Absolutely amazing food, service and their recommendations were spot on...All the way around! Thanks Yelpers for the lead. Btw, when I mentioned this was my first time there, he immediately said "You'll be back." And you are sooooo right!! :)

When you walk through the doorway of this busy little place, it's like stepping into Mexico. The ambience is non-,existent, a bit worn out. Yet, they had quite festively decorated in every possible spot for the upcoming holidays. Then there's the food. I promise you will not get a better taco anywhere. Pick your meat from an impressively long list (barbacoa, chili verde, lengua, asada and many more), they hand chop it to order in front of you. Homemade, authentic and delicious.

Had to stop by kettlemen city for work, decided to try this spot out and man I’m so glad I did. Originally from dfw area in Texas and these tacos were better than anything I ever had down home. And the torta was super good. I’m gonna miss this place!!!

Found this place probably 2020 when I was working in town. Been stopping in almost everytime I drive through town. My guy is a blast to watch as he builds tacos. I've yet to have bad experience here. I'm a truck driver and have had tacos/Burritos all over the western states. This has been my favorite hidden gem and favorite place to grab some tacos any chance I and my family can. Stop in and get some!

Excellent food! Enormous portions for a very reasonable price! 5 stars all around! Well worth the extra 20 minute drive after heading back down to Southern California from Lemoore.

I am willing to drive 1 hour to eat here again!!! Absolutely 💯 authentic! Breakfast Burritos 🌯 are always good, but for lunch we had birria with rice and beans with freshly maded corn tortillas.

Take the extra 5 miles off the road to get some really good authentic Mexican food!

Worth the few extra miles off the 5 for delicious tacos! We had carnitas and barbacoa tacos plus a couple of bean/cheese/rice burritos for the kids. Made fresh to your specifications. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine.

Come here for the food and kind service. We had a variety delicious tacos and aguas frescas. As a pitstop from the coast we appreciated the clean bathroom, a place to sit and dine and the parking in the back.

My coworkers and I come here often! The food is delicious, the staff are attentive and accommodating, and the location is clean. I truly appreciate having one of the best taco spot in California located in Avenal.

Stumbled upon this gem. I tried the costillas taco, potato taco, carnitas taco and hard chicharron taco on a yellow tortilla and they were delicious.

BOMB!!!! Had 3 tacos w/beans and rice on the side with a chicharron piece on top. The tripas was perfectly crispy the chicharron was delicious and just enough spice the carnitas wer phenomenal!! I could say they were all my favorite can't just pick one.Beans and rice wer great also...Wanna eat more but too full. Im gonna have to come back again when I'm in town. Oh and the horchata also was perfect not too sweet. Great service as well! I do tacos for a living 37 yrs in business. I tip my hat to this place.

Excellent place for taco meat and tacos. We had a great plate of meat. We ordered a half pound of lengua and half tripas. They crispied the tripas up for us. It's a great authentic experience. I highly recommend it.

This place always surprises me with how good everything is. I can't get enough of there food. Every time I come here I try something new. This time I had tacos, carnitas, asada and the birria tacos. All excellent. Can't wait to return to try something new.

Driving to LA? Pull your car an extra 5 minutes down the road for this 24/7 taco spot. Even at 10pm the meat came out fresh and hot right when we walked in. Everyone was so friendly and what a nice option to not eat fast food. A must.

From my experience the hole in the wall mom and pop stores are the best and this place did not disappoint. Drove from Visalia to have a car club meeting with a member who lives in the area and to try this place out, I'll be back with more friends for sure.

This place is open 24 hours a day! Great for when your traveling back to the valley and don't want fast food. My breakfast burrito was $8 and tasted fresh. They also have agua frescas like jamaica and horchata. They have all kinds of meats you can choose from and is displayed like a cafeteria. Quick, easy and has a clean bathroom.

Good Food and Tastes Good. Friendly Atmosphere BUT The Employees Should Be Wearing Hair Nets. It's Happened Twice to My Older Sister, that She Found a Hair In Her Tacos. It Gets Crowded, Hot, They Get The Wrong Order. When You Call, They Take Long to Answer and If You Placed an Order, Most of The Time They Don't Get To It and The Waiting Time is Ridiculous.

Now, I don't know if I'm losing my inner Mexican, speedy Gonzales, el Chapo, changlas, Mexican heritage in me, but this restaurant makes me despise mexican food. I took a look at my taco and Wow! You can probably get from the restaurant to the Capitol with the amount of grease in the taco. Anyways, I wouldn't really recommend this place, unless you starving.

The tacos here where very disappointing l, the meat had no flavor at all for the price you pay you figured you will get decent food.

Terrible food and terrible service! Called in a order, and was told the food would be ready in 20 mins. Waited the whole 20 mins and the food was cold, tortillas dry and hard. Lady had an attitude and was rude. I would not recommend and I hope they see this, because it was awful! Unsanitary, used their bare hands to cook and prepare food no mask or hair nets. I think someone should pay them a visit soon, some serious health violations are service codes are being violated.
