Chick-fil-A sure knows how to do it for Christmas love the light show love how quick and efficient the lines are you never have to wait very long which is almost kind of sad with the Christmas lights because they look so cool. We love the soup the lemonade and the sunjoy the naked nuggets are definitely better than the regular nuggets. Everybody that helped us at this location was super nice and friendly very professional. The mac & cheese is jammin. Totally recommend the mac & cheese especially the burnt little crispy edges delicious 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location even if you don’t eat there you should drive by the light show is super cool.

Don't know why this happened but hour tots were all mashed and our sandwich bread was not toasted, hard and cold.

The operator, Carlos, was very rude and disrespectful during my visit. Not a single nice thing about him, no smile, isn’t that what Chik Fil A stands for?! being kind and nice. The employees themselves were polite and doing their best, but his attitude and the way he spoke to customers really brought down the whole experience. Management should focus on treating customers with basic respect and professionalism. When I saw him hiring he seemed like the most serious rude person, glad some of them didn’t get hired cause it would suck to work with him!

went through the drive-thru, and there were only a couple of cars in front of me, and waiting time was longer than it should have been. Once I received my order at the window, I checked everything was there and noticed i was fry-jacked my large fries were not filled whatsoever. They took my fries back to supposedly give me more and received them back in a white bag and didn't think much of it and drove off. When I checked on my fries they didn't give me a single fry 😒 if anything seems like they took more off. Very disappointing and not very accodating of your service. Won't be goign back.

As a new customer I had no idea that you have to pay extra to get lettuce and tomato on your sandwich and that they come dry unless you ask for sauce. It was a long wait for 2 lousy, expensive sandwiches. I dont get the popularity. I felt ripped off I will never return

I cannot make this $hit up , pardon my French but seriously happens every single time in the drive thru. This is the fourth and final time that I go to this drive thru without checking my fries I don’t know if it’s the manager or the owner or whoever but you should not charge people $4 for fries and fill them half way. Very dirtbag move. I know McDonald’s and other places are trending this behavior but they make millions a year and waste even more on top of that. To give scraps Is so much disrespect to the customer just a slap in the face.

Bought food for my kids, 4 Large Fries. Not only did I received 3 instead of 4 which they charged me for 4 but also all the large fries which are $2.95 were half full. All 3 of them they gave me were half full. Very disappointing. Double check your order once received.
