I rarely eat out anywhere, but I didn't feel like cooking because I was busy. So I went to Wendy's In baldwin park and the food was alright. But the customer service was good... Jessenia and Cesar were very helpful, she answered my questions and was very nice. Thank you both.

The food is great, but the staff seemed to be having an off day when we went for lunch. The cashier got our order wrong, charging us extra for items we didn't order, and when the food was brought, some of the items were things we didn't order nor were they even related to what we ordered. But after bringing out the correct meals (we decided not to complain about being charged for things we didn't order) the food was actually really good, with good portion sizes and hot, delicious food.

Sometimes it's a bit hit or miss here. Often the food is hot and the service is good, but sometimes it just not fresh and can taste old. It's best to let their lemonades melt some or shake them up as they are not always well mixed.

The beef in the hamburger tastes good and fresh. The fries also have freshness to their flavor. The food is certainly Wen-dy-licious. They are currently running a 4-for-$4 with Double Stack, very nice meal deal. This location Very enjoyable relaxed ambience. This comes from a very modern newly constructed building. The interior has high ceilings, and it has two separate groups of single seat sofa chairs clustered around their own flat screen TV.

Stop by to grab some lunch. This location is definitely more costly than the other ones around town. The service was good. The french fries were cold so we had to go back in line to have them remade and they brought them out to us nice and piping hot sandwiches were good and made with no mayonnaise as requested sometimes they forget Just know because this location is off of the freeway. It’s probably gonna be a little bit more costly than the ones that are a little bit more inland from the freeway seven out of 10 recommend this location. It looks like they have a lot of indoor seating we went through the drive-through. I almost thought that they had an indoor play yard because the indoors was so big they have plenty of parking and no idea of how clean the restrooms are so you’ll have to take your chances.

By my third visit at this Wendy's and all of them at the drive through, I still am not a fan of their burger. I still don't get the square patty on round buns. I don't like how it looked. It's just my opinion, so take it or leave it. Don't expect a photo of that either. Second time I had their chili and a chocolate frosty. They ran out of the frosty key tags so I guess I can't have free frosty on my next visit. Love their chili with cheese. Lean ground beef and chunks of onions and tomatoes, stewed with just the right spices and heat. Smacking my lips thinking about it now. Third visit I decided to get the baconator fries. It was yummy with a good heaping of cheese and bacon. It really hit the spot of my late night craving. They have the frosty key rings again so I got one. They're $2 now when it was 99 cents before. And you can only pay with cash for them. The free frosty is still the same Jr. size. It's all good as I read on the key ring it said that the proceeds benefits the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. It's all for a good cause. Plus you get a free Jr. size frosty per visit with purchase for the whole of 2017. That pays off that $2 many times over. I had the strawberry lemonade to go with my baconator. It tasted so watered down. I don’t want to compare but the strawberry lemonade from DT has real strawberry compote and inexpensive. It’s available from their dollar menu. Wendy's strawberry lemonade is sadly one of my least favorite one I've tasted so far and they were more than $2. Anyhow I'll be back for the chili, baconator fries and my free Jr. Frosty. They have amole parking space, don’t know about their restroom situation as I only get my orders from the drive through.

I bought 2 frostys for me and my friend and when they served it they didn’t even fill it to the brim. Like they only fill it to the line not the top part to the lid. Also, when my friend ordered his frosty, he ordered a vanilla and he got a chocolate. Then we got fries with cheese but she barely melted the cheese and tasted bad and I got food sick the next day after. It was an Indian lady who served us this.

I have no problem when the homeless need somewhere to sit or to eat. But when you have homeless people lying on the chairs, making themselves comfortable. And having their dogs inside the restaurant. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs, but there's a place for them. No one on the staff told them anything. It's kind of sad to see this. Very disappointed

Undercooked food took a bite and swallowed some and realizing halfway it was not cooked. Had to correct them politely multiple times for the order still did it wrong and sauces. Don’t care about sauces but the communication torwards customers show that they don’t care to make things easier for us and themselves. I understand we’re all people and have bad days but this was honestly unacceptable. Me and my friend got unsafe food that can get someone sick and my friend ate a couple bits then realizing it was raw as well. SMH never coming to this one again really disappointed. I was always a Wendy fan till this experience.

Ok, I don't know what's going on with this particular Wendy's but they have been failing left and right. I love this location and I have given them so many chances but this is the last straw. I have called them when they had missed something in my order and it goes to voicemail. No one responds and its frankly disappointing. Dave would be disappointed in them. Come on guys get it together. I'm posting a picture of what we got in our order that was what they called chicken nuggets. This is sad.
