I had a great server named CJ . It was just a great vibe with the hubby today. I joined the Red Robin club today and I got a free appetizer today! We chose the mozzarella sticks, they did NOT disappoint. Nothing we ate disappointed. Honestly though we splurged on the sodas ...we normally get water..I had no idea it was $3.59 a piece ..what the heck. I love my coke zero but not that much. I was shocked, I normally ask the price but didn't this time, my bad. I still want people to be aware. The food is amazing. Worth the trip to go.

I am very impressed with my experience here. Went in with a disabled grandma and they were very accommodating. Management was amazing both to customers and staff, made it a point to not overload his servers while making us feel at home A+. Servers were very friendly in dealing with our needs and wants. Food was great, well made, and frankly surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended

Probably one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. The bottomless steak fries were excellent, but what a burger. The whisky BBQ is an absolute taste sensation, cooked and served to perfection. Boom! 😃

Great Red Robin location!! We were greeted with friendly smiles and conversation as we were seated, that continued on with our server.. I'm horrible with names, but service on our visit was above and beyond. The food was presented perfectly. No sloppy burger, it came out perfectly stacked and tasted perfect! The fries.. Can't beat em! This was the best experience we've ever had at a Red Robin! Looking forward to next time. **update - this place has been consistently great. It really is one of the best tasting burgers. We always go here to this location because of the top shelf service we receive. And bottomless fries.. 🤤

It’s been a few years since I was last at Red Robin. I had a delicious mushroom burger with onion rings. The service for our group of 10 was excellent. No one had a problem with their order. If you haven’t been there in a while, definitely check it out.

Came with a fairly big group. They hesitated to seat us until the full group arrived, but it worked out and we got plenty of space! I got a pig out double tavern burger and caesar salad. It came out swiftly, and just as I ordered it. Brandon was our server. He was friendly and attentive to check on us and refill our drinks! Made us feel like VIPs. Great experience.

Let me start with our server Brandon B. , he was so great. Its hard to find great service with most businesses in these times of short staff. The manager who hired him hired a gem. Seriously - we went for lunch with friends and we were overwhelmed by the amazing service! Brandon was our server and was phenomenal the kitchen manager came by twice and was amazing as well. I got the Ensenada Chicken and Bottomless salad, it was delicious!

I regularly visit this restaurant with my best friend & our food & service has always been great. Our server, Shawn, was very attentive and helpful on our most recent visit. We shared the onion ring tower, very yummy. I had the cob salad & a very tasty strawberry milkshake.

Shawn the waiter was amazing! The GM Jason made sure we knew about bottomless sides and gave us fries. The kitchen manager checked on us after we got our delicious food. Brandon was very hospitable and friendly.

I am a regular customer and I’ve never been disappointed at this location. The staff is always nice and professional, the prices are excellent for the quality of food that you get, and it’s always reasonable in how long you wait, both for a table and food. It is easily my go-to place when I want to go out to eat.

Red Robin has great food and even better hospitality. Our server for two visits was Brandon. Brandon took the time to help us with the menu and recommend some meals. If you go to this particular Red Robin, ask for server Brandon as he is very familiar with the menu and taste.

Brandon is an amazing waiter who goes above and beyond to make your dinning experience exceptional. He had fresh hot bottomless steak fries ready for us before we even ordered drinks to get us started. We never had to ask for more water, fries, etc because Brandon was on top of everything. Our Royal Red Robin burgers came out hot, fresh, and made to our preferences with no mistakes. He helped us box our leftovers and even gifted us a coupon for a free dessert to use for our next visit. Overall, we enjoyed great food and exceptional service thanks to Brandon.

My family and I were seated quickly. Served quickly as well. The server was. Very patient. We were hungry but unfamiliar with the menu. He was very patient. Our food and drinks came out in a very timely order. I was shocked!! The fries were hot yall!! Big points with me. To many places serve cold fries not these guys!! Their fries are unlimited, but we were atuffed!! I enjoyed my burger it was a Lil pinker than I wanted it to. They asked me and my family a few times if everything was okay. The sweet potato fries taste the best!! My husband's burger was Slightly messy at the bottom and they they are nit stingy w the red onion.. Over all my family was satisfied. We came in about 30 minutes before closing, so we were very conscious and asked the staff to see if that was okay if we dined in. The waiter was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We ordered a couple of dishes, but I was too hungry to take pictures. We got the onion ring tower and the pretzels for the apertizer and the burger to share since it was kinda late. Everything was phenomenal! Onion rings were crispy and flavorful, burger meat was juicy, and satisfied our craving for a late night small meal.

Came here for lunch with my cousin the other week. We were sat right away and the waiter was very prompt with our drinks. The food was great except the salad croutons were stale. They offered new croutons but I just picked them out. My cousins burger was great and cooked to perfection and the bottomless fries are great. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Nice place for a quick lunch, they don’t have lunch specials though.

Mac was okay needed pepper 100% Fries and scorpion burger were amazing Loved Brandon though!! Dishes were clean - saw a review that said they weren't, but that was not my experience.

Watching this guys eyes light up when the RR Royale arrived was such a gift! This was our first time here and its now a favorite. Our waiter was great too! Music was a little loud but I’m sensitive and hostess helped us find a quiet spot.

The food in Red Robin is absolutely delicious. We have tried Scorpion and MadLove burgers in different time, the burgers were juicy and amazing. I must mention the shake here - it was one of the best, sweet and creaming. Highly recommend, and I will definitely return for more.

Recently received a catering order from this location and everything from the service to the food was amazing. The General Manager, Alyssa delivered the food personally and ensured that everything was prepared and set up to perfection. We have ordered catering form other restaurants before, and the experience we had with Alyssa has by far exceeded any expectation we could have. As well as surpassing other restaurants in taste, set up and personal touch. I would highly recommend this location to anyone solely due to this experience today.

Delicious! Service was great as well. Our waiter Alexander checked on us frequently. Onions ring with the barbecue kind of sauce they had tasted so good, even the fried pickles. I had a few drinks, my favorite one was called sand in my shorts. I got the california chicken sandwich. It was delicious as well. The first time, they brought me a regular chicken sandwich. After I took a couple of bites, I realized it was missing the guacamole.... then I realized it was missing cheese and bacon. Our waiter just had them remake me a new sandwich and didn't even charge me for my meal. Very sweet of him. First time here, and we will definitely be back to try different stuff.

First came here around 8 years ago as my first Red Robin experience and it gave the best Gourmet Burgers you could for. Even years later, this place and staff is still on top of things from service, incredible Burgers and bottomless fries and more.

Service was excellent. Food was tasty and they have unlimited soft drinks and sides. They let you also switch sides so if you ordered fries, you can get a salad as your "refill". There was no delay in getting seated.

Decided to try out their Lava Queso burger because it sounded fun. It was really good! And it was fun to remove the container up so that the queso flowed over the burger. It was in between rushes so the returaunt was nt very busy, which was perfectly fine for me. Was able to enjoy my lunch company and we actually could hear each other. The music was a fun upbeat mix. The host was very friendly , a polite. Our server was also very friendly, and polite. His name was shawn, he was on point with providing refills quickly, ensuring we had what we needed. He even helped with our to go items and ensured we had our non alcoholic drinks to go for when we were leaving. Brett was the manager and he as eell help the Red Robin experience with his positive attiude , and friendlyness. Overall i would our experience was a very successful, positive one. I would revisit this resturant if i am in the area again and looming for a place to eat. Our server recommended the cheeseburgers so we went with that with bacon added. It was a great recomendation because the burger was delicious and hit the spot. Shout out to the cooks .. Also they have a sauce , i cant remember the name. I absolutely love Red Robin! The fries r hot and the burgers and pretzels r top tier ! The booths r really cozy and don’t forget a balloon on the way out those r fun! They add a special touch that no other restaurant has. When u get here u must assert absolute dominance among the wait staff and tell them u NEED A BOOTH. Sitting in a booth is essential for life when eating at red Robin. If you sit at a table, you will be looked down upon and seen as inferior and useless by the other diners sitting at booths . Sitting at a booth shows other people your social class is higher than people at tables! Don’t show your weak side and submissiveness by getting a table. Me and the boys aka booth gang will definitely be returning for more burgers, fires and pretzels

Been going here for years, everytime I come they offer a free milkshake or fry coupon (with purchase). The food was always good, never had any issues. Pretty laid back on a Tuesday or Monday around 7pm.

There is plenty of parking. I've never had to wait to be seated. The atmosphere is always calm and stress free. I love looking at the decor on the walls. FINAL REVIEW: the restaurant no longer offers the petite version of their burgers, so I will not be returning to this restaurant chain. That said, my friends do love their full sized burgers, their steak fries are seasoned well, and the side salad option is satisfying. Because the petite burger was gone, I ordered the crispy chicken salad. It was terrific: chicken was very crunchy, cut in good sized pieces. The salad had bacon, egg, and cheese included. My one complaint is that the egg is diced like carrot shreds, which made it hard to get on the fork. If the salad was so good, why am I still never returning? This is a burger restaurant. I can find chicken salads all over the city. UPDATE: Today I arrived during our loosened COVID business laws. I was very pleased to see dividers between booths, menus being clearly separated by sanitized and dirty (and an employee working on sanitizing the dirty ones) and the great way they have accommodated patrons so they can sit at the bar safely. There is also hand sanitizer available as you walk to your table. The hosts will accommodate requests to sit further away from other patrons if asked, and it's possible. All employees wear masks while in the restaurant area and interactions with customers. They truly have their customers' safety in mind. I felt safe dining in the restaurant. ---- This time I sat in the bar in a booth. My server was very attentive, despite having bar duties. I had a friend en route, so he timed the appetizer to arrive when she did. My friend was new to Red Robin, so he answered A LOT of questions and helped her pick the perfect burger. Our burgers were prepared great, and our sides (salad and fries) were fresh and tasty. It was an awesome dining experience.

Visited this location over the weekend around 2 pm and was not so busy. Got seated pretty quickly and the waitress gave us ample of time to look over the menu since we were a group of 6. FOOD We all had burgers and they came out as expected, delicious! 10/10 SERVICE The waitress said she’d bring out some fries while we wait for our burgers, which was really nice of her. 2 people in the party ordered beer and asked what the Samuel Adams seasonal was and waitress said Oktoberfest. Summer was served and waitress said no Oktoberfest available. Food took some time to come out. 1 person in the party ordered a Fondue Burger and waitress kept forgetting the fondue when she came to our table asking if there was anything else we needed. After a few visits and almost finishing our meals, fondue came out. It took some time to get the check after we asked for it. Service can be better. ATMOSPHERE We were greeted promptly at the door and seated almost immediately. Chilled ambiance since it was a light afternoon. Floor was sticky and bathrooms were dirty. Did enjoy the funny sign behind the door of the women’s bathroom.

We came for pretty solid burgers, and that's what we got. Our waiter was great and handled customization well. My husband did ask for a double burger and was only served a single, but the extra charge was waved. The fries are great, and our waiter sent us home with more because the sides are bottomless. The atmosphere is really clean and fun. We loved the decorations. Edit: Came back and tried the new tsunami shrimp app, chicken fingers, and fish and chips. The shrimp was sticky and sweet with Asian flavors. It was served on a bed of fresh potato chips and was pretty good. My husband enjoyed the chicken tenders, and I thought the fish was very good. The breading was crispy, and the fish fell apart nicely. The coleslaw needed seasoning, but they salt and pepper on the table along with their own special seasoning, so those were useful there. We're always a fan of their sweet potato fries, and we got a large chocolate shake that our waiter kindly split into two for us--very rich and chocolaty, but I think most people would agree that's a good thing.

Burgers were excellent! My food issue was the blta I ordered. I wish I had taken a pic to support my post, tho. The croissant was perfect, the tomato was very smooshy and had a off flavor. And I only had like 3 pieces, not strips, pieces of bacon in my sandwich. The fries were amazing. Issue with my server is she did not bus our table of anything at all until after I paid. I don't like eating surrounded in trash and dirty plates. And no water refills were offered or even checked on. She got 10% because I can't not tip.

We went to have dinner and the host told us there would be a wait as they were short staffed. As we looked around there were a lot of tables open but we didn't see many waiters or waitresses. The host disappeared and after 10 minutes he showed up to seat another party. It appeared that we were in for a long wait, so we left.

Was a meh experience. On the positive side the burger was good though. On the negatives, front lobby is in dire need of repairs on the ceiling and not quite the experience you want as you enter the business. The staff at the front was left running around as well and guests were left hanging. Table set up needs improvement regarding guests as one napkin for 2 guests at one table isn’t gonna work. I just don’t understand why restaurants fail every single time on the napkin department. It’s as if the napkins are expensive.

First of all, we were shocked to find the restaurant nearly empty on a Saturday evening. The first thing I noticed upon entering was not the smell of food, rather a musty odor, which kinda spiked the spidey senses. We were very pleasantly greeted and seated. We waited about 10 minutes or so for our server, very sweet. One thing that is so gross about many restaurants is the sticky dirty menus and these menus were filthy. That and the smell really turned me off. Our food was good, hot and corrected after my order came out with toppings I specifically asked not to have. Overall, not a terrible experience but not the Red Robin I used to love.

The wait staff is always super friendly and I don't blame them for any of this. The friendly staff is why I'm leaving two stars instead of one. But here are the issue we've consistently had. If you order sides, they bring them out as soon as they're ready. Which means the sides are usually at the table before the rest of the meal. The last few times we visited, our food was served cold. Ice cold mozzarella twists, mac & cheese, cold broccoli. The sides are advertised as bottomless, but after requesting refills, we waited...and waited...and waited. They never came. We paid and left without them. We have chosen to wait before but it's always a long wait. The order is wrong half the time. We always order a burger without onions, and more than half the time it's served with onions.

Went there after a day of tests at the hospital to eat and pick up our spirits and it had been all long time between visits. The Burgers were smaller than before, as most places are, but still delivered great flavors. However I got the garlic fries that I had loved for years only to get fries that tasted like they had used old oil from a fryer. They had no parsley and looked like they were thrown together without any regard for taste. I would have given 4 stars if they were just ok but I still can't get that taste out of my mouth.

One small dinner salad... one salad with a small piece of chicken... water. TOTAL COST... $25 NOT COMING BACK. Far better places for these prices !!!

Hoping they were having a bad, but we were not impressed with the food & beverage production. Service was great though! We've had the freckled fruit juice with fresh strawberries, not frozen, which made a huge difference. Our fried pickles were very greasy, and burgers were burgers, nothing special for what would be gourmet. As I said earlier, the service was excellent. Attentive staff from host stand, server & mmgt. Just not too much flavor from the kitchen.

I ordered a cup of coffee and the waiter brought tea. Told me the tea was free then I was told I owed $10 for coffee when it was only 3.89. No apologies, no refund. The young guy kept the money and never said another word. All I got was he will get spoken to by the manager. Never again. I do not tolerate liars or being cheated. The place wasnt busy and I still had to wait to be seated. Other than that, the service was great. The food wasnt great. The burger has gotten smaller at Red Robin or maybe this location. The fries tasted funny but hey, at least theyre bottomless.

Walked in to no host. But that’s okay, Because I was going to sit at the bar. Sat down at the bar, no bartender. Waited almost 5 minutes, before I decided to go wash hands and try again. Once seated at bar, manager gave me a menu. Extra sticky. Didn’t even take my drink order. 10 minutes later, someone else appeared at the bar, and ordered my drink. He poured a Hopadillo, which was extremely flat! Had to wait another 5 or 10 minutes or so before he reappeared so I can fix the drink. This time I wasn’t risking the quality of the kegs back there in the cooler. So I decided for a shiner bock in bottle with a cold glass. The burger was good. I hate that they shrunk the sized of everything here…but the burger was good, and cooked how I asked. The 8 fries they served me were fresh! But why did they only serve me 8 fries? 4 bites before I finished burger I placed order for more fries, Waiting….5 almost 10 minutes later Needless to say, I finished my plate and was left hungry… yes the fries came out fresh, but it ruins the experience when I have to switch my beers, I have to eat my meals in segments because of minor mistakes like this. And if this is Red Robin’s new standards then shame on y’all. I’ve been a RR customer since the mid 90s. Side note: please clean the dirty TV screen on the left side of the bar. It’s really disgusting with ice cream or something dried and oozed from the top of the screen all the way down. Very displeasing to try and order a “craft” burger and meal for $20+ in a dirty bar. I still left a tip’ because I’m an idiot basically.

Im really upset watching the guy paying for all our food at the table, not get his order and then told its another 10-20 minute wait for his fish and chips while we are all halfway done with our food. Now decided to eat nothing as he should of cancelled the order rightfully so. It is the job of staff to inform customers of a wait time on an order and make sure we all recieve our food in a reasonable amount of time together as one. Very bad service and no communication. Guys do better please going forward.

The fried pickles were very salty and extremely oily. The batter was unbelievably salty and soaked up a ton of oil. The garlicky fries were somewhat raw and definitely undercooked. Most importantly, they were under seasoned but also soaked with oil. They did not seem to have been rested a second. The plate had a puddle of oil on soggy garlicky fries. The main course was a hamburger that was at best a 1-star. The flavors of the seasonings were decent. The bun came from Walmart but the ground meat was awful. I pulled THREE ground up bones from just two hamburger patties. What a horrible experience to be chewing on your hamburger and all of a sudden, a bone piece senda shooting pain in your teeth. HORRIBLE. The atmosphere was not at all enjoyable. The music was blaring loudly and the staff were constantly yelling at each other and screaming from the back of the kitchen to the front. The atmosphere sounded like a street bazaar atmosphere. Lastly, I paid $40 for a hamburger with avocado and fries and an order of fried pickles. I definitely could not in good conscious recommend eating here; I certainly would not be coming back. Bad food, bad experience, bad atmosphere, and overpriced menu.

The times ive gone here theres this server his name brandon he is the worse he is very fake towards people. He mean mugged me idk why and is very misogynistic towards his female colleagues. One time i came in and he was taking peoples tables. I knew that because I noticed him taking to the customers, but me the place wasn’t even filled. When a person would complain the blame was on the og server who had that table the guy doesn’t communicate. But that’s not right either way to take someones job i get if they need help but that was not the case. I feel like they wont do anything. Too many incidents with this guy that my experience here is bad never coming here again

I was there for ten minutes and no one even came up to me. In fact a server was intentionally avoiding making eye contact so he didn’t have to help me. I left after he did that twice. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. There were only a handful of tables and they all had 4 or fewer people at them.

Party of 6 Rude reception to kick things off Given dirty fork Food was lackluster and didnt appear as shown. So far: Arrived for my father's 65th birthday Gal behind the desk with the blonde hair has been absolutely awful. Refused to seat us until our party arrived. Fair but I explained my 96 year old grandmother was 7 minutes away and we need a spot to land her. She says theyre were behind on a dinner rush (there was 3 other tables with less than 3 people at each hardly a rush) and she would check. She disappears for 5 minutes only to reappear when 2 random guests show up who get promptly seated after she tells us to step aside. Absolutely rude Was issued a dirty sticky fork at the table once we were finally seated Spoke to the manager who was fantastic offered a comped appetizer. I struggle accepting gifts but why not. Abby? Our waitress was a very good Why are tips based on the full amount of the dinner PLUS TAXES and before discounts. Thats predatory and bs. Check your receipts people tip your waitress but make sure its on the bill total not after uncle Sam's portion. Milkshakes and burgers did not match the description but were tasty enough. The blackened salmon was mediocre Garlic fries need work.

It is a shame this location quality in food and service how fallen so low. The waitress messed up our order from beginning to end. The portion and quality compared to price is poor. It is a shame we will not be returning. Clucks and fries is not worth almost $16.

Over rated and over priced. Set your expectations low as this Red Robin doesn’t even get a 2.5 rating from us. Burgers were undercooked, they came out with any condiments. Everyone at the table had to add ketchup. There was no mustard or mayonnaise - basically a dry burger. There were not enough servers in our section to adequately support the tables so we never got refills for our endless fries or drinks. I had to insult to injury, not all the meals came out on time; the first four, then one, and then about 15 minutes later the last one😡. Lastly, dirty cups, dirty plates, and dirty silverware, as if the dishwasher skimmed through the process and didn’t rinse properly or something, but it was gross. We reported it to the manager, and although he said he was goning take the necessary steps and speak to the staff it still didn’t negate the fact that this is not a place you want to eat at. He ended up taking the undercooked burger and the meal that came out late off our tab.

Here is a couple of photos of this Red Robin location in Austin Texas serving me raw chicken in my To-go order. The entire container was full of uncooked chicken. Terrible experience and the manager only offer free coupons after such a massive and potentially dangerous kitchen failure.
