There falsely pushing orders through on mobile tracker pizza said ready but manger said the just started making it tracker said 1:17 on order it is now 1:46 falsely leading people to believe there food is ready

Waited 1 hour for an order online pickup just to get to the store and they tell me they can’t find my pizzas that they supposedly made. This is not the first time this has happened. Horrible customer service

I ordered a Spinach and Feta Pizza and Added Premium Chicken and get there to pick up my pizza and something told me to check it. I know everyone was looking crazy as I looked over my pizza and I was like this is not the first time I ordered this pizza and it looked completely different. The so called manager with the orange and black hair asked me what was wrong with my pizza and she answered the question herself and said the only thing wrong is we did not have any feta…??? I was like what?? The pizza consist of ONLY Feta cheese, Spinach, Alfredo Sauce, and Chicken. The lack of care these people shown was outrageous like dude if you don’t want to work go home. The people with worst personalities choose to serve people and work at a fast food restaurant.. I wished I owned that franchise there I would have fired all of them on the spot. Not to mention who ever made my pizza has the audacity to put one thick piece of chicken on each slice like really.. lazy behind people.. I will drive to Cairo if I want Domino’s next time. My refund better show on my card too!

I placed my order using the app when I was over 15 minutes away. Before I arrived the app showed my pizza was in “prep”. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I walked into the store to find out my pizza had just been made and was about to go into the oven. It’s now been 50 minutes since I placed my order and I STILL do not have a pizza. Pathetic and unacceptable Domino’s!!!

Was laid over in NewJersey for a week waiting for out semi to be repaired. Because the person who took my order spoke very little English she got my order wrong and then sent it to the wrong address. I called the store and they said I gave her the wrong address. My husband was sitting next to me when I spelled out the name of the road and hotel. Instead of calling me, they went back to the restaurant. I had to reorder the same pizza and when it got to us in 10 min mind you, it was room temp at best and hard. I wish I could include a picture of it. Words speak volumes!!!! It took from around 10:15 pm until 0130 am to get the pizza. For it to be at our room within 10 min of the reorder, I believe it was the original pizza. Not a fresh one. I paid almost $30.00 for it. Never again.

Almost every time we order here SOMETHING is wrong. Like we ordered one kind of covered tots and they gave us a totally different kind. Another time we ordered extra sauce (AND PAID FOR IT!) and they didn't bring us any. So I called and ask to see if they could just add the credit to our account for next time and the manager who I spoke to was incredibly rude and said they don't do that and asked "Was I going to cause a fuss over $1.76?" She made the delivery driver drive back and bring a refund which ISNT what I wanted. I just wanted it to be credited for next time. And today when we ordered we ordered a diet soda and they gave us a Sprite. It seems like nothing they do is correct. I'm surprised they even remembered to put cheese on the cheesy bread with how often they screw up. 🙄

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and requested banana peppers and onions to be added. What I got was a cheese pizza with onions and banana peppers. I tried to call the store and was told it was closed. I drove back to the store and even though the open sign was still on and the door was unlocked I was told I could only be issued a credit sometime tomorrow. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I am extremely disappointed and also starving.

I can't stand this location. I live on Kelly Road, and for some reason, it comes up online that delivery is not available. However, if you can get through to the store, delivery is actually available. I have lived in Bainbridge for 2 years and only one time have had successful delivery. Today is a prime example of how irritating the services at this location are. It is Pi Day and they are running a special for a free medium pizza for delivery, since my street is one of those weird addresses that does not show up online I'm not able to order delivery. My whole drive home from Tallahassee I tried to reach the store to ask if they would honor the special for pickup since there's an error in their system, however I was unable to get through- which is a normal occurrence. I got to the store, and of course, nobody knew how to help me, and the manager working said I would have to order online to a fake address then call to reach the store to change the address to mine. I expressed to her that it is very difficult to get through and why I couldn't just wait for it, and she said that was not an option. All in all, the experience at this location has been horrific! I have called in the past trying to order, not only is it time-consuming but the people who answer the phone are rude and tell me that they do not deliver on Kelly road. One day, I had a delivery driver pass my house and called the store, and they still told me it was unavailable. But I just saw their driver! After seeing the delivery driver multiple times, I finally reached somebody who was able to place an order for me and said that yes, delivery on Kelly Road is available and always has been. But for some reason, that does not connect to the website. I have lost tons of points (free pizza) since moving to Bainbridge because of this ordeal, and with working multiple jobs, picking up pizza is not always an option. And even so, showing up today to pick up the pizza it still was not an option. The promotion was not honored. After today, I'm not even going to try anymore.

Staff going from taking money to get the food/pizza out of the oven. One girl was taking order on phone being rude to customer. Was missing a part of my order when I arrived and had to wait. Got home to find out my Philly steak sub was missing the peppers, little onion and no meat so more like I ordered a loaf of bread. I had to go back to the store and the manager on duty corrected the sandwich. The staff needs to be put back through servesafe food handler program as you do not touch food and everything else. Once I said something the manager the told them to wash their hands. This place has gone way down hill.

We contacted this establishment and ordered delivery. After waiting an hour or so we called to make sure there was no mix up. In which there had been. They confirmed on the phone twice that it was being delivered but had it rung up as pick-up. So we talked with them about proceeding with delivery and they insisted that we had two options. “Either pick it up or pay for delivery”. After already waiting an hour because of their mixup, I couldn’t justify paying them further for what they should’ve charged initially. I just told him to keep the money. Uncle bills is way better anyway !! The owner was extremely rude and inconsiderate to me as his customer. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again. And we were ordering dominoes religiously. Glad you showed your true colors today.
