Our waitperson, a sweet lady whose name I can't remember, was awesome. The burger, fries and birthday milkshakes were delicious too.
I asked for my “always favorite” Banzai with the sesame bread and one egg on top and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !! Brandon the best server ever !! I’ve been customer of this branch for a long time and I’m never disappointed
Service was excellent. Food was tasty and they have unlimited soft drinks and sides. They let you also switch sides so if you ordered fries, you can get a salad as your "refill". There was no delay in getting seated.
This was My first time eating at a Red Robin. Brandon greeted us and made our ENTIRE experience amazing! He took the time to explain what makes Red Robin a different experience than other burger restaurants. The food was Great as well. We will be back again soon and we will be asking for Brandon!!!
I had an amazing experience at Red Robin! A gentleman named Brandon went above and beyond with his recommendations and service. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. His outstanding hospitality truly exceeded my expectations and made my visit extra special. Thank you, Brandon, for such an excellent dining experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Amazing staff!!! We have been coming here for years. The staff really you can see care for each other like family. Which makes the environment feel inviting. The food is always A1!! Consistent with everything. Thank you staff!! You all keep expressing you love for one another. The establishment reflects your care. Happy birthday to their manager!!!
Red Robin always delivers when you’re craving a solid burger and chill vibes. The food came out hot, flavorful, and cooked just right. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying—definitely comfort food at its finest. The bottomless fries are still the MVP. Crispy, seasoned, and way too easy to keep saying “just one more basket.” 😅 Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed—perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. Reliable, tasty, and you’ll definitely leave full.
Decided to try out their Lava Queso burger because it sounded fun. It was really good! And it was fun to remove the container up so that the queso flowed over the burger. I also got their freckled lemonade- a go-to drink for me when I go to any Red Robin. This location had friendly staff and it was very clean and neat.
It was in between rushes so the returaunt was nt very busy, which was perfectly fine for me. Was able to enjoy my lunch company and we actually could hear each other. The music was a fun upbeat mix. The host was very friendly , a polite. Our server was also very friendly, and polite. His name was shawn, he was on point with providing refills quickly, ensuring we had what we needed. He even helped with our to go items and ensured we had our non alcoholic drinks to go for when we were leaving. Brett was the manager and he as eell help the Red Robin experience with his positive attiude , and friendlyness. Overall i would our experience was a very successful, positive one. I would revisit this resturant if i am in the area again and looming for a place to eat. Our server recommended the cheeseburgers so we went with that with bacon added. It was a great recomendation because the burger was delicious and hit the spot. Shout out to the cooks .. Also they have a sauce , i cant remember the name. But it was suggested by the manager and it was also DELICIOUS . Its a bbq mayo mix.
I absolutely love Red Robin! The fries r hot and the burgers and pretzels r top tier ! The booths r really cozy and don’t forget a balloon on the way out those r fun! They add a special touch that no other restaurant has. When u get here u must assert absolute dominance among the wait staff and tell them u NEED A BOOTH. Sitting in a booth is essential for life when eating at red Robin. If you sit at a table, you will be looked down upon and seen as inferior and useless by the other diners sitting at booths . Sitting at a booth shows other people your social class is higher than people at tables! Don’t show your weak side and submissiveness by getting a table. Me and the boys aka booth gang will definitely be returning for more burgers, fires and pretzels
There is plenty of parking. I've never had to wait to be seated. The atmosphere is always calm and stress free. I love looking at the decor on the walls. The wait staff is always pleasant, prompt and can answer questions about the menu. The food is delicious! The onion rings tower is huge! Love it! We asked for the burgers to be cooked med rare and they came out perfectly!
Visited this location over the weekend around 2 pm and was not so busy. Got seated pretty quickly and the waitress gave us ample of time to look over the menu since we were a group of 6. FOOD We all had burgers and they came out as expected, delicious! 10/10 SERVICE The waitress said she’d bring out some fries while we wait for our burgers, which was really nice of her. 2 people in the party ordered beer and asked what the Samuel Adams seasonal was and waitress said Oktoberfest. Summer was served and waitress said no Oktoberfest available. Food took some time to come out. 1 person in the party ordered a Fondue Burger and waitress kept forgetting the fondue when she came to our table asking if there was anything else we needed. After a few visits and almost finishing our meals, fondue came out. It took some time to get the check after we asked for it. Service can be better. ATMOSPHERE We were greeted promptly at the door and seated almost immediately. Chilled ambiance since it was a light afternoon. Floor was sticky and bathrooms were dirty. Did enjoy the funny sign behind the door of the women’s bathroom.
We came for pretty solid burgers, and that's what we got. Our waiter was great and handled customization well. My husband did ask for a double burger and was only served a single, but the extra charge was waved. The fries are great, and our waiter sent us home with more because the sides are bottomless. The atmosphere is really clean and fun. We loved the decorations. Edit: Came back and tried the new tsunami shrimp app, chicken fingers, and fish and chips. The shrimp was sticky and sweet with Asian flavors. It was served on a bed of fresh potato chips and was pretty good. My husband enjoyed the chicken tenders, and I thought the fish was very good. The breading was crispy, and the fish fell apart nicely. The coleslaw needed seasoning, but they salt and pepper on the table along with their own special seasoning, so those were useful there. We're always a fan of their sweet potato fries, and we got a large chocolate shake that our waiter kindly split into two for us--very rich and chocolaty, but I think most people would agree that's a good thing.
First of all, we were shocked to find the restaurant nearly empty on a Saturday evening. The first thing I noticed upon entering was not the smell of food, rather a musty odor, which kinda spiked the spidey senses. We were very pleasantly greeted and seated. We waited about 10 minutes or so for our server, very sweet. One thing that is so gross about many restaurants is the sticky dirty menus and these menus were filthy. That and the smell really turned me off. Our food was good, hot and corrected after my order came out with toppings I specifically asked not to have. Overall, not a terrible experience but not the Red Robin I used to love.
Walked in to no host. But that’s okay, Because I was going to sit at the bar. Sat down at the bar, no bartender. Waited almost 5 minutes, before I decided to go wash hands and try again. Once seated at bar, manager gave me a menu. Extra sticky. Didn’t even take my drink order. 10 minutes later, someone else appeared at the bar, and ordered my drink. He poured a Hopadillo, which was extremely flat! Had to wait another 5 or 10 minutes or so before he reappeared so I can fix the drink. This time I wasn’t risking the quality of the kegs back there in the cooler. So I decided for a shiner bock in bottle with a cold glass. The burger was good. I hate that they shrunk the sized of everything here…but the burger was good, and cooked how I asked. The 8 fries they served me were fresh! But why did they only serve me 8 fries? 4 bites before I finished burger I placed order for more fries, Waiting….5 almost 10 minutes later Needless to say, I finished my plate and was left hungry… yes the fries came out fresh, but it ruins the experience when I have to switch my beers, I have to eat my meals in segments because of minor mistakes like this. And if this is Red Robin’s new standards then shame on y’all. I’ve been a RR customer since the mid 90s. Side note: please clean the dirty TV screen on the left side of the bar. It’s really disgusting with ice cream or something dried and oozed from the top of the screen all the way down. Very displeasing to try and order a “craft” burger and meal for $20+ in a dirty bar. I still left a tip’ because I’m an idiot basically.
Party of 6 Rude reception to kick things off Given dirty fork Food was lackluster and didnt appear as shown. So far: Arrived for my father's 65th birthday Gal behind the desk with the blonde hair has been absolutely awful. Refused to seat us until our party arrived. Fair but I explained my 96 year old grandmother was 7 minutes away and we need a spot to land her. She says theyre were behind on a dinner rush (there was 3 other tables with less than 3 people at each hardly a rush) and she would check. She disappears for 5 minutes only to reappear when 2 random guests show up who get promptly seated after she tells us to step aside. Absolutely rude Was issued a dirty sticky fork at the table once we were finally seated Spoke to the manager who was fantastic offered a comped appetizer. I struggle accepting gifts but why not. Abby? Our waitress was a very good Why are tips based on the full amount of the dinner PLUS TAXES and before discounts. Thats predatory and bs. Check your receipts people tip your waitress but make sure its on the bill total not after uncle Sam's portion. Milkshakes and burgers did not match the description but were tasty enough. The blackened salmon was mediocre Garlic fries need work.
Over rated and over priced. Set your expectations low as this Red Robin doesn’t even get a 2.5 rating from us. Burgers were undercooked, they came out with any condiments. Everyone at the table had to add ketchup. There was no mustard or mayonnaise - basically a dry burger. There were not enough servers in our section to adequately support the tables so we never got refills for our endless fries or drinks. I had to insult to injury, not all the meals came out on time; the first four, then one, and then about 15 minutes later the last one😡. Lastly, dirty cups, dirty plates, and dirty silverware, as if the dishwasher skimmed through the process and didn’t rinse properly or something, but it was gross. We reported it to the manager, and although he said he was goning take the necessary steps and speak to the staff it still didn’t negate the fact that this is not a place you want to eat at. He ended up taking the undercooked burger and the meal that came out late off our tab.
