service is what made this place feel elevated. Truly top-tier hospitality that made the evening memorable.
I will echo another review, stop looking, just go. The pizza, ambiance, service and overall vibe is just amazing. We got 3 pies between 3 people, no we don’t like to share. All the ingredients tasted super fresh. The vegan pizza was also yummy. Almost feels like you’ve been transported to a really cool basement in the 70s. We’re going back, real soon.
The new pizza place in town, operated by the wonderful Bird Bird owners, this is an expansive restaurant serving pizzas, beers and cocktails. Good choice of pizzas. Overall good quality, maybe hoping in the future they would have an option of pizza base, would love some deep dish or thin crust.
A nice addition to the Manor restaurant scene. The mushroom pizza was great and the space has great vibes (neon signs, open air, lots of plants). Some things I didn’t like as much: (1) the counter service. I don’t mind counter service honestly but they could manage it a little better. They brought us food but neglected to let us know where to grab plates, utensils, water, etc. Also the lowest preset tip was 18% which doesn’t make sense to me in a counter service environment (2) it was $11 for a small side portion of broccolini in a sriracha mayo sauce. I like nice things and am down to pay for them but no way the food cost on that item was more than $1 so.... anyways, cool spot. Worth checking out with friends or anyone that likes pizza 🍕
I have mixed feelings about Love Supreme — it’s beautifully decorated and nice to have a local pizza restaurant in the neighborhood however its prices are a little confusing and make it a bit out of touch for many. For instance, a cocktail is $14 to $16 which is practically the same price as a pizza, $15 to $18. Beers are $8-$9. If you like soda, it’s only $4 and free refills. It’s also a counter service, seat yourself type of place, making those drink prices feel even higher. Perhaps it’s intentional, maybe they don’t want to be a hang out spot like Haymaker or Schoolhouse, they want people to focus primarily on eating with a drink or two. They do offer weekly trivia and live music though which is a nice touch. The food itself is good. I would go as far as to say the chopped salad was delectable, the fried chickpeas as croutons are a fun switch hitter. The pizza is not mind blowing or comparable to New York but it’s consistent and the crust is light and flakey. They have some inventive options like cacio e pepe and they aren’t afraid of pineapple on pizza which I appreciate. I believe they use to have cheesy bread when they first opened, I would love to bring that back.
Have enjoyed multiple meals at this East Austin spot. Our favorite pizzas are the salami and love supreme. Their caesar and chopped salads, as well as meatballs are good sides and starters. Be aware you do order at the counter for food and drink. However, overall service can be a bit hit or miss—we’ve had delightful servers and some who missed the mark completely. Also good to note that they keep the patio warm in the winter so you can enjoy outdoor dining.
The pizza was surprisingly good! I liked the flaky and crispy dough. If they had better tomato sauce and mozzarella, it’d been extremely pleasant on the palate. One additional note. I had a take out, but coming inside, the place looked very nice. However, the cashier from whom I ordered was quite unprofessional. He wasn’t quite serving people per se but responding very passively, as if I wasn’t in a restaurant. I asked how long would be the wait for the pizza twice - both times he responded he didn’t know. Quite disrespectful of your customers’ time. You could have checked at least of not showing any effort.
Pretty nice pizza joint on the north east side. Large inside and outside area. There is no table service so you have to wait for a table and then order at the bar. Limited pizza and beer selecting but still very good, fresh food. Service was good, atmosphere was very light and open. 4 stars for a minor ordering issue, no table service, and 1hr+ wait the 2 times I've gone.
Want to eat healthy, feel better, and get back in shape? Sorry, you’re looking at a pizza joint so that’s probably not happening. However, order the Squash pizza and you will feel like you’re eating something delicious, yet healthy. It was sweet, savory, spicy, and like no other pizza I’ve ever tasted; you will not be disappointed. It even inspired me to plant a garden in my backyard and see if I have a green thumb. Except I don’t have a backyard and I’m all out of green paint, so I guess I’ll be coming back here for more squash pizza while it’s in season. Also, the ranch was so tasty you’ll want to steal it.
They got a nice patio for the summer heat with fans and misters going on out in the patio area, and lots of space for big groups and gatherings for any celebration 🎉. They have a good selection of food and drink choices, from meat balls to salads for starters, and the best part is the wings, must have the wings. the honey sambal wings, get it! The pizza selection is not too shabby either, def ample space for large groups, only one tea refill though this is Texas y'all, give us more tea refills. Devil 😈 May snare drink got a kick, also a good place to order pizza and wings to go, ask for sauce on the side
We have been wanting to come here since it opened and were excited to finally try! We got the roasted garlic white pizza with pepperoni. It was very good, a little on the spicy side for me but I'm a wimp when it comes to spice, hubby said the spice level was great. Crust was cooked perfectly and I loved the giant pieces of roasted garlic. Fun laid back atmosphere, and the 1 staff member who helped us was very nice (we did takeout). The self serve thing is a new trend I guess? Really doesn't bother us but I'm on the fence about the 20% tip expectation. I tipped 20% but if we had been served it probably would have been more. Also, for us Houstonians, the opening time of 5pm stinks but I guess if we need to stay in Austin longer we will 😉. Either way, we look forward to coming back!
This is a great pizza place! The restaurant is nice, clean, wide open with indoor and outdoor seating. They have a walk-up bar where you can order drinks including alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. We ordered a couple of pizzas and I would give the restaurant a five star, except the margarita pizza was kind of soggy. We ordered a mushroom jalapeno pizza with nice crisp crust and it very good taste. I recommend this place and we'll be back again.
We met up with a group of friends for dinner on a Saturday night. The place has plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. You order by the front and tell them your table number and they bring the food to you. We ordered the Honey Sambal Wings, caesar salad, pepporoni pie, mushroom pie, love supreme, aloha pie, and the brisket pie, the special cocktail, and a mule. The WINGS were a winner, so delicious and the sauce was amazing- I might have liked it more than the pizza. The pies were good, not the best, but this pizza is a different style. It was a little on the oily side, it was yummy. The Caesar salad was big and good. The cocktail special was very very weak which is why 1 star is knocked off, for the price of the cocktail, there wasn't a shot inside and our friend got a tiny little margarita. The place has good vibes and its a great spot to meet up but the food/drinks lack some substance. Would I come here again? Yes.
Mushroom pizza flavor was good, albeit the crust especially on the bottom was too charred. Gluten free margarita pizza was bland as it gets. Regular (not GF) Margarita pizza was pretty bland as well. That said, their adult beverages were good & the place has a great vibe. Perhaps Tuesday evening was an off night?!?
The atmosphere is amazing for a date night, nice vibes and good music. The service is also amazing, with no complaints. Now, the food on the other was okay I guess. The Pizza was meh 😐, I had got the love supreme and I really didn't eat it. I also got the tomato salad, a unique salad I would recommend it to anyone. Lastly their wings are a nice size with a nice crunch to them but didn't have that much flavor in my opinion. The ranch that came with it tasted like fried pickles, which I didn't mind. Overall, would I come back ugh for the food no, but for the atmosphere and cool vibes yeah.
Atmosphere is great. Lovely outdoor seating area. Pizza is a bit pricey for the relatively meager size. Overall a positive experience though.
Food is good! Wings and specialty pizzas are great. Ambiance is fine for counter service.
Can't give the final star freely as I've never dined in. For Austin which Parking is often a curse because you own a car. This place has space to park and dine. The pizza is fantastic.
We've ordered take-out twice and eaten at the restaurant once. We've found pizzas we love, but we're still trying to figure out what else is worth ordering. We've primarily ordered vegetarian options (V is veg, not vegan). I contacted the shop and they do have vegan cheese available for the pizza. The pie crust is great. It's chewy and tasty but not floppy in the center or charred on the edges. It's a good thickness so you can eat slices and feel like you're not filling up on just bread. We've ordered the mushroom pie, garlic pie, Love Supreme, and the fennel sausage pie. The garlic needs something else on it. It feels flat and is missing something to round out the flavor. I did not enjoy the Love Supreme, but that's because roasted kale and broccoli often come across as bitter to me. The fennel pie is sweet and meaty and really good. The mushroom is my favorite. It's creamy and rich and satisfying. The cooking on the pies is consistent both at the restaurant and with take-out. A friend of ours ordered the pepperoni pie and loved it. She said she was happy with the pepperoni to pizza ratio. We also ordered the burrata and the carrot salad for take-out and opened the containers within minutes to eat. They're both large enough portions to be a meal, which justifies the price of $14 and $10, respectively. The burrata is bad. It was bland, watery, and felt partially dissolved. The salad on top of the cheese was unseasoned. It's served with plain cooked pie dough, which I makes sense but it'd be nice to have some sort of bread option. The carrot salad came with two dressing: zhoug (a fresh cilantro dressing that was supposed to be spicy but was not) and a sort of honey mustard. The mustard dressing didn't work with the carrots at all. The carrots were colorful and limp with fresh herbs and feta. The flavor was fine but it and the texture would have been much improved with some carmelization on them. We also ordered the wings once. Good size, good sauce. A little sweet. The restaurant itself is great. Lots of patio seating, a beautiful interior with great lighting that is designed to create a dimmer, more cozy space near the bar at the center of the room. I don't love the ordering at the bar because it's not well marked how or where you stand. Most people see a bar and think you can order from anywhere. Parking is plentiful but it's also on the 20 bus line and the stops are about a block away in both directions. There needs to be more bike parking considering it's in a family friendly neighborhood and lot of people could travel in a more neighborly method. Small but good selection of beer. I always appreciate seeing Electric Jellyfish available, but having it on draft is an unexpected treat.
Ok, so a couple of things here: 1. The staff is really friendly and accommodating and 2. The pizza is really good. Outside of that, while I realize that this is a new establishment and they are still working out some kinks, we were there for about two hours, ordered what should have been enough food for 2 adults and 3 kids, but we're still hungry. The other thing is the prices are highly inconsistent and a little on the ridiculous side. $12 for a small single serving of Caesar Salad, but $13 dollars for 13" cheese pizza. I'll go back in a couple months a revise my review if needed, but for now 3 stars.
This is a nice newer spot with good ambience inside and out. The service was really good and everyone seemed to enjoy their job. The pizza arrived within a reasonable amount of time and was loaded with pepperoni. There is just enough red sauce to make it tasty but not overwhelming or soggy. My crust was slightly overcooked which was a bummer since I like to enjoy the entire slice. I love all types of pizza but wasn't impressed with this one. It was just okay...not bad but not good enough for me to have it again. I ordered a French 75 due to other reviews and enjoyed it. They do offer a happy hour which I would return for that and a couple of adult beverages unfortunately the pizza just wasn't my favorite.
The pizza are really good unfortunately the service sucks. We went in, everyone pretends we didn’t just walk in looking to eat. Not even a hello or welcome. We get seated and were never told we have to order at counter. What kind of service is that; I get the hip and modern vibes but common courtesy is still a thing.
Pizza was good. Wings could have been fried crisper but had a good flavor. The ranch was ok, needed more flavor and the salad isn't worth the price. You're there for pizza & wings. There's a covered patio at the front of the restaurant and I think you can bring your dog, not sure. You have to go to the register to order your food & then it's brought to you. They don't serve Dr. Pepper so that didn't win me over & they took way to long with my friends pizza & didn't offer him any compensation for it, even though they were at fault....
2.5 ⭐️’s Love the vibe. Beautiful looking restaurant. We drove 25 mins for the square pie but they were “short staffed” and did not have it available. Was told, “maybe this weekend.” Didn’t mind the odd ordering system and self service but it has serious flaws. No one is checking to see if everything is ok. We ordered two things and both came out luke warm. The mozzarella sticks were not even melted. The margarita pizza felt old. Waitstaff would have been helpful. I didn’t feel like getting up and telling the bartender. She was busy wiping glasses. All staff was working hard with busy work. Server was walking circles around the place like a zombie. Really had high hopes for Love Supreme... Maybe it’s was an off night.
We came for the pizza and it was a bit disappointing. Crust was ok, and pizza was very greasy. I had the veggie pizza which was a bit confusing on why it would be so heavy and greasy. They were a little tight with the sauce. My bf ordered jalapeno toppings on his pizza and they were raw slices. Not sure why they wouldn't cook with pizza so make sure to request to be cooked with pizza if you don't want to burn your taste buds off. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's a really cute set up and has a nice relaxed ambience. Plenty of Indoor/outdoor seating w/ not enough TVs.
I recently visited Love Supreme Pizza Bar in Austin, and my experience left me with mixed feelings. Let’s break it down: Atmosphere and Service: The restaurant exudes a hip and mellow vibe, perfect for a casual hangout. Unfortunately, my encounter with Joel was less than stellar. His customer service bordered on unwelcoming. Thankfully, Jessica swooped in with her sweet attitude and bubbly personality, saving the day. Pizza Quality: The pizzas at Love Supreme are visually appealing—aesthetically pleasing, to say the least. However, the taste was a different story. When I bit into the pizza, I was met with a disappointing combination of blandness and greasiness. It felt like a missed opportunity. Recommendation: I sincerely hope that my visit coincided with an off day for the kitchen. Perhaps they can improve the flavor profile. As it stands, I hesitate to recommend Love Supreme Pizza Bar in its current state. The potential is there, especially given the McElroy brothers’ involvement (co-owners of Thunderbird Coffee and Bird Bird Biscuit). In summary, Love Supreme needs to step up its game in the taste department. If they can elevate their pizza game, I might consider giving it another shot. For now, though, it’s a laydown. Remember, restaurant experiences can vary, and everyone has different tastes. Perhaps others have had better luck at Love Supreme. 🍽️👍
This was the nastiest, greasiest pizza we've ever seen. The "service" was terrible, we ordered 4 pizza's--two came within 10 minutes, and the other two came 15 minutes later. LOOK AT THE GREASE COMING OFF THE PIZZA. The beet salad was made with canned beets and tasted like metal.
One of two things happened. 1) the pizza just isn’t that good or 2) both of the two pies we ordered were anomalies. We were baited by the photos and the first couple of reviews but the honest truth is, if you want to survive in Austin, the pizza needs to be 500% better. The sauce was overly acidic while also being candy-like sweet. The dough was cooked at the wrong temperature (low) for too long. It came out tough with a thick outer crust. In addition, it was extremely corn-mealy. No bubbly deliciousness but instead, a soggy corn cracker. I write 99% positive reviews and typically abstain from negative commentary, but I had one slice and closed the box, ordered from another pizzeria and am filling my time until that order is ready. My pointer watched me eat and I tossed him the crust and he won’t even eat it. Update: the dog carried the crust off and buried it like a bone. Hand to god, never seen him bury anything in his life.
Me and my kids was really hungry passed by pizza place first time got home to the pizza was burnt.. didn't have time to go back was horrible burnt on bottom and crust round
Nada honestos.
