I was hungry. I stopped in before I made my 30 minute drive to Fernandina Beach. I was at the counter for about 50 seconds. It was cool because the drive thru was long and everybody looked busy. Ricky, one of the employees was possibly on break or lunch, I couldn't tell, stopped what he was doing and came to the register to take my order. He told me he didn't want me to keep waiting. Thank you Ricky, sorry for the inconvenience, but thank you because I haven't eaten in awhile. I got the chicken stripe with ranch and honey mustard. There fries were on point and the pink lemonade hit the spot. I didn't even need ice, it was cold enough. Everything just went right. They were in the process of changing the light up signs that the menu is on. Even amidst the confusion, they were attentive, kind, smiling and prompt. You did that!
It's a chain but 5 stars because it's all up to standard - fresh food - clean restrooms - friendly staff - hard to find that in this day and age
I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Day and the entire team. ( I hope I have the correct name). However, This individual appeared to manage the team in drive thru while assisting the frontline, without appearing frustrated. My order was not to my satisfaction and was corrected without issue. The manager offered to bring the remainder of my order out to me as I began a portion of my meal. I did view the dining area and it appeared clean I also used the facilities and they were clean and spacious at the time.
Great location off the Highway and easy on and off. The restaurant was clean and not so busy inside. The drive-tru had about 8 cars waiting so we decided we I go inside to eat. The service as ok, he was there just doing his hours not much on the customer service part. The food came out quickly and the temperature was hot. I enjoyed the new strawberry lemonade and will get again. Maybe add some vodka for an extra kick when I get home. The food was good and enjoyed sitting down for the meal while the fries were still hot. Will definitely visit again.
This location makes the best fries \nAnd good costume service \nHad weak tea and they gave me a free one to make up for it

Service is kinda hit or miss. Some days the staff is great other days they seem to hate their lives and want customers miserable.

The young man at the counter was very nice. The bathroom had a huge disabled person stall with a sink within. The bathroom needed some attention. The fries were old and cold.
Pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted with a literal grunt of acknowledgement by the employee. No hello, no “what can I get you?” I thought he turned on his mic by accident. Told him I was ready whenever he was and he sounded very condescending. Pulled up to the window to pay and he barely acknowledged my existence, took my card, spoke to a coworker about whether or not he was high, and then handed me back my card. Spoke to me with further grunts as he turned away from the window. Was handed my food without another word, no thank you’s or goodbyes. Barely even made eye contact and then closed the window to laugh with his homies in the kitchen. Fries taste old and lukewarm at best. At least the frosty tastes reliable.
Horrible service! I ordered ahead on the app and when I got to the window, they told me to go forward. Took over a HALF HOUR to fill my order only because I backed up to the window again. There was literally no other customers there, but nobody was doing anything and nobody brought out my food.

I understand that not all menu items can be available at all times but the employee who waited on me would have known sooner if he was more concerned with his job than with his cellphone. The floor was sticky throughout the restaurant, the bathrooms disgusting. When I paid I was shorted 4 pennies, if you don't have my four pennies you should give me a nickel. I'm a business owner and know how many pennies are still in circulation, they are readily available from banks, this location just takes the excuse that they have stopped minting them to upcharge me. The employee at the counter didn't give any cares. To top it off the hamburger was far below the quality I expect of Windy's, the fries cold.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s on February 21, 2026 around 7:40 PM. I drove about two miles off the interstate in the dark with my pregnant wife and a car full of kids specifically to use the drive-thru. When I placed my order at the speaker, I was told to “come inside” and that they weren’t taking orders at the drive-thru. No explanation was given. I asked for clarification and was ignored. I then pulled up to the window and was ignored again. After knocking, someone finally responded and again told me to come inside. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would need to come inside for that as well. The manager never came out. There were multiple employees inside, but no one was taking drive-thru orders or communicating clearly about what was going on. I eventually went inside and was still not assisted. No manager identified themselves, no explanation was provided, and no order was ever taken. This level of service is unacceptable — especially for families traveling off the highway. If the drive-thru was closed, that should be clearly communicated. Ignoring customers and refusing to provide management assistance is not how a business should operate. I will be reporting this experience to corporate.
March 7, 2026, I attempted to place an order at the Wendy's drive-through located at 10101 New Berlin Road at 10:45 PM. (For a simple burger ) Despite the restaurant appearing open with visible staff inside, there was no response at the microphone. Proceeding to the window, I was further met with complete silence and no service. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I'm left questioning whether this reflects Wendy's standards for customer service.
Worst service I have ever had. Please hire some people that are not high the whole time at work. Smoking and getting high in the parking lot then coming and not wanting to help actual paying customers is not ok at all.
Get ready to wait forever and deal with rude staff. Food is decent. All staff moves slower than a sloth. They are all too busy talking or standing around to do their job.
Horrible. Tried to grab a few jr cheeseburgers for the kids before we went trick or treating on Halloween and they made all of them wrong. All they had was cheese and meat no pickles or condiments. On top of that when I walked in not a single hello or how can I help you. This was a mobile order that I placed 15 min prior to arriving but yet it wasn’t done when I got there. Fries were also cold and not salted. I’ve been going to this location for years now but that’s the last time and you would think it would be slightly better since they did a remodel of the interior recently . Be grateful you have a job people or if you don’t like it get a better education, but don’t take it out on customers because your life is miserable. Every employee at that location needs training at home and at work.
I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before kindly asking, hello? Only to hear "give me a minute!" With an attitude. It was not busy at all and she could have said please give me a moment. The 2 people in front of me drove off and so did I.
Literally the worst ever the food is mid and they take ages to bring anything to you. If there’s any sort of line in the drive thru be ready to wait nearly an hour for your food.
Had to wait forever to get my order taken. Then after being told they were out of ranch I asked for honey mustard and sweet and sour. Start to eat my nuggets and they are still cold in the middle. Get to my burger I ordered the bacon double stack. It has no bacon and it to is cold and undercooked. Fast food costs entirely too much money theses days to be such poor quality. Get your act together
