Okay usually i love this place i actually live literally over an hour away and drive to get this place. So earlier tonight i had an event and went here after we went in around 10:30-10:45. So yes its late but theres three of us all who know what we want and legit ate and left before they closed. We get there sit and wait and wait no server. Someone else comes and takes our drink orders AND APP ORDER. The server finally shows up gives up the appetizers. And takes our food order. We order and she brings back food and disappears. Right away i noticed my food was wrong. And we need an order of the chili cheese fries to go. She doesn’t come back. We have no silver wear, we have empty cups she finally comes back and is rude she wont take the to go order we had been trying for 20mins to flag her down for because its to late. She doesnt get us drinks is super rude about splitting the check as my friend didnt want me to pay for him. Just overall ruined an experience to the point that my friends said even though the food was good they would never go back.. so now driving over an hour and being quick and easy on food ordering to be treated so rudely.

Honestly I've heard good things about this place over the years but recently not so much. You can read the reviews here. Let me just say I got the tenders with parm and culy fries and I'm disappointed. NO SEASONING ON THEM TENDERS, NOT A SEASON IN SIGHT. 🚩 Even the ranch is bad. 🚩 Curly fries taste like freezer. 🚩 This place should be ashamed of its self to even be open. Manager who cares would actually try the food.

This place has went downhill since I was little. There used to be a really great manager here and then he got fired in the place has now dropped in quality and food, the servers are seriously little girls who act very rude and don’t understand quality before bringing out food. My food has been messed up over three times that I’ve been there and I always go back thinking that the service or the food will be different in the truth is it won’t be it needs to be turned over to someone who could watch these things.

I place an order for take out for wings. But, when i picked it up, i guess they did not check the order before packing. I received chicken tender instead. I tried calling but, no one answer. Their answering machine line just went in circles. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service experience, sub par food. Waitstaff unable to manage taking orders or providing attentive service. When manager was approached with challenges we had with our waitress he “solved it” by comping our food as it was the “least he could do” Too bad the food they served us after taking our order 30min in to being sat, came out “flash fried” to questionable safe temperatures, wrong sauces on a portion of our meal, 10 extra min for salad dressing on wilted, questionable bagged lettuce, and hair on my food. Waitress never apologized for her poor service and clearly the manager has NO CLUE how to manage a SUPER SLOW dinning room or how to coach his staff to provide better customer service. Hard to expect servers to know better or his kitchen to be better ran with better quality food when lead and managed by a lazy manager lacking any semblance of professionalism or leadership.

Kids wanted wings n more we are from out of town this location was the closest. As soon as we get there smell nothing like cigarettes to mention restrooms were HORRIBLE. I can’t rate the food because we weren’t there long enough to even be served. From the moment we sat down, we were treated as if we didn’t belong there. Not a single staff member acknowledged us. We sat at the bar, as we normally do when there’s a game on, but the chairs were extremely uncomfortable and felt broken. The place also smelled awful. What made the experience even worse was the bartenders’ behavior. We were ignored for at least 20 minutes, yet when customers of a different race sat down, they were immediately greeted, given menus, and served drinks. The treatment felt blatantly discriminatory and completely unacceptable. This establishment desperately needs to shut down or, at the very least, get rid of its rude, miserable staff—especially the bartenders. We ultimately left because we were never attended to, and as we walked out, they sarcastically said “thank you,” which only added insult to injury. The entire experience was humiliating. We went to Pluckers afterward and were treated with respect the moment we walked in—they even gave us a free appetizer. The contrast was night and day. I genuinely hope Pluckers puts this place out of business after the way we were treated

Me and my husband love trying new places that’s how we stumbled apon this restaurant with the craving for wings. Walking in no greeting we stood waiting for something not sure if it was a seat ur self kinda place because how long it took for anyone to knowledge us to seat us (the restaurant only had 4 other booths with ppl) but wanted to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt guess everyone was in the back. Then we got the food the wings were ok and then add 3 dollars for stale cold fries we didn’t even touch because they just tasted old. The celery stick that came on my plate had a black piece it was definitely old making me stop eating my food. we just payed and left definitely not the place to go for good food.

I’m not one to write bad reviews about restaurants I like going to but my god. DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT !!! I don’t know if it’s your workers, your management, or BOTH. But your service and attention to detail are awful. Just now I picked up my order that I placed online. This is the THIRD TIME IN A ROW that there’s at least one item missing from my order. To start, I received my order 20 min late, ordered at 6:47pm and didn’t get it till 7:35pm. Checked everything was in the bags and of course I’m missing my cheese fries. I go back in and tell the SINGULAR worker that is doing the to-go orders and my missing item takes 25 more minutes! Meanwhile, the worker in the blue shirt (im assuming that’s a manager) that has short hair and bald spots all over is just walking around changing the channels on the tv’s. So now, the rest of my food is lukewarm, all because you guys always forget items. DO BETTER!

I really hate giving bad reviews but I have to because the potential is there for good food and service. It seemed there wasnt enough staff and the bartender was having to also take tables. First of all, the wing sauces and ranch tasted great but unfortunately thats where it ends. Fries were stale and sad, chicken wings were over cooked and the blue cheese just tasted like they threw some bc crumbles in some mayo. I got the celery boat and it was all ends and not sticks. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life! And certainly never experienced racism. I felt both today. Is there such a thing as no ⭐️s? We’re familiar with the brand. We’ve eaten at this brand but not this particular one. Here’s what happened. We pull up into the parking lot and immediately my friend says this is odd. Why is everyone parking on the farthest side of the parking lot and no one at the front near the road? I acknowledged. We parked near the road. We meandered up to the door from midway of the parking lot and entered to see three, maybe four young ladies (appear Hispanic/mexicn) standing at the hostess station. Nothing! I mean, no one said anything. No one said hi, good afternoon, may we help you, would you like a seat blah blah blah—-nothing!!! We simply got stares. And we’ve already established this is a Wings and More. Yes, we were in Austin, Texas. Mexican piped in music blared from the speakers. You know from my photos I appear Caucasian American. My friend was obviously Asian Indian. We were dressed better than average. A factor??? For us, normal. We stood there for approximately an awkward 20 seconds waiting for some sort of greeting. My friend finally said two please. One of the hostesses grabbed a couple of menus and took us midway down the side of the establishment where absolutely no one was seated. This felt odd. Why? Because everybody else was on the opposite side. There was a definitive architectural barrier between the two sides. Significant? You decide. On the other side were only Mexican/Hispanics that we could see. The menus were placed on the table and the hostess immediately left. My friend and I looked at each other and I stated it’s obvious we’re not welcome. I did not feel comfortable to stay. I thought this was a Wings and More chain and obviously it is something else indeed. So why am I making this post when I’m all about the positive? I wanted others to know that you may not be welcome here and to give the proprietor an opportunity to make a rebuttal. I wish everyone only the best . 🌻

I’ll keep this simple. Took over an hour, the food was cold, waitress was rude. Long story version - A family of 6 went to eat out after playing some mini golf. We ordered and within 5 minutes we got our appetizer (onion rings). Okay sweet! Things aren’t going too bad… 15 minutes pass, 30 minutes, 45 minutes… 57 minutes and our food arrives! Mind you there was about 15 people in the restaurant and of those 15 (6 were us) and the rest were at the bar watching the game. Our food arrives and it’s cold. Fries are cold. Wings are cold. It was quite shocking since it wasn’t busy and we waiting nearly an hour. The waitress comes back and we sent the fries and wings back to get hot food. (We kept our burgers and main entrees cause we’re not trying to get free food). The waitress comes back with the food prob about 5 minutes later - no apologies or anything. In fact she said nothing lol it was awkward. We asked for a manager and she did apologize. Also the “Mac n cheese” was bow ties with cheese sauce. I personally would not recommend this place.
