I normally eat breakfast from this restaurant. I place my order on UberEats and wait for it to get delivered. I've places several orders and not once have I been disappointed. The acai bowls are large, with a lot of fresh fruit and are so filling. My second favorite go to is the BST Toast. It's 😍 Amazing ! I love how flexible this restaurant is. With each item, you have several options to add or remove fruit, toppings or sides. Chiefs kiss!😙🤌🏻
Revolución in Downtown Austin is a great pit stop. Free parking downtown on Sundays and I use to organize a lot of events at Revolucion. (See pix) Be careful of the parking signs though. I got towed once as I didn't know that there's valet parking only from 4.30PM onwards. Love the food there too!!
Excellent Coffee and food. The place gets just a little loud when it’s full, but still vibrant and worth the visit! Excellent coffee drink alternatives and plant based/veg options making it a solid choice for gathering groups.
I had a delicious esquite bowl and vitality juice. Both tasted great. They had a big bowl of water for my dog, thank you for being dog friendly. Very friendly helpful staff.
Ordered hot vanilla latte on multiple occasions while staying nearby and enjoyed all experiences. The bean, the barista, and the seating area where all fantastic.
As a visitor to Austin last week, I wanted to find a coffee place that was chill, interesting, had good coffee, and close to where I was staying for the week. Found it! Cold brew was excellent - detected hints of orange, and what I learned was watermelon - different, but what I ended up not enjoying the first time, really enjoyed the second, and third. Breakfast Taco's were amazing, and the fresh banana cut on my oatmeal hit the spot. Appreciate the graciousness, and opportunity to enjoy your coffee.
Great food, friendly service, and chill atmosphere. I had some of the vegan tacos and they were delicious. They also have great coffee, real Macha tea, and cold pressed juices.
Loved this coffee shop! The taco and avocado toast was delicious.
Stopped here for breakfast and coffee. We had the PB&J açaí bowl and breakfast tacos, both of which were great. I personally like there to be more granola in my bowls than what they served but that’s just a personal preference and what they serve here is healthier overall. I ordered a latte which was very good flavor wise, though it was barely warm. I’m not sure if this is how they serve it here or not, but it didn’t bother me enough to take off a star.
Bright little coffee shop located in a bustling intersection in downtown Austin within a couple blocks from the convention center. They have a long service counter, several tables, and a small snack bar. There is paid street parking and a train station nearby.
I love everything about this place. The location is perfect, and the food is consistently high quality. A huge shout-out to Manny for being so amazing and making the experience even better. I highly recommend this place.
the best breakfast taco i’ve found in austin!! super friendly staff, lots of food and drink options, and immaculate vibe. i’m here at least once a week for a breakfast taco and drink tons of vegetarian/vegan options. and you can’t beat the 2 tacos + a drip coffee deal for $10!
Grabbed a vegan bite here while in Austin and I was not disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised by the texture and flavor of the poke bowl. Plus the matcha was delicious. The bright and airy mood and plentiful seating make it the perfect place to study or take a lunch break.
Every time I’ve come to Revolución, I’m greeted by a friendly person at the counter, the tacos are fantastic, and it’s some of the very best coffee in town. I’m so happy they added a location in Austin - as a serious “buy local” gal, I say this regional chain counts. They’ve made the interior feel spacious and cozy at the same time. 5/5 no notes.
As a downtown resident for the past two years, this is our go-to coffee spot. Great coffee and we love the breakfast tacos..fresh, clean ingredients. An awesome environment for working / socializing, and the staff is so warm and knowledgeable.
Hello! I wanted to come on here and give Revolución a review because everyone deserves to know how great it is!! They have delicious food, a nice and clean atmosphere, and fun drinks. Have you heard about the $5 taco + coffee combo?? It's my favorite and such a good deal!
I dropped by Revolucion with two friends last Saturday. Drinks and food were excellent...but the folks that work there are the reason l'il go back. So friendly and welcoming. When they found out my birthday was that week, they showered me with birthday wishes and congrats! So nice. I'll be back soon.
Great place to pick up fresh corn and flour tortillas. Also have salsa, queso and tortilla chips.
Give this restaurant a try. The food is very good and has a good variety. They make the tortillas and chips there and are very good as well.
I LOVE this place! It's a friendly, family run place, and the food is excellent. Authentic interior Mexican food, and the food is always great. It's great having a place like this in the neighborhood. Tortillas made on site every day.
Authentic and delicious! The gorditas were amazing and they had every type you could want. The pork and potato was my favorite. Their salsa is spicy so expect some kick with the delicious flavor.
I am addicted to their tacos! The first time I tried this place I had to go back that same day and get more. I could even say they make the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life. They are always freshly made. Friendly cashiers at this place as well. I get barbocoa tacos with nopales and cheese on corn tortillas. So good!
Alright, buckle up coffee lovers, because I just stumbled upon a caffeinated wonderland! Forget your average cup of joe, this place is serving up experiences. First off, the food? Seriously good. Like, "I'm coming back for seconds" good. I dove headfirst into their Toro Latte, and let me tell you, it was a flavor fiesta in my mouth! But wait, there's more! They've got homemade tamales that are basically a warm hug in food form. Seriously, ditch your diet plans for a minute and indulge. And for the love of all things crispy and delicious, snag a side of their potatoes. Trust me on this one. Basically, this coffee shop is the real deal. Go check it out, and when you do, tell 'em April sent ya! You won't regret it. 😉
Quiet pricey but still okay considering the healthy options available. Those healthy breakfast options were not that easy to find in Austin. Easy location and great variety of options. Coffee was really good!
Good food. I suggest take out since it was warm inside the restaurant. Good selection of salsas however I like super spicy ones and they did not have any they were mild for my liking. But good food and service.
Forgettable coffee and lukewarm service. The staff weren't rude, but they seemed totally checked out. It’s a fine spot if you just need a quick caffeine fix, but don't expect a warm welcome.
Great place to get fresh tortillas for big events (I ordered over 100 lbs to feed my 400+ guests) They require 24 hour notice for large orders, and you are to provide a cooler or any other type of container to transport the tortillas. Sadly, their food is not something to write home about. I ordered tacos to go, I didn't get cilantro, onions nor salsa with my order.
Pflugerville Location #3 First impression was great. Bright and clean dining area, friendly staff, and a really nice salsa bar. The 2 stars are for the atmosphere and appearance. Note: this is a counter-order restaurant and youre called up to get your food when it's ready. Where they fell short was the food. Everything we ordered was bland except for the salsas, which were very good. They sell those in larger containers to take home and are worth a try. The best thing there besides the salsas were their house made chips. Unfortunately they charge for those. There was nothing really bad about the food, but there wasn't anything that makes me want to give them a another try. There is potential here but our hopes were higher when we walked in.
So disappointing! There's no flavor. I ordered a plate of cheese enchiladas. I got cheese in corn tortillas that were microwaved. Not baked, simmered in sauce, nothing. Cheese in a tortilla. My 5yr old grandson makes this by himself. Same with the beans and rice - no flavor. Not even salty! Nothing. It's seems like they opened a can of beans and put some cheese in it. That's it. I got some red sauce on the side and found a little flavor there, but not much. The most flavorless Mexican restaurant I've ever been to in my 60 years. Taco Bell is better.
I didn’t got what I asked for also one of the attendants drop off my food. I had to pay again for the food and they gave the wrong order again. When I complained with the person in charge she was very rude, fix my order but charged me 1 more dollar because one of the items it was expensive. And once again I had to wait. The food is good but no that good . Doesn’t worth the bad service
Worst place ever I won't ever eat there again the food was bad and the service was the worst. I would never recommend any one to throw away their money away there plus once you pay they won't refund you or offer you something different
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Got two bistec tacos and the lady that took my order was nice, but the lady that gave me my food was rude and told me in a very condescending way that I need to keep my receipt next time I order something, but in reality she really doesn’t have to worry about that because I will not be coming back to this place. The tacos weren’t that good and I would give them a 4/10 and the tortilla was coming apart. Overall, very disappointed.
I Ordered 5 of their tacos, all the meats were extremely subpar. Also, they hide all their prices, they charged me more for certain items than the prices on doordash. Generally an over priced, slow, extremely mediocre place. They do have a decent green salsa
I've gone to this place ever since it opened, never had much trouble just typical small mistakes but Monday was really a day i was very mad. I ordered trought the phone to pick up 2 Gorditas Carne Guisada with green sauce and beans, and also a bean with rice Gordita, i ordered because i had my DOC App at 10:30 i pick up pay and left, then i get to my app and tried to eat before going in but i got a diffrent order. So i called they said i had credit so i said thank you and understood it happens on times, so i went latter that day 1 hour before closing to get me the 2 Gorditas they messed up (I Am pregnant i was craving them bad!) So the lady in the cashier was diffrent from the morning i explained what happened to her so she called another lady i am guessing the manager and she said it was fine to give me the credit of the food they messed up but the cashier was being rude. I went again yesterday the same cashier was there she recognized me, so i watched as the other cashier took the order she did not move from where she was at once i went to order the lady QUICKLY moved next to the lady to make sure and told her " Repeat her order " she was plain mad, then whenever the cashiers went to pack some tortillas the lady i dealt with monday afternoon went told her something and kept staring at me in a rude way, then the lady who was working kitchen came gave me my stuff and i asked her politely if she could please give me a plastic to grab some limons from the counter, she answered me like if i was stupid " Huh " in a rude manner so i told her once again she did the same thing so the rude cashier comes over aggressively asks " Whats the problem now??? " like if i was complaining about something i told her i simply asked for a container to grab limons & she told the cook " give her some of the ones we have over there " all rudely, then she gave them to me and she kept staring at me, I was treated very rudely by this women, how am i on fault they gave me my order wrong? i understood mistakes happen but all that rudeness she gave me was uncalled for at all! Plus she had hickies on her kneck, i have customer service experience i know whenever i was told i did wrong i tried to do whats best to fix the problem instead of making it worse, definitely horrific customer service by that women and she seemed to be the Manager on duty which is even WORSE. I'd like to be contacted and complain to get this women's attitude changed i love this place food it has been my biggest craving for my pregnacy i do not have to drive all the way to William Cannons location just because this women cant seem to give good customer service.
