Great service when not on a busy day but still I recommend this place to family and friends. The more I go the better experience I get🤗, always welcome you and always patience on figuring out what you want to order. Other than that I have not experience no negative attitude from co-workers. And that's what I like about this churches chicken. They know what I order right before I get to the counter.

I love fried chicken and this church has messed up my orders in the past, but the reason why I’m still giving a 5 stars is bc they are so accommodating in fixing those mistakes!

The daytime manager there (Francesca) was so polite to me. There was a rude customer in front of me ordering. The lady was rude to her, but she resumed all professionalism. She needs to be acknowledged for that.

Nice place and decent food. It's a nice change from time to time. It's not always our first choice of take out and not too cozy to sit and eat, but we do eat there from time to time. The tenders, biscuits and bombers are the highlights in our home.

Good chicken as well as the sides. Sometimes to wait for your food can be a little long but not that bad of a wait but the wait is worth it!

Since they have got this new manager guy i have loved going there..we wash our clothes over there so we eat here once a week..for 2 years. An im just now really satisfied with it. CONGRATS TO THE NEW MANAGER. I HOPE HE STAYS HERE

It was a bit of a long wait, but isn't it always at Church's? While in the drive-through I noticed that something was left out of the order. When I asked about it, the girl with the window took care of it promptly and very politely. I'll be going back for sure. Thank you for the wonderful experience and great chicken!

It has been several months and today's service was great. Staff was very efficient and I received a higher discount then expected when using coupon. In the past staff was slower but this new crew on Sunday Sep 10th evening was awesome. Keep up the good work. Chicken and sides were good. Very few pieces were over cooked but majority were fine. Jalapeños bombers were spicy hot and good. Biscuits were slightly over cooked and not as soft though. Try this place.

The food here is great. The only problem is you have to be prepared to spend a lot of money on gas. They took almost 10 minutes per car just to take the order. They have you wait at the speaker until take care of the first car in line and get rid of them. The food is great and it's a good price as long as you can afford the gas

I always stop here for the honey butter biscuits, which are the absolute best of any other place around. I decided on a whim to try some coleslaw. Big mistake. It was bland and flavorless! I love coleslaw, but I won't be buying it from here ever again 😕 bleh!blah!!

Chicken sandwich is pretty good, however the young lady at the drive-thru decided to just keep my change. I was like, "Ummm, do I get my change and receipt?" She was clueless of how much money I gave her.

Service the workers in this location had additudes if they can't work handling with people they shouldn't work there .. atmosphere it wasn't sanitary at all... I bought the 10 piece family meal; the chicken was fries to hard, coleslaw was watery, the biscuits were good. Flavor in the chicken was good but fried toooo hard you couldn’t enjoy it.

They were super slow. And expensive. The food wasn't great but we were hungry and near by so 🤷 what I paid here I could of gotten way more at the other place with the old man.

CHECK YOUR SIDES!!!! Update, they are always out of condiments like ketchup and hot sauce. I like my chicken with hot sauce, my kids with ketchup I also get no napkins every time. The sides are not filled all the way, for the price we pay they should be full. 2 sides came with the meal I bought an extra large side and paid almost $8 for it to not even be full.

Ordered a 3pc spicy mix but tell me why the 3 pc turned into a 2pc dark only? Come on Church's, it's not that hard to count. The chicken itself was great but this meal left me hungry.

People were leaving, tired of waiting in line inside, all they cared about was drive thru. One guy brought chicken back, it was burnt. My son ordered strips and got home to find it was fried chicken (close to being burnt) instead of strips. One lady was about to tell the cashier what she wanted and the manager told her, "Dont take her order yet, take care of the drive thru first". That was very rude.

Drive thru line was long & slow but almost understandable. What don't understand is why they forgot my fries. I should have checked but the line was long behind me & just wanted to get & go. No fries when I got home. Waited all that time & still came up short!

The chicken we got was 10pc special. When we got home to eat it the skin was hard like it was over cooked or been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time.

The food was supposed to be done by a certain time and I got there 10 minutes later and still had to wait another 25 minutes. It wasn't a big order...2 2 piece chicken meals. The sides they gave us were not fresh either. I love chicken but this place lost my business for a while when I can get more food for less and not 45 minutes after said time

I went thru drive thru the lady in drive thru acted like I was on her nerves, I asked her about the specials she told there was no specials.... got to the window they had specials the lead that was on duty changed my order for me with no problem... but my order was still wrong chicken was cold....orka was hot.... biscuits was hard and that is my favorite thing... churches need to do better.... and have someone that don't mind work the drive thru!!!!!

This has been one of the most disgusting meals I have EVER gotten, the chicken had been under the heat lamp for a very long time! The biscuit was hard and the Mac&cheese was old too! I won't let NOT recommend eating here! Also ask for white meat and got aleg,a thigh and a rib. This store needs to get it together ASAP!

They didn't put the lid on right with the green beans so when I get home the bottom of my bag is full of Green Bean Juice. The chicken was not even hot I wouldn't even say lukewarm. The fries were horrible they were ice cold.

Horrible!! Sunday night you guys don’t have chicken ready and saying it takes 20 minutes to make. Wanted to order chicken tenders as well and you’re saying you only have spicy available at the moment but wouldn’t make any original ones even though I was already going to wait for the chicken to cook. I don't know what happened to this place. The chicken looked like it was triple or quadruple dipped.It was hard and tasted like old flour. We double checked about getting biscuits, got home and no biscuits. That will be our last visit to Church's Chicken.

They cant get your order right through not hearing or not understanding. They don't wear mask. And the last point is the food taste similar to a brown bag special at the trash.

To start off with when I got to the drive thru you really couldn't even tell what they were saying their speakers suck . I was with my husband so I ordered various stuff . I pulled up to the window & she asked me what I wanted to drink I asked her what they had & she answered me saying Dr. Pepper just everything . I said Dr. Pepper is fine . When I recieved my order I realized there was only one meal & not two so I told her I was missing some stuff , she rolled her eyes at me & charged me again . When she handed me my stuff she practically just threw the bag at me & closed the window . I will give it one star for the food because it was good but the service sucked !

I bought 12 pieces. They were overcooked and too greasy, they seemed to have been cooked and held under the lights way too long. If it not been for the distance and inconvenience, I would have returned it.

Chicken and biscuits were so overcooked, we couldn't eat it. Had it replaced and had the same issue. However, the manager (Muhammed) is extremely personable and helpful.

This Church's Chicken is one of the worst I have tried. We chose a family order and this one came comes with three sides. But at the window, they wanted to give you only the smallest sides. Not to mention that you have to ask them for it because they didn't have any intention of giving you what's with the order... On top of that, some of the pieces were wrongly made... I Will never go back to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone...

Location on Hickory Tree and Lake June Yalls cook was in that bathroom blowing it up didn't even care to lock the door, flush the toilet or hash his hands. That's is extremely disgusting. I suggest you guys hire new people.

The manager and staff are very unfriendly and looks mad all the time. They never want to cook fresh hot chicken upon request. I live about 5 miles from the nearest Church’s chicken and always order 8-10 piece or more so I need my chicken cooked fresh so it will still be hot when I get home. Customers should be able to get what they pay for. I am always willing to wait on quality food.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal through the UberEats app. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this store but my past order was the last straw. I ordered all dark meat because how can you mess that up but they did. One piece was a piece of dried breast meat. The other two were a leg and a thigh, both were old and dry. Leg was basically smashed. Don't know how they did that. When I tried calling the store number it's disconnected. Don't know what kind of staff they have working here or who's running this place but I definitely wouldn't eat there. Who knows how long they had the food they gave me.

Made online order ahead of time, got there 5 minute after set time that was emailed got to window for pick up was told it was gonna be an additional 13 mins for my sandwich, told them it's fine, waiting 10 mins before being told to pull out front cause I was holding up the line parked out front and waited another 20 mins, walked inside and told them I was still waiting on my order everyone looked at each other as if nobody knew what I was talking about and was told to wait again, all this after I had ordered ahead of time and restaurant was empty and everyone arrived after I did for my pickup order, ridiculous

The worst customer service ever!! They forgot to give me the 3 extra biscuits so I sent my husband back to get them. The rude ass cashier told my husband that she's pretty sure she gave them to me, or I didn't pay for them. She said she "never makes mistakes". She didn't even give my receipt but I knew I was charged for it. With an attitude she looks up our order on the computer & sees that I was charged for it!!!! But according to her she never screws up orders. She doesn't even apologize to my husband she just hands him the biscuits. Ugh, probably the worst chicken & service I've ever had! First off, we ordered our chicken spicy and ended up getting regular chicken....and it was raw! My fiance and I were very unhappy. The fries weren't hot and they were scattered all over the inside of the bag. Also, how does someone mess up corn? The cashier wasn't friendly, either. Won't be going back!

Man where do I begin I have never experienced this type of bad customer service the worker that took my order was soo rude and was rushing me for no reason. Associate working the window was very rude. When you spoke to her she made faces and grunted like she was constipated. In regard to the food the tenders were dry and overcooked. Thirty seconds more in the grease and they would have been burnt. Do not recommend this location.

They gave us dried up old chicken and we tried to phone it in but they do not have a working phone, we decided it was late and it was raining so we ordered pizza instead. I went with my receipt in hand the next day and explained the situation they then asked for the OLD dried chicken back (we threw it away not thinking they would take back old food) they then called me a liar saying that many people do that. I told them that if they had a working phone and could have explained that to me that we then would have brought the old chicken at the time. Long story short I got there at 9 PM was supposed to pick up my order at 9:18 from the time I got there at 9 PM. I was disrespected by the Male employee and ignored when he finally answered me. I asked him am I supposed to pick up my food in the drive-through or inside? He acts like he doesn't understand what l'm saying so I proceed to go back to the drive-through. The line was extremely long. No cars were moving by the time, we finally got to the window it. It had already been over an hour I tell the lady my name she's the only one that's actually working other ones are on their phone chitchatting or counting moneyl see her packing my food when she's done packing my food. She starts to try to close the bag so l asked her not to do that because I plan on checking it before I drive off she proceeds to bring my food to the window to hand it to me I grab it. I open the bag and noticed that my macaroni and cheese is not in there and my zesty ranch is not in there but I do notice that an extra mashed potato is so l tell the lady my mac & cheese and my zesty ranch isn't in my bag she then tells that they are out of macaroni and cheese so then it clicks as to why there was an extra mashed potato because she was trying to get away with not putting my mac & cheese in there so then I proceed to tell her you can't just substitute what you decide you wanna substitute it for that's only a decision that a customer can make given. We're the ones that paid for it so then she proceeds to tell me her substitution options so at that point, I told her just To give me my money back and she proceeds to tell me that I have to request a refund online

Asked for a 10 piece mixed..specifically asked for wings and we received 10 piece dark. Very upset. And the fact that the number doesn’t work proves that customer service is horrible. But I will be back to see them.

If you go to Golden Chick or even Popeyes, you may have to wait. Why? Because they don’t cook more than they need to in advance, place it under a heat lamp to DEHYDRATE, and turn around a sell it to people. I work hard for my money and to think I paid money for this garbage, makes me ill and lets me know, Church’s Chicken all OVER have loss my business as they all do the same thing! If you want fresh and delicious chicken or strips, visit ANY establishment other than CHURCH’s especially this location in Balch Springs in Lake June Rd, as I guarantee you will toss that disgusting slop in the trash. Value your money, time and family - by NOT giving them this junk and shop someplace else for a nice fresh and delicious chicken meal.

Pullwd up at 9:21 was told they had no chicken available to sell which I find so ironic. The car before us was able to get an order. We were told they were dropping new chicken and it would be ready 20 to 30 minutes Despite being about to close at 10:00. I believe they were just trying to close early.

Yuck. I got the 8 piece dark meal. It was terrible, the chicken was hot, but it tasted like they didn't add any seasoning. So bland. All you could taste was the oil. I see why they didn't have any customers in line. The apple pie was good. And churches prices have increased a lot. I'm done with churches chicken. They were really good back in the day.

To Corporate I think they may be taking good home to their families my food is never fresh the biscuits are hard as a rock they're dry with no butter or glaze on them the fries are undercooked and the chicken is over cooked chicken should be cool for a least 12 mins just because it spicy don't just drop the chicken and not pull it out of the grease to make sure its cooking properly then drop the chicken back in the grease and please don't cook chicken frozen because I know because it taste like rubber in the inside and the outside crust is hard and dry you'll always overcooking the food and you still send it out knowing that the food isn't right but you don't care all you want is a paycheck if people stop coming to this location because of you'll are not cooking the chicken and etc right you want have a job you will be jobless sothe best thing to do is send out fresh and hot food I will be calling the Health Department if this situation is not fixed.

Hispanic lady at the window said they only have spicy chicken at 8pm on a Tuesday. I get to the window and try to place an order and the other Hispanic lady behind her starts talking smack asking why I am ordering at the window. Mind you, this is the chaotic setup that they had going on. She then turns to me and says we are out of chicken while smiling. Absolutely no customer service skills.

I’ve been waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. One stopped at the speaker and no one is speaking or asking anything. Never had a situation where it takes this long to take someone’s order. update the second car finally moved up and now THEYRE waiting at the speaker box. Forgot lettuce on sandwiches. No honey. New chicken bites are nothing like the picture. Terrible experience. Waste of money. No value whatsoever. Workers dont understand English at all. To top it off we got 3.5 not 4 pies. What a joke. Not even worth my time.
