In my spontaneous quest for donuts at 1am for some reason I happened upon this Winchell's. This place was awesome. The atmosphere was really zen 😌👌. And the lady who took my order was super nice, but my mom and I might've annoyed her with our very high energy that most people dont have at 1am. If you happen to see this, lady who took my order. I am so sorry😖 (She was super friendly tho)

This Winchell's is just down the street from me. It's open 24 hours and the donuts are fresh. We went there at 12:30 am and it was the best smell when I opened that door. The prices have gone up for the dozen, but it's worth it once a month.

Go to this Winchells on my way home from bingo and always get prompt service and my favorire donuts. Also have tried their chorizo burritos. Perfect cant complain at all. They were delicious.

Fast service and never really busy. Clean place and the staff is friendly. Food is great specially the bagel Ranchero breakfast sandwich.

Their donuts are the best donuts I have ever had. Made fresh daily, and you have a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. On the other side, it was a bit expensive, but worth what you pay for.

We walked from Tazo Nazo by parking the car in the Tazo Nazo parking lot, there is a gentlemen's club across the street. It is not only a donut house but also a restaurant. They sell sandwiches and hamburgers as well, they even sell donut sandwiches. I will have a try next time. BTW, they also sell burritos, bagels. It's a Mexican donut house, the poster shows there are Tortas of Pierna, Asada, and Carnitas. We bought four donuts for $5.56, for the next two days' breakfast. We had glazed, raspberry glaze, glazed old-fashion, and another one I forgot the name. They were all delicious, I can't wait to try their sandwiches. Maybe tomorrow?

Good food, good coffee, bad customer service. The lady who served us made a fuss about cooking a ham and cheese croissant and said that they haven't had apple turnovers in years but the menu still had it. Also complained about having to grab a vitamin water. Kept making comments under her breath

The coffee is good but in the morning is always pack the service take is time like if no body has nothing to do

What can I say ...its 24hrs and good if you need some coffee. I went in at around 10pm on a Friday and although they had a wide variety of selections I'd be careful about what's purchased...reason being is that I noticed a fly in the donut cabinet while making a selection. Yes, I still purchased a donut but not that i was able to enjoy it. When I seen the fly it killed my appetite but was in mid - purchasing mode and just completed the sale. I let the person attending my order know of the fly but she didn't seem too concerned. So i left with my dozen donuts and coffee. I was going over what I had just purchased and found that the jelly- filled donut was not exactly what I called filled. It seemed to have maybe an ounce (if that) of jelly in the donut. It was actually a smear of jelly for which I think it should be renamed because jelly-filled it certainly was Not. Orale pues. 3 stars merely because its a 24hr establishment and had coffee So there.And no, I didn't eat those donuts😶 Enjoy...😎

Always one person services, line two long two wait so I go across street for faster service. I see people leaving out all the time.

Would give five stars but they do not have a restroom available for paying customers.

I had no idea this place was as tasty as it was. The food was monumentally better than I expected. No bathroom though? No napkins (at the time of our visit)? Big ouches.

Don’t go here unless you want them to mess up your order I’ve been a customer here for years and the last few visits here they always mess up my ordered went in today got charged a ham egg cheese bagel plain and when I got home they gave me a croissant with ham and cheese😐

I came in and I was yelling hello for like 6min nobody answered and then she finally came out and didn’t even say sorry. I asked for some 4th of July mini donuts and when I got home they were so broken. Honestly she was in a bad mood. Not coming back some of the donuts tasted old definitely not fresh.

I used to love this place,. Now it's horrible the workers here are rude they rush me to buy. When I simply ask for hot chocolate with whipped cream they forget and when they put it on after they leave the top off and twice they have just left my drink to spill and me to pick it up what the hell, I'm paying for a hot chocolate not a spilled drink. This place sux now. I recommend. TO NOT COME HERE THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AT NIGHT

Bought 2 cinnamon rolls for my kids. They were under cooked the more you got to the middle. I bought a ham and cheese croissant, ham was cold and the cheese hardly melted. Pretty sad for a Winchell's. I will never go back

Winchells is known for fresh coffee and donuts but NOT this one i have winchells 6 days out of the week n not ones have I had a fresh donuts at 3am and when you ask for one they argue with you and tell you they are all fresh 😞 and the coffee is not hot it’s warm since this coffee shop is On my way to work I stop here but I guess I will change my coffee shop starting today.

Rude custumer service. 2 people attending and still very slow. 1 of the girls finished with a custumer and ignored us and went to make orange juice instead and no it was not for a custumer they were making it in a big bucket to have it ready. We got mini croissants and they were stale. Will not be going back to Winchells. Visit was 4/21/2021 at 10:20 PM and it was not busy at all.

I couldn't use the restrooms to wash my Hands to eat something with my heads I waste my time walking to this places for nothing super disappointed

Just paid $17.99 for a dozen here!.....other winchells $15.99 ...Yum Yum $15.99 ... same distance from me just different directions.....won't be going here anymore...with those extra $2 i can get me a coffee too!... lol

But I'm guessing the manager of the place asked her to leave. And she just opened the door for her to go in and she left. But every time I see this one lady at the door she is nothing but nice on the other hand the worker that asks her to leave always has a bad attitude.

She replied as much as you like. I inquired about their sandwiches, she asked if I wanted a combo, I said yes. Ordered a plain bagel with turkey,bacon, and avocado, with bbq chips. When you order a combo, you usually get a drink. I also ordered a banana nut muffin. I paid for the combo meal and my muffin. She gave me my large coffee and I went to put my cream in my coffee while I waited for my sandwich. A man was always waiting for his sandwich. I heard the woman say to him, oops I almost gave you someone else's order. He replied that's ok. When it was time for lunch, I got my sandwich and opened it up, it was a egg and cheese sandwich. Next day was worse. Woman spilled coffee on my new sandwich. I had called and complained about my sandwich that I didn't get the day before. Rude workers. Paid for my coffee twice, the one from the day before, that came with the combo, and again for the one I didn't get.

I have eaten veggie sandwiches at different locations and they have been really good, unfortunately, this was not my experience at this location. As I was eating the sandwich I noticed the avocado was stale. Unfortunately, I was home when I was eating it and was unable to go back to get my money back. Definitely not coming back here.
