I love Taco Bell but this one is really good. Clean well managed and the staff is always very helpful. They have gone out of there way to help me on more than one occasion. Very impressed food is aways right and made well. Thank you.

Me and a friend walked in was a young man about to start to sweep when he saw us come he was the only one that greeted us and no one came to the counter to wait on us so he put the broom aside and came to take our order very friendly. Our of the 5 people in the restaurant he was the only wanting to wait on us as we left we had trouble putting a cheap plastic lid on a drink again he went out of is way to help us I just feel he deserves lots of koodos for all his kindness we don't see this any more please he deserves a raise

It is just amazing that I'm happy when I finally come to a taco bell again where they do their jobs right. My AM wrap was not burnt and tasted great! Unbelievably there coffee machine worked as well! My wife got an ice coffee that was only $1.49 I am not sure what else you can ask for when everything works out at a fast food location.

It's very rare to be satisfied at fast food places. But this location and the staff at the time gave my family a comfortable, respectful, place to be at. They are awesome.!! Super highly satisfied customer.

The people that work at this taco bell are so friendly. Always speedy service never got an order wrong and just overall a great experience. If you haven't tried the naked chicken chalupa yet, try it it is sooo delicious!!

Doritos tacos the bomb. Absolutely enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately the cashier must have been new, she kept getting orders wrong, when asked for Salsa Verde she said that they never had that kind of Salsa. Am I wrong Taco Bell has NEVER carried Salsa Verde? Management was working harder then employees. Restaurant very clean.

I hadn't visited in awhile, so was a little surprised at the recent remodel. Ordering at a kiosk was smooth, once learning the categories and operation. My order came out correct. In all, as good an experience as I've always had at Taco Bell. 😉

So I have no idea whats going on yet because I'm still not to the window yet but I've been sitting in the drive thru for an hour as of right now. Finally at the window and April was super sweet and not only apologized she gave us free drinks for having to wait so long. She explained their not only short staffed but have 2 people who just started. I can only imagine the stress she's under. Can't wait to get my food so I can enjoy it.

We used the drive thru to order our dinner and the experience was actually quite nice. The agent who took our order was polite and made ordering a breeze. The wait for the food was not too long, we were in and out within a few minutes. The food was also well prepared with no issues to report.

Every time I go here it always buss... Fast service and good food!! Then when I leave after just waiting 5 mins, I see everyone, and they mama still waiting in line at McDonald's 🤣🤣🤷🏿‍♂️

4/9/2025 2:24am QUICK OVERVIEW ------------------------------ I frequent this location often and it's not always perfect but one thing is for sure that customer service is always spot on in my interactions* Recently I've been serviced by a gentleman named Jeremiah, who goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of, not only in supplying me with the essentials that are often missing from my meal (i.e napkins, sauce packets, utensils etc) every single time i order as well as great communication and empathy. Truly the communication/people skills that bring loyal customers such as myself back to this establishment time and time again. Once again thank you and the rest of the Balch Springs Taco Bell staff, i haven't had any specific issues with my food in months. Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love this Taco Bell and their customer service is always on points. Why did I give them 4 stars, mannnnn because their frozen drink machine is always down! Taco Bell, here's some advice: if your frozen drink machine is down, simply cover your frozen drink ad up. I cannot tell you that I have not been able to order a frozen drink from them for about 3 months now. Their food though, is always good at this location. Their veggies are always fresh. I hope it stays that way. It is not too much more I can say about Taco Bell, but wait one more thing. Whenever they have a new deal or meal come out, it is best to try it from this location, they do not disappoint. I have been to many other locations and they will make a person hate eating at Taco Bell, but not this location. You will have a wait if you go through the drive-thru, but it is well worth it.

Drive-thru was a bit long But it was the beginning of the weekend so that was to be expected I normally don't have a problem with the staff yesterday it just seems like maybe they were a bit overwhelmed cashier was a bit Snappy but I could totally understand

I've been going to this place since I was a young lady. Back in high school, this is the only thing that my friends and I could afford. Lol I only order soft and crunchy tacos, nacho bell grande and tostadas when it is available. The drive through is super fast. Indoor staff is nice as well and the place is very clean.

I used to stop here a long time ago when I lived in the area and it had a special tie to my late hubby and myself. So I stopped here for old times sake and I can't believe that they were out of Mexican pizza. That was and still is my favorite thing to get. The drive thru folks were polite but I don't think they wanted to be there. Oh well the crunchy tacos and bean and cheese burritos were good. Bring back the Mexican Pizza please at all your locations.

This Taco Bell location is one of the best so far I've seen in terms of customer service, food portions, and atmosphere. Way better than the Seagoville Taco Bell location. Their food portions are exactly how it should be made, the workers are friendly and polite, and also their dine in restaurants are clean! I hope this Taco Bell continues to keep up the good work. Whoever their managers are, knows how to manage this franchise!

The Mexican pizza was on point. The help was friendly. But I did not like the fact they said you have to use the touch screen. And the machine dont take cash. So they had to open the register anyway. Think it would have made more since just to open the register

Since 2020 this Tacobell has gone down hill. They rarely get our order correct or even give us our complete order. When dining inside the staff is incredibly loud, swearing constantly even with children in there, and most recently they didn’t want to take our order right away because they wanted to watch a fight happening in the next parking lot over. It’s clear that no one here take pride in their work or cares about being kind/friendly.

These folks that work the night shift have rules in place that make little sense to me. First they try to refuse to serve me because it was after 10 when they got to my order, which I placed well before then, bit they didn't get to because the drive thru takes priority. But then they tell me that I cannot pay with cash in the lobby, because they're closed. Then I said I could go thru the drive thru myself, but I walked to their store so I'd have to walk thru it. They said no to that, and when I asked to speak to the manager on duty I was ignored. Eventually the drive thru window cashier came over to me and took my money for me. Her register is less than ten feet from the dine in register, so I don't understand how there was an issue to begin with...

My mom chose to get fast food from there. Customer service was not good. Food was okay. Though meat of steak was pink color in several pieces of meat. The cheese fries are okay. Though are very cheesy.

Our third visit going thru drive thru and discovering food either missing or not as ordered. They need to spend more time on each order instead of being so speedy. A correct order always trumps a bad experience.

How Rude!! I'm not the one that put the wrong food in the box but if I order veggies NO... I don't want to bite in to a burrito with beef eewww!! When I called Roxie the manager, she rudely brushed me off "like oh you'll live it was just a mistake." Yeah a mistake that can kill a person with allergies. There was empty lobby and was still forced to use there so called tablet on the wall to order. Which is a slow process.

My “chalupa supreme”. After sitting in line for 32 minutes. I only went because I’m moving tomorrow and I love Taco Bell, they’re right up the street. What a waste!

No customer service at all. Instead of helping place an order, I was told to just go to order in the kiosk.

Past 4 times atleast that I have gone the freeze machine hasnt been working. I dont like Pepsi so usually get Dr. Pepper, since I can never seem to get a freeze either, which they just informed me has now been replaced by Cherry Pepsi. And they got every item on my order but 1 wrong.

The guy working around this is 8:30pm was just on his phone and said my order would be right out I had ordered from Door Dash. So I waited around 15 min and turns out it was already ready. But he was too busy being on his phone.

Just drove up to the drive through at the Taco Bell on Lake June Rd in Balch Springs, Texas at exactly 1:44 am. They state they close at 2:00 am but although all lights were on and they should've been open, they'd closed early. I'm pretty sure management doesn't know. If they want to close at 1:30 am, fine, state it, but don't say 2:00 am and close early. Super duper bad customer service. Fact is, no customer service at all.

Charged twice for a single order at the drive thru & when you call the location it just rings & eventually hangs up. So calling them is completely USELESS.

I was stopping to grab a bit to eat today with my husband and the girl was completly rude. Rushed me through my order, I got to the window and realized I forgot something and ask her to add it on because there was nobody in line behind me. She proceed to tell me I would have to drive all the way back around the storr instead of simply making it on a seperatr check at her window. When we walked through door employees were talking I was asked if I knew what I wanted I said yes and then cashier told to ring myself up on kiosk. I asked why she could not ring me up and she said because they want me to ring myself up. I went to kiosk, but it rung up wrong so cashier came over and said is that what you want? Yes, I replied, but the price is wrong and I need to order more stuff, she finally decided to take my order. When a couple came in after me a young offered to help them take there order on the kiosk, but I guess it was still ringing up prices wrong so they took them over to register

Order first in line and was last to get my order took them 30 mins for 4 simple things outrageous. Edit: the dorito tacos i ordered were really soggy and the supreme crunch wrap had no meat and it was also soggy cmon man 30 mins just for my order to be soggy rather go to mcdonalds or jack than eat this.

Went in to grab a quick burrito as I was traveling. Waited for a while and finally left after no one acknowledged I was there. Four people talking behind the counter. No customers and I still didn't even get a hello. Very poor service. Shame on you taco bell. You are so rich you don't need customers. I usually love this Taco Bell but recently it has been terrible with getting food correct. The past 4 times I have tried to give it a chance but it keeps letting me down. I even tried ordering off of UberEats and it still isn’t right and today my cinnamon twists tasted like they had cleaner sprayed on them. Sorry Taco Bell but it’s a no from me.

The worst Taco Bell ever !!! I love Taco Bell but not when it's cold and old and the cheese is crispy and the tacos are melted soggy. Beautiful and very convenient location but that's all. No napkins or hot sauce was put in the bag, that should be standard especially when told.

My problem is I NEVER get what I order. NEVER. And my orders are incredibly simple. I ordered 2 bean burritos with sour cream and tomatoes. It costs 80 cents extra per burrito for the sour cream and tomatoes. I get home, and one burrito is right, the other one was just a plain bean burrito. I paid the extra $1.60 for the 2, and they NEVER get it right. FRUSTRATING! I barely go there anymore because of it. They're losing a LOT of business because I used to go there several times a week. Now, maybe 1 or 2 times a year. All because I'm being cheated out of my money EVERY SINGLE TIME.

So im really not the type to write bad reviews but this experience was horrible. It all started with the lady taking orders through drive thru. While i was ordering i kept getting interrupted while i was trying to order. Now i understand that you know your job and might now what im going to say next but when im trying to order i feel like i need to allowed to finish what im about to say. Especially when the next thing i was going to say was what her next question was. She was very rude and sounded super annoyed of the fact that i wasn't speaking fast enough. As far as I understand a drive thru is for the customer’s convenience not the customer representative. I say this because i worked at a Jack in the box and i was never this rude. Now i know it is not the stores fault it self but the customer representative but the store takes the blame. I didn't catch her name because she didn't mention it and didn't even greet us all she said was “Can i take your order”. Once i made it to the window she did not make eye contact and just snatched my debit card from my hands. I didn't say anything because i did not was to cause a scene or delay the line. Order was definitely within a good time frame but when she handed it to me she literally almost hit me and just let it go in my lap. I then checked for sauces because i had mentioned through speaker i needed 10 fire hot sauce and found 3 hot sauces instead. I then told her if i could have 5 fire sauces and did in fact give me my sauce but as she was giving it to me she was whispering something under her breath about how needy i was for the sauce. Now tell me was i right to write this bad review over this? Because i feel i am. If that continues without a mention all thats going to happen is the store is going to loose business. And i don't want that due to the distance it is to my house. But i hole this review leads to an improvement in heir customer service. The lady was an African Americans woman maybe in her thirties heavy set wearing a mildew color green sweater. Thank you. Food was great though. But i won’t hesitate to stop going to this taco bell because of their customer service.

I'd like to say I normally have great customer service when I come here... But today. I went they the drive thru about 5 10 or so mins ago. I drive a Dodge. If u like to look at the camera to see. The young lady running the drive thru. Was sort and rude and I felt like I was being rushed. I was ordering for 3 people and making shure I got the order correct. And her addittide was just not right... I would love to say I'd be back. But I'd be lying. And we asked for 2 beef burritos and she had an attitude the whole time and she and she gave me four of the rice burritos instead of the beef burritos that I asked for and ended up paying more.

I do not understand how people can just not care. I came here went through the drive-through and first off the lady didn't say a word to me. No Hello, no thank you, not even a here you go. Nothing not a word I have never had that happen. Second I ordered a crunchwrap no sour cream and got a crunchwrap with sour cream. I am allergic to Sour Cream so they need to be careful with that because that is a lawsuit ready to happen. I am surprised that hasn't happened yet.

Terrible customer service. Staff was rude and was making fun of customers not very far out of ear shot. Loud enough I heard it anyway. They roll their eyes at every little request made and saw staff on phones. I'll gladly drive out of my way for the taco bell on millitary/635. Never had anyone pop an attitude there and the food is always hot.

I'll give props for not getting the order wrong and not taking long even though the drive thru line was a little long. The food was cold and stale. I'm not sure if something has changed with all taco bells but, I've been to 3 different ones each time and have been given cold food at each one. Would not recommend.

Every time I come here, yall ALWAYS mess up my order. I can't believe how consistent this location is at getting your order wrong.. good lord! And yall want like 15 an hour lol. Ordered chalupas with no lettuce and chicken. I get home and my chalupa is all lettuce and no chicken. The associate that was assisting me kept rushing me and when I was going to slow for him he had a female jump on the order instead. This is what my tacos look like after working 13 hour hungry no not sauce after I ask for . So up set and they never pick up the phone . It was awful . Got inside and was greeted with disrespect and attitude. Waited an hour for the food and when I asked how long it was going to take they ignored me and focused on the widow orders instead. When I finally got my order shorty in the back was just running her mouth. If you go to this taco bell make sure you order at the window only.

I went inside because it was busy in the Drive-Thru. The gentleman at the counter took my order he was nice and then I guess it was his break time cuz he clocked out. It took 30 minutes to get two Mexican pizzas there were three employees in the store one was running the drive-thru the other two were making food. When I tried to ask about my order the girl that was working there there was only one was very rude and didn't even acknowledge me. And when I did get her attention she said we're working on it. So I probably won't be going back to this Taco Bell because their service just plain stinks.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I went through the drivethru a couple days ago thinking I might want an innocent little burrito. Well, the burrito wasn’t as innocent as it looked. I can’t even remember what kind of burrito it was because I’m trying to force that memory from my mind after what it did to me. The day after I ate this burrito, I had entirely lost my appetite and I was having intense abdominal pains. I was sweating a ton and I have never taken so many trips to the restroom to vomit or *the opposite* in my entire life. Turns out the burrito gave me food poisoning. FOOD POISONING!!! It has been 2 and a half days and while my symptoms have gotten better, I’ve missed two work shifts because if it. I can hardly function and I have never been in so much pain in my entire life. I don’t think I will ever go back to this Taco Bell. I have never had issues at any other Taco Bell in my entire life. If you want to get sick with vomit and the runs, be my guest and go to this Taco Bell. I am disappointed.

I just came in and I was not even greeted as soon as the two teenage girls saw me they went to go hide I stood there for 7 minutes and counting and they never asked me to order or if I needed assistance which I did need. Once I ordered on my own on the tablets they came back laughing and talking just does not seem right also food is ridiculous seems like a reheated quesadilla and smelt so burned I do not ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMEND. I could not even enjoy my food and the visit there was so not pleasant.

Stood at the counter for 5 min with no acknowledgement for close to 10 min so we ordered at the kiosk, after using the restroom and then waiting another 15 min with no one coming to the front we then asked for the manager to refund our order. We typically are very satisfied with Taco Bell but this location avoid until the management is replaced.

The tacos had sourcream on the side, literally. Also the chalupa wasn't cooked at all, just look at it!

They don’t let you order in the front unless you’re ordering through the app or use self service so it’s easier to just go through drive-through instead of giving Taco Bell your personal information and they make it harder and harder Denise who was supposed to be taking front was doing drive-through and the person who was supposed to do drive-through was telling me that they cannot take orders at the front even though they have machine which I feel like she refuse to do because they can please don’t hire people in customer service cannot provide customer service for the hours they are getting paid systems are made to make things faster and a human brain made that and on top of that the food that they gave me I feel like has fungus and I asked for nacho fries and the fries they gave me have multiple fungus if anything happens to me I’m a come after them or if I died hopefully these aren’t my last words😭

The middle aged Latina manager working at 12 pm Today lacked serious leadership skills and knowledge of what they even serve. Ordered two double stacked tacos the person who took it, which wasn’t her accidentally put classic stacked . I also ordered nacho fries that were not warm. They tasted freezer burnt. I went to return them. The manager told me they did not have double stack on the menu, which I pointed out to her that they did literally on the menu.. she never apologized for the wrong order. I got all the way home and had to turn around just to return it. I would’ve had it remade, but she was giving me bad vibes. Anyway when I showed her it on the menu she just walked away then walked back to ask the card ( completely out of it and rudish ) . She did refund it but her as a manager was sad.

The whole time he was snobby, condescending and just outright a real jerk. First he tells me to just deal with it or go somewhere else when all I said was that I don't like the Ai order taker then I ask how he is just ya know making small talk then he just shuts the window on me then proceeded to get my order wrong

I am not one to write reviews but I had to on this one. I always have issues with the quality of their food in this location but I always have hope that their food will get better. This by far is not edible, and was gray and chicken looked moldy. This looked super old. I don't know what to say as I am in loss of words because I absolutely love taco bell. But not from this location. I didn't even check before I took the first bite but I spit it out immediately. Disgusting! Ive never seen chicken this bad. Like why is is grey? I'm glad I spit it out. This could have very well given me food poisoning. Please check your food before eating it! I give them one star because staff is always friendly but not in this day.
