This is the one place where my brother and I tested a very good chilli. We've always loved eating Baconators but just about everything from the menu as well. I visited 2 years ago and I'd love to go back. Now I'm in Mexico and I very much miss this place. Authentic. Tasty. Affordable. Love it.

Its a bit of a wait but we get the job done it's not always easy but we do the best that we can. But some customers make it hard by not knowing what they want to order or holding the line up. They want to get a attitude when they don't have enough money for there order or whatever has then mad at the world. But its fresh not frozen quality hot food .Besides that shortage on lettuce
this Wendy's is AMAZING. just went through the drive thru & ordered & got my food/drinks all in 2 minutes or less. food was perfect. no complaints ! give the workers a raise !
I've been frequently visiting this fast food establishment and have been very happy with the food, prices, and service. Hats off to them as it is an inherently difficult feat to pull off! BAM!
Loved this location. They are very attentive and it's always enough people working. A few in line or no line inside at all . In Drive thru sometimes there is ppl waiting but its drive thru the wait is not too long. Food is always fresh. Unlike the Lancaster location. Also the drink machine need cleaning around the place where the drinks and ice comes out.. Keep up the good work and share your secret with Lancaster location.
While the girl was hesitant and misheard my order once or twice, she more than made up for it with diligence; thoroughly reviewing my order while reading back to me. Quick, attentive, and placating 👍
Good food clean areas
The cashier and cook were friendly and a treat to work with. They even explained that my order was delayed because the chicken for my salad had to be prepared freshly. That made me very happy!

I got a "in the mail coupon" for buy one get one. I enjoyed the single meat, single cheese. This was the first time I've been to a burger chain in years. I've got to admit I was surprised at how the costs have gone up. This is true for all fast food eateries. Enjoy . Bill

Wish I had enough time and space on here to tell ya what an awesome Wendy's this is. But I will share this much the manager miss Debra is not Just a great manager she's a great human being she went out of her way to help me when she didn't have to at all. It was passed closing time in the lobby and she Not only took my order but also made sure I was ok when I was standing in the cold at 11pm. Out here . now that's customer service ! Great job to you and your team miss Debra you're a wonderful example of just what good people are supposed to do. Thank you again! And God bless!

Lake June and 635 across from Walmart. Wendy's is the absolute best fast food in my area. All the rest have GARBAGE SERVICE. This Wendy's I recommend highly. Not much else to say they simply do their job as they should even better than expected.
They are fast. I've only gotten the wrong order once. Things would go faster if they had someone outside taking orders. That's the reason fo the 4 instead of 5.
I go to this location quite often. Depending on who is working, the staff is usually pretty nice and attentive. Believe it or not they have always gotten my order correct, and they always throw in extra sauces! The afternoon staff are the sweetest!
Pretty good Wendy's didn't take too long. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, no frys, maybe a drink. If I did order a drink, hopefully it wasnt one of those Wendy's that dont let you fill it yourself, the ones that they fill your drink behind the counter. I hate those; there very annoying. But i cant remember. 4 stars instead of 5 because my experience would of been better if they gave me like a 100$ bill or like some beer or something, that would be great 👍
Had the 4 for $4 meal and the $5 Big Bag. As expected. A bit of a wait in the drive thru lane. It was good, just like all other Wendy's. If I'm in the area again I would visit this location again.
A little bit hard to get into and out of due to traffic but I love my Apple Pecan Chicken salad! So delicious!

Food was fresh and hot. Workers behind the counter was friendly and curtious. One employee on the other hand was constantly cursing very loud and another emplyee sitting in the lobby being really loud and talking in spanish about other employees and customers and not respectful to customers trying to eat. The hispanic employee in the lobby being disrespectful went behind the counter and got her kid the biggest frosty without paying. She needs to be more respectful and what their language!

This location does not give you fresh food. If you ask for it, you have to wait to get it. The manager is not friendly either.
Food is good if you can get any service, I pulled up late at night and again some b.s about "their systems are down" they be lying not wanting to work since their hourly rate is the same weather they are lying about their systems being down or working
The order was wrong, 5 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and NOT one had bacon. The lady at window was great, but had to do most on her own, no help from kitchen workers.

I ordered a double stack with mustard,and two small frostys,I got a double with mayo,and two jr .frostys.went back in,they remade it.i went back to car and looked at the burger,it had mustard and ketchup! Went back in,these people couldn't understand English,and it was very frustrating.they made it again and we're all together around it, it came back with a splat of mustard and a piece of a slice of onion,at this point I left,threw away the burger,I didn't trust them and will never eat at Wendy's again!
Fries were slightly warm, nuggets slightly warm, gave out wrong drink and did not give condiments I requested for nuggets. Other than that service and drive thru were good and quick.
This Wendy's in South Dalllas was Not right at all there were FOUR orders made and three given we checked the orders right there before we left and and asked where was the the other order after paying $25 she told us it was there in the bag no ma'am it wouldn't fit in the bag so for ten minutes we had to talk to this woman to get it right!!! So just make sure the order is right before you leave, or mangers make sure you tell your workers to Do The Right Thing, cause they can a consumers food for themselves or take their money and put it in their pocket!!! Get it RIGHT😛
Came to pick up an order through Uber Eats. Only drive thru was open and was told to wait in front of store by drive thru attendant after receiving 2 drinks for the order. Sat for almost 10 minutes with nobody else going thru the drive thru, drinks were watered down.
The salad is usually great, I love this salad, however tonight it was just awful. Take the time to make sure your salads are fresh. It really is not that hard. You could have made someone sick with bad Lettuce.
UPDATE: On May2, 2024, I spoke with the district manager Kelly Autry. She was very pleasant and she treated me with the respect her employees should have treated me with. She apologized and compensated me for all of the monetary loss that night. She and Alexander deserve a high rating for the way they treated me. I'm raising my review by 1 🌟. I wish I could forget the horrible facts of this visit, but I can't. I take my reviews very seriously. I hope Mz. Kelly cleans house there. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If it were possible to give less than a one star, this particular Wendy's would be the grand prize winner of a double digit 0. My daughter and my son went to pick up dinner for four adults and two of my grandchildren last night. They brought me home a chicken sandwich, which at any other Wendy's store it would have been fine. The first bite I took of the so-called food nearly choked me to death. The chicken was as hard as a brick. I could not chew it and it caused me to throw up. I tried a drink of the tea to wash this down and it had such a putrid old taste to it, it caused me further dry heaving. I specifically ordered pickles and onions only on my sandwich. It was packed with lettuce and pickles and onion and tomatoes and was disgusting in addition to the fact that it was hard as a brick. My son's sandwich had the same slop mine did. Swimming in mayonnaise which we ordered specifically no mayonnaise. I called Alexander, the manager on duty. After we spoke, he told me if I came up the next day I would be refunded my money. So today I went back to the store. I explained to him that Alexander left them a note to refund me my money. I am severely disabled. I am in constant chronic intractable pain with multiple injuries to my joints. A boy named Barry waited on me. At first he only wanted to refund me for the rotten chicken. I told him that the food was inedible. I told him I ate the cookie and we shared the Frosty so I would be glad to pay for that. He came back and forth several times. The last time he said to me, I can't refund your money. You'll have to come back tomorrow and talk to the district manager. I explained to Barry about my physical situation and he could not care less. I told him to call Alexander, the manager I had spoken with. He said to me, and I quote, I don't got no number for him. By this time my patience had worn out. This is the nastiest store I have ever bought fast food in. I will never go to that store again as long as I live. And I will insure my children and grandchildren don't go there. I felt like I was being poisoned the day before and they couldn't have cared less. I asked for a number to their corporate office. He said, and I quote, "I don't got no number for them either." Where do you people find these employees? Peak load? In my opinion, which I doubt is worth anything to you, you should just flatten that store and be done with it. To anybody reading this review, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but there to eat. You are taking your life into your hands by allowing them to feed you or your family. And trust me when I tell you this, when you bring it to their attention, they do not care. It's bad enough people just don't value their jobs anymore but to feed a person a piece of meat so hard they can't bite into it and they tell you they nearly choke to death on it, I would be more than willing to do more than just replace or refund the money. Trust me, you do not want to eat at this place. I spent $32.86 on slop. My daughter spent $47 on her bag of slop. Beware of the Wendy's on Lake June in Balch Springs.
Went late on a weekday night. I ordered a meal with extra nuggets. They didn't give me the extra nuggets. When I told them, they said that they did give them to me so I had to pull everything out of the bag to show them. The meal itself? No salt on the cold fries. The burger was thrown together. The meat was only slightly warmish. And even the drink was wrong. No idea what happened to this place. It used to be good, but not anymore. Stay away.

Had set an order for a later date pick up time for 1:50pm threw the app when we arrived we were told that they had done it earlier and threw it away, they were nice enough to remake the pre-paid food, lady that was in charge was very rude, we asked for her name she refused to do so, food was fine -just management needs better professionalism there is no need to be rude towards Coustemers,if there was a mistake done in the system the least they could of done is tried to contact the Coustemer and not just throw away the product.
Got a cold burger and extra mustard was no mustard on the top bun got another burger much better not my first issue with this location ughhh do better we should not havecto pay for crappy food and vad service
Placed an online order when I came to the drive thru I told the lady the name as shown on the app and she snapped at me at told me she needed a full name. I told her my name and what was showing on the app. At the window I asked for Ghost Pepper sauce and she immediately said they were out - I then asked for BBQ sauce and she gave me a single one and told me it was for the chicken nuggets. If it’s that big a deal she should have charged me for it since it’s designated for Nuggets Only. No need for her to rudely yell at me at the speaker regarding the name for the order.
WORST WENDY’S YOU COULD EVER GO TO. Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t give you your food as how you ask for it. It’s never well done. And the customer service is the worst. They all make it a problem and have a nasty attitude for no reason. If you don’t like your job then consider something else. They all yell and talk as if everything bothers them. This location needs to rehire new people with better customer service.
I just want to say I have been in many Wendy’s restaurants before and everywhere also and I have never had a problem, but this Wendy’s is different there customer service is wack like very bad so unprofessional they always have actitudes specially at the drive through I understand we all have problem but don’t take it to work and make your service irrelevant and mediocre they are in the position that they don’t mess up the food because they have a protocols and instructions to fallow other wise they would mess up the food too , I don’t mean to be rude or mess with no body jobs but be profesional and serve the same way you would like to be served and yes I can find me another location but unfortunately this is the closest to my work place and where I live and this inconvenience has happed to me many times in this location so am just asking for respect at the moment we ordering our food.
Night shift turns off all the lights and shut down at least an hour before they close. Some days they come to the speaker, some days they say they are closed. This location needs a manager or a better one at least.
It took over 40 minutes to get through a line of three cars! The Mgr had a bad attitude and was extremely rude! Snatched my card & basically thru extra napkins & ketchup at me. Besides that my food order was wrong! SMH
Horrible they messed up my order I called and they said for me to go back and they would correct my order.... they also did not give my sauce for my chicken strips when I called to let them know they had messed up my order I also mentioned that they forgot the sauce they said we will give it to you when you come back. My son went back and took what they gave us wrong and asked about the sauce and they said that it was on the bag....... guess what there was no sauce in the bag. Very upsetting not going there again and I definitely do not recommend this Wendy’s on Lakejune and 635 at all. 😡😡
Came for a strawberry mango salad which cost $4.97 gave the lady $5.00 she gave me no change no receipt. I get all the way home and there is no meat on the salad. Took the salad back, the manager was rude and unapologetic thought that I should just let them give me some meat and be done...lol smh... I asked for a refund and she hands me back $4.86 lol smh instead of my $5.00 I gave them... One of the worst fast food experiences ever!!
This place got me sick for about a week. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and strawberry lemonade. Please stay away from here unless you want food poisoning. I had diarrhea and was vomiting after eating here, NO BUENO!!!!!

I have to say I have never been so dissapdisapp in a Wendys.. we just came from there ordered through drive thru... And we had to wait 5 mins at the speaker before anyone even said anything.. make in our order was pretty simple the woman got everything right with out having to repeat myself 100 times so props to her (we have pickey eaters) now I was initainit thinking that it was going to be a decent stop.. well at first she was missing a drink which she quickly repalced once she read thru the order 3 additional times.. we stopeds to check and make sure the hamburgers we made correctly great no issues there... But we made the mistake on not checking for the other food... Wich I will NOT be making again. 2 4 PC nuggets were only 3 PC's and all the fries but one looked like .we had been eating on them the whole way home.. what friend we did get we're ice cold and tasted super stale.. the drinks 3 of the 5 ordered were not even full.. about halfway full.. I am not sure if I will go back there or not.. but I think they shoudd have payed close attention to what they are giving their customers... This is unacceptable. I have worked in the food industry and always told everyone that works with us if you won't eat it don't serve it to a paying customer..
Now I remember why I stopped going to Wendy's. I went for a Salad yesterday, and there was 3 to choose from. I chose a Grilled. Chicken Cesar Salad. Two options: half or full. I chose full. That thing looked like half not even full! Didn't even come with croutons or parmesan to spread on the salad. Except the dressing. Smh! The Burger my daughter chose was only meat and cheese when the picture showed it with lettuce and tomato. For $10?! I could of made her a sandwich at home. My son ordered a small chili, got home, didn't even have cheese and onion. She didn't ask, so I thought she'd automatically do it! Ridiculous! Save your money people.
Girl in the drive-thru (Taria) was crazy rude and had an attitude the entire time. Even while staying super polite to her she made ugly faces and was stingy on the sauces like her job depended on it. If you go to the place i recommend never going through the drive-thru since 9/10 they are rude and lack respect. Going to the inside and ordering and actually been the opposite and they to be super polite.
I only gave 1 star because I had to. The manager is rude and sloppy. They are slow. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger which was a joke. The patty was paper thin and the bacon was one slice broken into two pieces. It was a junior burger and it was disgusting. First time eating a Wendy’s burger and my last.
The morning Manager that draws her eyebrows on with a sharpie is extremely rude and needs customer service training. You mess up the order twice and get mad at the customer, making side comments and consistently closing the window not even listening to the customers. No excuse especially when there was NOONE else at all in the drive thru and the lobby is not open. The corporate office will receive a call today!
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Loud ghetto woman at drive thru that I asked multiple times to give me two of each two sauces I asked for and she completely disregarded. I got my drinks 5 minutes AFTER the food was given to me AND I was missing nuggets i asked for. I called 10 minutes after i left the establishment to speak to a manager and phone had been completely disconnected. Never had such a bad experience at a Wendy’s restaurant before. Very disappointed.
Was very disappointed. Had to wait 30 minutes. Staff came to my car 3times. Cause things were wrong. Just all bad. Left disappointed. Had to eat a cold chicken sandwich. Was given 3 nuggets in one order and only two in another. No napkins. Just sad.
Ask a question about staying overnight and just a regular vehicle not a truck. Never got a response so I went and checked it out myself. If you can stay overnight there's very little space to park your vehicle it's strictly for people on the run or coming through town or whatever truckers mostly but yeah if you want to stay the night there is not very good accommodations on that nice car wash I guess I didn't try it. But the fact that I never got a response is why I will never shop there or refer them to any of my friends or anything it was just a really big let down not to get response
I had a horrible experience going through the drive thru. The lady was extremely rude when she asked me to hold on then when she ask for my order she said something I didn't understand I asked what she said and she hatefully and slightly yelled that she wasn't talking to me. I understand it can be stressfully working a drive Thur but I didn't say anything to be talked to so rudely.
Young lady at the drive through was rude told me too pull around I did then she came out and said pull to the parking lot I asked where she said anywhere, then brought my food out bag opened I asked why did you bring the car behind food out closed she said because it was an online order ,so if your are a drive through order it's open don't make since,I parked and went in and told the manager she brushed me off and said oh okay will not be spending anymore money with them
I’m told to consistently move up to the yellow arrow and they will bring me my food out even though there is NO ONE behind me. I understand that Wendy’s has a certain time they are required to serve every customer at the window but manipulating the time doesn’t seem right to me.
I wish there was a ZERO star option because this place is just horrible. I love Wendy's food, but this location is putting a bad taste in my mouth regarding the entire franchise. We sat at the speaker for over five minutes in this Texas heat, and not only were we waiting but the car at the window was waiting as well - with their hands and money just sitting out the window waiting for someone inside to take it?! This location is just ridiculous. But everything works out because there is a Jack In The Box right up the street. Jack saves the day.

This was the worst experience I ever had . I WAS ONLY GIVEN 2 napkins for my whole entire meal. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO STOCK BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY STEAL HERE EVERYTHING HAS A CODE . First I had to use the bathroom and then the lady didn’t say anything to be when I came in and I tried to use the bathroom and there was a sign that said you had to by something first and then I tried to ask the lady if I could use it and didn’t answer me and I called her 3 times and while she was right in my face she continued to ignore me and I got fed up and left

Called to explain to the manager that I ordered two large chilis, one was correct and the other one was just thin liquid juice. I went to the drive through and I didn’t realize this until I got home. I asked the person on the other end of the phone for the manager, they hung up. I called back and no one would answer. Customer service does not exist anymore.
Look I put one star review because the girl in the drive thru she was rude to me. So I order my food made a mistake went up front to correct my order I was hoping they understand but the girl say, and I quote “ you always do this”. I don’t know her to talk to me that way and it was very uncomfortable for me because the other employee we’re looking at me I felt embarrassed the receipt say the person who took care of me was name Rosa it was a very young girl.
Just visited tonight. Whoever was working drive through obviously doesn’t know how to listen or do their job. Ordered one pretzel pub burger and one chicken pub burger and a potato. Instead I got 2 pretzel pub burgers and a long hair or 2 in one of the burgers. I waited for at least 20 minutes for my food while others were served their orders. The girl in the drive through seemed to be high or drunk as she kept hanging outside the drive through window for no reason. Worst experience I’ve had at this wendys and from now on will go out of my way just to avoid this location.
This is my 6th time ordering from here and it’s never A time I come we’re It’s easy to communicate they speak little to no English and always get my order wrong for that reason but it’s the closet one to my house
My first experience was unsettling because a customer came in to ask for ketchup and the cashier was so inexplicably rude attitude and all. The manager comes in which she and the cashier are mostly family members. She takes the cashiers side and started yelling to the customer who was a older gentleman. Kudos to him, he kept cool and just said well just give ketchup in every bag. After all that rebuttal we ordered sat down but nothin in there works. Not the coke dispenser no straws no napkins no ketchup. Who owns this establishment needs to keep a closer eye because they are loosing customers. The whole world is short staffed but don’t hire just anyone.

It’s always nice to be the only car and still wait over 10 min in drive through. Just to ask for no mayo and I still got it. Terrible service, and the tea taste like y’all don’t clean the kettles. I love Wendys but not the one off Lake June!
I usually don't do reviews to be honest. I know we all mess up sometimes and plus I tend to just not care enough to leave a review no matter how bad the service was, but this will be my 1 exception! lol I'll keep it brief and to the point. I went to this location on 11/15/2018 about 10 to 15 minutes before closing time and the woman refused to serve me. It wasn't even solely about her refusal to serve me when they were clearly still open, but it was how rude she was about it. I pulled up and she said "We are closed". I then replied with "I thought y'all close at 12?". She then callously replied "Well we close at 11:50 tonight" and just didn't say anything else. I drove by and saw her counting the register I believe. It was a black woman kind of on the bigger side but not obese. I couldn't believe how unprofessional she was. I don't want anybody to be fired, nor am I calling for a boycott of this location but I just think they need to do a better job training people on proper customer service. That or a better job of fielding applicants.
This was my 1st time AND LAST TIME going to this Wendy's. 1st off....after receiving my order from the drive thru, I had to go back in because they forgot to give me a part of my order...stood at the counter for at least a minute (mind you...a few of the workers saw me standing there)....got home to realize that they never put the sour cream on the potatoes.....and we were missing the nuggets that came with one of the meals. You can see that the "manager" obviously doesn't know how to manage....they all looked lost!! Now I see why they didn't have customers and jack in the box right next door was busy!!
Pretty sure I received an old baked potato and JBC.. Now my stomach is messed off. Couldn’t go back it was my lunch break on top of raining really hard. I’m expecting and just needing something on my stomach. I assume someone was going to lunch as 2 ladies were by the register when I walked in then both walked away. 1 eventually came back and took my order. You also need a code for the rest room because they are for posting customers only. They don’t give you the code even if your a posting customer, they go unlock it for you so please don’t be in a rush to use the restroom
Just close this place down. All it does is soil the name. Cashier sitting in a booth not wanting to get up to take orders, the rest of the employees were arguing over who needs to take our order. Just a garbage location.
Pull up at the drive thru and it was literally 12:30am the light of the menu were off but I seen the open sign on, and the voice with new frosty came on and I started to say my order and I kept saying hello and I know they were there cause I seen them when I was pullin up I just know they didn’t wanna get my order. I drove by the window and there was a person just there leaning by the register on her phone. So I had to take my service else where will not be coming back to this Wendy’s anymore.
The ladies here are always terribly rude and nasty towards customers, there is zero customer service, and they act bothered when you go here. It's YOUR job. Stop treating customers like crap and get rid of those attitudes y'all always got. Corporate getting called next
Went to get the Wednesday meal and when first pulling up the girl asks us if we wanted to try the new frosty which we said no thanks cause I was gonna get the one with the meal, and after ordering the Wednesday meal she says oh well we just turned off the machine. (They close at 1am mind you, we showed up at 11pm 😑) So I asked why she even asked us if we wanted to try a frosty if they just turned it off to which she didnt actually have an answer. She was rude from the start and something at this location needs to change. Name on the receipt was Mariah. If they don't wanna work they should just stay home.
Hey there for breakfast today French toast with burnt potatoes no taste I don't know whose fault it is but the food there was awful to me. And for the price

Attitude. They always mess up our orders at the register. It usually takes a minute to fix it. Then all of a sudden on one of rhe visits the girl at the register snaps at me for telling her the drink machine was out. Im really sorry for you that you dont like your job but no one did anything to you. The manager and others didnt care then told me it was OK. You dont tell me to just take it or thatnit is OK. How more than disrespectful.
Zero stars I was there This morning 6/30/25 and waited patiently beyond opening time for these women including the manager to turn me away with nasty attitudes and sarcasm all due to their lack of there of about their opening time. This woman looked me in the eyes and told me they were late and they don’t have nothing ready as if I were the problem and gestured me away. LATE IS TOO LATE ON TIME IS LATE AND EARLY IS ON TIME!!! Someone please retrain these people at opening time your entire staff and building should be ready to take orders, prepare and serve meals NOT JUST THEN COMING IN AND TURNING AWAY CUSTOMERS DUE TO YOUR TARDINESS!!!! They lack customer service and are pridefully ignorant YES I POSTED A VIDEO ON MY TIKTOK @zarisweetie0
Pulled through the drive-thru and I saw big cockroaches standing on the outside of their windows I was so disgusted I just pulled out of the drive-thru and I'm pretty sure those roaches was trying to find a way in their building I really really recommend pest control around the building...
I didn't even get my food. Thank god it was only 6 and some change since im poor. I was super sad to approach the door just to be waved away by an employee. Obviously I tried the speaker and the window to get my food (already bought on the app) and NOTHING. I know you probably hate your job but at least have the courtesy and respect to just tell me I'm not gonna get my food ☠️
Absolutely vile service, worst Wendy's location in Texas. I had ordered two burgers and fries to share with company, while ordering a singular drink for myself. I was eating my meal before being interrupted by one of the employees, who made a claim to their manager that I had "gotten another drink" and hadn't paid for it. Not only did this employee, who had refused to give me her name- made a scene, this employee embarrassed this location. Just awful behavior.
They have signs saying you can't use the restroom unless you buy something first. But then say the restroom isn't working. The employee ladies also have their small children there sitting in the lobby while they work. They periodically go check on them, take them free food and then go back to work. Since when did the Wendy's lobby become an employee daycare? The floor is sticky when you walk on it and it smells like dirty mop water. The food is okay, not the best Wendy's we've had-definitely not up to standard. The atmosphere and customer service really sucks.
I ordered a mushroom and cheese hamburger and this is what I got cheese, a glob of sauce, chunks of bacon and no mushrooms. When I called the manager was very rude. I told her I was exhausted. I was not going back out and they could replace it tomorrow. I’ll bring the entire sandwich to her she then put the phone down, then hung up on me and refused to take care of it. I do not recommend anybody to go to this Wendy’s. They need to shut it down if they can’t give good customer service.
